We had a fantastic stay at Candlewood Suites Little Rock! The front desk was very helpful. The room was huge and so nice! We had a great time there. It was very enjoyable.

Love candlewood always nice and very secure building.

Great hotel with a good price. I was immediately greeted outside by the desk clerk who check me in promptly. He gave me the hotel info and then let me go. Room is nice and comfy. Hardwood floor, kitchenette with 2 burners, dishwasher, and some pot/pans. Great size desk for work. All in all, I'd stay here again.

1 night or a weeks worth of nights… this the place. Amazing staff and the room is even better. Facilty is top notch. And a bonus. LAUNDRY ROOM for GUESTS! Rates are at or below average rates… sometimes below by 10$. Small kitchen, real fridge, nice bathroom, great shower, has it's own country store for meals or munchies.

Some construction right now (June 2018) but the new rooms are very nice and modern. Friendly staff. Several washers and dryers available for laundry. A nice patio with a grill. Good variety of foods and sundries available in the cupboard. Internet speed has improved greatly. We stay here whenever we come to Little Rock and we will continue to do so.

This is such a great hotel! It's very clean and well decorated. The staff is very friendly and gave me recommendations on what places to visit in the area. The gym was nice and they offer free laundry services to their customers. Great place to stay at!

The price/benefit ratio is very good here. It's also near several places to eat.

The beds alone are wroth the visit, Also good customer service.

I stayed here for long time in 2012 — 13 and I had a great time here really loved this place and surroundings.

Location convenient and room was clean. Staff was friendly. However, there was no shower head so it was like standing under a garden hose. There was only a bottle of shampoo and no other toiletry. Highway noise could be heard in room. No complimentary breakfast. Probably would not return unless room was greatly discounted.

Guests were fine, hotel was fine put me on a smoking floor but with a non smoking room. Not ideal but acceptable.

The rooms are very nice and the staff is as well. The intersection that it is located at is incredibly busy at rush hour so trying to turn left into it after work is difficult. Other guests are very polite and nice but the area feels a little sketchy. Overall, pretty good!

Absolutely filthy Candlewood I ever stayed in. Towels had feces stains on them walls in the bathroom where clean very well. Sink drain was broken dishwasher was broken I informed management multiple times never was repaired.

It was nice and clean looks brand new, service was great. Only problem I had was with pizzahut delivery people other than that everything was great im planning on another stay.

Candlewood Suites is situated in West Little Rock on the cusp of the Western most edge of the Medical District. Candlewood Suites is a no frills, clean, well run extended stay option with my only complaint being that wedged between it and Comfort Suites is a truly remodeled "Ghetto land' style Motel 6 that is a local favorite for hookers and Dope Heads.

Friendly staff, clean facility, decent gym and free laundry services for guest. Quiet during the week, more families in the weekends. Love the owner, she's great and easy to talk to.

My family and I stayed here on March 19, 2017. We had previously booked a hotel right next to the Candlewood Suites but once we got there the other hotel was really in poor shape. We drove over to this hotel and checked on room rates. I was told the room was $84/night. I informed the front desk person we had two dogs. We stayed here one night and I was charged $152! Which is outrageous for this hotel. When I called back in to check why the charges were so high they informed me there is a $50 PET FEE! We would not of stayed here if I was told that upfront as we could of stayed at The Embassy Suites for that room charge. Make sure you know everything they bill before you stay here. I should've asked more questions and at the same time this hotel should've been more upfront with their fees.

Or coffee. Coffee in the rooms but nasty powdered creamer. Wifi was on and off. For $104, your should at least get breakfast and coffee. I am a platinum member with IHG and I was not impressed with this location.

Not my favorite Candlewood. Hallways were very smoky. Didn't notice any smoke smell in my room though.

Moved to Candlewood from a different hotel because of the many problems we had. Candlewood is clean and the staff is friendly. I can't complain.

Convenien location to where I typically have to work when in town. Clean and updated building.

This place is great! We stay here while in Little Rock for my treatments. They are so very kind and caring. They always ask how I'm feeling and are SO helpful. They also let us take our 2 teacup chihuahuas and everyone loves them. I highly recommend the Candlewood Suites!

The hotel isn't horrible. But they need to make repairs like my ice maker that spit out 8 ice cubes over 3 days, and the toilet that rocks when you sit on it. The only other downfall is they are cheap, but this is all candle wood suites that I've stayed in.

My experience here was horrible! First the GM overcharged my card, I stayed for one night, but she charged for 2 and then she stated oh she didn't know! Whatever! My stay was done! Such a unprofessional old smelling hotel. Next thing I know, she's send a statement to my boss at my job saying I owe another nights stay. And he needed to resolve it? First of all, I didn't have another stay there, everything was paid for when I did stay. Secondly, you actually looked up my job information and called? So I went there to talk to her, and she cussed me out! Yelled at me, got in my face and put her hand in my face. And said she would call the police because I told her I had her recorded and I would place the video on youtube to show the world. Anyway I called the IHG hotline and made a complaint. Obviously they contacted a owner or something, because I was finally refunded after weeks of begging.

Great location. Room was comfortable and clean, except for having a roach crawling on the wall the first night.

One of the worst hotels I've ever been to. They go in your room with the do not disturb sign up. Air cond. Blew hot air and filter never changed,, they spray this nasty air freshener to try and cover up stink. Its like putting perfume on a turd,, beds are hard. And pillows are like rocks,, also tvs suck no flat screens,, never again,, hope this helps anyone,, buyer beware,, also they give you nothing,, worst hotel.

Desk clerk said the Internet has been upgraded, now requires a password even if using wired connection, using Comcast Business, speed test gave 12 mbps down and 5 mbps up via wired connection. Real life usage shows the speed is excellent.

The hotel is great, rooms are nice and comfortable, staff is friendly, but I was extremely disappointed is the internet speed. It is VERY SLOW, I couldn't finish my work and just gave up for the amount of money you pay to stay here you would think they have good internet connection. If you need to use the internet I suggest going to another hotel there was a Springhill down the road.

After sitting in the guest room, I began to enjoy a slice of pizza only to have my friend shout that he had a roach on his plate. We didn't make a fuss until I woke up early in the morning to my son screaming that there were roaches in the bathroom. He was right, because I saw them upon entry, and when I went to get my shoe to kill the bugs, I saw one crawling on the wall. Beside my bed. After speaking with the manager, he told me the best he could do was take $40 off my bill, when told him that I shouldn't be responsible for any payment for the night. He only stated that he could do no more, and that a manager would be. In hours later to remove the $40 from my credit card. A big disappointment, because he was more concerned with keeping some cash in his pocket and getting rid of me, than taking care of my request and being more concerned about the problem.
