Our room was clean and the beds comfortable. Great price. They are remodeling and the elevator was broken but, they gave us rooms on the first floor. No complaints.

Disgusting. Besides filthy rooms and clogged sinks…. Sex trafficking all over the parking lot. Obvious prostitutes walking through the lobby. I went outside and was propositioned for a “ free room”. Do not take your family here! I have never in my life been in such a place. And not to mention the room obviously had someone doing drugs in it the smell was awful!

New hotel, comfortable bed, nice staff!

The only good part of this stay was Maria at the front desk. What a dive! Icemaker was broken, 94 degrees and I was told the pool was closed for the season (before Labor day). Upon inspection, it was obviously closed a lot earlier as weeds were overgrown and water was disgusting. Showed up for breakfast at 8:00 and they were out of coffee, eggs and sausage. They had to send housekeeping out for more food. My room was supposed to include bath robes, bottled water and a free newspaper; none of which was available. The location is not good and my wife did not feel secure. I've always tried to use a quality inn. This is absolutely the worse.

The beds and rooms were quite comfortable, although not as clean compared to other Quality Inn hotels. The building itself was in disrepair, as one of the panels on the outside wall was missing entirely. Furthermore, the elevators were unreliable and the stairs were dirty. The pool was empty and it looked like it had been abandoned. The breakfast was appalling, there was very little available. But if you just want a cheap place to sleep and get out on the road quickly, this is the place for you.

I am contacting you because I am truly concerned about a hotel that is attached to choice hotels. I stayed at Quality in and suites in Little Rock Arkansas on 7/20/2018. I booked this hotel through my UPS employee benefits discount. Please be advised that this hotel fails to meet any expectations for “quality” or customer service. The hotel rooms, hallway and elevators smell of marijuana, urine and I observed mold. I am currently being for bed bugs. My room was infested with bugs and roaches. My room flooded from rain entering it from the window. Lastly, the buildings siding fell on my vehicle. No one will answer my calls, manager or owner will refund me for the rooms. I am very disappointed with manager Maria and have yet to hear from Chris the owner.

I'm a loyal Choice Hotel member. But this place will be my last choice if I ever have to come again. Definitely needs updating. Morning staff was very friendly. Night staff was not very knowledgeable when I checked in the night before. The room was just okay. Not the worst and not the best. But definitely needs to be updated. There were stains on the bed spread and stains on the ceiling and in the bathroom.

Walked into my room and walked straight into a side table. It was litterally sitting right in front of the door so when I walked in hands full of bags I had to push it out of the way to get in. Covers on bed were all stained. Hard wood floors were dirty. Smoke alarm was beeping. Smelled like mildew. There were only 4 tiny square pillows on the King sized bed. You best believe we walked right back out of that room, got a refund, and went across the street to the Red Roof Inn. Paid a little bit more but much better quality.

Pool filled with green nasty water and covered in a black tarp, yet photo on Web still shows good looking clean pool. Staff said it was being renovated? Please. False advertising. Weird random people hanging in lobby. Phone, lamp, and clock in room didn't work. Electrical wires fell out of wall behind night stand when I went to see if it was plugged in. Was attempting to call front desk to get a toilet paper roll as the room had none. Found 5 roaches within 5 minutes of being in room which was enough to get me out of there immediately. Got money refunded and went to nearby 4 Points hotel for about the same price with an amazingly cool pool with waterfall, wonderful staff and very clean rooms. Thanks 4 points for saving the day. Quality inn, how is this even still allowed to stay open? Seriously it should be called Poor quality inn. Avoid! How is this a 2 star hotel, should be 1 star, or no star, or just shut down.

Friendly staff. Dirty rooms. Carpet and tile dirty sticky as well as shower, sink and most of the other surfaces. I put on some white clean socks before leaving and walked around room to collect my things and bottoms of socks were black. Coffee maker but no pot. Appeared to me that family members were cleaning rooms and had very low standards of cleanliness. I’ve always had good luck with Quality Inn’s but this one is one you should avoid.

The place looks like it’s undergoing renovations, but it looks pretty wrecked on the inside. One of the elevators had 3 chairs blocking it while it was open. The second elevator sounded and felt like it was going to break down any moment. The chair in the room had stains all over it, there were no towels in the bathroom but the beds were nice and comfortable. The woman at the front desk was also really nice.

Room was messy. Bathroom ceiling had not been repaired after a leak. Paint was on the floor. As for breakfast there was hardly anything to eat. The wafflemaker was a lifesaver. The juice machine did not work. The fake eggs were burnt. No toast or jelly. Just awful. The coffee was also watered down.

You notice on entering room how dingy it is. Go to bathroom and see bug wing, head and legs scattered around plus dirt around wall. We didn't see one employee except the sweet hardworking girl in breakfast room. Then we saw her in laundry room. I wont go back. Such ugly old stale looking bed covers and pillows. You had to wonder how nasty they were. Bed bugs? hope not. Towels worn out. Very disappointing.

This is the worst Quality Inn my family has ever stayed in! First of all, my card was charged unauthorized on 3 separate occasions for separate stays although we only had 1 room. The elevator doesn’t work — stuck on 3rd floor. Also, the elevators’ certification expired last year. There is trash in the stairways, which we are regulated to using since the elevator is not in service. Trash in the vending/ice room. In our room, the heater did not work. As for the breakfast served, just pitiful! The grounds are littered with trash, shopping carts, abandoned cars, not to mention used needles! A TERRIBLE STAY!

The clerk at the front desk was very nice and helpful. They have a certain check in time, but he let us checked in a little before that. The only problem I had was that the bed in our room was broke up at the top by the headboard, other than that, it was a good place to rest up at for the night and I felt safe.

While staying here I witnessed prostitution activity. We heard talk of desired activity in the room next to us. Then the activity commenced. There was talk of a tip… we alerted the front desk. The prostitute was allowed to stay. This probably happens everywhere, but if you read the review about dirty bedsheets, it makes you wonder.

In the lobby at 7:26am; approx 14 biscuits w/not enough gravy to top 1, empty silver station, waffle batter for 1, no juice/milk, half container of cereal, & 3 pieces of bread a guy grabbed as I entered. The room coffee pot is dirty. It is an inn but I don't see any quality. I asked the hotel staff member when more items were coming out. She replied they ran out & the manager, Chris, is coming sometime today. Breakfast was included in the package & I budgeted accordingly. Guest room 204.9:37am The cleaning staff knocked on the door, didn't wait on a response, came in then said I'm sorry. I'll come back later. I asked her for another face towel & she told me no more towels. She walked away.

Completely disappointed! Had a non-smoking room but there were actually cigarette ashes still left behind in the corner of the room. I called the front desk to change rooms and was told housekeeping was gone for the day and no other room was clean. Cigarette smoke gives me migraines so my husband had to go purchase cleaning supplies so I could mask the smell.

Only giving 2 stars bc the beds were comfortable and clean, however this is not a good place to go. I guess we just visited a bad location but it didn't feel safe. There are a bunch of people hanging around outside drinking beer and a guy talking to another about drugs. Someone kept putting a rock by the side door so that people without keys could get it. The ac didn't work very well the room was hot. The fire alarm was literally hanging from the ceiling with peeling paint and water stains everywhere, window curtains hanging on by a thread. I feel less confident with booking rooms online now bc this place got 7 out of 10, I would hate to see a 1. I would never go back to this location.

This hotel was very horrible. You will be very disappointed. The TV crooked. The remote did not work to the & the lamps we’re beat up. It was only 2 sources of light. The covers have mold on it. The hotel had a old smell. The room looked very old. No ceiling fan. The walls looked scratched up. The whole hotel just need to be remodeled. It was cold in the inside & the elevator barely wanted to work. I was better off going to a motel 6. It was so bad we left. I wouldn’t want no one in that type of environment. If I could I would give this place a negative 0. They was better off charging $10 a night. I’m never going back.

I'LL NEVER MAKE THAT MISTAKE AGAIN! After getting into this dump the room they gave us had a non working t. V. And was a non smoking room. So we asked to trade rooms to a smoking room. Then they gave us a room with no t. V. No phone and a tore up bed. So we went back to the front desk and asked him if he was serious… He became a smart ass and said he had a room available on the 4th floor ans he took us up there to find even a worse room. The ceiling was leaking and the had water pales catching rain water in the hall. That was the last straw… I made him refund our money and we left. I will NEVER go back to that dump. The desk guy needs to be fired…

I was not sure about staying here after reading some of the reviews but still liked the price. I thought. Its quality inn and it shouldn't be bad and I am GLAD I STAYED HERE. The negative hype is for nothing. This is a great place to stay for the price. New floors throughout the hallways. New laminate flooring… and fresh paint. All amenities like iron, coffee and hbo. Which I needed were in the room. Breakfast sausage was good quality and I enjoyed sitting in the lobby. They have free newspaper too…! I recommend other to stay here too… u will not be disappointed… P. S. The owner brings his kids there… so it got to be safe… RITe…

Very nice and clean. All basic amenities like coffee in room, iron, led tv, hbo, clock etc available in the rooms. Best thing are the clean WOOD FLOORS. I am definitely coming back for that. Ample parking so I did not have to park very far away. Good location and very friendly staff. it is very goof for only $54.00. I did not pay for for a holiday inn but I got pretty much the same service. Thank you Maria… u were very helpful at breakfast… I will see you all on my way back.

It's the simple, small amenities you miss when they are not there. No coffee pot in the room, no cups or glasses of any kind, even in the bathroom. No clock, no waste basket, no iron. The handicapped access meant a large bathroom, but nothing else. My husband had to move furniture in order to get my wheelchair into the room. The giant bathroom meant that the room was tiny, the bed barely fit two and had insufficient — only three — small pillows.

They had nice staff, clean pet friendly. In room very nice it has ceiling stain, shower leakes just drip, smoke alarm not put in right has hole in ceiling just patch work. Ill stay again.

Love my time here. The boss is really a nice and smart guy, he helped me with my luggage and we had a good conversation. Nice place.

Excellent service here every other week rooms clean quiet environment. Customer service is great always greeted with smile and courteous of the needs of guest. Would recommend quality inn to anyone staying in Little Rock shout out to Michelle my girl. And Mariah looking out at front desk.

Maria, Michelle, and Sasha are great at front desk. The owner was friendly. The hotel was clean. The bathroom was good and great breakfast. Hotel was clean. We were visiting after work and we loved our stay. The pool needs to be renevoted so I can bring my family on the next visit.

This is second time we have stayed here and both times they have been very helpful and nice. They was booked up last night and since I had reservation they had a room for us, but for some reason it wouldn't let front desk clerk do something to get us in same room both days. The only one they had was a ns king suite. They ended up giving us this room as same cost of the one I rented. Very nice room! They have always took care of of here!

The staff and service was awesome. Sasha was doll and a joy, I would recommend every one to stay here. The rooms are big and comfy plus the breakfast is wonder. I will be staying again and again and again. I love.

I went to the hotel and the place smelled clean. My room was at the right price and perfect for crashing. Hotel people were friendly and helpful. I think breakfast can be improved. Overall I had a good stay.

Room covered in black mold, way too much to be isolated to just that one room — looks like they tried to paint over it. When I told the woman at the front desk she didn't even seem surprised. Wasn't willing to give me a refund, book my anywhere else, or even call the manager. Reviews about this place being dirty are 100% accurate — I would rather sleep in my car than stay here.

This is the second year we have stayed for almost 15 to 21 days while visiting family. The rooms are nice and clean. The staff are nice and accommodating. Like it so much as I said this is our second year in a row we have stayed and will return again next year.

Room had the non carpeted, more modern look to it. Clean! What more could you ask for? Bed was very comfortable though they had those dinky pillows… Breakfast was the typical hot fare that you get in these places. Nothing fancy by any means but at least it's something.

This clean the workers are very friendly and care if I will go back.

One of the worst hotels I have ever stayed in. Not only was the bathroom stained, the shower felt more like a child's sprinkler, no water pressure at all. The bath towels felt more like paper towels than anything else. There were people running up and down the halls at wee hours of the morning. My last night there, I checked out at about 4 am, I left one of my bags in the room, I called back shortly after realizing it and of course they claimed no one had seen it and the world check with the housekeepers and call me back. I called about 3 more times after not receiving a call from anyone, only to be told the same thing over and over. I would never stay there ever again nor would I recommend it to anyone else, even if it was free.

In my experience, the room we ask for "not" smoking and smelled like cigarettes, had not changed the bed linen were dirty and smelly, not good for the refrigerator and the food we are decaying, we lost a room change and told me the manager the next day, so the next day we changed because it was not the manager the second day we arrived at 9 in the evening and we had not been cleaned the room was just as we left the beds not threw in the trash but if they brought us clean towels.

Online it advertised as having a pool but it looked disgusting, there was trash in it and dirt. Most of the rooms have no number plate but the number to the room is written on the walk in a pen or marker. The curtains are halfway falling off but I guess you pay for what you get.

This place was awful, dirty and felt unsafe. I am STILL fighting for a refund after speaking to Priceline as well as the hotel help desk. Hotel management will not return my calls. Do not stay here. The rooms are filthy, the pool is green and the doors have been busted in. There was a pair of underwear on the sidewalk outside! And good luck getting your money back if you do make the mistake of trying to stay here!

Bed bugs! Dirty pool… The staff didn't want to provide extra towels and when I asked for the manager I was told they were out of town until next week! My family will NOT be back!

Found bed bugs, rooms werent clean, motel smells strongly of stale smoke. Tried another room, same problem. When asking for a refund they refused for 2 hours until corporate was called, unplugged the phone trying not to answer the lady from the corporate office, finally plugged it back in and even then was being very difficult. Also showed manager a bed bug we found and he tried to say it wasnt then proceeded to say 3 rooms are still shut down due to bed bugs but that they are 'not in any other rooms because they do not travel like that'. highly recommend NOT staying here.

Very cheap price so if you aren't looking for nice features then it's OK. But probably the worst complimentary breakfast I've had. "Fitness center" was nothing. Hairdryer broken. Overall just not a great quality.

Would be nice if they replaced things that are worn out and look crapy like the toilet seat but other wise the stay was nice and OK price.

Debris in hallway from where something had been replaced. Broken or missing outlet covers, plug in for telephone not secured to the wall, lamp shades missing knobs that holds shade in place, no backs on TV remotes, two tv's in room neither had the same channels and the ones theu had were very limited given it's supposedly Direct TV, ice machine didn't work on the floor I stayed on, carpet dirty, fridge wasn't cold at proper setting, bathtub stained with who knows what, staff less than friendly or helpful. Was quoted one rate and charged another they were unwilling to make correction, I expected a lot more for the rates that are charged. I wouldn't recommend this place to my less than desirable associate. Needless to say there is NO quality as stated in the name of the place. I would be embarrassed if I were the owner/operator of this establishment and would send my staff to customer service training until they understood the meaning of customer service, it is more than lacking in this area. Overall, it is the worst experience I've ever had related to establishments in which I've stayed and will never grace the front door of the place again. They could offer a reduction in my bill in order for me to ever be even close to satisfied with anything!

Keep driving. This place is disgusting and in a very bad neighborhood. There are so many bad things about this hotel that were checking out early. Don't stay here!

Just the worst. Literally cancer. None of the outlets work, smells terrible, found a condom wrapper and a pill in the room, open wires from the old temperature control RIGHT BESIDE THE CURTAINS. Do yourself a favor and sleep in your car, because anything is better than this dumpster-fire of a shack to sleep in. Seriously, if you're reading this, just keep driving. You would be better off going to Lowes and asking for a refrigerator box.

Rooms were very nice and clean. Love the shower the most. Also slept like a baby. Very quiet and peaceful.

Beautiful ambience! I recommend Quality inn and suites. It's under new management now and they are doing every possible thing to make your stay comfortable. Above that food is simply awesome!
