Great place for conferences. Service, food, and amenities are top notch.

Crowne Plaza only has one complaint from me: I slept so good that I didn’t want to get up when the alarm went off. Thank goodness for the snooze button (or not). Very helpful, friendly staff.

The staff are great, lacking a little on cleaning-had to call twice. I'd thought VIP floor would at least have small fridge in room, was here a week and a half with little one and it would've helped.

Very accommodating, but a little pricey. Still by far the best I've stayed at.

Crowne Plaza has a great atmosphere. I stayed here for a training seminar and the location was right in the middle of numerous restaurants perfect for lunch. Furthermore, the breakfast buffet was pretty good. At night, the hotel bar had a great selection of craft beers on tap and your usual selection of domestic bottles. The rooms were clean and up to date regarding the TV and amount of outlets for charging laptops, phones, and what not.

Way over crowded. I'm here for a week for training. My room had no refrigerator or microwave. I am diabetic and take an injectable. I was told that there was nothing they could because the were no rooms available but I could put my injectables in the refrigerator where they keep drinks for sale. What? Really? The tub fills up with water when taking a shower. The place is seriously sub par in my opinion.

Good service. Didn't say long so we didn't get to access the amenities. Went in at 1am and left by 8am, so it was mostly just for sleep. Very clean and nice looking interior. Beautiful building.

When I first walked in the front desk was ok the phone with maintenance as one of the a/c broke on the room while someone was in there. As we walk in it’s very hot inside. We went up to our room the halls were very hot as well as our room never got under 81 degrees. Never will stay here again as we did not feel comfortable. The lady at the restaurant was super nice.

We stayed at this hotel just last weekend June 15th-17th. The rooms were clean and the beds were very comfortable. The staff was very professional and friendly. There was an employee in the restaurant named Rodney (I believe was his name), who went over and beyond the call of duty to make sure everyone in the restaurant was satisfied. Kudos to him. So my reviews of this hotel is good with the exception of the air condition not working in parts of the hotel on the hottest weekend of the year.

I go to meetings at this location regularly. Centrally located. Chef John is the best! I have dietary challenges and he never fails to amaze me with something delicious. He's educated and helpful. I feel valued and cared about when I dine here.

The front desk are friendly. The gentleman that was working the front desk at about 1030pm on the 24th was very welcoming and hospitable. The curb appeal is pretty nice. That being said, the inside of the hotel is very dated. The fifth floor had a musty, mildew smell and was very off-putting. The room was dated but clean. There were no trash bags in either trash can. This was both me and my husband's first time at a Crowne Plaza and we were not very impressed. I am an IHG employee/management so I expected more from this hotel.

We stayed here, free of charge, because my Wife was a speaker at a professional organization event at this hotel. It's not a brand new facility, but it's very presentable. The front desk Folks are First Rate.

I usually stay here when on government travel. I called to cancel reservations a day late bc the agency negated to do so. The gentleman at the front desk transferred me to reservations. But reservations transferred me back to the front desk, where the gentleman answered again. I attempted to explain the reason for the mix up. Granted there was some background noise bc I was in an airport. He was extremely rude, sarcastic, and condescending! Government dime or not I’ll NEVER book a room with this hotel chain ever again and will advise family, friends, and other government works against it as well. When you work in customer service there will be good days and there will be bad days! But don’t let your bad cause the business you work for to lose good loyal customers.

The location of the hotel is convienent to lots of restaurants and shopping. The room was nice. The other hotel amenities were good, such as the restaurant and meeting rooms.

Great hotel, great location, professional and friendly staff, great breakfast (for a fee) but worth it! Clean and quiet rooms and comfy beds, highly recommend!

Very good experience for our large out of town group. Front desk and housekeeping staff were welcoming and accomadating. Food in the restaurant on premises was good, although breakfast was not complimentary. Location made it easy for other food choices as well.

I only have it 3 stars because the room itself is nice (dated decor and kinda dark due no really no natural light) the bed was comfortable however I had to switch the mattress around (not flip it) so I wouldn't sink all the way into it. It's a bit of a used mattress. The air conditioner was having some issues trying to keep the room comfortable. I don't complain to the hotel due to the fact that no one really cares what we think. Overall it's a nice clean friendly hotel. It could just use some updating in the rooms.

This is a waste of money if u want to enjoy yourself on vacation… We threw a birthday for my niece who is 12 with about 6 of her cousins. The indoor pool is in range of the hotel room and lobby. And the guy says they are being too loud … Well duh. Then the room has no microwave and fridge? Why and really. They don't even have one on the floor even the most low budget hotels, motels have that common sense. This is a real 1 star bc it doesn't measure up to places with the same price and better amenities.

Close to everything you need. They offer you to purchase breakfast and/or lunch buffet. Clean pool. Clean room. Downstairs bar.

Preparing for renovations. It looks modest from the outside but did not fall short. All the amenities expected were offered and in working condition. Great price and really nice getaway within the city the pool is an indoor/outdoor hybrid with a great view.

The buffet breakfast was only $5 and that was awesome. I wish they had a better exercise bike. Overall it was pretty nice.

The venue is exceptionally clean. I felt safe walking in as the outside was well lit. The staff was kind and helpful. I enjoyed my experience here.

This was a nice hotel. I've been to many establishments around the world and this one was better than I had expected. Not only was the bed comfortable, but quiet and clean. It was such a nice experience that I'll be returning.

The hotel is very nice and the staff is VERY accommodating. The rooms are clean and the beds are super comfortable. Very nice hotel, I always stay there when I'm in Little Rock.

Never have I had issues with my resevations in the 10+ years I’ve been traveling until I came to this hotel. When I came to check in (9:30PM) I was told no reservation existed and this was after I had given my last name and my confirmation number. I even showed him my reservation on my phone and still he insisted I had no reservation on file. Not one apology heard nor did he even care. So I decided to just go ahead and book a king room they had available. When I asked what types of king rooms they had he said one with a sofa and a king bed. Are you F€% kidding me?!?! After a long day at work this was the last thing I needed to deal with. Decided to stay at the RESIDENCE INN HOTEL downtown. After calling the customer service line to make sure my credit card wouldn’t be charged I was told the person I dealt with was a new part time employee. Why would you put a new part time employee to handle customer by themselves in the first place. That IMO is just a poor managerial decision. If I can rate you a big donut for your services believe I would.

Very spacious hotel. I asked for a place on second floor by elevator which was good placement. Very quiet. No fridge or microwave in the rooms but washer and dryer were free to use.

As a volunteer for the American Red Cross, returning ERV’s to their local chapters, I’ve spent a lot of time in hotels and motels. This was by far the nicest place we stayed! The price was beyond reasonable and the accommodations were clean and amazing! If I were ever to return to this area, I wouldn’t hesitate to stay here again. Very friendly people and lots of little extra perks!

Very nice room with Jacuzzi bath. Unfortunately the shower backs up so I don't think they are staying on top of the details. Great service at the desk and at the lobby bar when 20+ showed up and decide to eat, drink and celebrate.

A message to patrons: The hotel is still great but the new ownership is going to run it into the ground if they don't get up to speed. Front desk is not customer friendly nor seem driven to provide an experience. They don't seem to care about regulars because I explained all the procedures to them since they were new & I knew it wouldn't be acceptable to corporate but they basically told me these are the new changes, no apology or concern. A smile & a greeting would be nice. Holiday inn express is less complicated than checking in here. They won't put me on the VIP floor anymore despite staying here as my preferred choice for 3years. They stopped giving away their breakfast buffet bar (where the sausage & eggs are usually cold) to IHG members & raised the cost by $5 & also quit providing reward member appreciation day on Wednesdays. There is no bottled water in my room & no sleeve for my receipt under the door. It just feels like within a year, they'll end up stripping the hotel of amenities to save money. It doesn't feel higher class anymore, more like a non-American ran generic hotel. After 3years, it's time to find a new place to stay. Rocks is still great. It's still a good choice for travelers but the family style "home" feeling for regulars is gone, expect to feel insulted. I can't even call HR, she is gone too.

Highly commend the staff at the Crowne Plaza. From the moment I arrived Christy was very professional and helpful to me and my family. She went over and beyond to help us. We were in Little Rock for a sick family member in a nearby hospital. They were accommodating and kind to my family. Tommy was a great listener and showed compassion which is a rare quality these days. The rooms were nice, cleaned and well maintained. Glad we found this hotel — it made a difficult situation less stressful. Great place to stay!

Knowing the restaurant closes at 11, I called and ask if I could place an order to pick up. Rodney took my order and met me at the restaurant area. We arrived early and was able to sit at the bar and enjoy a beverage. Rodney replated my meal and served me at the bar. He went above and beyond, his professional style and attention to detail, turned a very stressful day into an enjoyable evening. The entire property is relaxing and private. Many thanks.

Nice rooms. Premium shampoo, conditioner, etc. Aromatherapy kit in each room. Purchase a breakfast coupon for 5 dollars at check-in. Breakfast buffet normally 15 dollars. Buffet has good selection, plus omelet station.

Room was spacious and clean. Employees were all nice and courteous. Complimentary breakfast was much better than expected. No complaints.

Perfectly decent hotel, beds were a little bit soft. Breakfast area downstairs. Rooms have nice flatscreen tv's, bathroom is a little cramped, but perfectly functional. Cheaper since it's a little ways west of downtown, but if you don't mind being a little removed from the attractions it's fine.

Amazing Staff, Rooms are very clean and neat. Absolutely loved staying here out girls had fun in the pool. Our overall stay was amazing thank y'all for healping us make awesome memories with our kids. We will definitely be back.

This hotel was terrible for the price! Room was not very clean (dead bugs under the bed and empty, sticky soda bottle under one bed — not our soda bottle). Sink stopped up. Drain near pool stopped up. No refrigerators, no microwaves. Desk did not meet our "confirmed" room request (they told us what we wanted to hear the night before but did not deliver when we arrived). I do not have any idea how they got "Crowne Plaza" credentials because this was the worst experience!

Nice rooms, excellent housekeeping staff. Front desk less then willing to work much on late checkout. Very limited choice in the market, so if you are getting in late I suggest stopping at a store for snacks. Not a bad location (yet). Was going to be a 3 star but the housekeeping staff really is that good.

The hotel was nice, but our room was average. The room was slightly dated and the bathroom could have been a little cleaner but it wasn't bad. My wife and I stayed in a room with two double beds, which we should have went with the queen size. We called to book the room, and it seemed like we were transferred to an overseas call center, but we were able to book a room.

Walt, the manager at this location was very nice and helpful. He provided same day service for an incident where our staff didn't receive state rate from a stay and didn't notice on checkout. He worked with me to investigate the incident and refunded us the difference all in the same day. I am really appreciative of management working with us to make sure that we were happy with the service and price. The hotel is always clean when we have had staff stay, staff are always courteous, and the rooms are always nice. Of all the locations that LR has to offer at state rate, our staff always ask if they can stay at this location. Thanks for everything.

Stayed here on a business trip. This hotel staff will go above and beyond to meet every need presented to them. Great events during the week and awesome restaurant/bar. Their breakfast is the best I've had at a hotel. The conference rooms and programs they offer for events seem to live up to the standards of professionalism you expect.

Nice atmosphere and decent rooms. Shower heads are mounted a bit low, which is especially annoying if you're a taller person. Breakfast buffet was a nice touch, but nothing fancy. My room had a rattle in the A/C unit that was super loud, but fortunately I sleep with ear plugs and this wasn't an issue for me. Had a bit of soap build up in the top soap holder in the shower, likely because the shower head can't reach it to spray it out properly. Overall a nice stay, especially when it's on the company dollar.

Nice room, nice location, nice staff, good Wi-Fi connection, free beer and wine on wed during happy hour, the food wasn't bad and other food spots are close by. Even though the gym is small I still liked it. The only somewhat negative thing I have to say about them is that there is no mini fridge in the room. Other than that I had no issues what so ever.

Attended a continuing education class here. Very nice atmosphere. Restaurant inside is good but a bit pricey — unsurprisingly. Good location in Little Rock.

Location is nice you have Wendy's panera bread and Dennys within walking distance. No HDMI ports on the tv.

Love the service. The staffs were very attentive, nice, and pleasant. They accommodate everything that we need.

The rooms were nice and the hotel was convenient to the university. The check in process was fast. Only issue, I did not get breakfast tickets and had to go through a process every morning for breakfast.

The people here are the best but the cost of the menu and food here are so high. The gym has been nicely updated but it's still quite small. All the rooms don't come with a microfridge either so this can be a problem if you use them regularly. The location is also in a bad area as cars in the parking lot have been vandalized and they recommend you don't walk around after dark.

Meeting room was well accommodated, no issues with sound. Comfortable temperature easy access to restrooms from our area. Coffee and other beverages were well stocked for the entire day.

Room was very clean, the whole property was spotless. The staff was friendly and helpful. This review would be five stars, but with where my room was, I heard everything going on around in the lobby and outside my door.

Not thrilled. Bathroom tiny, big scratches on floor. I thought the shower was broken, but its missing the information card that instructs you to pull down on the faucet to engage the bathtub. I leaned this from other hotel guests. The water takes a long time todrain from the tub. Seems partially blocked. The toilet occasionally runs, but can be fixed by jiggling the handle. Some bathroom fixtures starting to rust. Bed is moderately comfortable, but nothing to look forward to. Very stiff feeling. Would try something new next time.

Crown Plaza is great for meetings and conferences. Tons of meeting spaces and rooms and a cafe so you never have the leave. The staff was also great!

The room was nice and clean. I couldn't figure out how to get the shower head out of the massage setting. The bar was nice and the breakfast was great. Service was awesome. Location was good… No complaints.

Solid 3-1/2 star hotel. I did not see any of the negative items listed in other reviews. This is a full service with restaurant. Also there is a PF Chang’s across the parking lot. Solid location close to everything. Well appointed. I did see some wear and tear but it was not objectionable and the bathroom in my room was well done and very clean. Bed was comfortable but the pillows were very large and hard — — there was no soft alternative. Personable and helpful front desk. What I appreciated most was the cleanliness. I am in the area every few months and will definitely stay here again.

Don't satay here. Run. Uniformed police officer with his big motorcycle sit by the front door in the evenings, giving a very unsafe vibe. Dark, narrow hallways, and bathrooms needed to be gutted.

The location and public areas are lovely. The staff was accommodating. The food service was good. The room was nice, BUT the lighting was terrible. The bedside lamp had 2 CFLs and only one would light up at a time. — you could not read in bed. The bathroom lighting was poor. The bathroom needs to be gutted and redone. There is one sink. No towel racks or bars. There was no place to sit except on the closed toilet lid but it was a cheap and curved hollow lid which went down when I sat upon it. The shower was unlike any I'd ever seen. You had to turn it on full blast and while it was running pull down this gadget inside the faucet. It would not work so I took a tub bath which was almost a disaster. I am older and almost could not get out of the tub. We had someone come in to help us get the shower working for my roommate. The drain worked poorly so the tub was filling. As she showered. We stayed 2 nights. The second night we both sponged. I will not plan to go there again.

Stayed there on 5-9-15, and it was ok. Beds too soft for my taste, and way too small. Bathrooms were also too small. Very clean and had no issues with service. Pool was ok, small and "salty" but was heated and the kids liked it. Would stay again, but only in king size beds. Couldnt find queen beds room option.

Friendly staff, everyone was great. That said, my bed was so badly used that you could not actually sleep on one side or the other, you had to sleep in the middle because it was so badly sloped into the middle. My TV did not work, the internet was spotty at best, and the toilet was making noise all night. I had to go down to the front desk on two different occasions because my key stopped working. I also needed to print off something in the business center and one of the 2 computers was broken and the printer wasn't I really messed up. I only stayed here 1 night and had way too many issues unfortunately. This was my first time staying here and I switched from another hotel I normally stay at just to try something different and I definitely regretted my decision.

One of the best experiences I have had at a hotel. The staff was wonderful even though the hotel was completely booked for the weekend, they took the time to greet and explain all services to each person. I believe Dave was who helped me both when I checked in and out and I was amazed at his customer service. He went above and beyond for my family to make sure our stay was perfect. The room was great, loved the relaxation package and the soaps. We will definately be staying here again next year. Thanks so much.

Great staff, very friendly and nice! The food was awesome as well as the discounts to resturants located in the Chenal Promenade. The room was clean and there is complimentary water and fruit in the gym! The room also had a sleep kit with lavendar spray, an eye mask and ear plugs. I would definitely use this hotel again for business, personal or just a weekend gateway. I hate absolutely NO complaints.

Absolutely wonderful service and the kindest staff that took care of our every need. One of the cleanest places ive stayed (the sheets smelled sooo goood! ) and and an unbelievable lounge! Great rates, excellent service with a sense of humor and they have a Starbucks! For the price you Cant beat it! I will back.

Christmas 2012 we lost power and heat in a pretty bad snowstorm. The temp in our house just got colder and colder. Thankfully, we were able to get a room at the Crowne Plaza for a few days. They were very swamped with guests in the same boat we were in, but they were never anything but extremely professional. The room was clean, the food was great. Thank you so much for being there in our time of need. We'll definitely stay there again.
