This is like a home-away-from-home the atmosphere is beautiful the customer service is amazing everyone is very attentive and go out of their way to make you feel like your family. They have a evening reception that has homemade food items and they also serve free beer and wine during that time. The patio area is gorgeous there's a fire pit a basketball court and a seasonal outside pool.

Loved our suite. The location was great. We had a great weekend at the fair!

My shower door exploded last night spraying the room with glass. After being moved 2 times to find a room with working air I finally got settled around midnight. Today, their way to make it better was to comp me 1 night of my 3 night stay. Manager wouldn't even come speak to me — sent a desk worker out to explain.

No longer recommends. Soo disappointed ☹️ in this hotel which WAS our favorite accommodation. When a shower door explodes at a touch, thousands of pieces everywhere, causing cuts and bruises, you’d expect a hotel manager to visit you after such a traumatic experience and see that you’re alright. Didn’t happen. She was moved instead to a room without a working air conditioner, then moved again to finally settle in a working room after midnight. The staff was less than sympathetic to her trauma but eventually offered to comp her one of the three nights stay. Seriously? What happened to compassion?
Another of our court staff was double charged for her 3 night stay. So aggravating We will be advising ALL court staff to look elsewhere for their future hotel stays.

Staff is very friendly, rooms are clean and overall stay was good. Would recommend.

Do not stay here! Someone pooped in the bed and they obviously didn’t clean it! This is what we found upon check in when we pulled out the pull out bed. Girl at the counter (Tonya) was very rude and said “she doesn’t clean rooms. ”

The room has crude in the shower door track and the corners of the shower. The wall by the commode has crude in the wall paper. The closet doors were stuck. Told the clerk at check out on Sunday 11/18 she just said okay and did not offer any incentives or took notes.

I booked this property with my HH points due to its attractive pool area. This was supposed to be a relaxing weekend with lots of pool time; However, the pool water looked like a swamp. Looking out my 5th story window I could see the neighboring apartment buildings crystal clear blue pool alongside the Homewood's green swamp. Both mornings there was not regular or robust coffee. This was not a perfect stay at Homewood Suites downtown Little Rock. While this is a great property with a perfect location it was just not up to Hilton standards. Very disappointing.

Pros: the room was amazing. Clean, huge, and they remembered my requests. The front desk people was super nice and helpful. Elevator was clean and convenient. Guest laundry was nearby. Social dinner for the evening was salad. So It was alright. Cons: pool was a gross green. Alcohol wasnt monitored so underrage people could and did access it. Suite shop prices were really high and was missing lots of items on the list. And I had to pay $10 to park in a SAFE close location. Otherwise I was parking on the street 5-6 blocks away. Upon entering the room the temp was set to 76 so it was very hot and humid. But that was fixable. Coffee was cold. Would stay again, but wish some thing were different.

This was an awesome experience, we were originally going to stay at the Homewood Suites in Memphis but left in the middle of the night and needed to find another Homewood suites close by, we drove 2 hours to Little Rock and based on my receipt I believe it is JDELOACH, she was so kind and hospitable, she was waiting for us outside when we got there around 3:30am, had our keys ready and gave us waters, our room was great and they let us check out 1/2 hour later. This was really awesome, I really hope they know how much we appreciated everything.

Very nice rooms, not much to say because I was so beat when I got in, but I slept like a baby! Breakfast was pretty good but they'll give you a hard time if you show up even a few minutes before 7am.

I am enjoying my stay at Homewood Suites! It is quiet, clean, and secure! The food is very tasty. I would recommend this hotel without any hesitation!

There was an issue when we first checked in on Monday July 9, 2018. The lady at the front desk stated we had not paid for our room reservations. Our room was reserved and paid for on the Hilton Honors app as an advanced purchase in Sept. 2017. Another rather rude person at the front desk said they were showing nonpayment but would look in their advance purchase binder in the back office. After a few minutes, the original lady issued us three room cards for our room. We thought the issue had been resolved. The next day, July 10, 2018, our room keys stopped working. I inquired at the front desk and another young lady said our credit card on file had declined payment so our room keys were deactivated. This was done without any communication to us at all. The hotel was trying to charge us again for a room we had already paid for without any discussion and then tried to deny access to the room without any communication! I asked for the manager and the manager again insisted that we had not paid for the room. She only showed an advance purchase reservation (the point of advanced purchase reservation is to pay in advance…) on 09/12/2017. I pulled up my bank statement and showed the manager that the money in the amount of $1150.22 had been taken out of our account on 09/14/2017. The manager then said she would call the Advanced Purchase desk.

Wonderful stay. Very friendly and close to verizon arena. Love the garage parking. Only down fall is that they need to do some detailing on cleaning rooms. Pictures had stuff running down glass.

Warning do not stay here I am a 250 night a year guy at Hilton but this is the worst customer service I have ever experienced, 1. Let’s start with my Co pilot had to wait over an hour after check in time which is 4pm for his room. He did not complain and patiently waited 2. No waters were offered to us at check in (I know this sounds pre Madona but as a Diamond member it’s nice to feel someone appreciated when you spend +-25, 000$ a year at Hilton property’s 3 the hotel was FULL of little kids screaming breakfast was overcrowded My co pilot and I decided to check out early and move hotels. In the morning I told the reception we would be checking out today and would need a late check out, she informed me 1pm was the latest and I told her we do have diamond status and would like to please request a later check out (no time was specified and the latest check out available to diamond members is 4pm if available) We went to work and returned about 1pm packed our bags and had to do some laundry. I walked down stairs at 3:05pm and told her we were checking She proceeded to tell me that it was after 3 and I would be charged for a additional night I would like to ask management if my 96$ additional night is worth this 1 star review, a letter to the diamond desk, and a dispute with my credit card. Not to mention I will never ever ever stay at this hotel again, and this month I was planning to stay at this home wood suites for 30+ nights.

Right downtown. Lots of eateries, shops, concert venues easy walking. Great place to stay. Front desk attentive. Great breakfast (waffles), etc and evening appetizer/light dinner (Mon-Th). Worth a look. Clinton Library walking distance.

Good location, security is great and morning breakfast and evening reception were good. Hotel is one of the newer ones. Only negative is there's no access to the hotel from the parking garage except on the second level which is considered rooftop. If on a different floor must use stairs to go down then through the courtyard to access lobby to elevators.

Nice, clean rooms. Happy hour and continental breakfast was good. Business center worked well for my needs. Limited customer service interactions required; just needed staff to check in and out. Only weird interaction was a staff member knocked on our door at 9:30am to ask us when we were checking out. Check out time was 11:00am. Either way, overall stay was uneventful and comfortable.

We will definitely be back they were great. Five kids plenty space for all seven of us in the two bedroom two bath sweet. Nice evening reception with beer and wine and buffet thru the week. Breakfast seven days a week. Private parking garage for 9 per night. One block down from trolley stop. Great court yard for kids to play and basketball court front desk has balls. Kids can wear themselves out after dinner until 10 pm. Nightshift was the best out every hotel I have ever stayed in which is over 500.

We had a wonderful stay. All of the staff was very friendly especially Jamie at the front desk (we even made her lunch on the grill one day as well as a member of house keeping) My 5 children loved the pool & basketball court! My husband & I enjoyed setting around the fire pit in the back patio. We made a few new friends some of which do not live vary far from us. The breakfast is very good and the evening resection was wonderful drinks & great food! (All complimentary) It was just like home but better! We even left flowers at the front desk for all the staff when we checked out Just to say Thank You For Being As Awesome!

Convenient downtown location, clean quiet spacious suite, extra towels, breakfast was good the first day, but second day there was no fresh fruit and some of the hot food was just okay. Altogether I would recommend.

Great place to stay with family. My children enjoyed the pool and basketball court. The breakfast each morning was good with many options and the location is perfect for exploring Little Rock by foot or in close proximity to other attractions by car.

I especially liked the seperate temperature control for both rooms, except for the inability to turn off the constant fan of the heater/A/C. I loved the fully functioning kitchen as well.

It was a very nice room and it had great food in the lobby in the evenings. However I was very tired when I checked in and was hoping for a nice hot bath… But there was no bathtub! So I decided to take a hot shower, but the water pressure was awful. Other than this disappointment it's a nice place to stay.

Even though Homewood Suites is within walking distance to the downtown River and Market area, you may decide never to leave the hotel. Complementary breakfast and Social hour buffet is top notched. From 6am to 9am enjoy a hot breakfast with Waffles, Omelets, Roasted Red Skin Potatoes (Home Fries), hard boiled eggs, Ham, Biscuits and more. While Social Hour, Monday thru Thursday from 5pm to 7pm, has many changing appetizers, Pizza, Fettuccine Alfredo, Salads, Soups and more.

Great service from staff. Clean, patient and accommodating no matter how many times that you reset your room card having it close to your phone.

This was her first time here and we enjoyed it very nice staff cleaning rooms and large restrooms we are planning to come back several times more.

My son, nephew and I stayed here just last night for New Years Eve and we had a blast! My son loves a good hotel and he loves this one! It was clean and the staff were friendly! However, one staff was walking around eating while there were a false alarm with the fire alarm! I thought that was unprofessional, but overall, the hotel and its cleanliness was great!

Pretty nice hotel. I didn't eat breakfast so I can't review that. But the room was nice and I loved the large shower.

I attended a social event at this hotel, so I'm not familiar with the rooms or general hotel service. The staff did seem friendly, and the lobby and meeting rooms seemed well maintained.

I really enjoyed the room. It was very spacious and provided all the accomodations I needed.

We were here for wedding. Close walking to all attractions in downtown Little Rock. Accommodations were very comfortable. Adequate breakfast included.

The hotel was very nice, the continental breakfast was delicious with a large variety, and our suite was large. We never heard any noise from the other rooms and the bed was decently comfortable. Our only complaints are: The ac rattled a bit during the night, the tile in the bathroom was REALLY slippery once wet, and we were charged extra at checkout for parking which we were not informed of at checkin.

Overall, the stay was great. The rooms were very nice. The lobby was also great. You do have to pay for parking but parking on the street is free at certain times.

I've stayed at this hotel about 20 times over the past year. I've also stayed at the nearby Hampton Inn, Doubletree, Residence Inn, and Holiday Inn. This hotel is definitely my favorite. Pros: Big rooms, friendly staff, convenient location, pretty good free breakfast and free dinner at happy hour, and very nice for the price. Cons: The housekeeping crew is really lacking. I'd say almost 90% of the time they forget to replace my coffee/sugar/creamer. This is a huge deal breaker to me as I'm here for work and coffee in my room is one of the few things I absolutely insist on. I've also found mold in a few of my rooms, on the A. C. And the fridge. The staff was apologetic and moved me to a new room, but I don't think they're communicating the issue to the housekeeping staff because I keep finding mold. But like I said, I've stayed in most of the other hotels in the area and this one is hands-down my favorite. Happy travels!

Every other year, the Arkansas Bandmaster's Convention is held at the DoubleTree in downtown Little Rock. Even though it's a bit of a walk, we prefer to stay at the Homewood Suites. The breakfast is plentiful and it's nice to have a dinner option on Wednesday and Thursday of the conference, or we can save money by getting groceries and fixing dinner in our room. It's also close to the Riverwalk and not a far drive from The Heights, so there's plenty to do. It's just a really nice home away from home.

Truly enjoyed my family reunion at Homewood Suites in downtown Little Rock. I h ad a wonderful experience. The front staff, the catering staff and the staff cleaning staff were all pleasant and professional. I love the location. It was close to the airport, transportation and nice area for walking. I would highly recommend Homewood Suites. Thank you for making our reunion enjoyable.

The rooms were large they were big enough to accommodate a lot of our family. We were there for a wedding so we were spending a lot of time in each other's room. The air conditioner worked really well, and enjoyed having the refrigerator stove and microwave. Very pleasant experience will use them again.

Nice well kept rooms. Quiet, no hallway or room noises. Great breakfast with lots of options, from waffles and omelets to fruit and yogurt. Front staff was always present and helpful. Parking was off-street for 9 dollars. Location was excellent, walking distance to River Market and several other restaurants, coffee shops, and a few shopping boutiques.

Unbelievably nice for the rate. Awesome beds, great locale. Slightly bummed that the pool was closed. Very secure parking for a downtown area. Complimentary dinner (and wine/beer) is a nice touch. Walking distance to the convention center and lots of shops and restaurants. Fitness center is basic but better than most. Would definitely stay here again.

This is a great hotel. The rooms are nice and clean with comfy beds. Staff is friendly and the breakfast is really good. Just don't go outside by yourself at night. Another guest was robbed at knife point while I was there. Great hotel, bad area.

Great location near the river market. The staff was exceptional. Breakfast was lacking a little and the lobby bathroom could use some attention. Overall a great hotel.

I really enjoyed my stay at this property. The staff is focused on the needs of the guests. The level of service was amazing. It has been a long time and a lot of hotels between where experienced this kind of attentive service.

Great for families. We stayed in the double room suite with 2 queens/1 king, living room and kitchen. It was more than enough space for us. The courtyard with basketball court and pool was great. The location is so convenient to the river market and other attractions downtown.

Very nicely maintained extremely convenient hotel close to downtown. Rooms were nice. Parking was 7/day. Breakfast didn't start till 7 which was late for our needs.

This is a very wonderful Hotel to stay at… I'm here visiting from Tennessee, stopping here before going to Alabama to board our ship… the rooms are nice spacious, affordable, clean, nice view great part of downtown little rock … the staff are nice, neat, and speak proper English… (Lol) but love the place … the lobby is beautiful the pit fire is relaxing … and beautiful… ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐

The suite was nice with the double rooms and an actual dishwasher. Pet friendly. Someone hit my car in the parking ramp of the hotel and drove away, but that's not the hotels fault.

I enjoyed the atmosphere of the lobby, the service attendants were very courteous, the rooms are designed well with many useful appliances. There is ample parking in the area and I loved the outdoor landscape.

I really ENJOYED the wonderful CUSTOMER service I received. When I stepped inside. The young lady was SMILING. Energetic. And eager to welcome me. I felt a sense of PEACE… I had visited TWO other WELL KNOWN hotels downtown. Prior to this one. But Homewood Suites left a EVERLASTING imprint in my heart. NOT only was the DECOR splendid in every way. The ATMOSPHERE was CALMING and INVITING! I am a single mom. Who EMBRACES alone time. In luxurious overnight get-a-ways! homewood suites by hilton little rock will be my next oasis solitude retreat! customer service is definitely a priority here.

This place is the best! Rooms are very spacious and clean. The whole building is new and the staff there make you feel like family. The food was YUMMY!

The room was amazing. We went to the managers special time and they had delicious salads snacks and soup. They offered lemonade and tea and a selection of alcoholic drinks. Everyone who worked were friendly and helpful. It was within walking distance of specialty shops, restaurants and the river market. We have gone to downtown little Rock the last couple years. It was amazing.

Great service, very clean, nice food and drink selection for the evening manager's reception. Food varied every night, as well as each morning for the free breakfast. Great location as well.

This is a great location, I had a room with a view of River Market. The room was very clean; service and personnel was excellent, especially Brittany and Maude. If I had one SMALL complaint, it would be the elevator. Other than that… GREAT PLACE to stay.

FANTASTIC hotel! Just 4 blocks from the River — GREAT location! Easy walk to the River and nightlife. We had a very clean room with a great view down River Market Avenue. Hot breakfast was sausage, eggs, grits, oatmeal and waffles, plus cold cereal, milk, juice, yogurt, and fruit. Evening reception also offered Monday-Thursday nights. Staff was helpful and courteous. Would definitely stay here again!
