The hotel is very clean and the staff is helpful and friendly. The immediate neighborhood is fairly industrial, but that means a lot less chance of pan-handlers or working girls bugging you in the parking lot. The room is in the process of having a few repairs, so that could be improved. Overall, a good value for the price we paid.

The people at the front desk are very pleasant. The rooms are nice, especially for the price. The whole building has a musty smell that seems like it flooded once. There was also some evidence in my room that some flooding had occurred at some point. The beds are soft and clean.

My rating disappeared. Not a family area. Wi-Fi failed the first night, now working. Poor area. Managers are trying to keep this place running. I won’t be back. Amazing 5 star ratings! 2 is generous. Bada Boom Bada Bing!

Fantastic. The location isn't the best — it didn't seem like there was all that much nearby — but if you're on a road trip and need a place to spend the night, or if you don't mind driving into the city, you can't beat the value. The room had a fridge and microwave. I didn't use the microwave but the fridge was well-maintained. King bed was comfortable. Staff was friendly. Free breakfast was simple, but better than expected — it included sausage and eggs, as well as your standard muffins, toast, cereal and juice.

Big bang for your buck. Very clean! Plush beds, super friendly. I've been staying here for 7 years. Same owners, will greet you by name. Will be back!

I enjoyed my stay here. The room was much nicer than I expected, and more spacious. I will definitely recommend this hotel to others. The breakfast is very good, and has more gluten free options than some other hotels.

Very clean and very friendly! The women at the desk were very helpful and asked multiple times if there was anything else we needed. The rooms are clean and the breakfast was good. I also will add that they are military friendly! Thank you Econolodge for the comfortable quick stop!

During my stay, I had an issue with my toilet and the employee, Muhammad, was VERY​ pleasant and worked to get it resolved quickly. I am very appreciative of the cleanliness of the room and the top notch customer service. I would recommend this hotel to anyone who asks. Muhammad deserves a promotion!

The room was quiet and chilly, which I loved! It was clean and kept up with. Breakfast was good and on time. I was attended when I needed anything.

The room was spacious, beds comfortable, towels small but soft. Decent breakfast offerings. No elevator to the second floor, but the front desk man was happy to help carry my heavy cooler up. I'll always stay here when I go through Little Rock.

Impressive! It's a tiny hotel, so I wasn't expecting much. We were all pleasantly surprised! The staff was extra accommodating, putting me, my wife and four kids on the back side of the hotel at our request so we wouldn't hear the parking lot. They also put us away from other guests so our kids didn't annoy anyone. That's smart! The fact that they're conversational and friendly was just a bonus. The room was exceptionally clean — to the point I thought this must be a brand new hotel (it's not). There's nothing actually unique about the room… two beds, TV, fridge, microwave, coffee maker, iron and hairdryer, but it's all in excellent shape and perfectly clean. Breakfast was another pleasant surprise. I expected stale pastries, warm milk and bad coffee. What I got was sausage, biscuits, gravy, fruit, donuts, muffins, oatmeal, cereals, juices, cold milk, good coffee and even a waffle maker. Again, exceptionally clean. We're bookmarking this place for future trips!

My family stays here regularly overnight. This hotel is new, very clean, and has friendly staff. This hotel is also fairly priced.

We were very happy with our stay here. Everything was clean and the staff was very friendly and helpful. They're shower was a little tricky to figure out, but the guy at the front desk was happy to help us figure it out. Overall it was well worth the price. We'll be sure to keep this location in mind the next time we stay in Little Rock.

It's pretty bad when you stand there for 20 minutes waiting for the desk clerk standing 2 feet away to acknowledge you… After waiting we turned around and left.

Clean and comfortable. Well managed and maintained. A bargain indeed.

Husband got charged $20 for early check in. They refused to use debit card for the extra charge and also refused to give receipt. He stays in hotels Monday through Thursday. Their $20 extra just cost them over $400 a week in business.
