I usually stay at La Quinta because it is the only national chain I know of that allows pets to stay for free. This particular one has the other style external building with the updated interior. The staff was very nice and attentive. The room was clean but smelled musty, even with the AC running.

Interiors were clearly aging, but room was spacious and clean. Didn't have to interact with staff, so can't really judge that. Access to the parking lot is weird, it's tucked back on one side of an access road that you can't get to northbound and the exits aren't super close together. You can cut through the mall parking lot if coming from the other direction though.

Moving across country and stopped here for the night. Room was clean, bed was comfortable, and our cat was welcome. I wish they had offered some hot breakfast items besides waffles, but I would definitely recommend this place and I would stay here again.

Anytime that we are going through North Little Rock this is our stay of choice, rooms are very comfortable and fairly spacious, prices are absolutely less than what I would expect to pay, convenient area due to having several shopping centers and restaurants located very close to this location. Also, the pet policy of always being pet friendly at no extra charge is one that we absolutely love.

My husband and I and our two dogs thoroughly enjoyed our stay. I love the little special touches like the handwritten note from the staff welcoming us to the hotel, they even gave us dog treats and a potty bag for our four-legged family. This sure made me smile. The staff was amazing the rooms were clean and I highly recommend those of you looking for a decent place to stay at a fair price to consider staying at this La Quinta. We will definitely be back when we are back in town for another visit.

The hotel is very clean! Located away from the highway so it was quiet. The breakfast was excellent, especially the waffles. The best part is that pets are allowed and the hotel does not smell like them.

Stayed here on a road trip home for Christmas. We were traveling with our dogs so needed a pet friendly hotel. When we arrived we went to the second floor to our room and there we’re several big pieces of dog poop all over the place, trash in the halls and the floors were filthy. We called the front desk to inform them and were told by the hotel staff “It is the pet owners responsibility to pick up after their pet, so you’ll have to find who the owner is. ” I understand that the pet owner is responsible, I signed a pet agreement myself. However, as a paying customer of this hotel and being told so rudely by the staff when I was simply informing her of a pretty large mess, was bad business. It is not my job to find another guest and have them clean up their mess. Our room was not very clean either, there were black hairs all in the bathroom and on the sheets. It appeared to be dog hair. It obviously was not cleaned well. I will not stay here again due to the lack of business management the hotel staff maintains.

Staff was very, very nice, location was extremely convenient, hotel itself was passable. Rooms were clean, but not tidy. I'll explain; there was previous guest trash in tiny bathroom space, shoe print stains on the beds top cover and dog hair in the room. The room itself was pretty cramped, barely enough room for a family of four (two double bed with fridge and microwave). Breakfast was very basic; hard boiled eggs, bagels, yogurt, package muffins and waffles, (no hot items), sadly coffee looked like tea. Overall it was decently clean and alright for a quick stop to rest up during a road trip. This is definitely not a one of my favorite LQ's.

Friendly service. That was the best part. The room I had was very small and not well kept. It was clean though. The staff did a excellent job cleaning the room. It's not the best La Quinta by any stretch of the imagination. The breakfast was boring and limited as well. I wouldn't recommend this place. I won't be staying here again.

Excellent so far. Great customer service at the front desk. They even put up with my mini tirade as a result of no sleep for two days. Room was immaculately clean and quiet and wonderfully spacious king suite. Very affordable. Worth more than the money. Great Job ladies!

Not a single complaint. LaQuinta is our new favorite hotel. We travel with dogs and lots of locations are pet friendly including this one. We stayed at several on this trip and all were good but this one was great! Very accommodating. In fact I called a few days later to see if someone would take a photo of a plant outside and text it to me. Well, Sonya was awesome and in minutes I had my photo. Amazing service! And by the way, our room was pretty nice too and at a very fair price. We found the place clean and a decent breakfast bar in the morning. Superb! I stay here with my family and pets. The room was modern and clean. No smell of other people pets! The bed was very comfy. We left Florida under the threat of Hurricane Irma and they went above and beyond to make us feel safe and at home. When they find out it was my daughters 9th Birthday they surprise my girl with balloons and presents and bake a cake for her! Amazing Hospitality rendered by General Manager Marjorie Thompson, Carlie, Leann, Sonia & Staff. I will be forever grateful for your kindness during this time. Thank you very much!

Checked in at 230 am and requested a quiet room. Comfy bed and clean but was woken up at 730 am by several barking dogs. Sounded like we were in a kennel! Love dogs and understand that they need a place to stay, maybe put them all together in one area or sound proof the rooms. La Quinta made it right so while we are exhausted, they did what they could do.

We had to stay there in a pinch, a lot of other hotels in the area were full because of a convention in town. For $105 a night we got a clean room, jolly desk service, and a free breakfast. Also included free Wi-Fi, a mini fridge, and microwave in room. Not a bad experience at all, considering the Super 8 across the street was only $10 cheaper and looked way sketchier. Would recommend!

4/5 because staff was incredibly nice and personable. Pretty standard hotel. Very pet friendly. Bed was standard springs and not memory foam. Rooms are a little dated but adequate. A bit on the small side in a king-size room. Fridge didn't seem to be that cold for food while I was there for a week. Noise traveled, could hear people easily while talking in the hallway. Within walking distance of multiple restaurants and the mall.

After making reservations… we get to the hotel to find that we didn't get a room to sleep 6. The pull out is a twin. The tub is flaking off the finish and its just laying in the bottom. Back of toilet hasnt been cleaned off. (Something I check for) No other rooms available. No rollaway. It smells like smoke in our room. We drove 14 hours today and after the reviews we really thought we'd have a good stay.

The manager of the hotel reached out to me after I left my review. I felt like they were doing their best and were on top of their game to fix the issues I addressed. That's great costumer service and it seemed like the comfort of their guests is very important to them.

The room seemed clean and was recently updated. The free breakfast was good and the staff seemed very friendly. There are a lot of nice restaurants and stores within walking distance. The area is nice and we felt safe. However, I did smell cigarettes in the hallway and heard dogs barking.

Location is good. Right next to mini mall, rooms and nice and comfortable. And the service is great. I like this place and would recommend it.

This Laquinta was very clean and our suite was spacious, comfortable and quite. It felt almost as if we were in a smaller apartment. Parking lot is fairly small but we didn't have an issue finding a place to park. They allow dogs here but we did not know they were there until we saw everyone leaving the next day with them. The lady at the front was very polite and helpful. The breakfast area is smaller but decent selection. We would definitely stay here again. Thanks for a great nights stay!
