It was nice. We traveled from Texas for our Grand installation and it was amazing. Everyone was very thoughtful and friendly and adhered to our needs.

Love this place. They are very nice and friendly.

The restaurant was closed even though I called to verify before booking. It turned out to be a bar. They had oversold the rooms so they had to find me one. Desk staff were very pleasant and accommodating. Lobby and bar area was packed with people eating. They found a room, but it was in the basement with a patio right outside my window. People were hanging out in front of it. I left to go find dinner as the bar only had bar food. When I returned, a band was playing loudly right outside my room. I called and they moved me. My next room was right next to an elevator and ice machine. People were making noise passing by until 3 am. Room was clean and generous, and the bed was comfortable, but the walls were paper thin and you could hear EVERYTHING. Not a fun night.

This was my 3rd stay. I was with a group.
Room was clean. My problem was the mattress was worn out. Dipping in the middle. The previous Rooms was the same way. Correct this problem, I believe it would be a 4 star plus.

They are always very helpful and courteous, the rooms are clean as well.

When I stayed there last July, it was a very comfortable stay.

If nothing else this hotel has great taste in music. Everyone was nice and friendly. Three college teams stayed there with us, and we never heard a thing from either of them. Tammy the wait person during breakfast was kind and sweet. Her kindness was greatly appreciated! Now we did have a minor issue with the shower not draining and reported it twice. Hopefully, they’ll resolve it before the next guest. Despite that we will come to stay there again. Thanks again staff for helping us to celebrate 10 years of marital bliss.

We have been on the road for over 1600+ miles. It was a quite little place to unwind, get a good meal & great rest!

Tied after 10 hours of driving. The staff of comprising Sheena and June made us most welcome immediately we came in to have a late dinner. Food was delicious. Prices were reasonable all in all we rate this place the friendliest and best value for money.

Check in was easy and fast. Staff was friendly and helpful. Rooms are very nice and clean. Beds… to die for. So comfortable. Pool was very cool and big enough where we are not swimming on top of each other. Hotel is close to eveything.

Let me start by saying my husband and I had driven 18 hours from South eastern Florida when we arrived close to 2am. I had called earlier that evening around 7pm to let them know we would be arriving so late for our room, it was paid in full and everything should have been taken care of. We show up around 140am, and sure enough my communication from earlier that evening was not handled properly by the gentleman I spoke to. I won’t mention his name, but his negligence/mistake was a big one. Driving 18 hours straight, all you want is a shower and a bed! The gentlemen at the front desk informed me we had to wait until his nightly audit was completed since he did not know we were coming so late, the computer system was not able to check anyone in or out until the audit was done. He told me it could be anywhere from 30 min to around an hour. I lost it. Jerome, the gentleman that was stuck dealing with his co workers mistake was nothing but kind, patient and understanding. He deserves a raise. I also got in contact with Tracy, the general manager at 2am (literally woke the poor woman up), she was very professional and handled the situation well. Long story short, once we got into our room the bed was SO comfortable. The room was clean and inviting. Shower and other amenities were wonderful.

I did a lot of reading from other customers about the 4 points by Sheraton hotel. Its a okay hotel. House keeping needs to work harder because the hallway carpet is super dirty! The room we are staying in is okay. We have a nice pool view. The pool is cute with the different colors. The refrigerator is a little broken. (I can't explain why) its okay for the price. I stayed in better. It beats the motel 6 any day. I will give it 3 stars do to the dirty outside. Elevator floors was very sticky with little crumbs of food on it. House keeping needs to do better then this. It brings down the ratings and the look of the hotel.

Not a place for business travelers. Lots of noisy tourists and paper thin walls. Tiny bathrooms and terrible service at the restaurant unless you sit at the bar where they pay attention. Room decor is nice and for vacationing families the pool is awesome but crowded when groups come. Bed is comfy but hard to sleep with those thin walls. Come here to play not to work. For business try the Double Tree Downtown best hotel in the city.

I would have to say this hotel has its advantages and disadvantages. The hotel looks good when entering, but as you walk through you can tell the actual quality of the hotel by noticing the little things like how the glass in areas isn't clean and the lobby furniture looks like it has been ignored for the longest. Another thing about this hotel, is that when passing through the halls you can hear every rooms business including the T. V. Conversations, and etc. You can also hear people passing by in the hallway. The breakfast cost was $13 and I would have to say it was not worth it at all. The breakfast was basic and and didn't have many choice options. The bathroom in the rooms were actually impressive because of the included dispensers that have shampoo, conditioner, and bathing soap. I have never seen that in a hotel before, and I have to say, that it was quite awesome and helpful. The T. V. Network can be improved, but they're decent enough. Other than that, Four Point Hotel of Little Rock, Arkansas was okay.

This place is absolutely charming. Very safe, the staff is wonderful, and the bar is a nice place to relax. The food was yummy, as well (I had the burger). I never heard any of my neighbors and it’s very safe. Katrina at the front desk said they just did $8M in renovations and it shows. So far, the best place I’ve stayed in Little Rock.

The room smelled like mildew, our room wasn't cleaned until almost 5 pm. The buffet for breakfast (and dinner) is 12 dollars instead of being included. I paid almost twice as much for my room as people through a third party. But I still wasn't checked in to the appropriate room when I arrived, we had to be moved if we wanted to check in. The beds were dirty, there were only three towels available, their pantry was ridiculous and barely stocked. The pool was amazing and the only plus beside the room being spacious. The beds are as hard a piece of wood, even my kids hated them and they sleep anywhere The rooms and hotel as a whole was pretty bland, also I paid 14.00 for a tiny, watered down cocktail. Never go to the bar. The staff was okay. There was lettuce in the hallway for the entire first day we were there not sure why no one cleaned it up.

I’ve called this hotel a total of 3 time today an no one picked up the phone, I was trying to get the prices an to see if I could book you guys event room for one day between the hours of 6:30p. M — 8:00p. M i call this morning May 27, 2018 at 7:30 a. M then I called once I got off at 5:00 p. M I also called back at 9:30p. M I will not be saying anything good in this review because that isn’t good for business an I don’t want to hear that every one was out on lunch this is very bad for business all three times an no one picked up. I will be glad to try again today May 28, 2018 @ 7:30 a. M again but if it take more then 3 times for you guys to pick up the phone I will come an speak with a head manager thanks.

Had a lightning-fast stay here — a delayed flight on Southwest got me in at midnight instead of 6pm as planned, so I missed dinner or any use of the amenities. But it was a plenty comfortable room and I slept well, and the breakfast room was nice and comfy and there was a nice view of the pool. A couple of suggestions: The soaps and other toiletry items in the bathrooms have a scent that is simply overpowering. I was trying to travel light so didn't bring all my own stuff but I almost started coughing, the perfume was so strong. Completely not necessary. And the breakfast was sort of ordinary; not a lot of choices and not particularly warm, though tasty and perfectly adequate. Would stay again :)

We stayed here while family visiting. The pool was open. Thanks room was clean. The house keeping staff was friendly and helpful. We ran out of towels by the pool and the promptly brought them. Great stay.

We came to see our son off to the Air Force. The hotel was clean and decorated nice. The staff was personable. The person who checked us in accommodated our requests with a smile. The rooms have Extra conveniences like microwave and coffee makers. My only grief if I had to give one is that the hotel itself does not book the room. It goes to an outside service. It is less personable and hard to ask questions. A continental breakfast would be a blessing but all in all it was good place to stay.

I spent 4 nights at the Four Points Little Rock for a work Conference. This was the host hotel and my first time staying at a Four Corners. I have stayed at a lot of brands. I neglected to get pictures but I was very pleased with my stay. The staff was very friendly and accommodating. My room was spacious and the bed was very comfortable. The room was extremely clean as well. I would definitely recommend this brand to others. My only complaint about the hotel was that housekeeping ignored my do not disturb and came in the first day and removed my towels. They didn’t replace them with fresh ones after removing them. I was very confused. It wasn’t a problem after the first day. They were also very helpful as event staff. If my travels take me to the area of a Four Points again, I will strongly consider staying again. This particular location also has a good position with easy access to a number of retail options and restaurants.

A decent place with a newly built lobby connecting to an older building with (renovated) rooms. A great looking outside swimming pool. Super friendly staff. The place is clean and well maintained. Some confusion at the restaurant but decent breakfast. Good economic choice if you need to stay near the University area.

Stayed here for the little rock marathon weekend. The shuttle service for the 5k was all over the place, and not in a good way. The marathon one was a bit better. But the rooms were great and the lobby is gorgeous.

Stayed here when we went to the Guns N Roses concert. Very impressed how they catered to there concert clientele. They had 3 vans take us and being us back from Memorial Stadium. The bar and grill had good food and the cafeteria breakfast bar was fresh and offered everything a person could want for breakfast.

Bed was comfortable Loved the towels! I have stayed in comparable hotels where for the price, breakfast was included. Not so here. Nice room. But I did hear people talking in the hall in the early hours of the morning. 4 a. M.

Room was real clean, and smelt clean! Really like their shampoo, conditioner, body shampoo product. Guy at the bar was really AWESOME! Got me hooked on some new wine!

Stayed at this hotel for 4 days for a wedding. First day there I️ asked the front desk if we could have some extra hangers for our suits and dresses so they wouldn’t get wrinkled. The front desk agent told me she will write my name and room number down and get to me ASAP. We never received them the whole trip. The shower was terrible. The hot and cold weren’t working to reach a comfortable temperature. We either got burned from scolding water or ice cold. Second day we decided to eat at the restaurant. Erma was our waitress and she was not very welcoming. Would not recommend.

The hotel is located at a major intersection, providing easy access to the interstate. Due to the congested intersection, however, certain entrances to the parking lot are one-way. The hotel is near a shopping mall and a large number of restaurants. Inside the hotel, the foyer is spacious and modern. The business area is adjacent to the front door, placing one's back to foot traffic. There is a bar and a restaurant onsite. The rooms are standard, quality, and clean, and the front desk staff are knowledgeable and friendly.

Spent 4 days here, the staff and the whole hotel made me feel like home. The fact everyone is personable and willing to help is amazing for a hotel with over 50 employees. My favorite part of the hotel has to be the lobby. It was renovated very well, and will be returning to this location EVERYTIME I VISIT LITTLE ROCK!

We had a great stay. The hotel shuttle driver was super friendly and took us several places around town. Location was pretty central to everything around town. And the bed was super comfortable, what more could you want in a hotel.

The staff was friendly. The food was good (the meat was a little dry). The interior was nicely decorated.

Had a very pleasant stay. They gave complimentary water. The room smelled nice and it was quiet enough to sleep.

I loved my stay with my mother at the hotel. It was modern, clean, the front desk employees were very courteous and helpful and I couldn't rave enough about the spacious layouts of the rooms. For a hotel that is right off the highway, this in fact was a great escape. I hope to return and stay there again in the near future. Highly recommend it!

Where do I start… I was in full on panic mode when I called and spoke to the manager on duty. I originally had booked a room at another hotel for my son's party to utilize their pool and just to stay at the hotel to wake up and eat breakfast. Well to my dismay the hotel had a no party policy that was not posted on its website at time of booking. With about an hour til it was time for the party I called Four Points Sheraton and the manager was the booked me a room and welcome my family and I with open arms. We had a blast! The pool area was just what we were looking for and the room was amazing. Me kids enjoyed every minute of our stay. The manager on duty came out to make sure we had everything we needed and that we were having a great time. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone that looking for a nice place to stay. Me family and I live here in Little Rock but we do random hotel stays just to get a little home away from home getaway. The Four Points Sheraton is now at the top of our list. I would like to thank the wonderful staff for making sure our stay here was pleasant. Sierra and Alana were the most pleasant of all. I truly appreciate their great customer service. Thank you so much for making this mommy and her babies so very happy on a day like this.

Beautiful hotel but the service sucked! Stayed two days for my family reunion they never once cleaned our rooms. A top all of that our key cards kept needing to be reset to enter the hotel and the rooms. The hosts weren't attentive and not very friendly they act as if they didn't care about any of our complaints. For the money we spent I feel as tho I could've gotten better service out of a hourly motel.

Lousy service. I cleaned up the room, on two occasions they have left me no towels in the bathroom, terrible breakfast, etc etc.

Mediocre Hotel. Unworthy of four stars. 4 nights, a time did not do room service, they made the beds, did not change the towels, no emptied trash cans or asearon the room. Breakfast poor variety, poor quality and expensive. To dine in the restaurant must reserve at least two hours of antocipación. The staff was rude. Out of place in the hotels of the chain Sheraton. Really poor hotel. It doesn't deserve four stars. We were there four nights, and in one of them they didn't clean our room and didn't make our beds. The breakfast was expensive and it didn't have much variety to choose. One has to book two hours before to eat on the restaurant. The staff was really impolite.

Stayed here while on our cross country motorcycle trip. So after a long day on the road, we needed a good rest. We are Sheraton members for a reason, we have very rarely had anything to complain about. This location was convenient, clean and the staff friendly. It is close to the college so it was full of students in for orientation. It was quiet and calm on my floor which made us very happy! A great stay and will come back again.

The beginning of the stay started off a little rocky when we made it to our room and discovered our keys did not work so we had to wait until new keys were brought to us only to discover the hotel room we've been waiting to enter was filthy and hadn't been cleaned from the last guest but once we made it back to the front desk they were extremely kind and offered us an upgraded room for our troubles. All the front desk workers were very friendly and helpful. The four point breakfast is worth paying the extra 10 dollars for. And the male server we had at breakfast was really nice and gave great service. The pool and inside of the hotel look very nice. For the most part an almost a perfect hotel experience. Wish the pool was opened earlier and stayed open later.

Too bad you're allowing guests to stay there while still under a remodel. Who cares about clientele comfort or getting any rest… it's all about the almighty dollar huh?

Terrible Customer Service & GM over Construction Al Whom Ever Has a HORRIBLE ATTITUDE! NEVER WILL WE STAY HERE AGAIN! My better half and I are staying at Four Points by Sheraton in Little Rock, Arkansas. They are currently renovating this location. This morning which is Sunday Morning 7/24/2016, I called down to the Hotel Front Desk and spoke with the Front Desk Attendant and ask if the construction guys could move there drilling for an hour until my wife wakes up. She pretty much told me that they can’t stop the drilling right above or next to our room. So I asked to speak with her manager and he get on the phone and flat out tells me that he brought these guys in from Tennessee and that they have a job to do and that he was not going to tell them to move there drilling location till they were finished weather it’s for the convenience of the customer of not. He did not care that my wife was still sleeping he said he was not going to move them to another location while their paying customers sleep! Next I asked for his Name and he gave me AL and would not give me the rest. He told me that I could check out at 11 am and GET OUT! So Rude, So Nasty, So Not the place you would want to lay your head. Note to the owners and GM of this location. If a customer asks if you could move your construction efforts to another location here at the hotel for a hour do so for the sake of your customers and a bad rating.

Stay away from this place like it's the plague. Simply should NOT be open for guests. Major, major construction currently going with jack hammering starting at 7:30am-6:30pm… in rooms across the hall and directly above your room. Lots of demo so they have dumpsters outside the hotel and be prepared to wake up at 4 am when trash service picks up. I called to voice my concern and there was little concern for the issues as if they were normal. I would give this place zero stars if I could. It's a complete scam they are taking reservations and people's money given it's current state. I'm sure this place will be fine post construction, but it's an absolute wreck right now.

They are in the middle of a remodel. The restaurant is only open for breakfast and that is very minimal. The bar is not open either. Hallways are dirty owing to construction. Rooms smell somewhat of fresh dry wall. Room itself is nicely redone although missing the minibar despite there being a space for one.

Nice Hotel. New rooms. Some of the work looks like it was done very quickly (sloppy). Hotel said it has breakfast. It had some juice and coffee not really any breakfast.

I don't even know where to begin. We arrived about 9:00 PM. The guy at the front desk was not only hard to understand, but rude as well. I had cancelled one room online and the cancellation had not gone through. The hotel is in the middle of a major renovation. There are stacks of building materials everywhere. Drywall compound all over the hallway floors. Areas masked off where they are painting. The room was spacious, except for tiny bathrooms. The carpet was dingy, stained, and worn. The television is VERY old. The thermostat in one of the rooms was hanging by wires from the wall and didn't work. Not to mention the breakfast. Horrible at best. Runny scrambled eggs. Flavorless sausage. Something that looked like either oatmeal, grits, or gravy. I couldn't tell which and didn't want to find out. Bar is closed. Restaurant is closed.

The hotel was under construction, which implies that they are upgrading. This is usually the result of good service. We loved Erin (front desk manager)! Our dog was welcomed, and the room was wonderful! The breakfast was perhaps the best we've had at any hotel. And believe me, we've stayed at hotels all across the U. S.! We must return to Little Rock every three months for the next year at least. We will be staying at this hotel. Only negative was that both treadmills were down, but that is a matter of finding good reliable repair people. I would have had them working by now, but then I consider myself a force to be reckoned with, when it comes to communicating the importance of task. None the less, the fitness center was in excellent, and well equipped condition, and we got a great workout. It was like a second home. See you in three months Erin!

This place is disgusting! Stay at your own risk. Bedsheets had blood stains. Room smelled horrible. Bedbugs all over the bed. Ended up getting a refund. Defiantly no 3 star.

I was there for a wedding and the facilities were very good. The ballroom needs a minor touch up but was adequately spacious for the number of guests. The dining area seated all 200 guestst with no problems. The staff were friendly and helpful. I would choose this venue for future events.

Was hoping for more. Having stayed here several times before in was disappointed in the cleanliness of the hotel. It was under construction… but besides that it was just dirty feeling /smelling. The sheets were super rough and had holes in them. Seems like they are either to cheap or lazy to replace the tissue boxes in the room. There were 2 obviously replaced tissues in the box and then it was empty. Breakfast was lasking even for free. We won't be staying here again… such a shame as its convent for us to stay there… But we will try elsewhere on our next stay in little rock.

They are high priced for an old hotel. They are remodeling, which will be nice. But the rooms are outdated, however the bed was comfy. Its in a great location, close to the mall.

It was OK. Bed did not sleep well and the air conditioner did not work very well. Did not get a good night sleep. Will not stay again.

Front desk is nice and friendly. That is the positive point and the only one! No hair dryer in the room-really now-I thought that was just standard these days. No info in the room about the hotel-there is actually a workout center hidden on the first floor along with the one and only ice machine that is hidden in a corner on the first floor as well away from everything. It's a looooooong walk to get to it. The last straw was the smoke detector blinks a bright white light all the time. When the room is dark, it is quite annoying. It was better to sleep with the light on than have a little bright light blinking.

I did Priceline express deal and I asked for a 4 star hotel. The hotel we got was terrible. Priceline's claim of 4 stars is untrue. CLARION HOTEL MEDICAL CENTER-MIDTOWN of Little Rock Arkansas steer clear of it! It is at best a 2 stars hotel who may have been 4 stars back in the day. The second you walk into the lobby you are met with a bad vibe. While the atrium was bright everything else was dark. When you look down you see stains on every carpet from lobby to your room. It smelled of old fried food from a darken dank restaurant. There is one elevator it is also a service elevator; so it has two doors front and back. As we got on it the back door opened and we saw a industrial working kitchen. A server was trying to load his food into the elevator until to deliver some where. He was courteous and let us ride first. Doubling as a service elevator there were scratches along the walls and the wood paneling smelled awful! This place is old. When we walked into our room (3309) we were met with a blast of HOT air. The A/C was blowing but not cool air. The face of the A/C unit was lying on the floor showing us all of it's inner dusty workings (gross). The one chair had stains of probably blood and other body fluids. We called down immediately told them of the problems and they said they would give us another room, they would be up with a different room key. After a 10 minute wait we had to go down and get another key.

STAY HERE AT YOUR OWN RISK! Stayed here in March for a convention; bar closed No food, restaurant breakfast only and it was not fit to eat, had to leave site to eat. The room the bathroom lights went on and off as they pleased, bed sagged and lumpy, door key cards didn't work right, heat did not work well (cold), the building had a damp musty smell. Got there early so we could rest before meetings starting at 1 pm absolutely NO CHECK IN till 3 PM. Even tried to over charge for the room too. The staff all I can say is fire the lot of them. Stay here at your own risk.

The door to the room sticks so much that I have to shove my shoulder into it just to open it. There are visible dark, dirty spots and stains on the floor and furniture in my room, as well as in the carpet throughout the hotel. I haven't removed my shoes in my room except to shower because the floor looks so awful. The table tops were slightly sticky, and I had to wipe the desk down before sitting down to work. The bathroom was missing a hairdryer, so I called the front desk and they said they would bring it up. They never brought it up that night, and I had to call again this morning and ask for it ASAP so I could leave for a meeting. I was gone for six hours, and when I returned, my room had still not been serviced. Now I have to find something to do for an hour just so they can come clean it. I can't wait for my stay to be over.

Just stayed this week for a business meeting I attend every year at this location. I was extremely disappointed with our room this year. We had NO Shower Curtain, the towels were very worn and ragged, the security lock was broken on our door and the room had a stale smell. The majority of housekeeping personnel didn't speak English so it was impossible to communicate! I have stayed there for the past three years for my annual meeting, but I will not be staying there again.

My wife and I always stayed at the Clarion. Rooms were nice and the restaurant was great. Then it began to change. The closed the restaurant and put in the donut and coffee breakfast bar. The help seemed to be less caring. On out last stay we checked in at 10 pm got to the room and all the room was torn apart. Drawers out furniture apart. I called down and they told us the room inspectors had been in and just not put it back. We were tired and kept the room and went to bed. Checked out and everything was normal. Then after arriving home I checked my american express card. They had added a 150.00 smoking charge to our bill. We don't smoke. I contacted them and they refused to call me back. I then went through Amex and got the charge taken off. It is my belief that someone rented the room for cash and smoked in it. Then we come along and rent with a credit card and BOOM here is a sucker we can charge 150.00 to Sorry Clarion. You just lost a good customer and I will spread the word what a low class hotel you are.

Beautiful looking property with a great staff.

I stayed at this Clarion during the first week of May, 2014. The staff were excellent and very attentive. I was impressed by their professionalism and personal attention. I have to mention two staff members that went above and beyond to attend to the needs of their guests. Jenna works in the bar and, at times, had to do double duty as bartender and waitress. I was so impressed with her ability to function on a busy Saturday night while serving and bartending. She was always very friendly and attentive. Another employee, Deborah, was our chauffer to the airport. She was always smiling and friendly. I wish I had gotten to spend more time with her. She had a very sunny disposition and an ever present smile. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Little Rock.
