Reviews of Red Rock Casino, Resort and Spa by Suiteness 5*
Highly recommended! Is amazing and you can find everything, great restaurants, sport bars, bowling, movie theater! Cozy atmosphere!
Have a very great time! The casino is very comfortable, wonderful service and great machines 💗I won 900 dollars 😜🙏
Awesome atmosphere within the resort. Conference rooms were maintained clean and welcoming.
Awesome hotel! gigantic rooms and 24 hour room service! Definitely going back soon.
Horrible experience at the lucky penny restaurant, ordered 2 fish & chips dinner and waitress brought them out without tartar sauce, we asked for tartar sauce and after 5 minutes she returned to the table and stated they were out of tartar sauce. We then reordered 1 meal and the waitress actually charged us for the replacement meal even though we didn’t touch one of the fish dinners. The waitress was Brenda and was incredibly rude and offered to bring us ketchup or mayo for our fish dinners…. LIKE, who eats fish without tartar.
Nice staff great environment.
This place is not family friendly! There is no place for kids to hang out. The entire giant amazing pool area is completely closed until 10am and only a tiny portion of it is open at 10am ALL WINTER! It’s a giant sprawling “5 star” resort and there is no hot tub open all winter long! Winter is when most people like to hot tub! This place is nice, but very disappointing! We have an incredible view of the incredible pool, lounge area that is almost entirely closed! Very frustrating!
Without a doubt the most amazing room I've ever stayed in. The villa suit had it all! The service was outstanding. I can't wait to get back. aloha no🤙🏽
Very nice rooms with spacious bathrooms …. Cabana was awesome with a fabulous hostess
Lindsey❤️. She took great care of us…will definitely stay here again 😊
Great get away, away from the busy strip, great restaurants…. Rooms were clean & staff were on point.
Amazing experience. All staff was very friendly and welcoming every day I was there.
Very clean lots of poker and keno friendly staff and just a exciting experience.
Love the pool! it is beautiful, restaurants are fantastic.
Lucky Penny prime rib and seafood chowder was delish! Our servers were just great as well as the host greeted us warmly and remembered our conversation when I made our reservations. My family and I will definitely be back because of the awesome food and service from beginning to end!
Great pool, the fool was excellent and great service.
Luxurious and clean. Very friendly and helpful staff. Pool is fantastic casino is a lot of fun. Great food at the Hearthstone.
Love the casino. Clean and fun. Lots of restaurants too!
Great atmosphere, clean, good people working there!
The restaurants are friendly w/ good food.
The gym is clean & spacious. The rooms are clean & very quiet.
When I interviewed for a position in Vegas last winter, the hiring manager flew me in and put me up in a VIP room. It was an incredible room with a spectacular view! The bed was comfortable, the soaking tub relaxing, room service was top notch, and every staff person I met was very kind! The casino is very well maintained, the restaurants have great food, and the staff are attentive. Now that we have moved here and call Summerlin our home, we are glad this nice casino and spa are nearby so that we don’t have to drive to the strip for a fun evening out.
The customer service here is top notch! We always enjoy the casino, but to stay at the hotel and have a relaxing staycation, of sorts, was very exceptional! Clean and safe! Comfortable and casual. We love it here!
Beautiful relaxing casino with great restaurants and friendly people.
Clean, great atmosphere, good people and strong and consistent cocktails.
Red Rock Casino always so beautiful! and the most friendliest staff from the entrance to every part of the casino even when you exit! the scenery outside is very calm! it helps me get away I'm from Central Las Vegas where I live so I know that it's beautiful for those who are visiting! Great food! great people! And great fun. When there is live entertainment unfortunately do the covid-19 has been paused!
Great place and awesome staff and service.
Beautiful casino. Well laid out. Very friendly workers beautiful rooms highly recomended.
Amazing staff and service with consistently yummy food and cocktails!
We love this resort over strip. Decent restaurant selection, prices which make sence, impeccable service. What not to like?
Very very nice! Our suite was amazing and the selection of places to dine is the best! Service and staff A+
Amazing place! Great service, very cool and lots to do.
I love coming here. Great atmosphere table games & food.
The buffet was wonderful, and the place is so clean, I could breathe the air was fresh and clean.
Love, love, love the Red Rock. We have stayed there for 10 yrs. It's a beautiful facility, always so clean, and has much to offer. We have gone to the buffet for the last 2 Christmases and love all the amazing options not to mention our servers are always super friendly.
Love the Red Rock! Especially the Sportsbook & Red Rock Lanes. Upon my return I’d like to stay there, I’ll be inquiring about rates and vacancies for next trip! Staff incredibly polite and professional, great gaming atmosphere as well.
Great place and good food delicious beautiful Casino and really beautiful Room.
Nice variety of restaurants and bars. Friendly staff.
I think it's ridiculous that 2 security guards were called to an employee complaint. I am a 5'2" female, in sandals, no purse, nothing in my hands but a cell phone and because I want to complain to a supervisor about one of their employees being rude and presumptuous, I have 2 male security guards roll up on me from behind like I was some kind of criminal that needed to be subdued. It was embarrassing and emotionally and mentally exhausting. I didn't even get an apology for what I was originally complaining about!
So much to do with something for everyone in your family! We had such a great time in the pool, bowling, eating & enjoying the incredible accommodations & hospitality. So close to the strip yet a whole other world. Resorting at its BEST!
I have won good money here! Lucilles has the best ribs ever, customer service is excellent. And my husband loves the bowling alley. Thank you Red Rock for Rockin My World!
Amazing hotel away from the strip. I miss this place and can’t wait to go back. Large plush rooms, beautiful panoramic views of the strip, abundant choices of eateries and pricing levels. Drinks are fairly priced. Room service meals are delicious and well supplied with condiments etc. Free Parking!
Always parking, great food & beverage outlets, fun events, movie theater and faces.
OMG… ♥️ this place. EVERYTHING was absolutely perfect. I’ll be heading back SOON. Beautiful locale, beautiful hotel/casino and wonderful casino staff. Despite the full casino, it never felt crowded.
Amazing resort! Great pools and excellent room service. I had the best Bday experience!
Absolutely beautiful resort. I gave three complimentary nights and was given a 50 dollar voucher for slot Freeplay. So far the staff has been nothing but amazing! Every team member has greeted me with a smile and a warm welcome. I find the ambiance here to be so much more chic than the properties out on the strip. Based on my overall experience and how I've been treated thus far you can best bet I will be back again.
Very nice resort. Nice rooms and comfy beds, and great customer service. My complaints are no coffee makers in the room, Or usable fridge. Its loaded with beer, juices and water, and very expensive. There is more water and alcohol on the counter, and looked like its being there for years. Yeah $8 for a bottle of water! There is a Starbucks, but huge lines to get some coffee, and at my discounted price for a convention at $911.91 for a double room for four days not real convenient at this price. The free shuttle to the airport was a bit of a debacle, some that attended the convention were not able to get on the shuttle bus, due to not enough room. The hotel did make it right, and used there limo shuttles to get some to the airport.
Beautiful hotel with free parking, restaurants, a pool, cabanas, theaters, bowling alley and a casino with smoking and non-smoking areas and a child care center if you bring kids. The fact that there are no crowds, loud music or smoke is a major plus! My wife and I enjoyed their champagne Sunday brunch buffet. Every Monday is military appreciation day where two for one coupons are given to active duty, retired and disabled veterans for redemption during the week at their bars, restaurants and bowling alley. Clean areas, pool and restrooms with their impeccable service is what makes it worth staying there!
Beautiful inside and classically decorated. However, on a fairly slow morning, employees at several different areas were kinda rude. Ex: stopped at the grill next to the sports betting. The guy behind the counter looked at me and then just walked off. He came back 4 or 5 minutes later and said, "We don't open for another 10 minutes. " (Menu light on, gas burners going, how was I to know. ) Several little things like this, nothing major, just lacking in customer service on that day.
My son loves to play at the kids quest, so on his birthday we dropped him and our friends daughter off there and just mentioned, that is his birthday. They did little party for him and made him feel really special. He was so happy. They even emailed me pictures. Just wow. Good job kids quest! Awesome surprise for us, while we were enjoying the feast buffet and some wine. We would recommend Red Rock Casino and be back from more soon.
Red Rock was amazing. The view was breathtaking. The pools top notch. Everyone here was kind and welcoming. The bathroom was my favorite of all… lol… we could not have stayed at a better place for our first night in Las Vegas. I had a blast in the casino and the noodle restaurant had great food and company. They are a bit more on the expensive side of everything but I have to say. Well worth the money. I was very pleased here and very thankful to have been given the gift of staying at Red Rock.
Had a great time during our stay. Place looks great. We spent a whole day by poolside. Our servers were awesome. Could not give the hotel a 5 because we could never get housekeeping when we called and the food was limited at the pool and you could not bring in food from other places that are in the hotel.
Just moved to Las Vegas and hands down this is my favorite off the strip place to go. Wonderful location, clean atmosphere and there’s fun for the whole family — movie theater, arcade, bowling, and a childcare facility that is reasonably priced. Great food court, amazing selection of finer dining, and the hotel is very classy. It is part of the Station Casino family which offers some pretty stellar awards to members! As far as gambling goes, they offer everything and have a very nice sports book. Highly recommended for those who want high end amenities, but not the Strip atmosphere.
Usually moderately happy with the place, the buffet has taken a turn for the worse but it is what it is. Went to see a concert last night, and it was a nightmare. 5 hours of 100+ degree heat and no water available except for the 6 dollar per bottle variety. If you are going to keep people waiting in that kind of heat, it’s downright inhumane to treat people that way. Upon being told to wait inside due to lightening issues (good safety on the casinos part) we are told we can’t sit anywhere since the only seats available are at slots and security was not allowing people to sit who were not playing. I won’t return for any concert here at this point unless it’s non-summer months, and even then, I’ll consider another venue if possible.
I want to The TLC concert at pool last night. They were great, but security would not like anyone bring their drinks that were purchased in others parts of the casino into the area. Other venues offer you a plastic cup to switch from your glass container. Not at red rock casino. You had to drink it fast or dump it. Once your inside the pool area was beautiful, but the different bar set ups they had could not handle the concert crowd. I spent more time in line trying to get a drink than actually watching my concert. One hour plus in line, not an exaggeration. I time it.
Simply the best casino in Las Vegas. Perfect pool, great slot floor and suites to die for. My go to place.
This is the second time I've been to Red Rock Hotel and Casino this year for Dr. Jeffrey Maggie's 2 Day sales leadership and performance training boot camp. The parking is easy convenient and free. I have plenty of places to get vegan options. And after we were all done we stayed for some networking and drinks at The Lucky Bar. Followed by a bagel on the way out at Starbucks. I'm not a gambler so I didn't notice anything in the casino that way. I came to learn the most I could about taking my sales game to the next level and I got what I came for. A perfect 10 a perfect 10! (Or in this case five stars)!
Tasty ate, lost 10 dollars), in general, got a fan.
My recent visit was brief, literally in and out, drove a friend to meet with family. I can say from experience that the rooms are outstanding. Location is minutes from my home, a "Local Casino" with all the amenities of a Strip Hotel Casino & Spa. Last year my son had booked a room for after his wedding, I wanted to surprise him with honeymoon suite, The staff went above and beyond to accommodate all my requests. Shirley was an absolute angel (my inquiry took place only 1 day before the reservation) she was calm, reassuring, and made sure she communicated before and after. She's a Superstar.
Red Rock Casino is an easy choice if you have a family. In addition to the casino there is a Arcade, Bowling Alley, and a movie theater. Like most Station Casinos the buffet is reasonably priced and has a higher quality of food than a lot of the locals places I've visited. One trick to keep in mind, your movie ticket is good for a free game at the bowling alley. So, if you're looking for a night out that's not too expensive you can watch a flick and then bowl a game without spending any extra money, well except for drinks. The theater at Red Rock deserves its own review. We took our son there for his birthday and it was a great experience the staff was extremely accommodating and it was not difficult at all to work with them. If I had a complaint, it's only that the non-gambling services almost feel vestigial which is to be expected this is Las Vegas. It would be nice if they arcade was a bit larger and the bowling alley a bit neater. However that's a relatively small issue compared to all the services that they offer there.
Great casino! Had drinks at the bar in the sports book area. Service was very good. Then had drinks and appetizers at Yard House. It was very busy but they got us a table quickly. Food and drinks were great, as well as the service.
Awesome property with a hometown feel. One of my best friends got married last weekend here and the whole experience was amazing. I stayed the week prior at the Sunset Station on business and being the first time not staying on the strip, I will probably never stay in the strip again. Thanks for friendly staff and fair prices. I wish we would have booked our wedding we are having this coming October at one of the family properties but we have already put down our non refundable deposit at Mandalay Bay. Thanks for running a first class resort.
I came specifically to see a movie. I dropped my son off at Kid's Quest first, which is the best service you can ask for. The movie theatre has kiosks for ticket purchase and pick up, which was amazing considering the long lines on a Saturday afternoon. They have plenty of options for food in the food court, all at very decent prices. Overall, I have always enjoyed Red Rock as a place to eat, drink or play. Recommended for locals and tourists alike.
The best of Vegas off the Strip, Red Rock is a must!
A nice enough Vegas hotel with all the usual bells and whistles that you’d expect including but not limited to a spa, a sports bar, and a buffet. An important thing to note is that the Red Rock is way off The Strip and about 30 mins by car from The Strip. Its proximity to Red Rock Canyon National Conservation Area more than makes up for the distance from The Strip. A visit to Vegas would not be complete without a visit to Red Rock Canyon and specifically the scenic loop! Check out the Yard House for a very comprehensive tap list. Food is decent here too. Service is friendly and attentive. There is a Starbucks at the Casino level, but it is not open 24hrs. The layout of the hotel is a little strange with elevators only on one end of a really long hallway, so it can be quite a bit of a hike.
For a hotel that prides itself on being so all that it wasn't. The staff at the front desk & concierge could use some social skills. Very dissatisfied with them. While the rooms were beautifully decorated, the beds we're very uncomfortable. They need to turn the mattresses. Clearly one side was more lopsided. Now the bathroom was marvelous. The food was outstanding. The Grand Cafe food was perfect each time. Staff there was amazing. The place is huge. Great for families since they have everything you need to keep family happy. So many pools, bowling alley and Movie theater. Wish I could have done five stars if it wasn't for the other staff. But if I'm paying that one of you could at least be nice and not like your being bothered by our presence.
We went for feast buffet. The food was reasonably priced and even a better deal when you get the card for points. There was some good items and some not so good. (stay away from the sushi) And… I can't get over the overwhelming smell of cigarette while trying to enjoy my food. I understand it's inside the casino… what did I expect right? I just thought it would have been closed off or had windows; something to keep the smoke out. I wouldn't go again.
This hotel is beautiful. Up on the far west side of Las Vegas it is right off the 215 beltway and easy to access. The casino floor is large and has a lot of games. The tables are in circle around a center bar with friendly staff and lots of options. The food here is really good, again lots of options, and not overly priced. You could eat something different for every meal for a few days in a row before you had to double back into a location.
Good hotel/resoet/casino far away from the Strip but close to good shopping and nature.
Work seminar. The hotel is very well equipped. A little far from the Center but beautiful view of the mountains.
Pros: Swimming pool, fitness, quality housekeeping, good price for the room, shuttle to the airport and Main Street Cons: Far away from the main street.
This is the maximum this hotel has all power a refrigerator full of vebidas yacusi in in order for all your needs I recommend my people Red Rock Casino Res.
It wasn't bad. Cleaning crew only came once a day, so if you didn't want to be bothered in the morning/afternoon and wanted the room made up while you were out enjoying the Vegas night life, your room would probably not be made up by the time you got back. Casino was brimming with people and lively. Overall a pretty decent experience. Room service and the snack bars were extremely expensive (12 bucks for some colored, candy coated chocolate pieces? No thanks).
In the history of Las Vegas and the Cacinos tube much to do with that Alla in 1951, nuclear weapons experiments were started in the state of Nevada while the test site was 65 miles (105 km) northwest of Las Vegas. Residents and visitors of the city witnessed cloudy mushrooms (being exposed to falling) until 1963, when it was limited according to the Ban Treaty examination where nuclear tests were required to be conducted underground.
I really like the design of this casino and resort. It is beautifully appointed and classy. I like that there are both casual eateries/food court for kids before or after catching a movie at Regal Cinemas inside the casino, as well as a fine dining restaurant (T-Bones). The Red Rock Lanes bowling alley within this casino, as well as the movie theater within the casino make this place kid-friendly when we visit. A penthouse suite that my in-laws booked was beautifully appointed with luxury amenities, furniture, a billiard table, and absolutely breathtaking views… gorgeous.
Pretty average casino. Their bowling alley is huge with tons of lanes. Prices are average. The movie theatre is set up nicely and clean. Any staff I encountered was nice. The only negative was there were multiple cars on the top floor of the parking structure doing donuts and racing the entire time we were there. I feel like security should've came by or something.
Came here on a spa date. My friend and I got the Oxygen Facial. We're going on a spa journey, trying out all the spas here in Las Vegas. So far, I would say here is the best throughout the experience of relaxation. Love the service here, everyone was friendly and very helpful from when we checked in and checked out. We got the chance to try out the jacuzzi, showers, the coffee/tea area and our private facials. We loved everything about this place. Can't wait to come back!
Very nice casino atmosphere. Good care.
It's nice modern but they're remodeling.
If you want a casino that Rivals those on the Strip but don't want to go all the way down there, this is the place for you. With an elegant Fire and Water entrance this place is big but not too big. The restaurant selection is better than most. As someone who's cooked professionally for 24 years I can tell you that Lucille's BBQ is the real deal. Excellent food, good portions and not overpriced. Happy hour here is a terrific value. If it's a selection of beer you're looking for, the Yard House is a must. With an average of 160 beers on tap you will always find something you like and then some. Since its opening the Red Rock has always been an excellent place to spend the night out or maybe a weekend away from home.
One of the BEST casinos in Las Vegas. From the moment you walk in, you're amazed by the amount of slots there are, as well as the selection of slots they have. With everything from old faithful to new and exciting slots, I'm sure you'll find what you're looking for. The music is very upbeat and keeps you in a great mood. Plus, the patrons are friendly. The hotel itself is spacious and quite a pleasant surprise. The only minus is that it's sooo far from the strip and the other casinos but, I could honestly say that, if I were visiting Vegas, I wouldn't need to go to another casino if I stayed here. Love Red Rock.
That hotel and casino is great corresponds to the company that drew up is from station Casino I worked when Inauro and today and last week I was inside a member of your team of our corporation receiving classes to train new team members.
But the facility is worth visiting for being a hotel and darling Fabulo of Las Vegas excellent service in all respects I invite you to visit you can go out with millions of dollars if the luck accompanies you, and your overall make sure they are top notch visit Las Vegas par To make a dream come true, thank you. E. Fdez.
Long time local that use to love Red Rock. But things are changing there. Player cards kiosk are not maintained and many out of order. Reward center employees are very rude and laugh when told about the machines being down. Some moron decided that no sugar added or sugar free desert are not needed in the buffet for diabetic customers. The buffet staff even agrees that management has no clue. We will not be going back. The machines have even gotten tighter and most have issues with them. Like buttons not working and most don't read your players card unless you try two to three times. So sad, beautiful property but being totally mismanaged.
The staff were very friendly and uffff.
The Yard House restaurant was a fun place to meet old friends. While we were reminiscing, we enjoyed comfort food, such as chips & dip, pizza, chicken wings and drinks. The Waiter was fantastic, keeping our glasses full and making us feel welcomed to visit as long as we wanted. Would recommend this place for a great meeting place for food, service and enjoyment. If, your looking for a place that is quite, you might want to consider another place. Especially if we are there, we weren't very considerate of others, in fact we didn't even realize others were around.
Fuimios to have cocktails. The service was fast and good.
My wife and I stayed at the Red Rock Casino Resort and Spa due to a work conference. It would not have been our first choice, being off the strip… but it will now be our only choice when in Vegas. The property was very nice, but the staff was excellent. When all was said and done, we felt more like we had been on a cruise than on a "Vegas Vacation". Free shuttles to the strip and the airport reduced the inconvenience of location and made for a much more enjoyable, relaxed time in the city.
Excellent feast buffet and cafe with the perfect "bargain menu items"priced right. Nice layout. Like all of Las Vegas casinos… too smokey and wickedly high priced rooms and literally everyone had their hands out for tips or money if some sort so if you satisfy them. Add another 40% cost to your overall experience. Usa tax refund never take this in to account.
Very good place, super comfortable, many services. Excellent to go among several days!
I love the Red Rock Casino. It's a nice place to stay as a guest, or just to enjoy a night out. Red Rock has a great pool, plenty of restaurants, gift shop, fantastic ambiance, with so many other things to do. You won't be disappointed. I'm a Vegas local who frequents this casino often. I have and Will continue to recommend the Red Rock Hotel and Casino to anyone.
If you are like me and don't want to be on the Strip, this is the perfect spot. World class facility, great team, huge variety of restaurants. Views of Red Rock Canyon, one of the most beautiful and interesting of our National Conservation areas, are amazing and it's only 10 minutes away. Zion 3 hours, Grand Canyon West 2 hours, Death Valley 2 hours, Lake Meade and Hoover Dam less than an hour, Valley of Fire an hour. I'll definitely be back.
It is a 5 star hotel with 3 star service.
Ok the room was clean and the bed very comfortable but overpriced for the service offered.
I saw a movie in the theater, I also liked the buffet, which has quite a variety.
Very good hotel. It has cinemas and games for young children. A part of the casino.
Excellent Hotel! Located to the west of Las Vegas, away from the noise and the crowd, near a very quiet area and near the canyon of the same name, a very Turistco place to visit 100% recommended! … take your bike!
All just great not far from the strip and hyper Nice.
It was the Red rock to eat with my family. I like the buffet, that's good!
The Red Rock Resort is always a good time. They offer many different things to do and I never have a bad experience. I went to see a movie this time and it is one of the cleanest and most well run theaters in the city. Lucilles is always a great place to eat too. I cant recommend it enough and will be visiting again in the future.
My family loves it here. There is a lot to do. Beautiful pool area, but both years we've been, the big pool was too cold. T-Bone, Lucille's, and Libre are the best three restaurants we have ever eaten at. Both service and food are a 10! Bowling was clean and fun. Our daughter loves Kid's Quest. Great place for parents spend time alone and with the family. Clean hotel with beautiful views. Located in a beautiful area with lots of shopping nearby. We plan to visit every year.
Location was away from the strip approx 20 mins. The rooms were beyond my expectations and service was excellent. Service at the restaurants In the resort were beyond excellent. Everyone was friendly and courteous! Room service lady was very nice too! I definitely recommend this place!
So, my wife paid for us to get massages, and I have to admit that it was wonderful. The whole experience out if all was worth it's weight in gold. The ambiance, the customer service, the welcoming atmosphere, the calm music, the lighting, the facilities, the complimentary, drinks, and the TVs, all made the experience 5 stars in my book. I will definitely be treating my wife the next time we come. I highly recommend this place to everyone. I particularly loved the quiet nature of the place. Everything was just so soothing.
The casino is beautiful. Although it is off the strip it is large enough to keep you occupied for more than a couple days. The layout is beautiful. The servers are fast, the dealers are mostly great. I prefer red rock over most places. The scenery right outside the casino is also wonderful and the park is only a few minutes away. Hence the name Red Rock, because of the close proximity to the canyon. The slot machines pay out at a good rate. $20 can last quite a while if you are losing or it can last all day if you are winning! They have a very nice selection of machines some old style slots, many new and brand new games! The tables have everything a casino should offer. The sport book area is really awesome. Pricing on tables is great, from $5 and up. Dealers are eager to help you place bets so you shouldn't feel intimidated if you want to try a game for the first time. I would recommend this casino for a Vegas experience without the traffic/tourist/ crowding headaches of the strip. Do you like to stick around one casino or area? Red Rock has it all without going anywhere else. Spa is top notch. Clean, not too crazy on price. There is a wide selection of food available and from the multiple places I've eaten I haven't had a bad meal. Last food I ate there was a 20" grilled Italian sub. It was delicious, I couldn't finish all 20" but I gave it shot, ended up sharing the rest.
Me and my wife took my mother in-laws to the red rock buffet. The buffet was quick at finding us a table and getting us service fast for our drinks. The atmosphere was relaxed and the table and every where was spotless. We always go visit this place for special occasions. Definitely would recommend going there.
I had an excellent opportunity to stay at this hotel in one the vip suites. The service is very helpful and friendly. Only downside is that the hotel does have smoking rooms and allows smoking in the casino so that could be a positive or negative depending on personal preference. Another downside is that the resort is located pretty far off the strip, although they do have a free shuttle that will transport you to the strip and back. The downside to the shuttle is that the final return shuttle is at 10pm so if you are going for late night fun on the strip, you will have to find alternative transportation. Overall this is an excellent option for an off the strip resort.
Spacious room, comfortable bed, bathtub or shower in the bathroom, good internet speed on Wi-Fi. Too bad the pool and most of the restaurants close early.
On the other hand very good beer bar with more than 120 beverages from all over the world.
Hubby and I had a great time at the spa here on our anniversary. The facilities are mostly separated by gender, but with a little planning we were able to meet up at the secluded outdoor pool and patio to spend time together. We both loved the hot tubs with a variety of jets, I loved the steam room, hubby went for the dry sauna. I liked the showers with eucalyptus shower spray, hubby liked the rain shower. The cold dip was really nice in between, not too cold. They provide lots of water and tea and even some snacks. We felt very pampered.
We call to have one thing and she would arrive right away.
Well, after my last visit this past May at the Red Rock Hotel/Casino, I figured that it couldn't get any better… well I was wrong. Some how this fantastic resort gets better and better. Every staff person I came in contact with couldn't be more professional and kind. Additionally once again, Mr. Joe Vicuna made sure our visit was perfect. This man makes us feel like part of the Red Rock family. Kudos to Joe! Can't wait to get back to "The Rock". Thanks to all at the Red Rock!
My wife and I have taken our kids to Red Rock five times now and we just love it! The on-site theatre, bowling alley, swimming pools, arcade, and gambling have something for everyone. The buffet is HUGE and generally features a wide range of options that are of excellent quality. Their shuttles meet our needs for the local area and there are plenty of other great eatery options as well. We highly recommend Red Rock if you have kids.
Absolutely sublime. Huge and new luxury hotel. The rooms are nicely decorated and very comfortable. The beds are exceptional and the bathroom is very spacious. Great view of the pool and the canyon.
The pool is relatively quiet and especially not crowded. Possibility to be delivered drinks and food or rent a lodge. The chairs are comfortable.
The free and fast Wi-Fi throughout the hotel and the restaurants offer an amazing choice. Finally all the services are available, from the spa or bowling, from cinema to IMax to walks in the canyon…
In short a little Marvel.
Very nice Hotel but a bit far from the center.
This casino has a lot of great restaurants, lounges, and bars. Their is also the downtown Summerlin shops now within 5 minutes walk that has 20 more restaurants! The pool is fabulous, and the rooms are very nice. This is a great place to stay to have the resort/Vegas experience without all the traffic and crowds of the strip.
I loved everything about this hotel! It's so beautiful! Great service, Excellent dealers, excellent resturants, gorgeous rooms and views. Love the pool! Only place I will ever stay when in vegas!
Reserved a day bed to hang out at the pool for a day with my significant other. There were TONS of mildly unruly kids… so if you're looking for a calm and quiet place this is definitely not it. "Personal Host" service was mediocre at best but the food at the Sandbar Grille was good. 18% mandatory gratuity included on the check… slightly annoyed by that because I probably wouldn't have given the hostess over 10% based on service.
We love this place. It's great for just the wife and I or with the kids. Great rooms, great pool, great restaurants and a great time. The spa is Awesome!
We stayed at your hotel for 4th of july and we had some problems and its very doubtfull we will ever come back, we have been coming to Station Casinos for years, First of our room had candy on sensor at kids level and this was very frustrating I think this is not cool at all and very intraping practice, then at the pool we had kids doing what ever they want w/out adult supervision one kid splashed our cocktails and food and when we asked for his Dad to come over he couldn't be found another kid jumped in the pool and chipped his tooth while canon balling in the pool he was bleeding everywhere no one came to help him no life guard present, liability of this alone is WOW then the fact this is allowed WOW! then at Hotel Valet our car was swiped or hit on the rear driver side bumper black marks and scratches everywhere and we didn't see it till we got back home to California? Our TV didn't work Wi Fi was so bad I have no idea why we were charged any fees for it, I traveled a lot and in some remote places of this planet they had better Wi FI then Red Rock Casino Hotel in LV, Prime rib at your Buffet is so bad its sad. Its so sad that resort such as yours sucks so bad what a waste!
This was the worst experience I have had in a hotel this nice ever! The staff is useless and the music from the pool was so loud all hours of the night. I called and they said they called "engineering''. It never ended. I called down looking for an ATV cord for a projector and was sent to an IT number that no one ever picked up. I went down to the desk and they took 15 minutes in the back and then told me they had called "engineering". My room was extremely humid and the bathroom walls were dirty with dust and looked like they hadn't been wiped down in the last year. Not worth the money and or the drive.
Give this place 4 stars, Out of all the Las Vegas Casinos Ive been to, This takes the Cake PLUS the icing, I love the theatre, and the restaurants (Tbones was great), the service and rooms were nice, the view of Red Rock was amazing and its next to Downtown Summerlin, Only bad parts were the stale smoky smell in the hotel, and there was a extremely drunk person who was acting crazy in the casinos, But overall, very nice.
The Red Rock casino is a beautiful property with modern, sleek and stylish decor. I've never stayed at the hotel as I am a local, however, I go to cosmic bowling and meet up with friends for drinks and go to the Zowie Bowie show on Fridays. We always have a good time.
Let me start by stating one year ago we stayed at the sister resort to this place; the Green Valley Ranch and we had a wonderful time. However, Red Rock Casino could not have been the complete opposite, save for the fantastic view of Red Rock Canyon. What's wrong with this place? Let me count the ways: 1. No coffee in either the room or the lobby. The only place you can get coffee on site is if you get it at the Starbucks located on the casino and guess what, I guarantee it will be the most expensive Starbucks you will ever purchase. 2. The pool area is woefully understaffed and all of the waitresses who are working will be quick to tell you that. After two days of horrible service, we resorted to sneaking our booze in because we were tired of having to either go to the bar ourselves or wait 90 minutes for the server to get back to us. 3. You can't bring ANY outside food or beverage into the pool area. Look, I'm not a cheapskate by any measure, but any place that prevents me from bringing in my two thirds finished cold cup of coffee from McDonald's doesn't deserve any of my money. 4. We learned that before April 15th, locals have access to the pool. That means the place is crawling with locals and their equally impolite kids. There were several times through the weekend that we felt like we were in a backyard pool party and not a resort. 5. What is with the psychotic lack of towels? I get there is a drought going on, but is set sets of towels too much to ask for?
Really great hotel room was perfect service was nice and I got the room I wanted. I stayed at the M, Rio, and South point but this is way better than all of them combined I would recommend this to anyone who likes luxury hotels and if you like buffets it's the best one I ever been to but the only problem is that their pool closes at 5:00 pm I wished it closed at 8:00 or 9:00 but I just had to deal with it but really great hotel anyone should go their.
Awesome casino. Amazing rooms and beautiful pool. My all time favorite in two. Not sure about slots but if you're a table player don't expect much from the host staff (worst I've seen in Las Vegas).
My birthday vacation was outstanding. I enjoyed the view of a beautiful sunset and sunrise in the canyon from my bed. The gaming was fun. The movie theater was very comfortable. The food was good. I will definitely come back.
Spent 2 days here after staying at NYNY, NYNY was very nice but this place is special the rooms are amazing the staff were great the casino and fitness area were top notch and the buffet was as good as any on the strip. I travelled with my son and the internet connection allowed him to game without issue (quiet time).
Poorly run! Not worth what they charge! This is after my 3rd stay here. Nothing has changed! Upon arrival, no baggage assistance, no automatic doors. Which makes it fun when your hands are full with baggage. Front desk people seem to have attitudes. Ordering food to go from the cafe, They have the nerve to add $1 service charge (with out informing me prior to purchase). Never seen that before. $27 resort fee includes the worst internet. My cell phone had lots of trouble getting signal. Oh and then my toilet would run constantly. Rooms are nice but after all that, I didn't care anymore. Don't waste your time with this place.
It's not a 5 star hotel! My room has very old furnish. One of the glass was dirty. Bathtub was plastic, yellowish, has water stain on it. The audio player on the nightstand was like 5+ year old. Audio jack was broken. There are no electric socket near bed so you can't charge your phone on the night stand. There are not paper and pen in the room. Bed sides, corners was dirty. The shuttle back from the strip ends 10 pm. So you will need to find a cab to get back from the strip. The buffet was horrible. We get to the buffet around 8 p. M. And the cashier was talking and not even paying attention. She told us that we need 2 player card to feed 3 people. That might be fine, but you don't have to let us run back to front desk again only to know that we will have to get the player card at the reward center. As we finally get into the buffet, I was really hungry. After waiting a while and nobody coming leading us to table, I decided to just find our own table. That result in some waiter coming over and 'educate' us how to eat at a buffet in US. We will have to wait to be seated, even when there are not waiter, sign of any kind and no line at all. The waiter was quite judgmental based on our race — — 'You might come from some small place, but here in US we have some rules'. I've stayed in US for 4 years already and I swear Shanghai is much bigger than you thought!
My little sister loves the bubble spa. She go's there all the time but it is lot of mony. One time I sall a man picking his nose and put his picking finger and put it in the pool.
The room was nice. They are remodeling right now (Nov 2014) and there is an ear-splitting drilling sound that has lasted about four+ hours in our room. When I called the front desk to ask about this, I was told "Yes it will be going on all week. " No apologies; no warnings about this when we signed in. They also told us the Wi-Fi will be included in the daily resort fee. We were charged again when we signed on in our room, and told we can call to waive it after we leave. With the variety of options in the Las Vegas area, I doubt I will return here.
Stunning, luxury, service, price, first! Definitely I hospedere here on future occasions.
