Complaints, the Sports Book area. Definitely need to work on what games are being shown, and the waitress and bartender could be attentive. The ventilation in the casino needs upgraded. It’s almost like the olden days when all you smell is cigarette smoke. Just not used to that stench anywhere anymore. The front desk attendants at both towers were great. We would stay here again though. Laid back place to be. I like it.

Warning ⚠️ True Review of my July 2022 stay. This property is a Hotel/Spa and Casino property and our Room King Suite. The staff in the Hotel and Casino are wonderful and inviting. Spa is an extra fee for entry. ***The Spa is in need of revised policy and procedures for guest. ***We were not allowed to take a tour of the spa, but we could view it on a tiny picture to the left of the spa desk. The reason given was that guests are allowed to be fully nude in the spa area. We were understanding of this and decided to come back the next morning. While in the spa, there was a guest with her cell phone out videoing the spa area with me in that video 🤔😕😡. I was clothed. When I questioned the guest, the Manager proceeded to inform me that videoing is allowed in the Spa Area… but it's posted in the spa "No cell phone or video". 🤷 Management needs to either be yes you can film other guest or no you cannot film other guest in the Spa Area. On this visit Filming of a person in the Spa Area is permitted by Management. Guest will no longer have privacy a concern in the spa area. 😟⚠️ The spa just completed a 2yr maintenance project only to find the hydrotherapy pool is no more ☹️. They blocked the majority of jets from full operation and it just a pool with tiny jacuzzi jets operating in one section of the pool. Also, they now charge you to sit on the day beds in the spa area. This was a resort amenity when check-in to the JW Marriott prior to COVID.

Front Desk (Bre) made check-in process smooth. Pool area was great! Staff at the pool were very friendly.

The bed is very comfortable. The room needs a good airing out, a little musty. Love the patio off the room. Nice touch.

Beautiful property, great service and spacious rooms. Absolutely love the walk-in closet and bathroom with storage under the sink. Keeps everything off the counter and neat! Just like home. Highly recommended.

JW Marriott is a beautiful atmosphere inside and outside. The staff and usually the service is 100%. That is why we had our wedding on the property 3 years ago. We always stay when we have plans with family or friends until this trip…. It’s Vegas… you stay out late, especially during EDC. So, whom ever thought it was okay to cut down trees starting at 8am, I am here to say, you should be fired. I get when something is dangerous and you have to get it done (hopefully in one day) but every morning was not okay. We asked the front desk and even had shown her the video of the noise…she said sorry and blew us off. I am very sorry too! We will be rethink spending our vacation time and money there again.

Had an excellent day. I came as a local to use the pool. Now that I've been I can easily say that not only will I be going back but this would be where I staycation. All the staff were pleasant, clean amenities, on site ducks and geese (do not feed them just enjoy their presence), the pool is huge with lots of sitting and umbrellas. There is a bar in the pool area that sells food as well. They rent cabanas by the day which have water stocked w/ working tvs and extra privacy.

Great property, love the pool. Only thing however, it is in the mid hundreds and pool was completely heated, hot water coming out of every jet. It was way too hot, doesn't need it. Save yourself on your energy bill and turn off the heat.

Spent 3 nights here for a wedding. Staff went above and beyond to accommodate the bridal party. The resort is beautiful. We enjoyed relaxing in the sauna and jacuzzi. JW will be our go to for all of our Vegas visits.

Nice as JW Marriott always is. Roomy. Old school compared to modern places on the strip. Funky layout to bathroom. Comfy bed! Faaaaar from the strip, conventions come her so their attendees can’t get a der far, but still get The Vegas action at the attached RampArt casino which is one of my favorite places to play. I get room promotion mailers every month. There were “opportunities” in our room, shower very slow to drain, overhead rain shower head dripped cold water on ya when using the regular one. Not gonna let that keep me from coming back. Very comfy here. We have a nice view of the strip and the TPC golf course from the balcony of our 5th floor room.

This place treated us excellent. Really loved the discounts offered for our 20 year anniversary staycation. The spa was amazing as well as the food at the Hawthorn grille! Will definitely return again just for the spa and food alone its worth it. The room was excellent. Huge tub, large shower and ceiling fan in the room! We even had our own courtyard patio! Truly loved this experience and cannot wait to go again!

Clean rooms and the most comfy beds. Nice bathrooms with a rain shower and a separate jacuzzi tub. Didn't want to leave the room. Surrounding area is nice but not a lot of night life. Great place to relax and play golf.

Great hotel experience! I had the chance of trying out their amenities, gym was nice, got to try to the steam room, and ate at the buffet. There is one restaurant where I had a steak breakfast that was not at par to my liking but the japanese restaurant across was better though the price was a bit hefty. Still, I had fun in this place. Will come back again.

The pool was amazing! It doesn't get deeper that 4 feet so it is great for kids. They even have a waterfall! They also have lifeguards on duty. The room was very nice and the pillows were extremely comfortable. The bathroom was huge, it had a bath with jets and a shower! The staff were quick to help us whenever we needed it!

Really bad waitresses at the pool. The bartenders were very nice when I placed my order since the waitress never came back to take our order both times we were at the pool. It wasn’t busy and we waited an hour before I had to walk up to the bar to place the order.

I love this pool! It’s nice and relaxing… a little getaway that makes you feel like you are out of Vegas for the day. However, it is way too pricey for a pool day, as a local. I have never stayed there overnight so I can’t report on that. As a local, I think it is ridiculous to pay $18 just to get in. My friends and I probably won’t be back for a pool get away. : (

Although my husband has the highest rewards for Marriott and booked our room 4+ weeks before our trip and checked in online when we landed at 1pm, sadly our room was not ready at 5pm. He added all the items we wanted (pillow top, feather pillows, extra towels, early check in, 2 beds, balcony and upper floor) we got the worst room ever. Since we were not given a time our room would be ready and a line, we took a different room with the hardest bed I have ever slept on, speaker didn't work in bathroom, jets kept shutting off in the tub, no extra nothing. He almost asked for our room we booked the next morning as we both slept horrible. We have stayed in many Marriot Hotels and this by far was my worst experience. We even booked an extra night to enjoy family and should have just stayed at their house for the price we paid. Not sure what your rewards program is all about if you can't offer what your paying customer has requested for their stay. We got housekeeping service once and to ask to leave a tip when all the extras requested for this trip/room was not accommodated and had to reuse towels was comical! Room needed a good cleaning and dusting. Went to unplug alarm clock for ocean music while in the tub and it was covered including the cord in thick dust. Next time I will look behind furniture before I reach for a plug. We will be there this time next year if not sooner for business and pleasure and hope for a much better experience.

JW Marriott LV is an amazing hotel. The entire facility is incredibly clean, even the smoking-area in the casino. As is the norm, the hotel stores and restaurants are more pricey than neighboring places, but very convenient. The hotel staff seem very friendly and welcoming, and will go out of their way to help you. Overall, it's been a very pleasant experience. The location is close enough to the strip and downtown, but doesn't have the horrid traffic they both can get.

Staff here vary between visibly holding on and totally given up. The property itself is nice and always busy. They do a good job keeping it from smelling too smoky, unlike the neighbor casino Suncoast. This is a casino intended for senior crowds. If you do not fit that demographic it's a little unwelcoming.

My husband and I love the Marriott better known as the rampart. We go there on Tuesdays we are both seniors, and they have a special on Tuesdays which is a $5 Buffet. The food and the service is very good. Its the best deal in town for seniors.

The JW Marriott is pretty far from "the strip" and that's exactly why I like it. It has more of a local feel. Love to have brunch at the bufett. The staff is the best and the food is pretty good. Also, enjoy the mimosas! Their gardens are lovely and very zen. So if you would like to stay away from the crowds, head to the JW Marriott and enjoy some quiet time.

This was a very fancy casino and I loved the restaurant since the breakfast price was $4.95 on certain breakfast items before 9am. The wait staff were very friendly and accommodating as we were waiting on the rest of our group to arrive. Once the orders were placed, the service and the time it took to get the food was better than most Casinos in the area. The slot machines were absolutely better than any I have seen in the Vegas area and I have been traveling to Vegas since 2010. In the casino area you really couldn't smell the smoke which was nice as I am not a fan of cigarettes. The parking garage spaces are decent sized where it doesn't feel like your vehicle will get dinged because of how small the spaces are.

The area is very beautiful the spacious rooms and there are variety of restaurants.

Great hotel with very nice rooms but away from the Strip but more local casino than the tourist factory.

The pool and hot tub were filthy. Nobody cleaned it. The food were not worth the price. The tacos had dry chicken and no salsa. People are drinking in shot glasses right in the pool infront of little children. Drunk rowdy group. H ad yo get manager. Gross fight to see alcoholics. They should be in rehab. The pool rules say it all but nobody was enforcing it! Clean your pools pls!

Hotel facilities, including the pool and spa were nice. The Hawthorn Grill was enjoyable and there was an Easter Egg hunt for the kids in Easter morning. The staff was really nice and very helpful throughout the stay. I did not enjoy the casino or the buffet. The casino was smoky and seemed dated and the buffet was very average. I attended for a wedding and the event was very well done. There is a shuttle to the strip if you are looking for some additional entertainment. Overall, a good stay.

About a 25 minute ride to the strip, but so nice if you don't want to be in the center of it all 24/7. The restaurants on property are great and you don't need to leave. Staff was great. Was there for a conference and would go back again personally.

Hands down the worst experience ever. We asked to be on the palm towers to be close to our friends. They told us we had to wait a couple hours for the room. Once ready, we go to check in and there is no one at the palm tower check in where they directed us. After waiting 15 min at the desk, we walk back to the main lobby to check in. We wander around trying to find the room, we figure out they gave us a room in the wrong tower. We go back to Lobby and get the right room in correct tower. We are a family of 4 but the room they gave us doesn’t have a couch even to pull out for our kids to sleep on. We ask for two role away beds and they tell us we can only have one due to fire Code. Where does my other kid sleep?! Finally get a room to fit our family. With 2 queens and a roll away. Housekeeping opens door while our chain is on and rips it off the wall. Go to call for someone to fix and the phone is broken.
Also, they ran out of blankets so my daughter is shivering under 2 sheets. To top it off, they close the pool for repairs… in the middle of spring break week!
Wtf? Thanks JW Marriott. Not living up to the brand name and made our week pretty miserable. Telling all friends and family and will not be back and will reconsider ever staying at a Marriott.

We attended a friend's wedding. The rooms are nice. The bathroom is as big as the bedroom itself. They have rented the spot with the large ceiling on the top floor. The rug and some furnishings was outdated though. Room service food was also horrible. For the price of steak and eggs and omelet, it's better to skip all that. Even hot chocolate was more like hot sugar.

Beautiful hotel, good meeting facilities, and best staff. Can't say enough good things amount the people that work here — they really made the week great. Had the best brunch I've had in a long time. Casino is quiet, so if you like to gamble and aren't looking for the craziness of the strip, you may like this. I appreciated that it was far enough from the strip to not even feel like you were in Vegas. As someone who isn't a big fan of Vegas, that appealed to me. Lots of great shopping close by.

My favorite hotel/resort in Vegas. Convenient location. Very friendly staff. Very clean rooms. Fantastic spa and work out facility. My wife and I both always leave this place thinking we need to come back more often.

Nice property. A little bit old school, with lots of older guests. They are currently undergoing renovations so it will be interesting to see what gets renovated. Nice to get away from all the hustle and bustle of The Strip.

A small casino that appears to be more for the purpose of giving hotel guests some activities and entertainment. Although it was fun, Friday night was very crowded. As locals, a small group of us went to listen to music and dance in the round bar area of the main casino. First musicians were great, but the second group seemed to have a lot of issues with the equipment and had to spend a lot of time between and during their set. Insofar as a dance floor, there is nine. We danced in tiny spaces behind stools with bar patrons. Thus place is better overall during the week. Especially daytime.

We stayed here for a conference. The bedrooms were spacious and nice, and the grounds were quite nice as well. A few things disappointed me though. The ' balconies' were not much of a balcony. They extended about 4" out the doors so you can't even go outside. There were no microwaves. The all season pool and hot tub were closed. The restaurants were all right next to smoking areas so you had to drag your kids through smoke to get there.

Attended a conference here. The facility is very large and hard to navigate, so they gave us two different maps. I ended up parking on the wrong end and walking because the grounds are so confusing. My colleagues said the hotel and casino are nice, though. The conference center is impressive and held our large group without issue. I appreciated the snacks and coffee, which were well attended. When we had a problem with one of the rooms, a technician was sent to promptly resolve.

Great stay in the city of Chance.

Very lovely. Hospitable and the good was excellent from the hotel restaurant. The little sit down diner looking area we didn't have such a great experience… slow and orders came out wrong. We were tired after a flight from Florida with long layovers so it just seemed amplified but the rest of our stay went very well. I even left my car keys and they had a simple way of getting an email to have them overnighted.

It is a beautiful place for rest and fun I recommend and the restaurant Buffet the food is deliciosasus desserts I love, there is place to park.

Love the jacuzzi tubs for two in every room. As well as the rainfall shower heads. Comfy beds. Beautiful landscaping. When I still lived in Vegas I would go stay here for a weekend get away. Love it. Highly recommend.

Had our family Thanksgiving dinner (actually, day after Thanksgiving) at The Lodge at the JW. The staff were very courteous and took great care of us, the venue itself was fantastic for group of about 30 (with little ones), and the food was really tasty. Can't talk to cost, but the evening was wonderful. And the feedback from relatives who were staying at the resort was all positive. Really nice off-Strip location.

I stay here every time I come to Las Vegas to visit my brother because of the amazing Spa, Hydrotherapy Pool & Gym but my real love is their new Sports Book! I always appreciate their excellent staff and always sleep well here. If you're a golfer, you'll love it!

Participate as a security officer at an event and everything was very satisfying.

Gorgeous rooms and gorgeous hotel. The Gardens are beautiful. You do have to be careful while filling up the bath tub but as long as you are paying attention you'll be fine. The restaurants are amazing as well.

Definitely deserves the AAA 4 diamond. Was delighted to hear gold and platinum elite members receive a discount on the resort fee. The only complaint I would have is that the towels were very rough on the skin. Also received an upgrade to an junior suite which was great for a upgrade.

Surprisingly nice hotel but the casino inside smells of pure smoke. Nice amenities they give you a coupon book at check in with free drinks and desserts and a ten dollar match at the casino. The spa tower is the best tower and the rooms are huge the jacuzzi is great the shower is rain and powerful the bed is cozy but the pillows made my neck hurt because they were large and way too firm.

Rooms are a little out dated. It would have been nice to have a microwave. Beds were comfortable. Staff was friendly and pool was great! I was quite surprised that the breakfast buffet looked extremely delicious, however it wasn't as good as it looked. Oh and those birds out on the eating area were extremely annoying!

The property is pretty nice and the pool was good for the kids. Hot tub stays open till 11 and was nice to relax after hours. Location is a little off the strip but extremely convenient to Redrock Canyon. Rooms were sizable and clean and the property was nice to walk around. Would definitely stay here again.

A beautiful place, excellent Buffet and restaurants.

This is a premier Marriott property with an absolutely amazing campus, top-class rooms, and excellent staff. The property includes some beautiful water features, koi ponds, waterfalls, a fantastic pool, and many other great amenities. The one bedroom suites are spectacular for relaxed accommodations. With over a thousand square feet, you have a large living room, kitchenette area, very spacious bedroom with a sitting area and walk in closet, one and a half bathrooms, including a Jacuzzi soaking tub and rainfall shower. Unlike the on strip properties, this location includes free parking, with optional valet. Would certainly recommend this property for any visit to the Vegas area.

Oh boy. I am from out of town and did a lot of research on spas. This place was a HUGE disappointment. There is no access to towels outside — you have to grab your own and walk outside with it. There was not enough pool side lounge chairs outside. People would "save" their chair and leave for hours without using their chair so chair space ran out and there's nobody to regulate it. Ridiculous. There are no bottle waters available unless you know to look in the refrigerator. The spa areas outside are almost all not working. The staff was friendly but the place could definitely use a facelift.

Best resort in Las Vegas for families. Off the strip enough to avoid traffic and crazies. Clean, non-smoking… you can't smell smoke at all! Huge pool that we love, cabanas totally worth renting. Spa massages are AMAZING! We've done it all here and its never disappointing.

Location for a locals resort casino is great. I went to the Carmel Room which is now located off one of the hotel lobbies. Good service from the staff and good food. The décor is outdated. Overall, I had a good time. A good place to meet for drinks after work.

The room was beautiful, spacious & bright; however when we arrived we were promised a microwave due to health issues and they could not accommodate it, also there were someone else's dishes outside our door for most the night. When I went down to talk to the staff regarding the microwave, they basically told me that there were alot of people here for the same event and there was nothing they could do, so I brought my food and I couldn't warm it up. Also, they couldn't have room service warm up my food & they couldn't weigh out my food. I've been here slightly over 24hrs and my blood sugar has never been this abnormal. Lastly there was a coffee maker in the room, no coffee pot. As beautiful as the room is and the grounds are, I can almost guarantee that I will not be staying here again.

The pool is amazing, I love that locals can have access! The food served at the pill are good sized portions for the price. The service was ok, I think she was a little overwhelmed, as she seemed to keep forgetting small requests. She also would be gone for long periods of time 30 mins or more. Otherwise everything was clean (including the pool bathrooms) and beautiful. I will go back again and again.

Room was nice, but that's about it and won't be going back. As usual, they want to nickel and dime for everything. — Tub in room was a nice touch, but speaker in our bathroom didn't work. — Wifi would've been $8 a day for the slowest speed, in which tethering a phone was my preferred option and much faster. — Prices at the pool for food and drink were insanely overpriced. Their "good deal" was $30 for a six pack… — Slots… talk about low return, this place is designed to just take your money. They have a wide variety of machines, but you have a better chance of being struck by lightning five times in a row than you do walking away a winner. My wife and I were both very eager to leave the hotel.

Awesome hotel and resort. We have stayed many times over the years and love coming back. In our opinion it's nice that it is a few miles away from the strip, the large resort sprawls out with beautiful flowers and trees and is quite peaceful. The pools with the waterfalls and hot tubs are top notch. There are several eating options ranging from inexpensive to high end. The staff are always very nice, helpful, and professional. Highly recommended.

We rented a cabana for our daughter's birthday party and had a great time. The cabana was very well furnished and we had a lot of space. The food was great and the service was outstanding. The grounds and pool were very well maintained. All in all, we had a wonderful time and will definitely return for future parties or for a nice summertime getaway.

We went for the brunch buffet because we had free passes. It was nice, as far as buffets go. If you can eat for free, I would recommend it. Hit or miss with the food items. The omelet station was good, the desserts were good, the service was good. They'll pour you some cheap sparking wine, on Sunday at least, coffee and juice served at the table. There's a carving station which I didn't try. Decent salad bar. Comparable to other casino buffets. One of the best things was the lack of crowd, this property is a little tucked away.

Went to eat at the Irish pub. Service was good — or server was friendly and our orders arrived quickly and we're correct. We had potato skins to start and they were very tasty. I had the Buffalo chicken saladfor my main meal and it was delicious.

I won a free night stay at the JR Marriott early this month from the conference I attended there. It's really nice. The room was awesome. I took full advantage of the jacuzzi bath tub (it fits two) and rainfall show head. I slept like a baby that night. I really needed the time away from home. The staff was really nice and helpful. The grounds are really pretty too but I didn't have much time to explore because of the conference.

Worst Marriott Experience so far. Beautiful property but I would NOT recommend it unless you are going there to wake up at dawn and go to bed when the sun goes down. I stayed at this resort for a friends wedding weekend. We had at least 8 rooms booked there including a 2 bedroom suite and a 1 bedroom suite. We used the suites all day to get ready for the wedding which involved playing music and many people were coming and going. After the wedding reception we returned to the 2 bedroom suite with 10 adults at about 10:30 on a Saturday night but almost immediately we were approched by security and told that we could not play any music. Then we were sitting around talking with no music on and the security team came back to rudely tell us we were still being too loud! The bride called the front desk to explain her frustration considering when she booked the 2000+ sq. Foot suite they sold her on the idea that she could come back and party the night away. We also asked the hotel to put all of the guests near one another but they neglected that request and put old whiney golfers next to our rooms. The room I stayed in was nice but the walls were thin and I could here people walking down the halls and other rooms flushing toilets. Also it was facing the pool deck but they started playing annoying jazz music at 8am so you couldn't really sleep in.

Worst place you can spend your time with your lady. Me and my woman went here for Valentine's Day and experience the worst customer service ever! We paid our dues and got accuse for not paying for our first night when we were handed the keys. Then when we check out they told us that we owed an extra 200 and 80 dollars. We had enough to stay another night and got denied and escorted off the premises with our 2yr son. And also me and my girlfriend had our bank confirm to the supervisor that the money went thru and he was still denying that they haven't received anything from our bank. I promise that I won't ever in my life time spend money at this hotel ever in my life again!

From the outside the place looks great. Get in side and its a different story. Outdated and rough is the best way to explain it. The casino is clearly a locals favorite. The restaurants and bars were not empty… But not busy either. The smoke from cigarettes was VERY thick. We went to the buffet on a recommendation from a local friend. Despite everything I said above the buffet was great. Fresh and tons of good options. The staff was very very nice throughout the resort.

Me la pase my bien la housekeeping del cuarto me dio buen trato y el cuarto lo dejo muy agradable muy amable muy Buena limpieza el cuarto uy bueno pero los canals de televicion son pocos y no hay canals en espanol deberian de agregrarlos el cuarto estab muy limpio todo son muy amables. Elizabet la del front desk es muy amable muy atenta recomiendo el hotel a todas mis amistades mi cuarto era el 4119 mi esposo y yo nos sentimos felises de aber disfrutado del Hotel. I spend my good housekeeping of the room gave me good treatment and I leave the room very nice very nice very good cleaning the room but good uy canals of TV a few and there are canals in Spanish should agregrarlos fourth stab of very clean all are very friendly. Elizabet of the front desk is very friendly very attentive recommend the hotel to all my friends my room was 2019 my husband and I felt felis aber enjoyed the Hotel.
