I manage a Best Western hotel myself and I needed a place to stay for a few nights while visiting family in Las Vegas. This hotel definitely goes above and beyond to make sure guests have a great stay. The room was well maintained and clean! The property looks immaculate and the staff was very friendly! I would definitely recommend this hotel to my friends and family, and I will definitely stay here when I am visiting family again.

This is a great place to stay! It's close to everything. Great parking, great staff and it's clean. The breakfast is good too!

Wonderful hotel! Rooms are brand new renovated and they did a beautiful job! Big rooms, clean, great service. Good breakfast. Loved staying here while in Vegas!

Staff was super friendly! Found this hotel last minute. Complimentary breakfast in the morning. Easy check-in and out. Wifi was down during our stay but phone still worked well.

Very clean, older hotel. The bed was great. Bathrooms need updating, but work fine. The staff is very nice.

Indoor pool, good parking and descent breakfast. A wing was under construction but I'm sure it's completed now. Very nice mid grade hotel.

This was a super Best Western in Summerlin, NV. A quiet location but near to a casino there in Summerlin… no need to go downtown Las Vegas and all the craziness there. Hotel was clean and the hotel employees were exceptional. Great place to stay!

Rooms are nice and breakfast is free its pretty good for the cost of hotel. They had eggs, sausage, donut variety, cinabons, biscuits with gravy and Belgian waffles.

Well off the beaten path (five miles from the strip), and difficult to find, even with GPS! It is currently undergoing renovation to parts of the motel, but this did not interfere with comfort. This hotel allows pets, and I'm not sure I like that. There was a disagreement between two dogs near the entrance that was alarming. The breakfast area is small, but clean. The room was very comfortable, however the view is of a parking lot and small businesses.

Com Booked a room on there and they had the best rates around… Stayed 5 days, room was clean, everything worked well, the staff was great, lots of places to eat in a 5 min walk. Outback, Subway, Burger King are the places we visited but their are others. The morning breakfast has lots of choices and was well prepared. We would stay again for sure.

I like to stay very clean well service.

Place is clean and maid staff is good at their duties. I like thermostat control for heat and air. But I won’t stay here agin because the front desk staff is seldom at their position leading to concerns of security and if you need help with anything. But never mind that anyway because they really don’t care. My suspect is the motel management gives them to many side task to perform which gets in way of their customer relations. Or they just don’t care because pay isn’t worth it… my guess is both.

Horrible! Horrible! The girl in the front first gave us a dirty, dingy room in the basement. When we complained she sent us to a third floor room adjacent to construction Then she lied to us saying there is no construction on sat or Sunday. Guess what? First thing seven am on Saturday we hear hammers banging We called the front desk and she said her manager is sleeping and is off on sat and all her other rooms are full. We still have to stay here another night. For the price of 150 dollars a night this place is a nightmare.

The Best Western Las Vegas West is a nice comfortable hotel with good service. The location is far enough from the strip to have peace and quiet but close enough to get there with car or public transportation. I recommend this hotel whole heartedly and will stay there again in the furure.

No one tells you about $100 charge they put on your bill for incidentals. Best Western management says they will remove this charge from my bill and told me my account would be credited in 4 to 5 business days. Never ever again Best Western.

This is a great place to stay if you’re near the Red Rock Canyon area. Rooms were clean & modern. Staff was friendly. Breakfast was good.

Nice comfortable hotel, that allows pets and doesn't charge too much for the pet stay. Other Las Vegas hotels had a huge surcharge for dogs. The breakfast was pretty good, with a reasonable selection of cereals, scrambled eggs, sauceages, muffins, yoghurt … Being a sensitive individual I was unable to eat most of it, however they did offer an excellent and fresh fruit salad. The staff was superb, and the beds comfortable. We would stay there again.

Hotel is located in a very nice area. Plenty of eating establishments with in walking distance also a Smith grocery store on the next block. Appreciated the microwave and refer. In the room. The first floor of this hotel is partly underground where our room was located. It was very quiet. Great breakfast and friendly staff.

Clean and quiet! 7 minutes down the street from our Corporate office. Plenty of local restaurants within walking distance or a few minutes driving distance. Pool and fitness center a plus!

My family and I really enjoyed our stay at the Best Western Plus hotel. Nice, safe location, plenty of parking, pretty good complimentary breakfast, and best of all, 24 hour access to the Indoor heated pool and jacuzzi. Will definitely spend several more nights at this hotel in the within the next 12 months.

Clean, good location, good area and convenient for my needs. I was in the area to visit my Dad at the Wentworth Assisted living. Good breakfast offerings, good workout facility and indoor pool. Room had a very comfortable bed, great shower, in room coffee, microwave and refrigerator. Also good internet service and computer/ printer in lobby to print out boarding passes etc.

Best Best Western out of the 3 ive stayed so far. Quiet. Clean. Up on technology and interior design. I didnt have to swipe my card just stick it in front of the handle. I really liked this place and its only 15 minutes from the strip.

I made a reservation online months prior only to arrive and find out that they had a software glitch in their system and did not have a room for me. The lady working the front desk was clearly frazzled and overworked. While I was waiting for her to find my reservation, she helped the person behind me rent out their last room after it had only been booked that morning on a credit card that had been declined. She helped her work out the declined credit card issue while I waited and then informed me there were no additional rooms. I spent over 2 hours trying to find alternate accommodations since it was a music festival weekend. Erica Hines, the General Manager, has not returned my calls or answered my inquiries into this, even after Best Western corporate turned this over to her. This is a very poor way to run a business and I do not recommend this hotel under current management for that reason.

WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER! — Avoid this hotel like the plague, horrendous guest service desk staff dropped an F Bomb while handling my complaint — Gave my room away with a prepaid reservation and two credit cards on file, misplaced my belongings and told me to leave without my baggage Desk Girl called the cops because I demanded my belongings — WORST HOTEL EXPERIENCE EVER!

Very nice hotel. We brought our dog, and wanted close access to the outside. Room 206 was perfect for exterior access. Bed was a little too firm for my preference. Everything else was great. Even had grass for the pet, which is RARE in Las Vegas! Will definitely stay there again!

We love the Best Western Summerlin, not only is the hotel very clean and pretty but the staff is always friendly and kind. We are never disappointed in our stay. We love the neighborhood, it is very centrally located to restaurants, theaters, and shopping without going near the strip. Fabulous all of you need to stay there on your next visit.

Love this hotel! Favorite in Las Vegas area. Quiet, clean, friendly staff. Beautiful jacuzzi tub rooms and recently remodeled indoor pool & spa room. Great escape to a quiet suburban area close to Red Rock but not far from shopping and the wild Strip. If you wamt to get away from all the crowds to relax and have a quiet night, this is it.

We checked in on Saturday June 18. I called 2 months ago and made the reservation. I always use a prepaid card to book all my reservations whenever we travel. I spoke to the reservation department was told it was fine. Go to check in and I was rudely told that she couldn't help me. When the girl behind the desk started to get even ruder. I asked to speak to the person in charge was told the person was unavailable and that she was not sure when they would be in. So after waiting about an hour Jose the assistant manager came in and proceed to help us. After checking in and not even getting an apology from the rude girl. We checked out on Monday morning. And now today an additional amount of money was charged to my husband's card. When we called to find out why, we were told because of the sheets were dirty. Which is a lie. We travel a lot for my husbands marathons and have never heard anything like that before. Its disgusting that places like this get away with things like that. I don't care what you do. Between the lying and the cheap shots they are trying to throw at me. I will keep moving forward. But not with allowing people like this to walk on top of my family. I will never stay there again! Please don't ever stay there!

Horrible staff! On the 18th when we arrived the front desk lady deny my wife pre paid card. When my wife made a reservation 1 month advanced she did ask and they told her yes she could use it. I wish I could remember her name she was rude. We were told by her to wait for a hour her supervisor was on vacation. Really? Then Jose shows up takes my cc to check in. He is the supervisor on the front desk. Rude lady said he was in vacation! Really! But, today they charge my cc for $547 spoke with Ruby she said there was a stain in the blanket and a broken mirror. Really! Ask for photos she took my cell phone # and email supposed she was going to sent it in 5 minutes 3 hours later nothing. Scam and horrible service. Never had bad experience in hotels and I travel a lot with my family. Never stay here.

Always a great room at the Best Western. Breakfast was great, as always. Staff was super friendly… and the pool/hot tub was open 24 hours.

Its not a bad place to stay on the cheap, close to redrocks (15min or so) nice indoor pool and Spa. It was very clean and up to date.

Very nice place to stay except when we checked in the girl working front desk was not very friendly. They also would not take our cash. We had to go down street to get a bank card to use. Also we brought our pet and he could not stay in the room by himself. They said if he barked they would take him away. Shouldn't advertise that they are pet friendly. Room was very nice but shower way too small. Breakfast was decent. We would stay there again.

Great room. Horrible room service. The rooms here are great and clean; however the room service needs to understand that when there is a "Do Not Disturb" sign that means stay out. Both times I have stayed here the room service completely ignores the sign and tries to go in the room. The first time I was actually in the room with the lock on when I heard a noise, it was room service trying to go in my room ignoring the sign; they didn't even knock. The second time I was not in the room but I know they tried to go in because when I returned the door was not even closed, it was left cracked open. I was very upset because I didn't feel safe realizing that my door might have been open all day with all my belongings unsupervised. So, to sum it all up. This hotel would have been 5 stars if it wasn't for the ignorant room service people who decide to do what they want instead of acknowledging the sign that is provided for a reason. Also, Carlos in the front desk is extremely professional and is always very helpful and friendly.

Decent, bathroom a little cramped, must fight with the door to get into the shower. Last guests hair is on the shower wall unless that is the maids hair. Isn't mine as I am bald. Breakfast sucks. Is fake eggs and other barely edible swill. Room is decent and AC works good. Bathroom sink does NOT drain properly so can’t use full water force. Nice TV channel variety. Location is good, away from the strip and peaceful and quiet. Internet stinks! Night guy had to climb/reach into the ceiling panels on 3rd floor to reset access points b4 I could access internet. Asked for late check-out and got a "no". Asked front desk girl to ask manager and she said "I will ask her and call you back". Never got a call back. How rude! Promise to call guest and never do. Staff and manager does not care about guest, so I will simply stay elsewhere next time. Outback is right in front of hotel – too bad they cant cook a steak.

Booking travel for clients traveling throughout the United States and Canada with hotels, car rentals, car service and flights can be a challenge. When I have the opportunity to meet staff such as Jose who understand that working outside of the box is at times what is most prudent is greatly appreciated, and highly valued. Jose was pro-active and sought out managements approval of an exception to accommodate our under age 21 client. Jose's actions are responsible for us continuing to utilize the services of Best Western Plus — Las Vegas West vs. Another one of your competitors. Peace and quiet off of the strip.

Great location (if you have a car). Clean. Free breakfast and internet. Fridge and microwave. Great price.

Room was clean. I think my only consisted of the 3 flight o stairs. There is no elevator. However, the first two were designed with some cool land grading providing land access to the;first two floors. Othewise enjoy the quiet location and the many amenities in the area. Internet is slow sometimes.

They messed-up my reservation, but the manager discounted my room.
