Very good stay at the Grenoble House. We were greeted by Mr. Champagne at the front desk upon our arrival and saw him each day. Very helpful gentleman. Quiet stay and convenient to everywhere we wanted to go. Very clean with great maid service. Highly recommend.

It is located close to Bourbon street and the best restaurants. The rooms are large and very clean. The furniture in the place is amazing. The staff go above and beyond to make sure you get the best experience!

My husband and I stayed at the Grenoble House, Suite 103, last weekend! It was perfect! The room was clean and absolutely beautiful. Definitely didn’t have a typical hotel room vibe. The staff here is top notch. So friendly and helpful. We loved our time there and can’t wait to go back!

Just a block off of Bourbon Street — great location. No need for a car. Friendly and accommodating staff. Quiet resort with beautiful courtyard and pool.

The staff here is incredible! My favorite place in over 30 years of coming to New Orleans. It’s so quiet and intimate. The courtyard is making a big comeback after Katrina. It feels like home and after being married here in the courtyard in 2004 my heart was broken after Katrina the following year. It took a few years to work thru the red tape to reopen and it felt like a miracle. Thank you so much Vic for taking on the arduous challenge of restoring this home from home!

Loved this place! Convenient location and very nice staff! We stayed in room that had a full kitchen and street view. Quaint and cozy room. Used the hot tub 2 of 3 nights, very clean. Lovely place! Again, staff was incredible! We can't wait to go back! Thank you for a much needed getaway!

I spent my last night in New Orleans at the Grenoble House. My room was clean, comfortable and very accommodating. There was a full kitchen with a stove and refrigerator. The hotel is just a block from Bourbon and about a ten minute walk to Rouse's if you want to pick up any groceries. The staff was really helpful and friendly and there were refreshments in the lobby available all day! The courtyard was fantastic, with a pool and plenty of spots to sit and relax. Overall great stay here, I definitely intend on booking here next time I'm in town!

This place was splendid; literally one street over from Bourbon Street. Customer Service was excellent, somebody always waiting to open the the door for you and always willing to go above and beyond. Room was clean and roomy with a kitchenette and all amenities. We’ll definitely be staying here again!

The Grenoble House is a welcoming place to stay in NOLA. The staff is always amazing, kind, and helpful! The rooms are clean and well-appointed, and each one is unique. This hotel is quite lovely, and we always check here first when we plan a trip to NOLA!

Nice cozy spot in the French Quarter, situated near everything you'd want to explore: Bourbon St, the French Market, and great eateries. Nice people working here, amazing space. We had room 203 with the living room and full kitchen downstairs and a spiral staircase leading to the bedroom and bathroom area.

We enjoyed our stay here. They upgraded our room to a king executive. The staff was very friendly and answered all our questions and recommended many thing to do while in New Orleans. It is within walking distance of Bourbon Street, Jackson Square. They pastries, fruit, juice and coffee for breakfast and they have cake and fruit for an afternoon snack. If you have problems with stairs make sure to let them known that because there is no elevators here. Parking garage is just down the street. You do have to leave your key at the front desk when you go out and you have to ring the buzzer to get back in. Very reasonable priced room. We will be back.

I have been on several trip to New Orleans but by far this is the best place to stay ever. The staffs were extremely wonderful and helpful with taking our luggage to the rooms for us. The rooms are super clean and the staffs provide everything you can possibly think of to have in the room.

Nice place to stay. The beds were very comfortable and the suite was clean and comfortable. They keep bottled water stocked in the fridge which is a very nice touch. Fruit and pastries with coffee available in the morning and they always have nice slices of cakes in the evening for a treat. We really enjoyed staying there.

This is a great place to stay! I have stayed at a bunch of different hotels in Nola but none have the character of this place. Vic and his staff are awesome!

I really made a poor choice in my decision to stay here. I should have read the reviews more throughly both on yelp and trip advisor before booking. I should have read their cancellation policy closely before booking shame on me. Let's start with the good. The staff is friendly. The mini breakfast pastries are good. I think that's it. I was so excited for my NOLA trip. This room was booked months in advance. I booked a King Executive Suite directly on their website. I immediately called to request a quiet room. Javier told me he could accommodate my request by putting me in the back. After checking in I knew there was a problem. They gave me room 207. Although its off the street and only one unit is below they failed to recognize it shares a wall with the Holiday Inn next door. From 9/9:30 to 5/6 the industrial washers and dryers of the hotel next door are running all day next to you. Next to the bedroom in fact and also audible in both the living room and bedroom. I immediately notified the front desk. They called the owner Vic and basically told me there is nothing they can do to help me. I paid $199 for 2 of these nights and $349 for the other 2. I absolutely feel ripped off. If I were traveling on the company dime I would have checked out immediately. Vic hasn't felt the need to contact me about the room or offer any type or reimbursement. In addition to the room being very noisy the room was dirty.

The staff is amazing and the grounds are beautiful. We stayed in the 2 story town homes and thoroughly enjoyed our stay. Great location!

Historic European-style hotel. Friendly proprietress with French accent. Croissants, coffee and fruit for breakfast. One block from Bourbon Street, but quieter. Lovely old rooms with high ceilings. Not cheap, but worth it! Looking forward to our third stay!

We just got back from our second trip to NOLA (a year apart). We made our reservations about 6 months out and were able to reserve our same room! It was just as charming as we remembered! The staff is so welcoming and friendly. We felt like special guests on BOTH occasions. We can't wait until next year! Save our room! ;)

The suite was perfect with the kind of old world charm you want in NOLA. Exposed brick walls and a spiral staircase from the living room to the bedroom upstairs. Lovely little courtyard and pool area. Staff were very friendly and helpful. Great location for walking around the French Quarter.

Wonderful stay! Highly recommended. When I walked in, I had been in a movie shoot here. So many fabulous “sets” in one space. Staying here was a real treat. The staff were wonderful, the ambiance equally wonderful!

Amazing B&B! Right by the French Corner. Bourbon street one street over. Located near all of which you may want to see. Good price, beautiful rooms or shall I say suites.

Wonderful hotel and very courteous staff. One block off Bourbon Street. Only two things to be aware of. There is no hotel parking so you're on your own and they seemed to have cable and internet problems. Definitely would stay here again.

Great location. Still in the French quarter but far enough from bourbon street to get a good night's sleep. Huge rooms, big windows. Reasonably clean. Very friendly staff. The swimming pool area is gorgeous, The breakfast bar is very sparse and not the greatest quality but gets the job done. Kitchenette in the room (with full sized appliances! ) Is a huge plus. Very reasonably prized. Definitely a hidden gem.

Very nice boutique hotel in a great location one block off Bourbon. Very large suites and surprisingly quiet at night given proximity to Bourbon. Friendly staff!

Noisy. Paper thin walls. Can hear people talking in Hall and outside. Limited kitchen tools. Had to scrounge up item to cook with. Limited daily cleaning. Out toilet wasn't cleaned all week. No replacement soap for shower. Good location.

Feels a part of New Orleans history. Two levels of suites face inward to a private courtyard that seems an icon for New Orleans charm. European traditions: a light continental breakfast and a front desk that keeps your room key when you go out. In the French quarter, just a block from rowdy Bourbon Street, but quiet and peaceful.

Very cool venue to stay in. Only one block away from Bourbon Street. I stayed in the smallest Queen studio and it was more than enough. Their staff he's very friendly and there pool and hot tub are very nice after a day of long walking.

Location, location, location! Beautiful suite, comfortable and all the amenities of home! One block off Bourbon street, but still very quiet; two blocks from Canal street, easy walking distance to most every thing. Would definitely stay here again. The staff was excellent. I give it 5 stars!

“Great hotel at a great price” Amazing place. Old world charm and southern hospitality are ample at the Grenoble House. The whole staff is very polite and outgoing. The rooms are huge. Vic who very helpful at the font with tips and suggestions while filling us in on the property. Go here and avoid the corporate hotels.

Hidden gem in the French Quarters. Excellent customer service, definitely not your typical hotel chain. Fantastic location, close to all the action on Bourbon Street without all the crowds and noise. My room was extremely clean and quiet. This my new favorite place to stay in the French Quarter, definitely will be coming back soon.

Stayed for a few nights, very friendly staff who help you find your way. Nice amenities, lovely court yard and pool. Also it's in a great location, you'll love it.

We had the best time here & the staff are lovely! Was nice to have our group in one place & still have our own personal space. It was convenient to be a close walk to the FQ & Frenchman.

A great place to stay. Large suites with full kitchen. Complimentary bottled water in refrigerator. Full maid service. Complimentary pastries, juice and coffee in the lobby every morning. A great staff that helps with luggage and dinner reservations. So glad they are open again after Katrina.

Chill, quite, great courtyard with hot tub and pool. Not exactly a hotel, more like apartments.
