This hotel is a hidden gem. It's just a few blocks from Bourbon Street. The rooms are a nice size, we had 4 adults in our room and there was plenty of room. We stayed in room 322 so we were fortunate enough to have our own balcony. The staff were amazing and friendly! I cannot say enough good things about Darren, Alan, and Dash. The breakfast in the restaurant, which is not included in your price, was delicious. Our servers Brittney and Caprice were very pleasant. Overall an excellent hotel. Will definitely stay here again!

Great location! The bellman, housekeeping, and valet were amazing, so polite and very attentive. However… the hotel staff (the 4 behind the check in counter that, we encountered 3 ladies and 1 man) are rude, snappy, and seem like they shouldn't be in customer service. I forbid you to ask a question, it's like you're asking for their 1st born son! The hotel was overall nice, only issue was a stopped up shower which maintenance fixed rarely quickly. The pool was nice, bed was nice, hot water was great. I would definitely stay again, but only if I didn't have to encounter this staff, because they were definitely a turn off.

After the hotel we originally booked failed to tell us their pool was closed for the entire summer, we went to the Hyatt fairly desperate for a new room. Stephanie could not have been more helpful and accommodating. We were able to check in that day and got a great rate even though it was so last minute. The room was very spacious and both the pool/gym were clean and surprisingly not crowded. Had a great stay and would book again. Highly highly recommend — thank you!

Located right off of Bourbon so obviously its going to be a little loud due to location but thats what makes it fun! Nice pool and great and attentive staff. I will definitely stay here again next time I’m in New Orleans.

Posh Accommodations in the Heart of the French Quarter This was our first trip to New Orleans. Our suite was beautifully appointed with seven floor to ceiling windows and an extended private balcony. The Creole Suite featured a separate sitting area, fridge and two TVs as well as a modern stand alone shower. Thank you Renee for your hospitality and for making our stay a memorable one. We hope to return one day to your beautiful city. PS We miss our suite already!

Comfortable hotel just off Bourbon Street. Only shortfall was the lack of a fitness center. The jazz bar off the lobby was a nice relaxing treat away from the chaos a block over.

The hotel did not have early check in available. But the staff was very nice and the pool was great. RFs next door was amazing and connected to the hotel. Josh and Cat are the most amazing bartenders and just went above and beyond making our trip fantastic! They get all the stars.

I loved this place, it was a great location for a good price. The room was clean. Our room was quiet, had everything we needed. The staff was very friendly, the late night staff was exceptional. I loved the location, as I could enjoy the nightlife, but didn't have to suffer the nightlife sounds after a way to many beers. I now have a go to place to stay when I am in NOLA, and when I go back this hotel will be at the top of my list.

Brilliant location! Only one block to Bourbon St. An endless variety of dining options nearby. If your room faces the street it's a bit noisy so bring earplugs if you are a light sleeper. The room has character with a exposed brick wall and barn door to the bathroom. The pool is a good size but could do with a few more loungers.

Wonderful find for my trip. Nice small hotel atmosphere and friendly staff. Buddy the concierge is my new friend and a great source. Perfect location near Bourbon St! I'll be back!

Great little hotel. 2 blocks from Bourbon Street. Close enough to the action to walk, yet far enough away to get a quiet night of rest. Hotel restaurant had live music nightly and its courtyard boasts a charming pool with chaise lounges. Front desk staff is hospitable and accommodating. We had a great stay.

Cabins is located in the middle of the French Quarter, very cramped. It does not offer parking spaces. For us, this is a nonding. Each hotel has its own parking space. We paid $72 for parking alone. That wasn't a bargain. The pool and entrance area are nicely designed. But that was also…
We had booked a double queen room with 4 people. A queen bed had a width of 1, 20 m.
That didn't work, too tight. On request for a second room or extra bed, both were not possible. In the bathroom you could hardly turn around. There were also no storage facilities.
The room was very clean and comfortable. Under a chair was a huge spider and Staubnetz. I didn't even look at what was under the beds.

Fun place to stay. Clean rooms. Great service. Nice people. Nice entertainment. The only thing that sucks is that there is no public parking. Valet is like 40 dollars a night.

Hotel is clean and nice. Perfect distance from the party no problem walking anywhere in the french quarter or jackson square. Also nice and quiet at night had no trouble sleeping. Front staff very friendly.

This hotel was extremely mediocre. Noise was a constant problem, especially from the elevator. The bar downstairs was loud but music stopped around 10. The hotel did provide ear plugs, but they only helped some. Front desk staff ranged from indifferent to rude. Rooms were fine, but the bathroom was extremely small. Balcony is shared with other rooms, which can contribute to noise issues. The concierge, Alan, however was fantastic and offered wonderful restaurant and tour suggestions. We will not stay here again.

One of the nicest hotels in New Orleans, and I feel pretty confident with the list I stayed at in regards to this post. The staff is pretty close to perfection, they really deserve the credit. The hotels sits a few blocks off Bourbon which provides a perfect away from it all peace and quiet when needed. The pool is nice and heated and I enjoyed it in February.

Great place to stay in. Only a block down from Bourbon. Staff was super accommodating. Just a great location! I would stay again for next year.

Marvelous experience. Located in a prime area of the French Quarter, one block from Bourbon St. And two blocks from Canal St. Our first visit to New Orleans and the staff, from desk to housekeeping, were very helpful with any of our requests. I can’t say enough about the concierge, Ryan Waguespack. We contacted him, with questions, a couple of weeks before our visit. He had the most wonderful suggestions for restaurants, tours and excursions. He made all of our needed reservations prior to our arrival and chose the best of the many options in each category. He’s definitely a great asset to this hotel. I wouldn’t recommend the restaurant downstairs. It’s a third party operation not affiliated with Holiday Inns. I would definitely stay here on my next visit to New Orleans.

Great location within walking distance to everything in the French Quarter! Hotel is what you expect for a place that is almost 200 years old. Rooms were nice, clean and if good size.

Stayed for a few nights while attending a professional event at the convention center. Hotel is in a good location close to bourbon street and canal street. A little far away from the Riverwalk and convention center but Uber is only $5. Room was spacious and very clean. Beds were comfortable. Liked the stay.

We had a great vacation in New Orleans… The room was beautiful, the balcony was amazing and the people were super friendly… Valet was also wonderful! 1 short block from the party and the bourbon cowboy! We will be back! The Pool was beautiful.

This was a great hotel location however staff isn't very friendly, and the breakfast sucked. They said they recently renovated but didn't do a good job you can see where they cut the carpet the cable connect to the wall behind TV was practically hanging out of the wall, and not a single microwave in the entire hotel. I love the location but I work at a hotel and hospitality was a 2 on a scale of 1-10. Lastly, the shower doesn't have a door which means when you shower the water splashes and runs onto the bathroom floor.

Can't say anything but great things about the beautiful Chateau LeMoyne. Our wedding was here and the whole wedding party stayed here. Hands down the best experience not only because we got married here but the hotel staff was amazing, attentive and very helpful. It was all around a great experience and I recommend it highly. You won't be disappointed if you choose to stay here!

Love this hotel. The staff is friendly and the rooms are comfortable. There was s slight mix-up at check-in but it all worked out.

It's a nice hotel. The pool is small. The cleaning was good. But the bed sheets was not up to my standards.

Really nice boutique hotel. Great service and clean and tidy rooms. Would definitely recommend if you want to party on Bourbon Street as it is very close.

Excellent hotel in the heart of the French Quarter. Not on Bourbon street, and that is a plus. Literally steps from everything that the French Quarter has to offer. The staff was quite helpful and knowledgeable about how to get around the city too. I look forward to the next time I have to stay in New Orleans.

Great hotel! Quiet, clean and close to bourbon street! Only thing I had an issue with was the shower. The shower knob was loose and had to control the temperature of the water.

The hotel is clean, however the area around it, not so much. Upon check-in were notified that parking is 43/day! Room I clean and A/C blows cold. But a frosted glass barn door with no lock for the bathroom? Awkward! The vending machines were not working. Quiet st night, yet still within walking distance. Would have been 4 stars except for the parking surprise.

I would give it 3 1/2 stars. This is my 2nd year staying here and the experience was much better than last year especially with the front desk staff. One of the main reasons for staying in this location is the close proximity to Bourbon Street and Canal. The restaurant attached has changed ownership and the service was not quite the same lively experience. It was a new chef and the options didn't improve.

Well by the time I can not desir that there were cute moments of course but by the time all was excellent.

The hotel in and of itself was very good. The staff was always polite and did their job consistently seamless. The only reason I'm giving them 2 stars is because they didn't clean the vents. I was sick all week with allergies and can barely remember the visit. No bed bugs or anything like that. If I went back, id ask that they clean the vents before hand. And bring a lot of mucinex.

My brother and his new wife were staying at this hotel for their honeymoon. I wanted to do a couple special things for them while they stayed and luckily I was helped by Allen. Let me tell you this guy is TOP NOTCH! he arranged everything and was extremely professional. I cant give a review for the hotel itself but after dealing with Allen I'm sure this would be a great place to stay! Great Job Allen keep up the great work!

Excellent location close to everything and very good attention&service from the staff. Facilities very comfortable and clean. We recommend this hotel.

Hotel is in a great spot, convenient to everything in the French quarter. Alan the concierge was super friendly and informative with great recommendations. Hotel staff was able to accommodate an early check in without missing a beat. Bed is pretty comfy but could be better. Only complaint is the walls are very thin so it is pretty loud in bed at night.

THIS is a Holiday Inn?!? No it's not. It's a beautiful hotel that does not look like the usual cookie cutter holiday inn. It's only a block fro bourbon street and our room is super nice! Inexpensive, everyone who works here is super nice and helpful. Rooms are clean. Air conditioner is perfect. I am so happy we booked this place! Concierge bends over backwards to help us. Beautiful heated pool. Seriously, stay here, save some$ and spend it on a Hurricane on Bourbon street.

Great location in the French Quarter, walking distance from the hotel everything is very accessible. Possibility to use the swimming pool until the 22 o'clock. In the hotel there is a local where you can eat and drink at fair prices. Good clean and good service. Very comfortable bed!
