Great location and approximately ten minute walking distance to great restaurants, French quarter, Riverfront, grocery and other notable sights. We had nine adults in unit 1101. Plenty of seating in the common area. Kitchen is stocked with utensils, pots/pans for cooking and has full size fridge. The beds are super comfortable and bathrooms are big with large, walk in modern showers. The pool and cabana areas are awesome for lounging between sightseeing. Each bedroom has individually controlled thermostat so each guest can set their space to their own comfort level. Great artwork throughout the unit! Easy cab or Uber/Lyft access from airport (front desk arranged 3am cab pickup for us on our departure day). Front desk staff was super helpful throughout entire stay to accommodate needs such as directions to walk to certain sights, extra towels, coffee available across from check in desk and more. This location is just far enough from French Quarter to be more quiet and low key but close enough to easily walk. We felt very safe here and would definitely return!

Great vacation option for families or friends traveling in groups! First class amenities (pool, two common hot tubs and grills, free 24 hour coffee service, stacked washer/dryer in unit, etc) We had a 2 bedroom, 3 bath unit on the third floor with small balconies off the LR and MBR facing Poydras. The renovations were well done and the place was very clean and everything worked fine. The location in CBD was excellent and convenient to the FQ, casino and convention center. Staff was very customer friendly and attentive to our needs!

We visited this as an Airbnb. The apartment is large, and has all amenities for a comfortable stay. Including roof top grill and jacuzzi. Now as a downside, having stayed at the ground floor, there is a lot of surrounding sounds. Trash trucks, a nightly strayer, neighboring noises, etc. At this price I next time would prefer to stay elsewhere.

This place is great. The location is near several restaurants and within walking distance of the convention center. The rooms are clean and have most amenities, although the heating/cooling systems in some rooms don't work. Overall pretty nice.

This place was great for a bachelor party. Lots of fun and great setup for everyone. Having a washer dryer in the suite was a big plus too. Nice big TVs and patio.

The rooms here are unexpectedly awesome! Bathrooms are great and the beds are very comfortable. There is some construction on the road near the door, but it's no big deal.

Convenient to Bourbon and Canal Streets. Very accomodating and friendly staff. The typical amenities with a fair rate for a private accomodation!

Beatiful condo, stylish, great beds and showers, and well appointed kitchen. Great location close to everything and excellent helpful staff. Only downside was that my room was right near reception and very noisy. They said they are working to fix this and in the meantime they supplied ear buds and a white noise generator which totally worked for me. :)

My family and I stayed here and had a horrible experience. First, at check-in we were told that the 5 bedroom suite that we had reserved was unavailable. The walls throughout the whole building are PAPER THIN, it was actually shocking how much detail we could hear happening on the floor above us. The quality of the building is amateur looking, dirty, and generally poor. One morning, we awoke to water dripping from the ceiling onto the bed. 2 credit cards that we had left in the room were taken, most likely by housekeeping, and used at several locations around New Orleans. Don’t waste your time and money at the Natchez.

Stayed for red dress run weekend in a 3 bedroom unit and had the best time. The location is perfect; we were in walking distance to everything we wanted to do. The condo had everything you could want and more… Extremely comfortable mattresses, spa-like showers, any kitchen appliance imaginable for cooking, washer/dryer, pool towels, etc. The original artwork in each unit adds a unique touch. We had a balcony with a private hot tub/seating area with an amazing city view! The public pool and hot tub area was great for the hot weekend in New Orleans. There is also a private cabana area with tv's that is great for relaxing. You can cook in or dine out, but with everything this place has to offer, you really don't need to leave if you don't want to. We can't wait until the next weekend trip!
