On October 13 we left the Childrens MD hospital with our 11 year old & went to our amazing suite at this hotel. She was in double cast and extreme pain from a day surgery. You had a kitchen staff woman and I may have gotten her name wrong but I think it was Shalonda or close. Please look up that date and your staff because that woman was God sent for us! We are not from New Orleans and we could not find a 24 hr Pharmacy. Your employee went above and beyond to help us as parents help our child get what she needed! She helped us comfort my child and got her foods that were light to eat fresh out of surgery. She consoled me as a panicked parent and I could NOT have been more grateful! I didnt get to see her before we left as she was off the nx day. Im so sorry it took a week to write this but its been a Terrible recovery for our child. 100% will always stay at this hotel due to the amazing staff! We will be staying again next week as we make the 4 hour drive as she has to go to be recasted.

The. Nicest. Staff. EVER! From the concierge, to valet, to housekeeping, to the food service workers and the bartenders, the service is top notch! The whole staff is like a family that is ready to welcome you in their home. Very clean and very accommodating! The hotel is conveniently located in the central business district, between the French quarter and garden district. The bus line and street car routes are all with a block or less. Great rooftop pool and hot tub for the whole family! I HIGHLY recommend this hotel for anyone!

Pros: The staff is wonderful and has a great attitude…. Special shout out to Angelina for excellent customer service. Breakfast and Kickback are great, as are the rooftop pool and hot tub. Housekeeping does a great job. Zero complaints at all as to the staff, the cleanliness or amenities. Top notch. And our bed was very comfortable. Cons: Whoever designed the bathroom should be shot (figuratively). Very small and the toilet is the first thing you see. There is no way two people can be in the room at the same time unless one is in the shower/tub. You have to stand to the side of the toilet to close the door, unless you don’t care about leaving the door open while doing your business. Also, the faucet in the sink was so stiff that it took both hands to turn on and off. The fan for the HVAC sounded like it was on its’ last legs. Took forever to get the room a little bit warm as the room is drafty and the ceilings are so high. Finally, the huge room TV was ‘hit or miss’ for the better part of three days. Picture looked like it was ‘melting’, or it showed ‘no signal’. Was told by person at front desk that it was the weather the first day it happened (there were storms in the area at the time). However the next two days were sunny and beautiful, and the problem persisted. Overall, a very good place to stay, and you can’t beat the location…. Close to streetcars, freeway and French Quarter.

Hotel has done exellent upgrades to rooms and the entire hotel since my last visit… Excellent Customer Service… Super Clean Hotel… Etc.

The location is perfect and the service is Marvelous, all the staff is very attentive. Breakfast and Kickback dinner/drinks are the little extra things that makes this hotel so Awesome! This is the second time I stay at a Drury Hotel, previously in San Antonio, & hopefully there will be a third… 😁

Love the hotel. Good location. Good kickback at 5:30. Nice staff and nice outdoor pool. Only big issue is the amount of kids under 12 without adult supervision.

Nice rooms right downtown walking distance to different restaurants. Parking is kinda high but it feels secure rather than in a parking lot!

What a beautiful hotel the pool and jacuzzi located in the upper part of the building the spacious rooms well endowed with the very beautiful décor, all super clean, the attention of all the excellent staff… 1 to 10… I give them 11

We are staying in the sixth floor. The lovely roof top pool and hot tub are steps away. Our suite is large and lovely.

I ended up with a 2 bedroom suite that was beyond georgeous and the price was on time I will definitely be back.

Loved the Drury! Renaldo at the front desk is fantastic. He was so helpful and pleasant. Great location for exploring downtown. Loved it.

We got the suite for 6 with queen beds and expected separate rooms which was not the case, but there was still a lot of room. The staff were polite but not as friendly and helpful as some of the other hotels in the area. The valet parking lot connected to the hotel was great, many other places have off location lots. The free breakfast/dinner and cocktail hour were a definite plus! For the price I think next time I'll find something a little closer to Canal.

I love this hotel! My first trip to New Orleans and I couldn’t be happier Im staying at the Drury! The hotel is beautiful, the staff is by far the friendliest staff that I have ever dealt with at a hotel! The food and the atmosphere is wonderful! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants to experience real southern hospitality!

Great free breakfast. Not just continental, eggs, sausage, biscuit, grits etc. It's free so keep your foodie expectations down ya prima Donna. No nonsense straight forward hotel. Nothing fancy but nothing lacking. Way less than surrounding luxury hotels. Spend that extra money on the restaurants and music.

This hotel exceeded all of my expectations. It was well decorated, the rooftop pool and hot tub were great, but my favorite part was the complimentary beverage bar with popcorn. I was sad we had to miss the kickback, but we had tickets to the saints game. Would definitely stay here again.

The staff were amazing! The valet parking is the best! Remember to tip your valet driver and the staff who handles your luggage. The front desk staff are so nice and caring. They love to answer questions and point out great places to visit. They serve food on certain days (different menu each day), the soda fountain is open from 3 to 930. All you can eat popcorn. Their breakfast is delicious! Very spacious and hands down the best! The pool is open until 10 and there is a hot tub! A nice one, too! All parking is valet parking only. Which is the best. However. It is a $30 per day parking fee. Other than that the place is gorgeous, open, spacious and inviting. I highly recommend!

This hotel was excellent! Free breakfast and kickback buffet 5:30pm-7pm with 3 free drinks per person, Close enough to all the action of Bourbon St and French Quarters, but far enough for a good nights sleep. Staff were very helpful and friendly. Suite was updated, clean, and spacious. Highly recommend this Drury Inn.

Very nice hotel. Clean and classy. Close proximity to everything New Orleans. Only about a mile to the Superdome and Smoothie King Center and about the same to the French Quarter. Comfortable beds, valet parking, pool, and nice gym. Everyone there was very pleasant and helpful. Buffet breakfast/dinner and 3 drinks per person during happy hour.

Wonderful hotel. Staff was very friendly. The complimentary breakfast was good, and so was the kick-back food. Great location was able to get around the city without any problems. Rooms were clean and spacious. Made my first trip to New Orleans even better.

The Drury here has been nothing but awesome! The breakfast and dinner was very delicious and very filling and the valet parkers were awesome taking care of the vehicles here. And the rooms were very clean and the beds were so relaxing. Thank you so much for the southern hospitality and making me feel welcome in the Big Easy!

My go to hotel in New Orleans is The Drury Inn & Suites. Staff is always friendly and eager to accommodate guests. Rooms are a nice size and are always clean. Love the kickback drinks that are included. Also love the complimentary food provided throughout the day. The location is great also! Have stayed here 10+ times over the past few years and never had any issues.

Hotel very well placed near the French Quarter (5min walk) the tram passes just in front and the pier is not far away. The hotel has a gym (elliptical bike, carpet and bench) as well as a rooftop pool. Another appreciable service three alcoholic drinks are offered at the hotel bar between 17:30 and 19:00 as well as a buffet that for many replace the evening meal (it is still better to try the restaurants in town! )

My first time staying at a Drury hotel and I am very pleased! Everything was clean and well maintained. The people at the front desk were so helpful! Always ready to help with a smile. 3 free drinks 5:30-7 and food every night. Free popcorn after 3pm. Loved the pool location on the roof, but the water did get a little dirty sometimes (hair floating around mostly). … Pretty good location — explore the area around the hotel, there’s some good restaurants.

The rooms are big and spacious. Key locks are small and thin to fit almost anywhere (this also means they are easily lost). Free breakfast is amazing with some choices as to drink. They serve delicious waffles and 4 different types of cereal. Smaller sized pool and is at max 5 ft deep. Hot tub is nice and relaxing for the muscles. Nice but not great view. Amazing beds.

5 stars without a doubt. The front desk staff were incredibly friendly and helpful — — I wish I had noted names so I could thank each one individually in this review! The free breakfast and evening kick-back were wonderful — — there were lots of options, some healthful and some not-so-healthful, so there was something for everyone (and there was free wine, beer and alcohol drinks in the evening as well). The hotel was clean, well-maintained, and secure; the rooms were clean and spacious. I can't think of a single negative thing to say about my stay — — it was outstanding — — and thank you Drury staff for such a great experience!

I was very happy with my stay here! I went to NOLA for a girls weekend and we all stayed in a suite room — 6 of us. The hotel was very clean and staff was very friendly. It is a great location and the hotel benefits (free breakfast, drink tickets and snack hour) helped us save money on our trip! I highly recommend!

We enjoyed our stay amazing stay staff food and kickback awesome overall we loved our stay May 2018! The rooms were spacious just what we need the queen suites with sofa beds lovely. We walked to Bourbon Street and the staff gave us a tour guide.

I truly enjoyed my stay here. The staff are great and so are the rooms. Clean and had great water pressure and shower heads lol. It was four of us and the hot water never ran out. Also, the pool area is nice. Not too far from Bourbon street or the dome.

Excellent Drury! Highly recommend it to people wanting to visit NOLA. It is close enough to most everything but not right on top of everything either. It is clean, modern and very well kept. The rooms were huge. The breakfast and kick back hold or exceed the brand standard. When I go back, definitely going try to stay here. Keep in mind though you will have a walk a bit to the French Quarter and such. However, it did not seem too far to anything and a good way to help burn off all the food and drink you are having!

We had a family reunion of 18 cousins that haven't seen each other in 40 to 50 years. There we're four couples using four different rooms in the Drury. We loved each and every room, the pick up area for Uber. We our meat and potatoes people so the best food we ate the whole four days we were in New Orleans was breakfast buffet at the Drury inn and suites.
My other cousins that stayed at the Wyndham in the French quarter like our hotel better, not as congested and clean.

Chris who worked the night desk on 3/28-3/29 was outstanding. My flight from Vegas to Houston was routed to New Orleans because of bad weather, and I was tired and cranky and looking for someplace to crash when I arrived. Chris hooked me up, made me feel welcome and could not have been nicer or more accommodating at the last minute. The hotel is a great value in a great location and the amenities and service make it a great place to stay, and the beds are like sleeping on clouds. I'm in NOLA 5-6 tines a yr for business and I will definitely be back. Thank you so much Chris and Drury Inn NOLA for making a tired business traveleler welcome and right at home.

Nice hotel located 10 minutes walking distance from the heart of the French Quarter. The St Charles tramway stop is right by the hotel. The hotel offers free breakfast, happy hour (up to three drinks) that also includes free food. My only complain is that noises from the corridor is heard in the room: the bedroom doors should be more soundproof. The bedroom was clean and nicely decorated. The bed was comfortable.

We have stayed in alot of Drury inns and this was the worst. $30 for parking and your car has to be valet parked in a garage. All the doors have to be unlocked with your room key, might be a good thing for the area it is in. The standard rooms are small, and we had a view of another building out of our window. All of the employees we interacted with were polite and knew the area. We ate supper on the second night of our stay. While we were getting our food there were roaches crawling on the counter and the fountain drinks tasted terrible! This place is not the normal for Drury, which is our favorite hotel to stay in. If you are a "Drury regular" you will be disappointed.

I have been staying here for years for work and I love the hotel. It only got better after the renovations. They have a big breakfast (grits, oatmean, eggs, sausage, biscuits and gravy, etc) as well as basic dinner with 3 free adult beverages. The rooms and we'll decorated and clean. No room service, but tons of places you can walk to nearby.

My wife and I stayed here after her surgery. We needed a handicap room. When we checked in, they upgraded our room to a suite. This was unexpected and gracious. The night before leaving, we were notified by the airline that winter weather was expected back home and possibility of delays or cancellation. We changed our flight and the hotel was able to extend our stay for the same rate we were already paying. Also, the free breakfast and dinner social with three, yes, three Free adult beverages saved us money for the long stay. I would definitely stay here again.

Great place to stay overnight in New Orleans. Newly remodeled. The room was nice. It had a nice sized bathroom and shower. The luggage people were nice. No real complaints except for the TVs were a little small. You get 3 free drinks per night, I assume.

A great hotel, they serve you a good breakfast and in the afternoon you get a dinner that helps you to save a few dollars, the impeccable rooms and the staff very friendly, during the day there are coffee, sodas and pocho the free.

I just love everything about this hotel. The pricing is really accessible and worth it; the staff is AMAZING, mainly Jamie, the front desk lady. She helped us ALOT! The rooms are spectacular, the beds are extremely comfortable: we slept over 12 hours in the beds; is close to the Audubon's Aquarium of the Americas, you can go walking. And everyday, from 5:30 PM 'till 7:35 PM, there's a HAPPY HOUR that's NOT INCLUDED, IT'S FREE. I really recommend this hotel, it's one of the best I've ever been!

I stayed here several times in the past and liked it. Now they renovated and it's even better. Rooms are very nice, free breakfast and you can make dinner from their free evening kick back plus who doesn't love 3 free cocktails. You got to love it.

This place is great. Very reasonably priced considering its location — not in the French Quarter but close. It seems newly renovated and fresh. Our room is beautifully appointed and with a delightful subtle fragrance. One good/bad thing is that it is adjacent to the st Charles Street Trolley line. Good, because that is a great way to see a lot of New Orleans for only $3. Bad, because it is old and makes noise. Not so much as to keep me awake at night. I liked hearing it because of the fun memories.

I LOVE this hotel! The customer service from the front desk is outstanding. Jamie is a sweetheart and she will take excellent care of you during your stay. The location is right in the middle of a lot of main attractions. The free breakfast and happy hour are awesome!

Lovely rooms. Very clean. Right next to a trolley stop and around 4 blocks to the French Quarter. They have a decent breakfast included in the price. Dinner is also included — the food isn't super high quality or anything special, but it was fine. Staff was very friendly and helpful. I would stay there again.

Rooms were newly remodeled, well played out and comfortable. Enjoyed a great night of sleep. Drink service and breakfast well done. Ate at happy hour a couple of nights was well done. Overall was an enjoyable experience and will continue using Drurys to stay at.

We were given a suite! It was clean and absolutely lovely! Great outside pool and hot tub. Situated close enough to walk into the main part of the French Quarter. The only drawback was no USB points at all. We could have done a few of them. We also wished they had a bar and restaurant open for other than kickback.

Convenient location and nice facility. The room rate was reasonable, but parking is only valet and was not free. The breakfast and dinner buffets were good, but nothing extraordinary. The complimentary evening drinks are nice. Overall a great stay for a business trip.

After staying at a Drury Inn elsewhere, I was pleased to find one in New Orleans. It did not disappoint. I came for a conference at the convention center and stayed 3 nights. It was a very comfortable stay. The free breakfast and kickbacks definitely helped with that!

The rooms were very nice. The hotel has a happy hour with food. Both the pool and valet parking were great. Very friendly staff. Just a few blocks from Bourbon Street, it's incredibly easy to walk where you need to go.

I had a 3day stay recently and the service was great the staff were friendly and very helpful. The kickback was also a great addition to the stay. With that being said I have stayed at this location on more then a few occasions. I wasnt as happy at check/out when I realize my room had bed bugs. I received two of three nights free. But my nerves have been a mess ever since. I understand people bring them into the hotel but it’s hard to think of this place as home away from home with that happening.

I was impressed. The building is beautiful. I arrived in time for happy hour which was s pleasant surprise and msde up for the $30 parking fee. I think the parking fee should be more visible when booking but other than that I loved it. Breakfast was delicious.

We got a great price on a room. Very close to the French Quarter. They do not tell you that you have to park your car in the garage with their valae parking and that it will cost you $30.00 plus tax plus tips. It would be nice if they included this Info in their description. They have a great free breakfast in the mornings. They also serve a meal from 5:30-7:00 and you get three free alcoholic drinks too. Great place to stay.

Exceeded expectations. Booked for a 4 night getaway to see the New England Patriots play. Close to the stadium and an easy walk to the French Quarter. From the front desk to many employees who were visible​, they know how to treat guests right. They always asked to make sure that your stay was an enjoyable one. Decent breakfast and the " kick back hour" was a nice addition if you chose to have a few drinks on them or a quick snack. Rooftop pool made for a great afternoon break and cool off. We had a king suite which was s bedroom, a separate living area and a large bathroom with s jacuzzi tub. Nicely maintained, very clean building made the stay very comfortable. I would certainly consider this hotel for a return trip to NOLA!

My family and I recently stayed at your fine establishment for 3 nights. There were 10 of us, so we had booked 3 rooms. I have nothing but compliments to say say about staff, food, service, location in the city, pool, fitness center. Everything was 1st class and everyone one was so nice. We are from the mid-west and traveled 15 hours… road weary for sure. From the moment we got there, helpful service started right away. We have something called "iowa-nice" from where I come from… but your establishment was true southern hospitality and made us feel like family. Thank-you much.

I really had a great stay at this hotel! My family and I were treated wonderfully from start to finish! The staff were friendly, professional, and knowledgeable about the area, transportation, and most especially the eateries! Reynaldo, Jamie, and Kyle were the absolute best! The hotel is super clean, the included meals really help you stretch a dollar and the food was very good. With all of the extras thrown in (including a nightly happy hour with great snacks that can make a meal) the Drury takes care of everything! My pets also felt very welcome and enjoyed their stay, the hotel provides a small pet relief area right near the garage. There's also an outdoor patio area to chill in and a rooftop pool. The hotel is right near the French quarter and within walking distance to the convention center area as well. There's a streetcar stop right on the corner that can connect you to other lines and take you on a great tour of the city. I will definitely stay at the Drury again!

Everything about it was great. Location ideal! Staff was pleasant and helpful, had a great room/suite. Loved the rooftop pool and hot tub. Could not beat the free breakfast every morning. Includes eggs, biscuits and gravy, sausage, waffles, fruit and oatmeal. Then at 530 to 7 they gave you a kickback… 3 drink cocktails each and and more free food and snacks that could work for a dinner tho we chose to taste and try other New Orleans specialties! Security was great and shkrt walk to Harrahs Casino and Borbon street. They handled booking tours also. Will definitely stay at Drury Inns in the future!

Hotel is in a great place 10 mins walk into French quarter 10 mins walk to riverside. Only complaint I can make was the plumbing noises. I was in 618 which is at the rear (no view)
But hey … I didn't come to New Orleans to stay in a hotel room so imo opinion this is just a minor gripe but I may have escalated the problem if my stay had been longer Thanks to all the staff for making my stay friendly and hassle free.

It was a great stay. The service was great. They had a ton of free food which was very surprising. When we got there they gave us each a ticket for 3 free drinks. Great stay.

Probably the worst choice in this price range that one could make for the CBD in New Orleans. Despite the fact that I have made an effort to stay at Drury Inns elsewhere being a Gold Club Member, I was placed right across from the elevators and ice machine. The guest next door slammed the door to their room an unexaggerated dozen times throughout our night of restless sleep. Both the desk clerks checking us in as well as the one checking us out where rude. The check-out clerk never even asked us how our stay was but met my gaze with a blank unresponsive stare. The room was also quite dirty with the exception of the bed linens. There was a collection of hairs at the bottom of the tub, the carpet was disgusting, the bathtub drain cap did not work and the coffee machine was also completely broken. Guests were loud and abrasive and we were even on the top floor on a MONDAY night, no less. Last time I stay here and trust me, I am no unexperienced hotel guest nor am I expecting to be treated like a king/queen. The bare minimum wasn't even met in this instance. Stay elsewhere — The Roosevelt or El Pavilion have comparable prices in the area and are way more luxurious. Sincerely, The Drury here is below the standard of other Drurys and couple that with the obvious catering to trashier drunken hotel guests because of the slightly cheaper price point. Not worth your time. *We did enjoy the other aspects of our night and trip but not because of this hotel.

Our stay was so peaceful. The room was outstanding. The bed, sheets so comfortable. The staff was very courteous. Breakfast, three drinks daily, appetizers, popcorn, soda all free. The parking is an extra cost but reasonable compared to other hotels we have stayed at. They have laundry, pool, jacuzzi on top level. I didn't want to leave. I can't wait to go back.

This hotel is amazing! It's very clean, staff is awesome and courteous to every customer. Jamie, working the front desk, needs a raise. I have watched her remember every guest that comes to the desk. She is the best. Mr. Steve is amazing too recommends the best as well. I couldn't ask for a better stay in New Orleans!

Nice size rooms that were clean. Only complaint would be the bath/toilet room is too small as it was a pain to get around the door. The hotel is nicely located, not to far from the French Quarter. You do need a key card to get in and to operate the elevator. The rooftop pool was nice to cool off after a day of walking. The hottub could use more and stronger jets to help ease sore muscles. Would stay here again if we came back to New Orleans.

I loved this hotel even before I arrived. Everyone was very helpful when I called everyday due to being anxious to arrive to the Big Easy. I had a lot of complications on my end, because I was supposed to go with a group of people, but when people started to back out, the amazing Drury staff accommodated me up to the day of arrival. The staff's great customer service and willingness to assist was a big stress reliever for me. When I arrived, everything and everyone was very nice. From the time I stepped out of my vehicle to valet parking with Jereamy to check in/out with Star and Renaldo, I couldn't describe a much better feeling. The room was immaculate. It was a great size for a standard king room with high ceilings to match its large size. The bathroom was pristine. The kickoff was great, offering three free drinks to each adult acompanying me was superb. I would definitely recommend this hotel to anyone traveling to New Orleans, whether it's for a night of fun or a business trip, Drury accomadates either. I could go on and on telling about this great hotel, but I'd rather not. I'm not sure if you all read reviews, but Drury I really appreciate all of your help, I do intend on using your hotel again! Clean with lots of freebies. Continental breakfast is awesome. Very close to French Quarter without the price of most hotels inside the quarter. Stayed here 1 year ago and plan on staying again soon.

Star checked us in very pleasant. Room very clean, 5 pillows I believe. Ac/worked great. Room very nice size no cramping, quite is what we got after busy days. Only downside was no bar. Sometimes after arriving you want a starter in NO. Jamie q our check out person superb, asked to setup our taxi to airport. Said sure, set us up with Mario Macera with Nola Luxury Transportation. Great location only a few blocks from the French Quarter. They have free hot breakfast in the morning and free dinner with 3 free alcoholic drinks in the evening. The rooms were large and services was good when we needed it.

Great affordable rooms free breakfast lunch and dinner. Hotel within walking distance of bourbon street if you dont feel comfortable staying directly in the quater. Call ahead to reserve it is normally always booked.

The Drury Inn & Suites is an excellent hotel. The service is great the rooms are wonderful and the Wi-Fi is consistently reliable. Overall it is a great place to stay.

My room was clean the beds were soft I had a great view from. My window. The staff was friendly and helpful. Oh and you can not forget about all the free food. The pool was.

The Drury Inn was more than I expected. It was clean and beautiful and only minutes away from all the attraction. The rooms were spacious and stocked with just about everything you might need, and if its not in the room they'll have it at the front desk. The staff were friendly and helpful. And Jamie went above and beyond to make sure our stay was above standard. I'd recommend this hotel to all of my friends and plan on staying here everytime I'm in town.

3 free drinks per person and things to eat, who wouldn't want that. Add in very nice breakfast. Really nice location, just beside the French Quarter boundaries. Nice service and courteous staff. Made my visit to New Orleans awesome. Will recommend to everyone, unless you want to spend a lot live in the quarters. :p.

The hotel was very nice. Clean rooms, friendly staff, and a good location. It was a block away from the trolley that can take you to the French Quarter. The suites were clean, up to date, and spacious. Huge window that let in good natural light.

This is a great hotel and in a great location. Close enough to the French Quarter but also far enough to be nice and quiet. It is a big hotel. The staff are excellent as in all Drury Hotels. Have to shout out to the barman Logan who was such a nice guy and the wait staff Daniel who was also a very nice guy. Highly recommend this hotel.

The hotel was exactly like the pictures provided. The staff was very nice and accommodating. Daniel the waiter for breakfast and dinner went above and beyond to make our meal time at the hotel pleasant. The front staff wasn't as quick with responding to requests as I would have liked, but it may have been because they seemed short staffed. The breakfast and dinner meals were phenomenal and filling! Perfect place for a couple or even a whole family that's traveling.

The location is very covienient, centrally located and easily accessible to the French Quarter and port. The price is a great value considering all that the hotel provides hot breakfast, hot dinner, three complimentary alcoholic beverages/night, popcorn, soda, coffee, free access to computers, etc. And the place has a touch of elegance. Most notable, is the staff. They were very very friendly and helpful. They make you feel at home and go above and beyond to be curteous. I highly recommend this hotel.

Great location and nice rooms. The dinner snack actually was a dinner so saved money on dinner. Also step son left his wallet and the maid found and turned in with everything in tact… Friendly and honest staff. A++++ … If ever in New Orleans again we will be staying here and highly recommend this hotel. Walking distance to Bourbon Street. Great stay and time there.

It was my first Drury Inn stay and I absolutely loved it. All the staff was extremely friendly and helpful. I enjoyed the free breakfast and drinks. I would definitely stay in another Drury Inn in the future.

We stayed here this past weekend with friends and we couldn't have been more pleased! The free food and drinks as well as the free breakfast is exceptional! The staff was wonderful! We stayed here back in 2011, and since then they have done some remodeling. It is beautiful! Very upscale! It is walking distance to so many wonderful places. We plan on staying here again.

Nice suite, very nice staff and clean hotel. Breakfast free every morning and drinks/snacks for kids every night. Great place to have kids eat while the parents indulge in the real food down the street. Definitely would come back. 5 minute walk from the French quarter.

I visit New Orleans every year and always stay at this hotel. Its wonderful. 3 free drinks from 5-7 free food and free breakfast. The staff is very friendly Its also walking distance to the french Quarter, Canal Street and Bourbon Street. Rooms are very very clean.

Great stay, clean, great breakfast more than just pastries and waffles. Friendly staff, not too far from The French Quarter. Too bad we never made it back for drinks and snacks. We will stay again.

3 night trip in the best hotel I have ever stay in. Everything was excellent, outstanding and great, from the front desk, house keeping, to valet. The free food and drink helped us save with the children. We are absolutely satisfied with everything.

Great service, friendly people and good times! 5 of us traveled all the way from Yellowknife, Canada for WrestleMania 30, and we had an amazing week in New Orleans! The events (RAW and Wrestlemania) were held at both the Smoothie King Arena, and the Superdome. The Drury Inn was easy walking distance (10-12 minutes) away from both arenas! It was also about a 5 minute walk from Bourbon Street, which was awesome! — The Staff were great, always smiling and in a great mood. The Breakfast and dinner each day had pleanty of food of different variety and we never felt bored of it. Definitely recommend this place, and we will come back the next time we're in New Orleans, you can bank on that.

I am a travel nurse and I stay, and have stayed, at many different hotels. I've also utilized valet parking many times and never encountered a problem, until I stayed at Drury Inn and Suites on Poydras Street in New Orleans. I finished a nursing assignment in Alexandria and came to New Orleans for the Jazz Festival before leaving Louisiana. I listened to my newly purchased iPod up until the time I handed over my keys, and my trust, to the valet with Central Parking. At this particular hotel, there isn't a parking lot and you must valet your car. While I understand that maybe I shouldn't have left a valuable in my vehicle, I did have it “hidden” in the center console where only someone snooping would find. I assume if I’m paying $30/night for parking and $300/night for a hotel room that I can trust the staff not to steal from me. I have called Drury Inn and Suites on Poydras Street in New Orleans and filed this complaint with two different managers on two different occasions. I have yet to receive a follow-up phone call from anyone at this establishment. The first manager I spoke with failed to ask details about the iPod, i. E. Color, size, etc. The hotel staff members, that I encountered, were nice and the room was okay. As I mentioned before, I am a travel nurse and I travel and stay at hotels across the country. I will never stay at another Drury Hotel as a result of this occurrence and unprofessional management.

Great place to stay. Extremely friendly staff. Only 5 blocks from canal and bourbon st intersection. Valet parking currently a must, they are building a parking garage so hope that helps. They allow pets which was a must for us this trip. I was pleased enough that I had them book my return trip thru nashville on way home.
