Need more experience business more improve better start come see place better.

Cheap. About $600/month. Friendly staff. Never stayed there so cant speak on the rooms. But if youre in a pinch, its still safer than a few others around town (Plantation, Express).

This motel doesn’t even deserve one star. Horrible customer service, really nasty employees and room. They charge you 5 dollards deposit for the room key, the key mever worked so the night employee opened the door with a manual key and kept the 5 dollards to herself. I don’t recommend this motel no even to check your dog in. Really nasty employees.

Never ever go here Iesha the lady at the desk was very rude obnoxious and argumentative. The rooms are very nasty. The price is not what the sign says. They took out towels and did not give us any and Iesha yet again argued with me about there being no towels available at all then when I turned around she started slamming things and had nerve to roll her eyes. The hotel floors were not clean. Thr refrigerator was disgusting and everything else. The TV was broken. The remote did not work and there are no phones in thr roomd.

These people are ridiculous. They charge a $5 key deposit for a plastic key card. When you try to contact them their number is unresponsive. Im looking forward to shutting these peoplr down.

Get what you pay for I guess but wow. I am surprised this place is even in business. The lady in the front office barely acted like she worked there. She would never answer the phone in the office when we were trying to call. Then when we finally got there we were shocked at how gross it really was but we figured oh well, it’s late, let’s just go to bed. We went into our room and the carpet looked like it hadn’t been vacuumed in months and the sheets had stains all over them and then when I pulled the covers back on the other bed there was a huge cockroach running around under the sheets and more behind the bed. The towels in the room were at least folded but they looked like they were from the 1990’s and had stains all over them as well. Wasn’t expecting much for the price just for a quick night stay but wow. This place is disgusting.

You get what you pay for. I originally booked this room through Hotwire as I would normally get decent deals on rooms and have never had issues before. Until now. According to the lady in the office this is the only Super 7 in Lafayette Louisiana. First off, the address was not correct, nor is the phone number. I had to use Google to find the correct location (6 miles up the road) and even that phone number was wrong! Hotwire booked the room for me for about $41 and I assumed everything was good to go until I got there, when the lady in the office asked me for $5 cash in order to get my keycard. I laughed and said I though the room was paid for, she said ok no problem and gave me my key without having to pay. After a 10 hr day on the road I was ready to rest. The room itself was falling apart and had hardly been cleaned. Sure the sheets seemed to have been cleaned and the beds made but nothing spectacularly enough to even share a picture. The community pool is green and might not even be opened anymore. The room reeks of cigarettes although it's a non-smoking room and my neighbor's next to me smoke alarm was going off at 2 AM this morning. There was also a very friendly woman a couple rooms down that was really interested in becoming my overnight friend as I was walking up to my room, uh. No thanks. Overall would I recommend? I'd recommend to avoid this, spend an extra $20 and go to the nicer hotel next door.

Total crack an bed bug an dirty. I reserved it cause they had a pool an pet friendly. Well the pool is green an pets not allowed. Crak pipe n condoms found the pipe when I move the dreser cause I have one remote works one if the tv. Their is no coffee no breAkfast nothing they have on their web site. Im calling better businezz on them. An parents for god sake I have kids this is no place for kids prostitution drug dealers. An more pictures to prove it.

Worst place ever… try to get better hotel near this place… TV, shower doesn't work. I asked them to give non smoking rooms but they lied to me. Rooms are too boring and annoying environment. You will feel really bad if you stay there…

Awful. I had to purchase bleach and paper towels to clean the room myself! No breakfast or pool. Stayed because couldn't get a refund but now I'm at Howard Johnson next door, so cozy, clean, and comfortable for the whole weekend.

Worst customer service ever. They never answer the phone. I've been calling since 830 it's almost 3pm. I've left several messages and still know return phone call yet. I'm canceling all 10 rooms booked. They cater to local crackheads. I'm coming from out of town with family an can't ever get them lazy b###### to answer a phone. But I bet the watched them stories?

DO NOT STAY HERE! Price might sound good but the place is horrible! Filthy, roaches crawling over you as well. When my daughter and grandkids decided to leave and go to another place, the personnel denied her refund. They said it's their policy but nothing is posted anywhere statng that. Police were called but they couldn't even talk the owners to give the refund. Save your money, time and health. Stay somewhere else.

Only paid $40 for the room, but the room was actually really gross. There was several spots on the floor that were wet and slimy, the shower had mold growing in the corners and there was definitely something sketchy going on. The guy in the room next to us was passed out in a wheelchair propping his door open for over 2 hours. We were afraid that the guy had died, so we went outside to check on him and he starting shouting random gibberish. We took an uber to downtown for the night and when we were coming back in there was a few prostitutes at the front of the hotel asking if we wanted to bring them back to our room for a good time. Overall it was a pretty cappy experience at the hotel, but I guess that is part of the adventure.

Trash! I felt like I was at Section 8 low income apartments then I was a motel. Will not go back.

Crack house full of hookers and drug dealer and users several gun related incidents rooms are gross and full of bugs and drug paraphillia and condoms refused to give refund If you care about yourself don't even go close to this dirty place.

Big Mistake To Come Here! I Repeat DONT DO IT. The Rooms Are Horrible. I Switched Rooms 3 Times Because They Refused To Give Us A Refund. The pool area is disgusting. The Continental Breakfast Is A Lie. I Will NEVER Come Here Again. Too Much Funny Business. DID Not Bother To ID Us Either.

I arrived to check in first off I have slept here before nice clean quiet but under new management and I didn't like it now I felt like I was at a hoetel there was funny business going on around there like prostituition there was know D's everywhere every time we opened our door they was trying to come in I reserved nonsmoking room got smoking stanks in all 5 of the rooms I reserved hair in the tub and on the toilet this was the worst one night stay we ever experienced we left at 6:30 I wouldn't refer this hotel to no one at all needs major upgrade.

Booked on line last minute. Big mistake! The only room they said they had left had a very strong odor as if they were covering up something. Was suppose to be non smoking but there was an ashtray on the nightstand. No refund. I could not stay because of the odor so I lost the money and my husband and I had no where to stay at 10:30 at night.

If you're just wanting a cheap bed for the night where you won't wake up with cockroaches on your face, this place will do. The bedding was clean and comfy, the heater worked, and the staff were all friendly and very helpful. But the bathroom was gross, had to clean the microwave plate ourselves because it was too sticky to use, the shower was super slippery, the Wi-Fi didn't work, and even the hard-wired internet in their single-computer, ancient, WindowsXP "Business Center" didn't work.

Dirty. Had to clean out the microwave because there was some kind of syrup in it that made everything sticky. The internet didn't work. When I called the front desk they connected me to the ISP whole told me that the internet was working, just that the hotel didn't buy any bandwidth.

We stayed in the suite above the pool. It was very clean, smelled nice and the staff was extremely nice and accomodating. Great overnight stay!

Very pleasant staff, this is a budget motel. It was clean and free Wi-Fi. No bath tub (has a standing shower), fridge, or microwave, but I didn't need any of those. Good place to sleep, watch TV before bed, or play on the lap top. I've paid more for less quality, so I was pleasantly suprised. If I'm in the area again, I will stay here.
