I love this place. Super affordable, everyone here is kind. It is very clean, the breakfast has fresh scrambled eggs, waffles, biscuits, gravy and oranges. The staff is kind and does their job well. I highly recommend it here.

The staff is extremely friendly and customer focused and great rates. Be aware it is an older facility with some carpet stains and a slight mustiness in the room. Breakfast is better than other chains with biscuits and gravy, make your own waffles, yogurt and a choice of cereals.

I absolutely loved it. The staff was great, management was awesome. They really went over and beyond expectations. I would recommend this hotel to anyone.

Clean, friendly, the 2nd floor smelled like beef ramen noodles. Not complaining about the smell, it just made me hungry. The only thing was that parking sucked on Saturday night due to the group of old ambulances doubled parked and made parking alittle scarce.

Stayed here June 26-27… 2 people stay only two set of towels which was used upon arrival to relax. Called around nine for another set. Which was told would be brought to my room… to wash up in the morning. Fell to sleep waiting never recieved the towels. Its 6:56 am I called to asked about more towels explaining we hadnt recieved any from calling last night. Desk clerk immediately took an attitude saying Im not the same person from last night and we dont bring towels to the rooms upstairs you have to send somebody. I stated so we waited all night to have to get dressed to come get towels she said wait we may not have any let me see… oh yea you can semd someone. When I did send someone they came back saying she asked for the dirty towels and that he need to go back upstairs to retrieve to bring back when she NEVER stated that. I called back different person answered I asked why didnt the other desk clerk ask for the dirty towels that it was double the inconvenience. He apologized and said he would send towels. I told him we had fresh towels why do we have to bring wet towels back. He stated oh no mam just leave them. Obviously she was using home training instead of business. The other comments I have are. The hotel room was clean, nice tv, microwave, mini & fridge.

Stayed here for a team event. Have never stayed in this hotel before. Was a little weary from the bad reviews (break ins, mold, etc). Listen to them. We came to check in with two people in front of us took over 30 minutes to check in due to them putting someone in a room that had already been reserved for someone else hours earlier, a person having to move rooms TWICE due to visible "fuzzy" mold in the entertainment center around the refrigerator. The picture of the mold were shown to me because they were a friends room. They said they couldnt give that room to anyone now that there was a complaint of mold, but in a short time, the room was given to someone else. I checked in and went to check out my room on the second floor and the whole hallway smelled of cigarette smoke. Got to the room and it didnt smell inside. I went to my event and came back around 11pm. Upon entering the second floor toward my room, the smell of marijuana was EXTREMELY strong (I am fully certified and trained in detecting this). I subsequently reserved another hotel. I am really disappointed in Wyndham by letting the standards of this hotel be so below par. I will never be staying here again. P. S. The staff didnt seem to care about the condition of their hotel. Juat sad that money was wasted here.

Signs posted in parking lot to park at your own risk. Arrived late night and did not see sign. Vehicle broken into and items stolen. Manager not on site for two days. Employees claim no one there to make decisions. Did say if mugged going back to your car for something THEY ARE NOT RESPONSIBLE! Lost. Day of travel while waiting on police and repair! As a long time Wyndham owner, extremely disappointed. Room ok but would not use this hotel due to safety. Factor!

Dirty and in need of repair. We looked up and observed water stains from some type of leak we were on the third floor. The carpet is extremely dirty, kid was walking back and forth and after 2min her feet were completely black. I would not stay here again.

We arrived well after check about 11 pm on 3/11/2018. Desk clerk was friendly and helpful. Room was adequately clean. I would definitely stay at this location next time were in Laffaett. However the hotel has no printer so I wasn't able to print tickets or boarding passes.

Large room, easy check in, very clean room and bedding. Great location off the freeway and near shopping and food. Room smells clean. The toiletries smell great. Free breakfast is good.

Stayed in a suite. It was very nice. Clean & comfy beds. Breakfast was great. There have hot waffle iron also packets of grits, oatmeal, fresh fruit. Coffee was good but sometimes very weak. Guess it depends on who makes it. They should serve fresh coffee ALL DAY however. People have different schedules & wake different times & like to have coffee. Had key card issues several times. This was a bit of a pain.

Very clean. Super kind and helpful management. Breakfast host very nice too. Whole staff very friendly. Eggs actually cooked and not microwaved, which I personally really appreciate.

Everybody there is wonderful. They treat you like family. I feel safe.

I can't say I enjoy visiting the Baymont Hotel mostly because when I walked in it smelled like some kind of smoke. When we got into the elevator it smell worse and when we got to the floor we were visiting it smelled like that's where everybody was doing all their drugs. The rooms are quite nice though I will definitely give them that they don't feel like you're staying and this tier of hotel. However they really need to do something about the smell that is there.

So this weekend my husband and I along with a family member checked in late and the young lady was very pleasant. My only issues was both rooms heat did not work so we had to sleep in cold rooms then in the morning upon check out the lady at the front desk was not polite and I felt discriminated cause she said before refunding our deposits for both rooms she would have to check the rooms yet when an Caucasian man was checking out he did not get treated as such. I feel just cause we were melanated people does not give anyone the right to discriminate against us. I ask that someone please rectify this problem especially with the older lady whom checked us out on Sunday (10/29/2017). I would like for someone contact me on this matter to insure me that this is taken seriously.

The workers are sweethearts with a pretty good service. The rooms could've been better quality but for the price it was it's not bad. There were a few unidentified stains on the walls and carpet here and there but all in all it was clean with good sheets and comfy blankets, the beds on the other hand were a little on the hard side that you start to feel after a few nights of sleep. They had free coffee 24/7 with free breakfast in the morning. The location is in the middle of several restaurants with a laundry mat on the other side of the street and a waffle house right next door. The roads were a little confusing at first but not to hard to get around or find your place. In all I'd give it a 3.5 rating.

Hotel was clean. Bed was fair, a little hard for me. The floors felt a little dirty on my feet. But everything else was very clean. Holly at the front desk was very nice and helpful. Would probably stay again… depending on price.

Stayed two nights. Bed not made. Garbage not emptied. Water only slightly warm, never hot. Had to ask for sink to be unstopped and light bulb over sink that wouldn't come on. Man came to fix light and left bunch of mud clumps off his shoes in front of sink. They ran out of breakfast food an hour before breakfast closed.

Check in was great but we were moving across country with our dogs, so of course they give you the cheap room and charge you extra for it. Smelled of urine and decay, the a. C. Wouldn't stay on. We reported the a. C. It worked for a little while, then at 8:30 pm we were sweltering again. They grudgingly moved us to another room. No sleep! Just because you have pets does not mean you get a dirtbag room! Saddened with Wyndham.

Travelers beware this place is absolutely horrible. I had no choice but book this last minute hotel. It was rated a 2.5 star but is maybe a 0.5 star. The place was in a horrible area where I feared my truck may have been broken into. Check in was quick and was placed on the 3rd floor. I requested a non smoking but once off the elevator the whole 300 area smelled of weed. Once in the room it smelled horrible of smoke. The room was small and the bathroom was the size of a broom closet. The beds were super hard and itchy. The pillows were like rocks. Breakfast suck and was no variety most items were gone before 8 am. I suggest if your paying 100+ a night please choose the pear tree inn and reserve early because if they sell out your left with ratholes like Baymont Inn that's not worth a star.

My husband and I stayed here after Christmas. When the housekeeper was cleaning our room, she inadvertently threw out my dental mouth guard. It was soaking in a cup by the bathroom sink. I spoke to the GM, Sanjay Patel, when I checked out and followed up after I returned home and saw my dentist. Mr. Patel said he would not pay the replacement cost because he did not find the guard in the trash. This does not make sense to me. I am very upset that I have to pay this out of my pocket. I will never stay at another Baymont. BTW, also had an issue with the toilet. It wouldn't flush. Even after they fixed it, it still had issues flushing. This was one of the worst hotels I've ever stayed in.

Let me just say that this is the first review I have ever written in a negative light, and I understand the hotel is reasonably priced at $74 + taxes per night (The night we stayed), but this was by far an overcharge! This was more of a 39.99 per night hotel! The hotel clerk that checked us in had what looked like bleach spots all over the front of her shirt. I was willing to overlook that upon check-in, because it was late (8pm) and she could have spilled. We proceeded to the elevator which smelled horrible, the 2nd floor we stayed on which was non-smoking smelled of fresh cigarette smoke the minute the elevator doors opened. The room appeared ok at first, but after inspection wasn't clean, dust on headboards, dirt in corners of bathroom, old stains on sheets, etc. The mattresses were SO hard! If you like a firm mattress this would be for you. My 4 year old didn't mind, but my husband, and I both woke up with horrible back aches, and stiff necks! AWFUL mattress! The one thing good I can say is that the noise wasn't bad at all. We went down for breakfast around 8:45, but was told it was served until 10. Another guest that was already seated told us not to give the cereal and milk to our daughter since it tasted spoiled (It was in a pitcher on the counter not in ice or kept cold) the yogurt wasn't chilled either… just sitting on the counter, and there were a few biscuits and donuts in a container, an empty crockpot, and a waffle machine which we didn't try.

This place is basically a waterpark. You get a wet carpet, the ceiling was leaking and the towels were damp when we checked in. Also like waterparks the cheap prices draw in droves of loud and obnoxious college kids. While taking my dog outside to use the bathroom we had the opportunity to see the local youth partake in harassing and destructive activities. You may even be lucky enough to be approached by an individual who appears to be on some form of "downers" who will attempt to inquire about your dog. Also the outside doors don't work to get back in, don't leave anything in your vehicle you intend to keep. The sheets were stained HORRIBLY and we had to get new ones. Also there were bugs on the window sill.
