We stayed 2 nights in a spacious 2 room King Suite. Breakfast was wonderful with eggs, sausage, waffles, fruit and juices. Outdoor spa was very nice.

This Inn has a very welcoming staff, great accommodations, and a very nice location on the Vermillion River.

Friendly staff. Late checkout was given easily. Would have given 5 star except for the mattress which needs to be replaced in room 308.

Roaches and expired food. Stay started off okay. Traveling for business. TV didn't work properly due to 'Technological Revolution' (fancy hotel speak for 'it's not working yet'), but that was okay. Woke up at 1 am to a giant roach in the bed with me. Went to get new blankets after smashing it and front desk staff remarked that they have had guests with lizards in their beds at times as well. In the morning I went to eat the continental breakfast, and the yogurt was expired by over a week — not just one, but multiple yogurts I went through trying to find a safe one. I mentioned this to the front desk, and they seemed unfazed, didn't make any movements to go through the fridge and check even though it was breakfast hour and several other patrons were grabbing yogurts (most likely also expired). Having experience in food service and hospitality myself, these are both huge DON'Ts. I was never offered an apology or compensation. Called the GM and left voicemail, never received a response. I would not recommend staying here. Also the miniature store is practically wiped clean — not kept stocked. Overnight staff was pretty nice though. Update: did eventually hear back from GM and was given partial credit for future stays. Thank you.

Very comfortable home like Hotel. I loved every minute of my stay and the staff could not have been more courteous and nicer here in Louisiana. Very clean and cute atmosphere. I gave five stars and would definitely return to this destination.

I have stayed at this location numerous times. Last night was not s good experience. Shower had hair in soap dish which I overlooked at first. I went to get in bed and bed sheets were dirty. Pulled covers back further and found black hairs in bed. So with that I called front desk. Talked to John he was very nice but actually ask me could he change sheets. I told him no. I wanted new room. He moved me and told me he would discount room. Rest of stay was good. Got up next morning hot my receipt no discount which was really simply the point. Very disappointed.

The staff was very friendly and the amenities were nice. The room was just as we were told and comfortable. The bad part was we were visited by 3 roaches at 3 different places. One huge one by the pool, one tiny one on my wife's breakfast plate and the last one on our bed.

I spent that much time here’s ; It is clean The young man was very professional we got in about 11:00 it was later I will come back soon.

The staff was friendly and check in was swift. I had a 2nd floor river view suite and it was just that… a suite with a river view. The room was clean. The bed and sheets were comfortable. One problem are I'll mention is that walls and floors are thin. You'll hear a lot from your neighbors. Remember though, you're in a city viewing a very small river. The breakfast was okay and there is enough variety to get anyone by.

One of the best hotels we have stayed at. However, a 10:00 pm pool curfew and locked gates is quite ridiculous. The pool and hot tub area should be accessible to adults at all times.

I can say nothing more than WOW! I had a kingsized suite (RM305) and was nothing but amazed. Full suite including 2 32" tv's one in the bedroom and one in the living room, room was suer clean no odd odor like some places, dust free, and spacious. The view from this room is great. Looks over a river and the pool area. Hotel staff was more than helpful as I had mud wasps showing up every day in my room and the staff offered to exchange the room instantly with no issues. I chose to stay and the next day the maintenance staff took care of the issues ASAP. Was offered complimentary snack in return for having this issue. Breakfast was great, and the night staff was awesome. If I get back to this area again I will definitely stay here again… Thanks guys for everything to make my stay here for 4 days fell like I was at home…

Hotel staff was awesome from check in through check out. Facilities were well maintained and clean. The breakfast was also awesome.

Great hotel, we had a small pond behind our room and it looked great at night. Breakfast from Saturday to Monday morning was great. The staff is very attentive. Clean hotel.

Exceeded expectations in every way. Spacious suites, outdoor pool and wonderful hot whirlpool spa right next to river, spotless, newly remodeled and modern. Free hot breakfast area is quite spacious, with seating to accomodate even a large size family, river view tables and a quite impressive food service area. Free Wi-Fi with a good strong signal. Prompt, super-courteous front desk; check-in was effortless, and Chandler made sure I was satisfied with our room. It is the night of my birthday as well as Easter Eve, and I am so glad I chose here to bring my family in to meet me. We have a king suite and it's huge; great bed, separate seating area with sofa bed and extra seating. Total pleasure to be here. Definitely recommend and I'll be back for sure!

First time staying here. Very comfortable room. Really quiet and got a great night's sleep. Internet was great as well.

Great Hotel. Reasonably priced. Very clean and great location. Next to River and easy access to the road. I love the bed. Very comfortable place to stay. The only complaint I had was the breakfast. Sausage was undercooked. Also I wish they would provide real scramble eggs.

So nice! The man at checkin was so helpful and professional. The suite is so spacious and clean. We are a family and my son loves that he has his own space in the main room with his own tv.

So Nice! The front desk gentleman was very friendly and helpful. We got a suite and we were so pleasantly surprised. We are a family of four so our oldest had his own space with the pull out couch bed in the main room. Last night we stayed at a different hotel for near the same cost and it was not anywhere near as nice. You won’t regret booking here.

Bathroom obviously wasn't clean as the opened soap was still in it and wet. Rooms are kinda plain but nice. Breakfast was good though.

Decent place to stay. Nothing special, but the rooms are clean and breakfast is good. Not bad for $100.

The rooms are very nice and clean. Very nice staff as well. Breakfast could be better and mini store could use some stocking.

Danny did an awesome job setting up a room that was quiet through the night. I drove 731 miles Sat/Sun and never would have made it w/o a good night's sleep. Enjoyed my stay, thanks.

Roof leak right when you walk in the door, horrible hill to get in/out of the parking lot. Looks like it's been renovated but needs more work. I'd skip this one.

Rooms are nice staff friendly. Had a room next to the elevator, noise all night like a knocking. Stay away from 315

Had a quick overnight stay in LaFayette. This hotel was clean, all employees were friendly. We stayed in a 1 bedroom suite (2 queen beds) — — had 6 people and even though a bit crowded we all slept comfortably. Loved the breakfast/lounge area. Very clean. Had to wait on more eggs but the workers were very nice when I asked and they brought more out in a short time. Easy to find with our GPS and the restaurant we chose to eat at in the evening was less than 5 minutes from us. My only complaint — — we had a 9 year old and I wish Disney Jr. Was a choice to watch on TV. Could not find any shows with the channels they offered for him to watch. Very pleased and will stay again if we are in the area.

Staff was super friendly. The Riverview was amazing. And the breakfast book, amazing. Will definetely be booking again.

This hotel was great! The staff is super friendly and the beds are so comfy! The only fault I found was that the mini fridge on our room needed to be replaced because it didn't keep our leftovers cold. Great view of the bayou in a good location.

Everything was fine. The air conditioner was a little loud thought. Otherwise it was clean and fine for overnight.

Drove in from Houston to work a few days at our Lafayette office and this is where I stayed. Everyone was very friendly and I'd stay there again if and when the situation merits.

I've stayed here a couple of times now, and the hotel is fine. Ask for a room in the back facing the water-its a nice view. Close to everything in Lafayette. Eat at the Blue Dog.

Stayed two nights in a suite really nice. Got up early and enjoyed coffee next to pool overlooking the Vermilion River. Grand kids really enjoyed the hot tub and pool… great weekend get away to get out of the house… highly recommend this place …
