I called to confirm a booking from booking. Com and was told they didn’t actually have a room. I was told I would not be charged. I didn’t stay there and was still charged. Booking. Com said it was up to the facility. It is terrible that they would charge people displaced from a hurricane and didn’t even have a room to stay in!

Best in Lafayette with low rates.

I highly recommend this place. We are currently here and I haven't had one problem or complaint. When we checked in the lady at the desk was so sweet and very helpful. Our room was nice and clean! I went to the lobby this morning for coffee, it was a different lady there and she was great also. We met a young man that works here and he is very friendly. I love the fact that they have, I think over 14 security cameras and somebody is watching the cameras at all times! The price to stay here is VERY affordable! Honestly, when I first booked it, I was worried what it would be like because it was so cheap, but we got here and it's been a perfect stay!

Ms Kandace was so nice and helpful. She made my stay very pleasant and I will be coming back to stay because of her warm personality.

Decent price… bring cash! They only take cards with the chip! However there is an ATM in the lobby for your convienice. Laundry facilities are adequate and inexpensive. Its a quiet little place and we enjoyed our stay.

Comfy place to stay with a great staff, they really make you feel at home and you dont have to break the bank to stay here.

This hotel, at first, seems like it needed some cleaning. But once I expressed my concern to the management the service was extraordinary and prompt. Air conditioning was amazing. Room was clean. For an overnight stay it was good.

Omg this place is nasty do not waste your time or money. Hair behind the bathroom door! Towels look dirty no covers over light in bathroom! This is unacceptable for people who pay to stay and lay their heads down! This place needs to reported to the health dept! Clean your place up and get off your money and fix the cleanliness up and update your place! Now good note the guy at front desk was very friendly!

Very nice staff and for the price your paying the rooms are great! Beds are comfy and the showers have amazing pressure! Susan at the front was very nice and if we needed anything she was quick to get it! Breakfast was good biscuits and gravy, cereal, bread to make toast or grilled cheese and a waffle maker! Not crowded at all! We had the pool to our self pretty much every time! I’ve lived in Lafayette Louisiana my whole life and I never even New this hotel was here.

As always, I am feeling at home in this humble hotel in town and nothing compares to its wonderful and approachable staff they have. Spending my one week off here is such a great experience everytime.

Hotel is overpriced for the condition of the rooms, very much out dated. Front desk staff profiles the guest in a rudely manner, breakfast was horrible.

I give the Hotel 5 stars because I really have no complaints. We stayed two nights. First when pulling in it's somewhat hard to see the sign for the hotel, maybe a bigger higher sign will do. The hotel seems a little outdated, and needing maybe a fresh coat of paint and replacement of doors other wise our room was a tad small but very comfy. I did see them steam cleaning carpets in unoccupied rooms which was great to see. Our room was clean but maybe can be cleaned a little better we found a dirty diaper under the bed. No biggie we threw it out. The staff were amazing, the Next morning our cleaning lady knocked and made sure we had all of what we needed, towels, trash bags as well as emptying full trash, even gave us a couple extra bags since we had babies with us. She even suggested extra shampoo and soap. As well as letting us know to let her know if anything else was needed she had a great attitude, made us feel very welcomed. The front desk was prompt in answering the phone and had a great attitude as well! Wifi, worked as well. The only con was I asked about guest laundry, it's located upstairs which was rough carrying laundry just to find out its $1.50 to wash and to dry with only two dryers and two wash machines, that were taken and I had to take my stuff back down. I ended up at the laundromat which leads me to say the hotel is located just minutes away from restaurants and stores. This will be my future hotel, as we stay in Lafayette frequently.

Rooms and beds were great. However Wi-Fi did not work on any of our devices. It took 5 minutes to log in and then it kicked you back out. And hot water was not always available.

Very accommodating, affordable and clean. Employees are focused on customer satisfaction and seem to be well informed about procedure of the hotel and also the city itself. I defiantly use this hotel any time I'm in the area.

This place was disgusting! We had a group of students we took here and we discovered lots of random things in the rooms. Drugs, alcohol, trash, and it stunk so bad. This place is not even close to being worth the amount of stars it has right now.

The hotel was nice and the staff was very friendly and patient with me. The room was clean and was neatly prepared. The price was also reasonable.

Staff was friendly. Breakfast was kool. Needs a little updating but overall the rooms were big and clean. More importantly quite! I plan on staying again.

Check in was fast and the front desk clerk was very helpful with directions to places to eat. Room was clean and breakfast buffet was very good. 5 out of 5. I would recommend to everyone. Price of room is affordable too.

For and independently owned hotel the price of the hotel is great with great service that goes above and beyond the price they charge. The staff is friendly and will always accommodate your needs just ask. The rooms are very clean. I would recommend this 3 star hotel to anyone because the staff treats there residence as family 5 star customers. The continental breakfast is a pastry base breakfast there is no eggs or sausage served they have biscuits and gravy, cereal and milk, waffles with syrup and hot coffee and a few other items. I would give it a 4 star rating for the breakfast however all other amenities are great.

I stayed at this hotel/motel when most of the hotels in Lafayette was booked or were asking $150/night. I ended up calling this place and booked a room with them for $70/night. When I arrived at the hotel I got little nervous but was I delighted to see the clean and comfortable bed. I slept so well on their firm beds and the shower head they have in bathroom was amazing. The Wi-Fi was a plus. I enjoyed pool too and it gave me a head start for my Water Survival. I would stay again.
