I should had new better to get a room here when I pulled in the parking lot but to tired to care right then… atleast 20 people out in the parking lot hollering and carrying on… woman at the desk was nice that's all I can say bout this place… got a non smoking room and smelled like straight smoke. The hall way smelled like straight pot… Folks in the hall say running up and down and hollaring… will never stay here again… will not recommend anyone staying here either…

The hotel was decent for the price. It needs some updating. We were on the second floor and when you showered and moved around the tub would make awful sounds. They do have nice size rooms though. Might not be my first choice next time but I would stay there again.

Very clean rooms, they have breakfast in the morning, as well as a Landry room they sell detergent at the front desk. As in the staff they all were friendly all but one lady. They also have good deals especially if your booking online.

Will never return! Dirty tub and rude service.

In Louisiana nice place to stay.

Very clean and nice, has a Landry room and they have detergent at the front desk. If you go to Lafayette and need a place to stay that has a good prices and is nice I would go here. They also have free breakfast.

I stayed around a month ago. It looked pretty decent going in. It was 10:30 ish and I was tired. Well I'm not gonna go on and on But… I'm from Dickinson tx. Just lost my home and job from the hurricane Harvey floods. Had 51 inches. So I'm driving to LA NOLA to look for work. So I stayed at this horrible place. They charged me 74.00 and some change. The room was nasty. I found Beatles all over the bed. Never had seen or been exposed to BED BUGS before. The morning of my stay I had woken up with bites. And I though ok? Must be mosquitos? And I killed Beatles full of blood. Weird. No clue that's BED BUGS. I have them in my place I'm staying now. They were little babies to the Beatles I saw real BED BUGS. I want my money back. Its Christmas. All my place is invested with them now. And I have used and borrowed money we didnt have. I have a 9 yearold. Please don't go there. Its a nightmare what I'm going through. I have bites on my face all the way to my toes. They will not refund my money. Thank God other reviews stated about BED BUGS. I thought it was a song we use to sing. Please tell others. They were rude when I asked for my money back. The room was not clean and someone next door was smoking more then cigs… So no I plead don't go there. Especially with children. I've spent 300. Thats food and stuff for us to rebuild from losing it all. Not on bed bug chemicals. I'm horrified and in pain.

The place was OK for overnight stay. We saw a couple of roaches though.

Everything was fine but the Wi-Fi kept dropping. I was farther back from the lobby. I assume they need to add some Wi-Fi repeaters.

Sunday morning, house keeping (no English) knocks at 8:50 then 9:25 then 9:40. That is no way to treat a person much less a guest in a hotel. Shameful.

When we first walked in we thought it was nice. The floors were very sticky almost like dirty water was used or too much cleaner not enough water. The coffee pouches were opened and left for us as scraps. The front desk guy could have smiled a little while dealing with the public instead of looking at us like we were wasting his time. I do how ever like that the rooms were a bit sound proof. But the beds were so hard it felt like I was sleeping on a rock. The towels felt like they have never seen softener. Then the last thing, as I was doing the last walk through of the room I check under the beds and I find a nasty old donut kicked under there. It makes me second guess ever coming back to a hotel like this.

Great price. Clean room. Comfortable bed. Ac worked great. Safe well light parking lot. Right off the highway. Don't drink the orange juice.

Major BED BUG infestation! I woke up yesterday morning covered in bites. I have a 3 year old that was also covered in bites. The hallways in this place smell like mold and feces. Stains on covers and chair. It looked and smelled like someone had urinated on the wall. I don't know how this place is still open. Truly disgusting! The older couple that run this place, are extremely rude and tried to charge us a cancellation fee of 45$ after we decided to go somewhere that doesn't have bed bugs… never again!

Bed bugs! I have bites from head to toe! Front desk lady very rude! I will never stay here again and don't recommend anyone else to!

The ambassador Inn was a great experience for me. The service there was excellent and although I didn't get a chance to stay overnight I feel as if the room would have made my already awesome experience 10x awesome!

Surprisingly nice for the price. A bit of a bleachy smell in the room but not bad. Clean, and pretty new, will definitely stay here again.

Do NOT stay here. Not clean, someone else's garbage was left in refrigerator. The "wannabe" Secretary at the desk was EXTREMELY rude. I brought my service dog with me. She came to our room and the first words out of her mouth were, "GET THAT DOG OUT! " My mother told her he was my service dog. She replied, "I DONT CARE, GET THE DOG OUT OF THE ROOM NOW! " said I needed to register him. I told her she could not charge me for having him. She said she was getting the owner and to get the dog out now. I told her to go ahead and get the owner and said she didn't have to be so effing rude. She cocked an attitude again and said "ooooh listen to you! " She argued with me until I told her to just go get the owner. Owner didn't even come up to see us, called the room on the crappy phones that don't even work. I went downstairs and spoke to the owner myself. She stood there and tried to play nice because her boss was in front of her. He told me my dog was allowed to be here and he would correct his worker. I told him I wanted a refund after that terrrible service. He called the company I purchased the tickets from and got me a full refund. Absolutely terrible. I do not recommend ANY military personnel to stay here. From one service member to another.

Do NOT stay here! Checked in, and checked right back out. Disgusting manager was rude as hell. Place smells like death. Horrible! Stay somewhere else!
