I loved our stat here the lobby was just as clean as the rooms. Would highly recommend this place. Clean. No complaints.

Great night sleep. Very clean. Only problem was having my dog on the second floor. Running stairs for potty time was a little tough. Other facilities hold rooms on 1st floor at the end of the hall for pups!

Room was clean and comfortable. Price was reasonable. They have a full breakfast that was good. Staff was friendly and helpful. The location was easy to find and it was easy to get in and out of the area. We stayed two nights in July, so don't know how traffic would be during football season. We will definitely stay again.

Nice and clean. Better that average breakfast. TV would occasionally lose signal. It was brief and not a big deal but annoying. Could have been just my room. Never saw the TV in Lobby experience the issue. Employees were very nice and courteous. 4.5 Stars.

Spent two nights here after we got married. We are planning our official honey moon for the winter, so we didn’t want to spend an arm and a leg when we knew we weren’t doing anything but catching up on sleep and spending the day together Sunday. I was opposed to the hotel at first because the neighborhood is nothing but ghetto and crack heads walking around. But my husband stays at Best Westerns several times a month for work, so I caved because the hotel had been newly renovated and it was less than $100 per night. Worst choice ever, I should have just stayed where I wanted to because I ended up spending that much anyways. Our toilet stopped up Monday morning, there are no plungers in the rooms. I called the front desk and requested a plunger and the lady said they would send someone to take care of it. They never did, then billed us for damages. Also, if you’re a woman, be very careful if it’s close to that time of the month because if you unexpectedly start your period in the middle of the night they will bill you for that as well. I will say, I left for work early in the morning and my husband was in charge of check out and he did leave trash on his bed side from all of the wedding cards we opened and some empty food containers which never would have happened if I would have done check out BUT THERE WAS NO TRASH CAN IN THE ROOM OR BATHROOM! Seriously? Also, we were just billed these charges with no email, no call, no anything.

I am so glad we decided to book here. We had a ton of issues with our overall trip to Lafayette. However, this hotel turned our trip around. Rachael helped us reserve our room and she was phenomenal. She was so nice and overall a sweet gal! Not to mention, all of the employees were awesome. We didn't have one bad experience with any employee of this hotel. The rooms were very clean and the housekeepers do their job! The location of the hotel is perfect as well.

We weren't there for a Dance Festival, enjoyed our stay at the hotel very much, room was very clean, Decor very appealing, and staff was very friendly and helpful. Breakfast was very versatile, something for everyone in our group.

To sleep this perfect and its location is very practical.

Newly remodeled Best Western! Clean and very nice. Recommend not being in a room near the lobby/breakfast area. Our room got a lot of evening & early morning noise. The staff was always helpful. The breakfast options were filled with a nice variety. Internet worked w/o any issues.

Great stay. Hotel and room the decor 100 % room was very clean. Bed comfort 100% parking lot well lite. Checked in for 1 day. Ended up staying for 3 days. Staff very attentive. One of best Best Western hotel's i've stayed at for sure.

Very clean. The remote was also clean and that's a plus. Beds were comfortable and the personnel were very pleasant. They have a full breakfast from 6-9am. All-n-all… a very nice place with a great price.

Very nice friendly and accommodating hotel. I think the gentleman's name was Bernard that checked me in and he did a very fine job. The rooms were immaculate, the lobby was nice and comfortable and breakfast was good. The only drawback I can think of was the shell gas station down the street was very shady and undesirable, but that has no reflection on this hotel.

Nice, comfortable and clean. Good attention at breakfast that although it is self-serví, one of the mrs of the hotel I note that my juice was very clear and I recharged the dispenser and served two glasses and I take it to the table to change them without us asking.

I have stayed in 5 different Best Westerns in 5 different States in the past month. Best Western has re-imaged all 5 hotels that I stayed at recently. They were very fresh and clean! The breakfast is variety was pleasing. Also, the staff was very helpful and you could tell they cared about their work.

Rooms were large and clean. Lots of towels! Bed was large enough for me, husband, and my cosleeping 2yo. Good breakfast with hot and cold dishes. Didn't shower but it looked clean and the toilet was clean.

Great breakfast. Had scrambled eggs, bacon, and sausage links. Some cereal and cinnamon rolls. The beds were big and comfy, and the people at the front were super friendly. Would recommend. 5/8, prefect.

It was great experience. Breakfast was good. Mr. Bernard has a very good customer services skills.

Room was good. Breakfast was good… they charge extra $20 for my dog. And the main entrance was under some renovation which was a safety issue … Should have discounted the rooms due to construction and not advertise pet friendly with a fee.

Under construction in the lobby. It was not a problem though. No noise from it. Should be really nice when complete. Rooms are ok. Made reservations, got a reservation number, but when I arrived there was no record of me in their computer. The nice lady at the desk got me another room. It all worked out. I would stay again.

Front desk check-in OK. The hotel is being renovated. Exterior very nice. Lobby in renovation mess. Room was very nice. Breakfast was limited compared to other BW. Instant oatmeal but no hot water? Morning front desk clerk hanging out watching TV never greeted or said a word. A housekeeper was in breakfast area cussing. Another housekeeper was over the top when she helped me load the luggage in the car. BIG KUDOS to her. Did not get her name but she was African American and very warm and friendly. She needs to be put on the front desk!

Good place to stay for a night, they where remolding so paint smell wasn’t to bad, breakfast was good, only thing was people on our hall was smoking some marijuana.

We just returned from a stay here and were completely happy with the great service and professionalism of the staff, from registration desk, breakfast staff, and maids. They all went out of their way to please us. We'll definitely be back!

You can bring your pet here. The staff is helpful and friendly. At the time I was here, (September 9 — 12), the hotel was going through a discrete renovation, the walls were up but the laundry room was being renovated. Despite some rooms and the laundry room being renovated the place was nice and the staff courteous to the many evacuees from hurricane Harvey & Irma, (me), staying there. The picture of people eating is September 11 when a women's prayer group came from 40 minutes away to feed evacuees.

Very convenient to where my destination was for working the weekend. The remodel was very nice. The breakfast offered was amazing. The staff were all very kind/considerate. Very nice place and pricing very reasonable.

The staff was awesome! The room was very clean. The bathroom and linens were folded and neatly placed. The lobby and breakfast area were clean and welcoming.

Very clean, but beds are very stiff. Room does get very cool which is great. Shower is good. Ice machine is not very well located. Staff was great for my stay.

Great location and service. Rooms were clean and neat. Overall great place to day and good value. We had reservations at the Ramada across the expressway and they messed up our reservations completely. The staff at Best Western was very friendly and checked us in quickly so that we could get back to our conference in time for dinner. Breakfast was good too.

Best Western is an excellent chain for the price. The rooms are confortable and attractive. My only qualm was a shower that had awkward controls and pressure.

The rooms were disgusting! Hair all over the sheets, shower! oh and the dust was horrible! I could literally pick it up with my fingers! I mean come on people! I understand I'm not staying at a 5 star hotel, BUT! I shld at least have clean sheets! To be honest I have stayed in WAY CHEAPER HOTELS that took more pride in the cleanliness of their rooms! Oh and by the way, NO I'm not a clean freak either. do not stay here!

Bed mattress is hard. Restroom is beautiful thou. Carpet is nasty and fealty. Ac doesnt blow worth of nothing. Lamps so dusty I could have an asthma attack breathing on it.

Really nice hotel for the price. I asked my boss to change my hotel from the expensive doubletree Hilton (hard beds, no fridge or microwave, air blew hot) to the best Western because it is much more comfortable. I'm sure she's happy because it saves her money.

After being place on hold for approximately 10 minutes I was finally able to make a reservation. During the call I was told that all they had available was a king smoking suite and a queen smoking suite with 2 beds. Upon arrival at the hotel my husband gave them our credit card and signed the paperwork. It was then that we were told that our rooms were both king rooms. This would not accommodate all people in our party but were told that even if we did go find another hotel our credit card would still be charged. It was explained to us then that it would be charged just like the people who did not show up. We then asked for a cot to put in one of the rooms but were told that they had already given it away. (Apparently we were not the only ones whose reservations they messed up! ) There is no such thing as customer satisfaction at this place as they do not care if you are satisfied or not, they just want to collect your money unfairly. Will never stay here again!

I would not trust booking a reservation at this hotel at all! I booked 2 rooms, one king size and the other a queen with 2 beds. After we checked in and signed paperwork we were told that they only had 2 king rooms which meant that we didn't have enough beds to accommodate the people in our party. We were then told that because we had already signed paperwork that they would still charge our credit card for the rooms. It didn't matter that they didn't have the accommodations that I had booked. There was no manager on duty upon arrival at the hotel and they didn't even have a cot to place in the room. This place will rip you off in a hurry not to mention ruin your weekend getaway! DO NOT STAY HERE!

Not the best Western I've stayed in, but it's certainly not bad. The rooms seem slightly dated in appearance but they have the amenities needed. This is one of the rare hotels in this price range that have USB connections available in room, great for charging when you forget your wall adapter. Staff was courteous. I speed tested their internet at over 55Mbps and had 0 problems using it for remote desktop work. I gave it 4 stars because its a Best Western, not a Marriott. A little perspective is needed. The 1 star knocked off was for mostly minor things. As stated, the rooms seem a little dated in appearance. Ignore the haters, if your willing to stay at a Best Western (ie: not a princess or a pretentious prick) I think you'll find this to be a 4/5.

There is a holiday inn next door and I think this best western is much better than one we stayed in in Atlanta by tha airport… maybe tha cleanest and got everything u need … like u was at home … stayin 3 days and then be going home to Ga…

We loved it here… we smoke so smoking floor wasn't a bother…

The worst best western. I stay in hotels cause I travel for work so I should lnow a thing or 2 about hotels. The walls are paper thin and trashy people stay here that slam doors all night. The internet is worse than dial-up. Breakfast was nasty. I'm gonna try and avoid the Patel Hotels for now on. Cheapest people that don't wanna renovate. Annoyed with this place. Nothing around here to do either.

Heads up! If you smoke, second floor is perfect, but if you don't, I recommend you to ask for the first floor. Stephanie, the receptionist, is very professional, kind, and makes you feel welcome. The room is very pleasant. We frequently travel, I recommend this hotel :-)
