It can use remodeling. Rooms, lobby and dining area need an update. Just standard Hilton Garden Inn property layout lacking details. The room can use fresh carpet and decoration. Thin walls are just unbearable as you can hear your neighbors laughing and talking. Uncontrollable kids running around the hall at late hour. Bedding was okay though as they were adjustable in firmness. Breakfast in the morning weren't appeals. It had very little of buffet items and doesn't look appetizing at all. I was bit disappointed with my stay at the property. Staff seemed friendly, however.

Accommodations are top notch, food is good, and staff was very attentive. Didn't merit 5th star due to spotty Wi-Fi. Near airport — business travelers — not productive for those requiring strong connectivity.

I highly recommend this HGI! The staff is super helpful and they have some of the best customer service I have had. My room was spotless and smelled fresh. The food was great at breakfast and dinner. Highly, highly recommend!

I stay at this property upto 10 times a year and the staff has always been friendly and helpful. During my most recent stay, the duty manager (Tracy) was rude and argumentative. When I went to check out, Tracy was standing outside smoking and talking on her cell phone. The room was not cleaned as usual, with long black hairs on the comforter, I have short blond hair. The maid complained about her salary and how guests did not leave a tip.

Stayed here couple days ago, 5/20-5/23 for a wedding. Found a dirty pair of boxer briefs underneath the edge of the bed? How do people miss this when they cleaned the room? Front desks response when I told them at checkout? "Sorry I'll make a note of it". No worries I won't be staying here ever again. I sent the general manager an email.

The Hilton Garden inn is clean and comfortable as one would expect. But the difference about this particular location is the staff. Wow… Super nice, welcoming as they could be. Lisa really stood out. She brought an incredible human element to our stay. She cared. The entire staff cared. Hospitality at it's best. Thank you!

Forgot my Kindle and they returned it to me next day even wasn't sure it would happen. Trustworthy staff. Big thank you to them.

The service was wonderful very polite staff and good food at the restaurant/bar.

It's garbage the manager is snobby too she acts like she is too good for anyone to speak to her if I can rate lower I would.

The Hotel is nice, clean and accommodating. We had a comfortable stay and I loved the adjustable pillow top mattress.

Great desk staff, super friendly! I really tried to enjoy sitting at the bar and enjoy a drink. The bartender was absent 50% of the time. She was either smoking, or just not visible. The cook tried to fill in for her, but the only thing she could do was take a cap off a beer bottle. Otherwise, the stay was absolutely great! The room was quiet and very comfortable. The furniture needs updating, but it’s really not an issue. The TV was a bit small for the room, and the channels are very limited. Overall, I can say that it wasn’t bad, but definitely worth staying! I thought about the airport, and needless to say… I never heard a plane land or take off! I loved that. I definitely would stay here again.

Very clean property and nice breakfast. Staff are very friendly. Free aguttle to the casino and other surrounding areas.

Room was nice, pool outside near gym. Guest laundry and business center near front desk. Breakfast was great but not free ($9.95). Staff is friendly cheerful helpful and all around great.

This hotel was great and the beds were extremely comfortable. I had a problem with staff during breakfast. The waitress was having a bad morning because she had an attitude. All and all I will give this place another chance.

The staff was super helpful and the room was nice. My only complaint is that I wish there had been a free breakfast like most business class hotels like that. But it was a nice stay overall.

Very loud air conditioner and very lack luster breakfast at $9.95 is overpriced. Front desk works, cook and waitresses were unfriendly and somewhat rude. Never stay there again.

The peoplle/staff here are awesome. Lisa is the best! Everyone is very friendly and caring. If it wasn't for hurricane Irma we wouldn't have found this gem but I am glad we did.

One of my favorite hotel chains, but nothing stood out about this location from other Hilton Garden Inns. Property could stand an immediate update especially for the room rate which was overpriced due to location, but also comparable to similar star hotels in the area. There was no parking available Saturday evening, which was extremely inconvenient with a toddler. The bathroom was clean but fixtures were very outdated, tiles in bathtub cracked in several places. Bed was comfortable, and my handicap accessible room was very spacious. Carpet in room was clean but needs good shampoo. The TV along with channel selection were deplorable.

In the bathroom, I found hair in the tub and about 10 pubic hairs on the floor. I sanitized it the best I could. Then, we pull back the bedding to find one of the beds looked like the sheets were dirty. The hotel tried to redeem the situation with a voucher to comp our breakfast the next morning when they brought up clean sheets and apologized about the bed. We never told them about the bathroom. Because they tried to make things right, I gave them 2 stars but I do not think I would ever try them a second time.

Got a whirlpool/jacuzzi room. Filled up pretty fast. It said the room was a "suite" but it was smaller than most motel 6 rooms I've stayed in. Nuetrogena shampoos and lotions. The room was clean, as was the lounge. I just couldn't get over the size of the room, also that we were only on the second floor as a suite. Great staff but I think I'll shop around more next time.

June 27, 2016 my family of over 50 people had the pleasure of relaxing in the accommodations of this Hilton Garden Hotel. The ENTIRE staff made our 3 day visit a wonderful experience!

This hotel is just a few miles from I-10. We booked it on both the outbound and return legs of a road trip from Texas to the Atlantic coast. It was perfect for our family of 4. It is clean, quiet, and well-furnished. There is a small outdoor pool and a nice little fitness center with a good range of equipment. The only downside is that Hilton HHonors members don't get a complimentary breakfast… just a bottle of water. Other than that, NO complaints. Easy access, affordable, and safe. Book it!

This is a nice hotel. The accommodations are clean, the front desk staff are courteous and professional and the restaurant seemed nice; my meal was served promptly and I enjoyed the meal. Can't ask for more when staying at a small hotel. I do recommend.

The hotel is conveniently located near the airport very easy to get to and not far from the water. It has all the amenities that can be expected from a hotel as nice as that. Clerks and all the people that was very nice of informing you as to the activity of the hotel and breakfast with well as you'll stay.

A little out of the way, which is what I like. Beds comfortable, helpful staff, easy to navigate the halls.

Clean and comfortable with larger rooms. The staff is A+. It takes literally about 3 min to get to the airport from this hotel.

Atmostphere was inviting. Staff was great and tended to anyhthing that I needed.
