Hotel was very clean & beautifully decorated for Christmas. The rooms were really nice and spacious. The continental breakfast was VERY nice.

We always enjoy staying here. The customer service is good, rooms are clean, and the breakfast is very good.

This is the 3rd time I have stayed here and it has been amazing every time. Everything has been perfect! I will always stay here when I come to Gulfport! Love it!

It was very clean. The staff were friendly, helpful and the building and pool are beautiful. There was a hot breakfast that was more than the basic continental breakfast. The location is near restaurants and stores. Most importantly to me they followed covid protocols and cleaned everything.

The room, pool and environment was very nice. We enjoy out stay for the 2 night and 3 days.

We were traveling to pick up our grandson from Texas, coming from GA and stayed on our way in and out. Both times we enjoyed our stay. Rooms were clean and beds were comfy. Enjoyed the jacuzzi both stays. Our grandson loved the Jacuzzi as well. Staff was super friendly as well. Lots of restaurants to eat at. We'll definitely stay again!

Amazing room and pool/hot tub.

Pros: The staff is genuinely kind. The rooms are very clean, and updated. A lot of channels to watch on TV, you can tell the owner and staff care about customers by the how well the place is kept up and how kind the employees are. Cons:
The window has no curtains so when people are pulling in and out you see their headlights in your window. People are up all night making noise, yelling to each other etc. The pool does not have the capacity for the amount of people staying here. I walked back from the office getting more towels and people were smoking weed, absolutely no discretion for children. However it is definitely worth putting up with a few dud humans for the price and cleanliness. Thank you to the owner and staff for all you are doing and running an affordable stay for our family ❤

My friend and I stayed here twice. The first time was amazing. Great staff, perfect room, the best blackout curtains we’ve ever seen and super quiet. Perfect for a short getaway. This time was terrible. Upon arrival, we were told that the room we booked (which was oversized with a jacuzzi tub) was unavailable. We were put in a much smaller room, which would have been fine except that the A/C made a horrible noise, half the lightbulbs were out, and the curtains were pulled out of the ceiling. We complained and were switched to another room, which had a working A/C and curtains, but still had to call for lightbulbs! Our stay was supposed to be two nights but we had housekeeping knocking at our door on the first day because the front desk screwed up our reservation. They fixed it, but when we asked for a late checkout for the next day, we were told they don’t offer that (even though they did four months ago) and for every hour we stayed past 11 AM we’d be charged $25. AFTER all that with the rooms, they couldn’t even give us an extra hour. It was ridiculous. Also, for some reason, we had planes flying over the room starting at 8 AM each morning that sounded like they would land ON the building. Not the hotel’s fault, but not the best way to wake up. We absolutely loved this hotel the first time we stayed in it, but this time it was awful. Do not recommend.

This is by far the best Hotel stay whenever I’m in town. Checking is great, rooms are great, love the decor of room makes you think you are at a super upscale Hotel. Breakfast is amazing plenty of different items on board. Restaurants close by shopping close by and beach is only minutes away.

The staff at the front desk don’t seem to be well trained. That is a management issue. When we got into our room it smelled like mold, the bathroom floors had hair all over the place and were clearly not vacuumed! The bathtub had mold all around the sides, then the second night what do we see on the wall?! A bedbug and don’t worry I have pictures! Then when we called the front desk, do you think any care was given?! Nope! Oh you can go check out the room next door and move there! And don’t call the front desk asking for anything the answer is always “Housekeeping has left for the day! ” Seriously! The rooms were HUMID. We will NEVER stay here again.

Stayed here on numerous occasions and have not been disappointed. Great breakfast selection, very comfortable beds and the room we had had a walk in tub / shower. Awesome and amazing. Had a great nights sleep.

We just picked the wrong time to go to Gulfport; due to an incoming tropical storm; so the weather kept us inside mostly. The hotel was clean, the pool and hot tub were nice. It was difficult to stay in and watch television due to not getting a signal. The staff was very nice and helpful. The breakfast was awesome.

My family has stayed at Best Western Seaway Inn many times, and we are never disappointed. The rooms are clean and comfortable, and the breakfast is excellent. The hotel was packed at our last stay, and there were many people at the pool having a good time. I worried about the noise keeping me awake, but when we went to our room (facing the pool), we never heard a thing and slept soundly.

We absolutely loved this place. Check-in was super fast and the service was very friendly. We rented two rooms and both were clean and had everything our family needed. Both rooms overlooked the pool which was beautiful and the kids loved it. Breakfast was awesome too. Awesome time and can't wait to come back!

We made a quick visit to the coast. This is our first time staying at the Best Western Seaway. We were surprised by the friendly staff and very quick check in. Our room was clean and comfortable. The breakfast was cooked fresh every morning and quite tasty. When we visit Gulf Port again, Best Western Seaway is at the top of our list. Thanks for the great service and attention to detail.

The lobby is great. Workers very nice. They do accept cash, but hold 150 bucks in deposit. We stayed in the Non Smoking King Room with Hot tube (Whirlpool). Arriving, the room was very clean and good smell, but we always look further as been RN and Husband MD. So Looking the AC after took off the front (plastic) … the dirty showed up! The filter was dirty and all the plastic as well. After clean that all we sprayed Lysol to kill germes, and then we were all set, to sit and relax. Jacuzzi is great, fill up quickly, but to empty is another story. So slowly. They must have it fixed! Also We needed to remove the filter and clean it too. They have a beautiful fitness room, free bottle water, swimming pool 1 feet for kids, bigger for others and also a hot tube there! The environment is very nice, clean, family friendly and so on. Breakfast is good too! Overall excellent experience.! Before we checked in we looked around all the Hotels nearby. This is definitely the best one for the price!

Great staff even after I messed up the printer and locked myself out of my room. I planned on staying one day and didn’t make a reservation because I expected it to be average/below average because of the low price. I called and asked the front desk to extend my stay with no problems. Large breakfast selection, nice pool, and good location.

Rooms were very cheap. Only 57 a night. Very clean nice rooms. Pool and hot tub were enjoyable and well maintained. Hit breakfast was served and while pretty standard was good.

Excellent rooms for the price. Looks like they have remodeled a good bit. Beds slept good. Nice and clean for $69.00. Staff was really nice and helpful. I would definitely stay there again.

When I arrived — I was definitely sure I was giving this place 1 Star, I wasn’t happy. See pictures. We travel a lot and stay in quite a few hotels. The Good — The room itself is very nice and tidy. Initially walking in I was very pleased. The choice of decor is nice. I was surprised it being a Best Western. The staff were SUPER friendly and professional. The gentlemen up front assured me they have lots of security (I checked in on a busy Friday night around 830pm) and I even saw him going around on Saturday by the pool making sure you were a guest there. The breakfast was GREAT! It was very clean and organized, hot and had a variety of foods. Perfect for kids. The pool area is also nice — it gets crowded and loud but to be expected on a weekend. I love how everything is conveniently near — variety of food and the highway. The not so good — the bathroom in our room was disgusting which is weird bc the room itself was very clean. I have never seen a toilet in a hotel room be so dirty. The floors all around the toilet were dirty. The bath tub had leftover hair from guests before. The walls had food or blood stuck on the wall. The air vent was full on dust. These specific reasons are why I can only give this place 3 stars. The cleaning staff totally failed in our room and could be fixed. I normally would say that I would never stay here again for those reasons, but everything else was good and I feel like they deserve another shot. The beds were not the most comfortable, either.

I was passing by, on my way to Miami and decided to stay here. Well the service was incredible, rooms excellent, clean … And then the Free breakfast was amazing. I will recommend this hotel to everyone… Is a great place, great personal. And there was this lady that works in the breakfast area that she is amazing. Very very good place. Thanks Best Western for the great job.

Would have had 5 stars if I sounds have arrived back at my room the other day to find the do not disturb sign gone and my room was entered. I'm not upset they cleaned, organized and restocked. I'm upset that the "do not disturb" sign was somehow missing. *poof*… gone… no where in sight. BUT, still a great place to stay. Clean rooms, friendly service, great atmoshphere!

Found a Adult toy in one of the beds and hair in tub. The staff cleaned the rooms my ass. There was two children under 6 in room, and my 6 year old found the toy.

Hotel converted to super cute modern place. Liked the room. Really nice outdoor pool and hot tub in center of the hotel. Nice breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. Great place to stay while traveling I-10.

To be honest, I do not stay at hotels with exterior rooms doors. I was nervous. However, the room was freshly remodeled, clean, and quite nice. The bed was comfortable and the hotel quiet. I slept very well. Breakfast was delicious but get there early. They run out of the popular foods.

My room was very nice. The staff was very helpful. The breakfast was not so great. The eggs was powdered, the sausage had no taste, the biscuits was hard, and the sausage gravy had a odd taste. The oatmeal and waffle station was really good. The only thing wrong with my room was that there was dry wall splatter all over the bathroom and on some of the pictures over the bed. They really need to fingers someone different to do clean up after remodeling.

We stop here on our way home from Texas, twice a year at least. Over the past year-plus, it has only gotten cleaner as the renovation has been completed. The Breakfast crew is friendly and happy to see everyone each day. It's simple, clean and reasonable, and near the outlets if that's important to you. We'll be back.

Very nice room, immaculate cleanliness. They have a hot breakfast with lg variety to eat. From cereal, pastries to biscuits, eggs, sausage, gravy etc. Really quite now that they no longer have the club. Nice pool with a kiddie pool for our little one. The hot tub was nice and warm but there's ALWAYS someone in it. I don't like getting in it with oil etc from 1 girl's hair product in it. Was relaxing in the jacuzzi. We'll definitely be back!

This hotel and majority of staff is outstanding. We stayed here on business for a week. My dogs were welcomed. The beds are very comfortable and the rooms are nice. The breakfast is superb, the best breakfast I've ever seen at a hotel that was complimentary. The only negative we had was that we had left several dollars of quarters on a table in our room (our laundry money) and someone took it even though we ask that no one come in our room. We reported it, but don't know what came of it. Although that happened we would still stay here again, we would just make sure we put all valuables away.

My father booked a room here for me and my sister as we are in town for our grandfather's funeral. I am extremely disappointed and disgusted by the conditions of the room we are staying in. Not only have I seen multiple roaches and have killed one since staying in this room but there is actual feces on the floor from an animal that was left behind. Makes me wonder do they even thoroughly clean there rooms after guest leave? From what I can see its a half ass attempt if that. I have taken photos of the concerns and will be reaching out to corporate about this. I will never stay at this hotel or a Best Western again. Steer clear of this place.

A motel NOT a hotel. Outside facing doors leading into the parking lot or onto the pool area. Lies just below one of the flight paths for the airport across the street so it can get loud at times. Street facing rooms on the south side get to hear the drive through cashier at Wendy's next door… A lot. Room was clean and somewhat recently refurbished. Water pressure was decent and hot water did not run out (although it was really not that hot). They are a smoking hotel so be sure to ask for a non smoking room. Mine was non smoking (after a request) but had previously been a smoking room. Great if you smoke. Not so much if you don't. They are pet friendly.

The pet fee is very reasonable compared to competing hotels. They have recently renovated so everything is very nice and new. We've been here before the renovation as well and enjoyed an equally pleasant stay.

Although I didn't get that king size bed I requested, I understood their renovations had been delayed. Though by a busy city road, the room was quiet and the bed/pillows were very comfortable/clean. Everything was great! The hotel had just had an awesome renovation and staff was so sweet and welcoming! We were so happy with our stay! Super convenient and accommodating as well as a great breakfast!

A lot of construction had been happening during my stay. As a result, the pool was closed and the place could get a little busy and noisy at times. Breakfast is good and the staff is very helpful. There is no lounge to hangout in with your book or electronic devices other than a couple couches by the front desk. Complementary coffee.

Yes, the place is under renovation and the room they put us in was one of the new ones and it is awesome! This place will be beautiful when it is completed! We are here for a conference and can put up with some minor inconveniences. The staff of the hotel has gone above and beyond to make our stay the best. The price was better than have been expected. Highly recommend.

I had a great time at Cruise the Coast prior to the hurricane. Perfect spot for a guys trip. Frig, microwave, comp breakfast, and nice employees like Laura! I'm booked for next year already.

Since it was only $80 a night for 4 people I was expecting a roach motel and just a straight up disaster BUT we were all BEYOND IMPRESSED with this hotel. Everything about it was great! It was clean, modern, had nice staff and made our over all trip great. Will definitely be back and highly recommend.

This was the best hotel I have ever stayed in. Me and my family were traveling and had some bad luck with others. We stayed here loved it and everyone was very nice. The hotel itself is very nice. Located close to lots of restaurants and Gulf Islands Water park. Friendly staff. Very comfortable beds. The pool area is very nice and super clean. Loved our stay. Will definitely return.

Recently renovated rooms look fantastic! We asked for towels after hours and had them delivered within 2 minutes. Breakfast area looks and feels like a resteraunt. Beautiful front desk area. Pool was very nice and good enough size to accommodate a sold out hotel. Hot tub also excellent. Landscaping around the pool nice, but wood chips can fall into the pool. Overall, this did not feel like a chap Best Western, it felt more like a Marriott. Price was still very reasonable. I would stay here again. Stayed with family of 5 for 4-days while moving to another state.

TURN BACK! I booked through AAA because it was rated the best hotel in the immediate area that took pets. I now question all AAA ratings. Where to begin? Grounds and parking lot littered with sketchy people that I am not convinced were even staying there. I understand that they are renovating lobby, but temporary lobby was disgusting. My wife and I did not feel safe except for having our large dog and a gun. No towels in the room and they never delivered them after I asked. I am assuming that the employee who stood out back chatting up a female "guest" by her room for over an hour was supposed to deliver them… who knows? Bathrooms disgusting, sheets dingy. I am not sure why the rooms appeared to be renovated, but bathrooms were forgotten. I am a career Soldier and have been to some bad places… they were less troubling than this hotel. Best part of the trip was the space to run the dog out back and the two 24 oz beers that we bought at CVS in hopes that they would make us fall asleep faster. Never again! Someone from ownership or corporate management needs to get eyes on this place.

We chose to stay at this particular hotel because of its location, value, & amenities offered. Please, do not let these pictures fool you. Obviously, these pictures were taken the day of its grand opening. Within minutes of showing up, we thought we were at the wrong hotel. After driving around the perimeter of the entire hotel four times, we were finally able to locate the lobby door. Upon entering the lobby, it was extremely dark and reeked of smoke. Apparently it's under renovation! The front desk was a TABLE. There were two very disgruntled looking women at the table. When I approached said women, one of them stared at me blankly and said nothing. To which I replied, "I'm here to check in. " She asked for my name, photo ID, and credit card. To my dismay, I was unable to locate my photo ID. To which she replied, "just spell your last name for me, because if you can spell your last name, I know that it's you! " She then allowed me to check in with no problem at all! After driving around the hotel three more times, we found a cleaning lady smoking behind the dumpster, and she gave us directions to our room. We had to carry all of our stuff upstairs, because we were unable to locate the elevator (bc there are no signs)! Upon entering the room, we were pleasantly surprised that everything seemed to be okay. That was until, we removed the top sheets to find dirt, pubic hair, brown stains, and blood, ON BOTH BEDS.

We have been booking this hotel since 2005. Never again will we ever set foot at best western seaway in on hwy 49 in gulfport ms! horrible management. Horrible customer relations. They don't care about you they don't care about the rooms. They don't care anything about your stay. All they want is your money We checked in for a long weekend on June 4 2016 and was going to stay into the week. I booked a king handicap room. When we got there they said they were overbooked and offered us a double room. No discount would be given. Room was suspose to be non smoking it wasn't. I called customer service and talked to someone and he filed a claim and said someone would be contacting me. Their CUSTOMER SERVICE DEPARTMENT is no more than a over glorified answering service. Even the supervisors do nothing but take notes. We stayed unhappy but had to have a room since we traveled from out of state and no refund was Available. After a while we noticed that a family reunion was going on at the hotel and they had all them in one section. The section where I had reserved my king jucuzzi room. THEY HAD BUMPED ME OUT OF MY ROOM TO SATISFY THESE GUESTS AT MY EXPENSE! they never admitted it but why else would my room that was reserved was magically gone! No apology Sunday we were outside after all the noisy reunion left and went back to our room our key wouldn't work. They had locked us out. The room was paid. Had to to get another key.

Lodging arrangements we'd set in place before traveling to the Gulf Coast in Alabama and Mississippi didn't work out the way we'd hoped and I consider walking into a hotel without a reservation on a holiday weekend and getting a room as noteworthy and simply wonderful. Service was efficient and quick. We'd recommend this BW anytime.

Hotel was mostly nice. The lobby was very nice and clean. The hotel desk clerk was unattentive. My room had a door lever that you had to lift up to open, the desk clerk only told me about that after I walked back to the lobby with bags. The room was very nice and clean. Outdoor areas and walkways were litter strewn. Breakfast was better than average. Van to airport was prompt and the driver was friendly.

I had a 2 queen room from Friday-Monday. We were traveling with someone that to had their own room. We were able to check in about 10am and get a rooms near each other. Pool was a bit cold, but it was April, hot tub was a nice alternative. There was some electrical issues in our room, but maintenance was quickly on it. Staff was friendly. Other than the electrical issue, the room was clean and quiet. The bed was relatively comfortable. Room cleaning seemed to go on all day and we were asked to sign off on NOT cleaning the room on Sunday, which I found odd. The nightclub was not very exciting on the Friday night we went. Breakfast was good. There were some rowdy people in the pool a few times. One of which it was found they weren't guests, but staff removed them fairly quickly. Overall, not a bad stay and I would book again.

Tried stopping for a room overnight, we were quoted a price higher than what AAA showed online and the receptionist basically told us that she didn't feel like helping us. We happily found another hotel.

Booked a day early and got the King Jecuzzi Suite for 79.99 (plus taxes of coarse) best price around for this type of room which can be difficult to find. Room was great… Hot tub was triangular and sufficient for two honeymooners to enjoy… bed was huge and very comfortable. Full breakfast in morning. Unlike the so called continental breakfast in some places where the coffee is cold and they throw a donut at you when you try to flee… lol… this place has a Full Breakfast buffet with hot and cold items… lots of things to choose from and good seating arangments… next aniversary… depends what city we go to… but I'll be looking for another Best Western Plus!

Looked for a room in Biloxi for a business trip. So many within my price range had horrible reviews (bedbugs, rooms not cleaned, musty smell, etc). I decided to book in Gulfport (only about a 20 minute drive to my meeting. ) Read the reviews on this location of Best Western and decided to take a chance. It was amazing! The room was CLEAN, CLEAN, CLEAN. Had a frig and microwave, coffee with pot, all the little things one may need like shampoo, soap, etc. Did hear a plane or two go over but otherwise VERY QUIET. The airtraffic noise wasn't a big deal. I've stayed in places where there was no airtraffic but LOTS more guest noise, etc. FREE breakfast the next morning was great! They have a nice large dining room with a great selection offering both hot and cold items such as: sausage, scrambled eggs, buscuits, waffles, muffins, milk, orange juice and more! Front counter emloyees were most helpful and couldn't have been nicer. If I need to stay in this area again… I will be back! Highly recommend!

Other than a cheap rate, it wasn't worth the stay. The bathroom looked like a public restroom stall. The bedding was thin and the pillows were lumpy. And the towels had other people's hairs stuck in them, along with one which hosted a large brown spider. Plus the staff was untrained and didn't know the basic applications of their own rewards program. Most Best Western hotels are much better than this, I can only assume this one affected by the neighborhood it's in.

The bathroom was not clean, sheets were not clean, staff was rude and the icing on the cake happen later. My husband left his hearing aid by mistake on the day of check out. I called and was told it would be sent overnight, they would charge my credit card for the fee, that was fine. I never received the hearing aid. I called a total of 8 times which include to the customer service to claim. The manager Kim Albert acted as if I was a nuisance to her. I asked why didn't someone call after all of the messages I left concerning this situation, it would have been a courtesy. She said I was ruined after explaining to her all that happened and my frustration. This so call manager hung up in my face. It has been two weeks and I have not received my husband's hearing aid. I will never return to a Best Western, especially this one. Really awful customers service. …

Rooms were clean, beds comfortable. Both could've been larger! Really enjoyed large pool, depth also. Hot tub outdated but spacious, liked kiddie pool! Hotel staff friendly and helpful! Dislikes: very noisy on account of nearby airport, and more security for safety would've been nicer. Anyone could be hanging about that aren't guest☆ Fit the bill!

Hotel is in a great location, very close to everything. BUT the carpet is filthy and the thin spreads on the beds are just like having two flat sheets on the bed. Bedding extremely outdated. Lastly, after the first night, we requested some towels for the pool, was told that there was a "special bin" near the pool that supplied towels. When arriving, the bin was full of trash. There were several housekeepers outside with their carts, but all denied having any towels. I would not ever stay here again!

Over all good experience, close to everything, not to far from beach, less than a mile from airport. Only problem with the room was I had no towels, had to call twiceand remind, over all took about 5 hours to get some to the room. Breakfast was incredible! Would I stay here again, absolutely!

This was my second time staying at this hotel. Everything about it is great. Staff, breakfast, rooms, pool area, all was great. I never really try to go by reviews cause they can be very unhelpful. This is a very honest review based from 2 separate stays. Housekeeping really did their thing. I would recommend this hotel.

I loved it! Good location. Excellent water pressure even for the 2nd floor. The rooms look amazing clean and smelled fresh. Management did an excellent job along with curteous and attentive staff. Free Wi-Fi and breakfast! Recommended X 10.

I checked in on 10/08/14 and gave to say the lady at the desk was extremely helpful getting me in for the night! The parking lot in the back is big enough that I had no problems getting my heavy haul truck in here with plenty of room to spare. The room was better than many I stay in and the large pool is a big plus too.

I came to town to see my son who is at the SeaBee base. I need a hotel that could handle not only a small dog, but a Semi tractor/trailer. When I got there I was very happy to see that there was ample parking and easy to get around. The staff at the front desk was very nice. My room was BEAUTIFUL. I was thrilled to see how roomy it was. The fridge and microwave were very nicely set, the beds were extremely comfortable. KUDOS I will be back again. Thank you for the nice stay.

Probably the worst hotel I've ever stayed at in my life. It felt like I was surrounded by people from a episode of Jerry Springer. If partying with Joe Dirt, and random thugs that don't even have rooms then this is your place. Room was gross, pool was gross, dogs barking when their owners are gone all day, awful rap music blasting out of people's rooms and airplanes flying overhead non stop. You are a bad parent if you bring your family here after reading this review. Don't be cheap like me. Spend more money for a place that isn't obnoxious.

The room was ok, not great, but acceptable. Breakfast was acceptable too. What made the stay so poor was the prominent signs on the doors stating that the hotel does not allow the exercise of a civil right and (erroneously) setting forth a possible criminal penalty if patrons exercised their fundamental civil right. Management was asked to take down the signs but failed to respond.

The staff was pleasant and helpful — they even had the AC on in the room before we arrived. The room was comfortable and clean with extra towels. The bar in the hotel had DJs and a dance floor with local patrons line-dancing, etc. It made for a pleasant late night extra. Definitely would stay here again.
