Non professional staff. Had to wait 45 minutes for a room. After making reservations 4 weeks in advance. Manager told me she would just give me my money back and I could go some place else (with an attitude, I need to add). Where was my family and I gonna go at 10pm on a Friday night and find rooms to accommodate us. Both the associate and the manager were very rude because I complained about having to wait 45 minutes for a room, in the lobby with small children who were sleepy and tired after traveling.

My wife came from out of state with a reservation… its currently 11:30 pm and she is still waiting in the lobby being told hang on we are trying to clean one (NOT THE ONE SHE BOOKED EITHER) … no offer of even a complimentary water… hot garbage!

Lobby staff was friendly. Masks were a must! Room was clean. We had problems with the television. The staff member from the lobby came to the room to reset it. Only muffins and juice/coffee for breakfast due to COVID. No evening popcorn.

Very clean place and friendly people but I booked on Priceline when we checked in I had to pay $10 more because of some fee the hotel has. We also pick this hotel because of a “HOT” breakfast that turned out to be only muffins, oatmeal and juice! Let just say we are not happy about that! Oh there sign up mask required. We getting of the elevator we meet by 8 people with no mask on then people coming in with no mask on. I hate this mask stuff just as much as the next person but rules are rules people!

Quiet and Comfortable hotel with access to any restaurant in the area.

Should be a zero but that's not an option. Requested no smoking and got a smoking room… TV cable didn't work… ants all over side bed table and molded sheetrock in the shower.

My family and I enjoyed our stay breakfast was great!

For the price I paid it should've been looking better. My fridge didn't work, the door key had to be replaced almost every time I left out the room, and the hallway smelled like oil.

Front desk was very polite. We were able to get checked in quickly but had trouble with the door lock not unlocking throughout our stay. The room was clean and the breakfast in the morning was really good with a lot of options. Will definitely stay again.

BEWARE, don't stay at this hotel. When we checked in and got to our room it was dirty, the bed was not even made and trash was in the room. Also, there were lady bugs on the curtains and walls, and roaches crawling everywhere. When we called to complain to the front desk we were told the manager would not be in until the next day. Noone came to our room to check it out or talk to us. Bad customer service.

Beware, this hotel is not truly "pet friendly". Nowhere on their site does it say that only dogs are welcome. We made a reservation and advised we were bringing out cat. Sure enough when we showed up to check in we were turned away.

Great place to stay! The staff was extremely friendly and helpful, the cleanliness was outstanding, and breakfast was quite good with a nice variety. Would defiantly stay here again.

Front desk staff was great. Breakfast had a good selection. Room smelled terrible. Smelled like someone smoked in it for years. Bathroom had peeling floor and the ceiling was patched from a leak. For the price would stay again.

Wonderfully friendly people that are generous and willing to help in any way they can. Very clean rooms and quiet. Sure hope to return and stay again.

Room stank. Toilet was clogged from previous guest. Staff simply handed my husband the plunger. Nice. Woman working breakfast area was mumbling and rude. Front desk person put their name on our reservation (Jessica) instead of my name. Huge mistake to stay here. Drive by and go to Olive Branch.

Breakfast is good. The location is right beside major highway and supercenters. Some parts of room are in disrepair. Overall feels aged and outdated.

Look like they stop updating the hotel. Carpets were old and dirty, frigs were not even working (need new ones). First room smelled like febreze over kill, second room smelled like ben gay mostly from the sheets. Would not spend as much money on this place.

I travel a good bit and it's really hard to find a good room at a good rate. My mom and I wanted somewhere nice. I can tell you that a good clean hotel is a must. This comfort inn was just that, and more. Nothing was dirty or broken. Every where I went smelled fresh and clean. First time in a long time that I couldn't find anything wrong or that I was unsatisfied with… Great place!

Hotel is supposed to be smoke free. My room smelled like smoke. There were no other rooms available to switch. They sprayed a deodorizer and it got rid of some of the smell. Good otherwise.

The beds were great and the staff was excellent. My only concern was the one roach that I saw in my room but I told them and they were very concerned. That one roach will not keep me from staying with them again.

Friendly, nice lobby and lounge area, nice breakfast. Rough condition of the room itself.

I stay at this location one week a month. The very best thing about this site is the staff. This site is fortunate enough to have the same folks working there year after year. It makes it seem like a home away from home for me. Since I am on the road 1-2 weeks each month going to other locations, I can tell the difference when the people that work there stay there. I stay in the same Choice Hotels properties in the other cities where I travel. Staff changes constantly and it shows in the service. I appreciate that there is consistency at the Horn Lake Comfort Inn.

We rented 4 rooms. We were quoted one price on the phone, charged a higher price when we hot there. Charged $7.00 extra for each kid. Were told we had ground floor rooms got our keys and they were all 2nd floor. Rooms were fine but the staff can't keep their word. Contacted corporate office basically said "oh well" Don't trust anything they tell you!
