Staff are delightful.
room is clean and comfortable and the location is very good too. if I have to find fault then it could do with some new carpet and a little love with a paint brush but overall it is a nice place to base yourself.

Very small room breakfast are very poor shower water goes cold and hot all the time.

We left the hotel delighted! From the entrance to the exit the treatment has been exceptional. The rooms are a bit small but this is filled by the services, the location, the décor so original, and of course the staff, who have even given us several occasions with 'surprise' gifts that we found on the way back of the day.

It is unfortunate that a lovely looking tiny boutique hotel get so much flies. Maybe close the doors and turn on the AC but unless you ask for this, you won't get a cool lounge/dining area. With the flies come the inability to enjoy the snacks put out every day because they are not in enclosed containers. There is no ice in the drinks and with the hot weather in the summer, the ice tea and cucumber water have fermented — yuck! They also re-serve any unconsumed items so your snacks today could have been sitting there 2-3 days in a row. Breakfast on a summer day can have questionable results. Not a good health related idea. The rooms are extremely tiny especially for North Americans. The one we had was extremely cold so that's a plus on this summer weather. The toiletries had funky packaging. Not sure if they are going for the overall look of a 1930's Parisian bordello but it kinda looked like it. If you're a businessperson, this is not for you — there is insufficient space in the rooms to set your laptop and the lounge can be noisy. Now there are good qualities in this hotel like it's close to a subway stop and restaurants. The look is very instagrammable. Don't leave your luggage though since they have no space for it so it'll just be sitting in their lounge without security — anyone can walk away with your stuff. Some of the doors in the rooms have a lip that you can trip on. I suggest a look at their health and safety first then how food is served.

The Sacha hotel is located in Saint George, not far from the subway and easily accessible in a matter of minutes. The staff is very friendly and hospitable and always available for information and/or services. Rooms are features, with all the comforts and air conditioning and Wi-Fi service throughout the property. I recommend it.

Cool and Quirky hotel! This was a last minute change from a hotel we had already booked but changed our minds due to reviews… soo happy we did! “Ines” at the desk was the nicest lady we have met on our trip and she was soo happy to accomodate us. Rooms were nicely sized and location to station was great.

Super friendly staff and hotel with original décor but the elevator is tiny so with stroller impossible.

A beautiful Hotel, right on Montmartre. The Rooms are a bit small, but well equipped (Safe, good Bed) and tastefully decorated.
+ one is in the middle of it + the Hotel is quiet and not as clairvoyant As described by others + friendly staff + price performance is true — Little Things that miss some Attention to Detail: Sockets that fall out or sometimes a Hair in Bed. This does not bother us seriously, but we especially appreciate the central Location and a friendly Smile.

A staff at the top that allows to give this note, each member was very pro attentive. A special mention for the person at night.
Still I think the room was just passable: not super Bedding 2 separate beds…
An ultra small shower impossible to know where to put his belongings.
I will probably return to this hotel just thanks to the staff that makes all its charm.

A very nice and cozy place, rooms are not to big and the bathrooms are even smaller, but they are very clean and welcoming. It has good acces to public transport and a very good position. Pubs and restaurant within 3 min walk and very close to Moulin Rouge.

At first the place is warm and friendly, the staff at the reception is for many.
The rooms are cramped and it can be complicated to share it. The shower will not be accessible to all morphology due to the discomfort caused by the lavatory (room 108).
Groundhogs, watch your ears, the room cleaning starts at 8:00! Despite the "Do Not Disturb" sign, it is the housekeeping of the adjoining rooms that is heard.
The bedding is very good that said and for the early risers you will like it here.
Breakfast is very good: egg, bacon, fresh and dry fruits, chocolate and croissant breads, cereals, jams and spreads, everything is there.
The common areas overlooks a small patio nice to watch.
The value for money is pretty decent so I would recommend the place. Without much enthusiasm all the same because of the room staff too loud and the layout of our room.

Great service. Room was small but ok for a night or 2. Same goes for the bathroom. Room was clean and well equiped. Deco was nice. Price value was very good as I paid around 65 euros for the night. I will come back.

The décor is nice. The hotel is very clean, there are umbrellas when it rains and the bedding is excellent.

Hotel setting and friendly welcome, dated, but does not deserve a 4 star it is difficult to see impossible to be able to take a shower in the room Important cons the bathroom should hardly approach the 2m2 with toilet shower and sink so it Is obvious to understand the lack of room ditto for the room 'small) without fridge and normally superior quality!

I would give it 4.5 but there's no option for that! Beautiful hotel with a great design. If you're into a thoughtfully designed hotel and into quirkiness you should go for it. The staff are very friendly and helpful and hot and cold drinks like coffee, tea, ice tea are available for free all day long and you can have free drinks & snacks in all other Happy Culture hotels in the area. Only disadvantage was that our room was tiny (we were on the 4th floor close to the hallway) and maybe rooms in Paris are just tiny and breakfast was a bit tiny too. Loved the raspberry puree on my yoghurt but the mini croissants were not that great.

Not a bad hotel at all — the rooms are comfortable, good breakfast and styling is fun and quirky. Staff are excellent. The main downsides are the fact we had a room next to the lift, which has no soft-close on the door — so every time someone used the lift we heard the door slam closed. The shower in the room wasn’t water tight either, so we flooded the bathroom every time we used it. The rooms could do with proper cups rather than paper cups for tea-making. All minor points. Would recommend staying here as it’s good value and nicely done. It’s not 4* though…

Bonjour! First, to highlight the pride, and the haughtiness of the lord receptionist is often the morning of a dark complexion and glasses. During our entire stay we were NOT well served by this lord. The room tiny, it was double but double is somewhat. Apart is uncomfortable. Very close! From the bed to the window there is barely half a meter, the bedside table of wood, be careful not to touch it, because it was shaky and scared I was that desquebrajara. The bathroom is tiny, barely fit three bottles of water. The closet… good! We will leave it and the small bathroom also, the shower eye! Pretty claustrophobic by the time shower. The body soap was the courtesy of the first day, the rest of the days for what to put it… The only thing coffe free time that wasn't breakfast, lunch or dinner. Our parting was bitter! We went to pay the fees and to the lord receptionist charged us more, and show our booking fee and still knowing and repitiendole not included breakfast, we charged it. We feel robbed, cheated and mistreated! Au revoir Sacha hotel!

The lord of the morning of the reception VERY UNPLEASANT, attitude despot and bad education, from the entrance to the farewell a HORRIBLE deal. The rooms are very small, hard to move around the room if you are two people, the bathroom and the carpet VERY DIRTY, also the walls of the bathroom were quite dirty. We do NOT RECOMMEND IT AT ALL, best to look for another accommodation option, our advice. When someone used the tiny elevator and the door closed shaking all the walls, and you would wake up constantly. Don'T be FOOLED by THE wallpaper OF THEATRE, it is not worth the place! Another council but for the hotel: CHANGE to THE LORD OF RECEPTION WITHOUT MANNERS (we have been able to read a lot of complaints about him)
CARE with fees newest tourism! … the information that we got from the internet was 0.89 per person and day (5.34€) and we ended up charging 15€ for three days (two people). Fake information.

Small but cute and clean rooms, very friendly staff and attentive to the needs of customers at any time of the day and night. Clean towels every day. Happy hour from 6pm to 10pm free every day. Highly recommended!

Excellent location in a really interesting area of Paris (9th Arrondissement). The room was small but not too bad and nicely decorated but there's no table space and no armchair for comfortable sitting after a day's outing. The bathroom was miniscule! I'm average size and have to contort myself to use the toilet or dry myself after a shower. Water pressure is very good. Definitely not a four star hotel but decent value.

Lovely, cost effective hotel with extremely friendly, obliging staff. Very compact rooms and we were on the second floor at the front of the hotel, there was noise from street level, which I believe was due to smokers congregating outside the hotel opposite. Good location. Would definitely stay here again.

Lovely hotel in a great location. The rooms are small, bue very comfortable. The breakfast was very tasty with a good variety of cheese. The hotel staff was very helpful.

When a problem is put forward with their parking facilities you will get a lot of promises, but in the end, after a lot of staff switches (every day someone else), nobody knows anymore about the issue. The manager will then do his friendly talk and promise a solution. Pay now he says and I will refund you when I tried to solve it. Although he promised to let me know by Monday, I did not hear from him anymore (one week after). Either way, he can keep the money but the fact that they do a nice talk but don't do the effort says enough.

A hotel ideally located in a very Parisian area, quiet and with a lot of charm. The staff of the hotel is at the small care and the manager always smiling offers very good advice for transport, activities, cafes and restaurants around. The rooms are very well decorated, clean, quiet and the bedding is of excellent quality! I would definitely recommend this hotel!

More than a hotel, it is an immersion in the atmosphere of a Parisian theatre by the decoration, the service and the attention of the staff (also dressed in the theme). Unforgettable experience. Bravo!

Clean, staff at the top, setting more than pleasant!

It has the best staff and service! I love love the location and the hotel but the rooms are a bit small which was hard for us since we were going to be traveling for a month and had large suitcases. I would recommend it highly for folks wanting to see a beautiful part of Paris and be around a lot of warmth.

I got the deluxe room — the size was perfect. However the shower leaked and we had a puddle of water on the floor after every shower. Breakfast choice was rather poor — nothing fresh just tiny pastries and toast… so we ended up buying breakfast in the great pastry on the corner of the street rather than eating in. Location was great esp if you take Eurostar from Paris Nord.

This hotel ruined our Paris honeymoon experience! First they could not find our reservation, then they had booked it in for 2 days later. Luckily (or do we thought) they had a room. The room key continuously stopped working and at 1am when the room above us decided to have a shower. All the water started to come through the ceiling into our room. We were left in the room for the rest of the night and when we asked to change rooms the next morning — the response was "is it still leaking? " As if the problem was going to fix itself. They moved our room and the following day we went to have showers and found we only had 1 large towel. I went downstairs (as the elevator wasn't working) and told one of the staff to which he replied "we have run out of large towels — that's why I gave you two hand towels" The following day we came back from a day out and went to have a shower as we were going out for dinner. Our room had not been cleaned. We were hoping they might replace the two hand towels with a large one so both of us could dry ourselves properly. My husband asked the staff why the room hadn't been cleaned and the cleaner said, I came past earlier and the room was locked. We had been out since 8am that morning. It was now 6.30. We were given several more hand towels to shower as they still had not fixed the towel issue and 3 of them were still wet. In addition to this, the hotel itself has a damp mouldy smell and the overall decor is just creepy.

I stayed here with 3 others for a weekend. The rooms are small especially the bathrooms but still fabulous. The décor is pure theatre and adorable. We found the staff friendly and helpful and the HappyTime evening glass of bubbly a lovely bonus. We would all go again but if we had been big people maybe we'd upgrade to a superior room. Location superb too.

Nice little clean and newly renovated hotel. Has 50 rooms but it is quiet. Great location, several Metro stations can be reached in a few minutes. Friendly staff who also speaks English. Every day from 18:30-20:00 there is champagne Hour.

Friendly staff, hotel steeped in a magical atmosphere just steps away from the Sacré-Coeur or 15 minutes walk from the Louvre. Breakfast plentiful and excellent, egregious music selection.

Nice hotel, from Saint George Metro station only a few minutes away. There are a lot of nice little square just few steps to walk to the restaurant. From the Gare du Nord station to the airport is very near. Great location, close to the Moulin Rouge and Sacr e c œ ur very close to the Cathedral. Opera House is a must see place.

The rooms are very nice with the space necessary and rather large for a Paris hotel. The bathrooms are very functional and space enough.
We loved the intermission under the canopy at night. Champagne and small ovens what more?

Good location, helpful staff, and decent breakfasts with large coffee cups. Box lunch was very helpful, although leave the sandwiches and pick up a fresh baggette and cheese at the shops on Rue de Martyrs around the corner. Clean rooms that while are cozy were all we needed. Good water preasure and lots of hot water. 20 minute walk to the Louve, close to fabric stores, and grocery stores, and Metro (if needed). Shuttle to CDG Airport available.

Good location, in a quiet location, good price, but although it came quite a few services (picnic, welcome drink, Wi-Fi, breakfast…). The rooms are small, as well as the bathrooms, but are clean and fairly new. As a hotel for sightseeing, perfect.
