Decent room… Gave 3 stars because carpet was dirty, no vending machines however nearby restaurants and no pool. Just very simple and affordable 80 bucks.

I'm not exaggerating in any way, this is by far the nicest Econo Lodge I have EVER stayed in. Plus the staff is friendly. I stay in it every time I come Memphis… Freshly painted, nice TVs plus they have DirecTV. And the price is extremely nice. Plus if you are one of the few people that still smokes they actually have smoking rooms and yes, they have non-smoking also.

Very well kept place. Outstanding staff. Plenty of parking. Safe and kid friendly.

Checked in late. Got the last room they had. It was a huge room with three beds. Only needed two. Bed was comfortable and sheets were soft. Room was clean. The bathroom was clean and had great water pressure and hot water. Didn't eat breakfast but all they had was cereal and muffins and juice. That's the reason for 4 stars. Would stay here again. Hardens up the block. And other restaurants near by.

My stay at the Econo Lodge was great. The rooms were very clean (no bed bugs) and the location is convenient to many dining options and retail stores. Their rates are reasonable and the staff are friendly.

It's quiet, clean and near a bunch of places to eat. And the price is right for last minute booking.

Nice clean rooms. The phone didn't work in the room so there wasn't any way for me too contact the front desk. Other than that very friendly & good customer service.

The room was very large and fairly clean for a cheap hotel. The only problems I had was a tear in the sheets, lots of noise coming from the other rooms and a loud banging noise coming from the bathroom that would come and go every few minutes, not exactly sure what it was. I think it was the pipes or something. The first time I heard it it sounded like someone was in my bathroom lol.

The rooms are super clean and really nice, the staff is so sweet! Paul was wonderful we traveled from Minnesota all night 14 hrs in car and got there early in morning, was too tired to wait any longer to go to sleep, paul got us in our room right away made them clean them first. I’m so grateful to him we were so tired. Will highly recommend this place. It’s also close to restaurants and stores and a 17$ uber to Beale street if needed.

The Econo Lodge in South Haven, MS was nice. The room was big and roomy. Everything seemed to be clean, and the hotel was easily accessible from the interstate. My only complaint would be not enough parking.

Very clean hotel, great service at front desk. The rooms are HUGE! Nice atmosphere with the guests. We added a third night to our stay and did some more shopping and sightseeing. Great location close to Tangier Outlet Mall, Walmart, Target and Kohls. The Memphis BarBQ Company is just around the corner. Great deals and good price.

Anytime we go to South Haven Orlando has been that area Mississippi this is the only hotel we stay at they are friendly the rooms are nice need clean and you can book online or reserve it online or pay when you get to the desk and they are very accommodating.

Rooms are clean and very spacious. Here for work and able to spread out nicely.

The sheets had stuff all over them, the comforter had holes in it. The water wouldn't drain out of the shower. Th TV only had one channel. Staff wasn't very friendly, and it was pretty noisy. I had to walk a mile to my car because there wasn't a lot of parking either. The room was nice and spacious, just wish everything else was better.

We had a wonderful stay recently. The room was spacious, and Poul at the front desk was very friendly and accommodating.

Hotel was clean and comfortable. Rooms were spacious. Close enough to drive most memphis attractions within 20 mins. Location is close to several restaurants, movie theater and shopping. No elevator available, request first floor in advance if stairs bother you.

We stayed here during the power outage. The front desk staff was very nice. There wasn't a lot of noise aside from the crews that was fixing the traffic light on the corner of Goodman and they really didn't make much noise.

We booked two rooms by phone and specifically requested an email confirmation which states that our rooms would be guaranteed until 7:00 AM the morning after our scheduled arrival date. We arrived at 10:30 pm to be told that our rooms have been cancelled! Apparently they have POLICY that they call you to confirm you are coming. I have never stayed @ a hotel that confirms by phone and then cancels without your knowledge. Luckily they had two rooms one of which was a honeymoon suite that we did not need. Good customer service would have been to offer us those two rooms at the rate of the rooms we booked. I left message for manager who did not return call. When I was finally able to speak to her, I was told it was half my fault! Finally agreed to credit us with SOME of the difference. We will see!

A very normal econolodge, but with only a bare bones continental (coffee + donuts). The location is very convenient to I-55 and a short drive to Graceland. The walls are thin, and through no fault of the hotel, I was frequently disturbed. I tried very hard not to forget my clothing (I had a premonition), but I still managed to forget it. I tried to come back as soon as I realized, but the housekeepers had thrown my nice clothes away. So that's $110 I'm out. No lost and found at this location, if you forget something (clothing, electronics, small children) they will be disposed of.

I'm very disappointed. Our team is travelling for a game. We booked 5 rooms. Upon our arrival the staff immediately checks us in but fails to let us know that none of the rooms are ready. So instead of offering us a room to sit in until they're ready. We are all sitting outside in 90℉ heat for more than 45 minutes. Not once did the staff address us or apologize for the inconvenience.

Very nice but I hear that they're going to woods floors And I really liked that they had direct TV instead of cable.

Friendly staff in the office, good breakfast, easy parking and clean.

On August 21 — 22 2015 — Our family met here for a weekend family get together. 5 families and 5 rooms. I would like to say the rooms were very large rooms which made it very nice. I would also like to add 1. That the carpets were dirty (bottom of feet black from walking on it. 2. Mosquitos were in one room. 3. Door to room you could see daylight (did not shut properly) 4. One room had bugs which appeared to be baby roaches on the counter tops and in one of the beds. 5. Table in one room was ready to fall apart. Overall the rooms needed a good maintenance person to care for them. We told the front desk but they seemed to not be concerned with the issues. All 5 families have voted not to stay at this Econo Lodge Inn & Suites again.

While common knowledge that Econo Lodge is a budget chain of "hotels" (AKA crapholes) that offer cheap rooms, it is quite deceiving to award this location with the Choice Hotels platinum award. The hotel had almost no real amenities, unfriendly help, and attracts a very "sketchy" customer base. Steer clear of this place and pay a few extra bucks for a better option.

Not the greatest but I would stay there again location is great. stayed there two nights room was clean, ac worked Tv worked but picture was terrible bed was visibly worn out I was hurting in the mornings. Coffee was bad.
