They lady (Tatiyana) at the desk was so clean looking and neatly dressed. It was the first time for my young 17 yr old friend to ever be out of state and stay at a motel/inn and I couldn’t ask for any better welcome for us. Then the rooms are clean and big. Thank you for the experience.

Our room was 102 and it was by the side entrance door constantly heard people in and out also heard people up above us walking & jumping, The indoor pool was cold not really heated & no hot tub like it said it was already full of concrete.

Two months ago we stayed here and I said if I was ever back n this area I'd stay here again and here we are again. We love this place and the Entire Staff and ESPECIALLY our girl Ms. Katrina. Got to my room and everything went down hill. Bathroom now clean. No light in lamp by bed, and a tag stuck on the wall from a pair of jeans. Told the front desk they didn't nothing. Spent good money for 2 nights can't get it back because booked on line. Live with it won't ever stay here again.

Extremely helpful lady at front desk. All rooms were booked up at nearby hotels and I had been driving all night. She worked some magic and put me in a very nice quiet clean room. I'm a truck driver and stay at many hotels, I appreciate helpful staff and quiet clean rooms.

I'd like to give big props and respect to this young lady right here for making our stay a great stay while traveling. Katrina is the best in the business as far as myself, my wife and kids are concern. Best Western plus you all are blessed to have such a helpful, nice, professional and peaceful person as katrina. Shes the best. And if we are ever back n Mississippi we will definitely be back here to stay because of her and her great kindness. She made us all feel like a family MEMBER and not a customer. Very unhappy right this minute. Booked this hotel because of the indoor pool and hot tub. We get ready to go get in and find out the heaters are out and we've booked for 2 days. My son has dental surgery in the a. M. And we were to have some fun in a pool; how can that happen when he is shivering the second he gets in? We should have been told on check in and offered a discount. The staff has been really nice but it really put a damper on this night when we really needed it to be fun!

The hot tub hardly works, you have to pay for drinks, food. You know when you wait for a few minutes for the shower to be warm. Try 20 minutes last night on waiting for it to warm up. The orange juice was sour and out of date. Try the drury down the road. Free food and 3 free drinks.

Upon arriving at the Best Western Plus Goodman Inn & Suites, I called ahead to see the requirements for my service dog. After the manager on duty, Kimberly explained to me that I needed a copy of her Rabies Vaccination record, I called our veterinarian to have them send these record over to them via fax. I spent 30 minutes on the phone with my veterinarians office trying to get this accomplished to no avail. I called Kimberly back & she personally called our veterinarian & handled everything for us. When we arrived we were welcomed by Kimberly with open arms. Kimberly went above & beyond her job to take care of everything for us & my service dog to have a pleasant stay. She was extremely helpful & very pleasant to work with. Thank you Kimberly & Best Western Plus. We will definitely recommend your hotel to others & we will be staying with you again. Do not stay at this hotel! Run run run away! This was the worst experience I’ve ever had at a hotel. You are better off staying at a Motel 6. For our double room they gave us 2 towels and we had 5 people in the room. They told us that they haven’t did laundry yet. The front desk clerk stated that I would be able to get towels the next day when I see the house keeper. Just horrible. House keeper left our room door wide open while she went downstairs to chat and get towels. Anyone could’ve came in our room and could have taken our belongings. If I could give this hotel 0 stars I would.

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay! It was a great value for the money paid. The hotel staff was extremely friendly and made sure we knew where all the amenities were located. We were quite impressed with the friendliness of the hotel staff. This was our first stay at one of the Best Western properties. We joined the rewards program and will definitely stay at more Best Western properties in the future.

My stay during May 18 — 20th. Everything was great from beginning to end. Staff was wonderful. Great service and breakfast. I can't wait until next stay. I loved it.

When entering into this hotel, I was met with nothing but freshness and cleanliness … That housekeeper mopped so, that she probably mopped the paint and shine off the floor… lol… The staff was very friendly, helpful, and professional… Day and Night… The breakfast was good… The room was comfortable. There was just one little tiny thing… With a hotel having such a perfect location and space, I’m soooo surprised that there are noooo benches, grill, or anything surrounding this great piece of property to enjoy … Its definitely a goldmine.
When traveling back to Horn Lake, this is definitely where I will reside…

As a sales manager, my territory is coast to coast USA and Canada. So, I've stayed at a few hotels. This hotel has a very friendly staff. The rooms were nice and clean, and the bed was comfortable. I only stayed 1 night passing through, but I would definitely stay here again. Posted 4-30-2018

We attended a party here. The attendant for the pool was the receptionist at the counter. This lady was very good at her job. She kept towels provided and also kept the floor mopped up while the kids kept leaving pool and either going to the room or the public restroom. The young lady told me she was 18 and I was super impressed. I wish all 18 yr olds were that responsible. Also, would like to brag on the manager. She has really stepped up the game. Usually when we have stayed here or came to attend a party that has been held here for four years now the pool is freezing. Now it has a heater. I recommend staying here. Even the prices are competitive with near by hotels.

This hotel was very nice. Rooms were very clean and was very well maintained. Great breakfast and enjoyed the pool too. The staff was very helpful. Location was good close to interstate and restaurants. Would stay there again when back in the area.

Clean rooms, comfortable beds. Very friendly and helpful staff. Easy check in. Great breakfast staff with a good breakfast. They seem to know the area. Minor damage had been done to the room which they had scheduled to take care of. They were very agreeable to corrective criticism. They had a happy hour at the bar.

It an amazing experience from the time we arrived. The staff were very accommodating, the rooms and pool area was very clean. The property was free of trash and clean. The breakfast was much better than I expected. I would highly recommend this hotel.

This is a great place to stay… there is a friendly family atmosphere at the hotel and very helpful staff.

The room just wasn't clean. The bathtub had hair in it (when I notified the front desk about it they did send someone up immediately to clean it) the carpet had stuff all in it and it needed to be vacuumed. I waited at the bar to buy a couple of drinks. There was no bar tender and no one from the front desk ever asked if I needed anything so I just left. Not exactly what I was expecting out of a best western plus. Hated I wasted my points staying there but happy I didn't pay cash for the Room.

Hotel is almost done w renovations, so the pool was closed. But its January. Lol. So I'm good. Room had a whirlpool in it. Wonderful! Off to the side n not intrusive to room itself. Clean everything n super nice staff, both night n day. Will return!

The overall experience of the hotel was a good one. Rooms were clean, beds were so comfortable. The only negative thing is check in isn't until 3p. M. I arrived at 2:45 and was told that I had to wait. I've stayed in many hotels before but this was the first time that happened. The front desk person was pretty rude about it. Other than that, I'd probably stay again.

Big room but needs better lighting especially if your doing work in the evenings or night which I typically do after traveling. Clean and comfy bed. I sleep well after the kids above me stopped jumping around. Thin walls so no screamers!

We stayed at this hotel four days and we were really impressed with the workers and the cleanliness of the hotel. Every person that worked there always greeted you with a smile. The manager, whose name is Kimberly went out of her way to be helpful, we just fell in love with her and all the other employees. If you're looking for a great place to stay, look no further, this is your place. Also any kind of food you might enjoy, you can find it near this hotel as well as two great shopping malls.

I strongly, strongly recommend this Hotel! The staff and management were very helpful and friendly. They have a great Southern breakfast with hot food and meats, not just bread and cereal! The rooms are very nice and clean even the Comforters! I loved the pool and work out facilities! "A great experience! " I will definitely be staying there next time I am in town!

This hotel was a good at the military rate but I wouldn't want to pay full price for it. It was solid but did not exceed my expectations. I was hoping for a better breakfast selection including fresh fruit. Otherwise, I was pleased with my stay. Comfy bed!

Friendly staff and clean rooms. Enjoyed the pool most nights we stayed. Only complaint is that the hotel staff only left 2 bath towels in the room after servicing, but the front office was free in handing them out when asked.

The staff went above and beyond to find rooms that fit our needs on a very busy weekend. The rooms were clean and exactly what we needed for our group of 19. Thank you for your amazing hospitality!

Friendly, courteous staff at this location. Lobby and guest room were clean and well-furnished. Internet services was OK, although it seems to disconnect you if you don't click something periodically. Room has a coffee-maker, microwave and a good-sized refrigerator with freezer section. Bed was comfortable, and there was an extra blanket and pillow in the closet. Fitness room has a bike, elliptical and treadmill, along with some free weights and a bench. There's an indoor pool and spa, but I didn't use those so can't comment. Complimentary breakfast, but I only had the oatmeal — didn't seem to be too many healthy options for vegans. More fruit would be helpful. Location is convenient to dining and shopping. There's a bar in the lobby where they serve beer and wine, half-price during happy hour.

It was a nice place to go. The breakfast was good the only problem was they only have one elevator and it has you waiting forever everything else was good.

My only complaint is the hot tub wasn't hot. It was the same temp as the pool and that was chilly. Other then that its a nice place. Good rooms.

I was a hotel manager for over 15 years so I am very picky about hotels. I am not sure what all the negative reviews are all about. I have a king suite on the first floor and it is very nice! The room is HUGE and spacious. The bed is downright luxurious. Upon entering the room you get a very clean smell and a room to match. The TV is massive and has more channels than I have at home. The internet works flawlessly as well. The guest service staff when I checked in were downright bubbly! It was nice to see that! I only have a few negative comments. The hotel is NOT easy to find. It is tucked way back off the road. My only other negative is about the hot tub. It is warm but the bubbles dont work. Other than tbose to negatives, im impressed! My hats off to the staff, managers, and owners for a job well done!

Rooms are dirty, sheets were dirty, tub was dirty, hole in the bed skirt, I had to change room 3 time, Don't come to this hotel.

This has been my 2nd visit to Best Western Plus Goodman Inn and Suites and I will NOT be back again. The main reason why we came back the second time (out of all of the other hotel selections in Horn Lake), was because of the location and very comfortable beds. The front desk was not very friendly. And for the second time, in the past year, their Hot tub was not working. I'm not sure if they ever got it fixed from 9 months ago. When I inquired about it this final visit, the front desk attendant, said she had no clue it was broken (please note, that I tried using the hot tub 2 days before and it was also broken then). So then, I told her that this was the second time I had visited, and the hot tub was not in working condition. Her response was oh, I didn't know, and walked away. My jaw hit the ground. I too, work with the general public every day, and would have at least told the guest that I would inform the GM and call the repair man in the morning, and THAT I AM SORRY. However, the housekeeping staff and breakfast attendant were very friendly and professional.

Great rooms… Smelled a bit like smoke but otherwise I loved it.

I was staying 07-08-2015 and I had left my parcel there $ 1300 cost, when I leth there anhoir earlier I I call and the mail had them in her hand an gave them to the manager, which I could never get hold of but they took my information and told me it would be in the mail no later than tomorrow. I waited a week and had not received it, I reside in Okc, therefore they said oh we forgot,,,,? so they told me they were in t6he mail so I ask for a tracking well they didn't have on, so every time I ask for a manager which was 15 calls the started being rude and said they had mailed them. I will never recommend staying there andif you do good luck and don't leave anything valuable in the room. I just wonder ho my parcel fit them… they are rude and lyers and ill never go there again.

Definitely know why they say "southern hospitality"! We had a couple hic-ups when we arrived to our room and we're a little inconvenienced and the staff was beyond great.

A member of the staff, the maid who cleaned the room probably, stole my wife's expensive Sleep Number pillow. The pillow was unique in shape and color of pillow case so it could not have been mistaken for a hotel pillow. We informed the front desk but the manager was not available. After 4, yes 4 days of repeated calls to the hotel we finally got Amanda Gonzales, supposed manager, on the phone. She was rude and abusive. She told us we didn't have the pillow with us and that we didn't leave it there. I asked her for the owner's name and number and she refused. I asked her if she cared if someone on their staff was stealing from guests. Amanda Gonzales just mumbled something rude and hung up on us. We tried to call back but they actually would not answer the phone! We filed a complaint with Best Western Customer Care. They told us the hotel had 7 days to resolve the issue. That was in February, to this date, March 22, 2015 we have heard nothing back.

Beware, if you book through a 3rd party they will put you in whatever their worst room is i. E by the elevator and/or ice machine, a room with broken items/noisy fan. If you request a king they will give you a double. Request a double they'll give you a king. Then lie to your face and say they're sold out of """. This place has no business being a Best Western and certainly no business being a "plus". Now you're getting scorched on every website there is and will lose $$ because of it, how ya like me now Best Western Goodman.

I reserved a room away from the elevator and ice machine so guess where they put me. 5 feet from the elevator and ice machine with a giant floodlight shining directly in my window. It was loud, cheap, and I was worried about the bed cleanliness. Worst hotel stay in many years. Checked out the next morning to go somewhere better.

This is one of the worst hotels we've stayed in. We stayed for four nights. The 2nd day our room was not cleaned. When we requested fresh towels it took more than an hour to get them and then they were damp. The third day our room was cleaned, but no towels were left, so we had to ask for them again. Again, they were damp. The last night we asked that they NOT take our towels when cleaning the room so we could hang them up and have dry ones! Breakfast was pathetic. Coffee was terrible. Staff spent most of their time socializing with each other or on their cells. I will NEVER stay at a Best Western again.

This is a great place to stay! The employees was so nice and friendly! The breakfast was good! My sweetheart and I really enjoyed ourselves, we will definitely be back.

Excellent hotel, definitely a 5 star quality building. The downside is dogs are allowed. Breakfast was 5 star also. This is one of the best kept hotels I have ever seen. We paid $99 for one night while other hotels in the area charged above $130. It was definitely a great deal.

The rooms were clean, but everything was cheaply made. The fitness center was closed because not of the cardio machines were working at the beginning of Dec (it was also closed when I visited in September for the same issue). The free weights would have been usable, but the room was locked. The breakfast was below average.
