This is our second visit. Rooms are clean, atmosphere is upbeat, and location is excellent.

Brad. The manager, and his staff are doing a stellar job with a full house and, due to weather, a slow computer system. Hotel guests, too, are doing their part to stay cool and calm. Wi-Fi is out, but the more important things like air conditioning, lights, and water, are on. Thank you Drury, South Memphis.

Amazing experience at this location!. Just like all the Drury Inn locations we have stayed at. And there have been a lot! Dinner, cocktails and breakfast are always great! We will always stay at Drury Inn because of the type of service we get from staff and managers like Steve at Memphis-Southaven!

The even numbered rooms face a major highway and a intersection and there is an absolute ridiculous amount of road noise from some of the most stupid and disrespectful people on earth! I will never stay at this Property ever again, it is just absolutely ridiculous! Plus it’s also in the flight path of the airport so when planes are taking off you might as well forget about sleeping!

Complimentary adult drinks, dinner, and breakfast. Clean, pool, good art in the rooms instead of paintings of fruit and flowers. Awesome staff. My fave experience by far.

Our original room had a smoke smell in it once we opened the door, but they swapped our rooms with no problem.

My Jackson Ms. Stronger Hope Church family, stayed over one weekend, to attend another church in Memphis, Greater Mount Mariah. Our stay was wonderful. Staff was very helpful. I wasn't feeling my best so the guy that prepared the continental food. Came over to ask was everything ok. He seen that I haven't touch my breakfast. He ask could he fix some tea for me I told him he could. Sorry I'm not good with name. But he's the best. I felt a little better. Kudos to him. We were there in 01.27.20 weekend.

Stopped on our way back to Missouri from Florida for family vacation. Room was immaculately clean, front desk was very friendly as was all staff. Breakfast time was on the crowded side but they kept up w the food supply wonderfully. No complaints here! Thank you!

From the front desk to your cleaning staff all were just so friendly and all smiles! Made us feel great! Rooms are awesome! Very clean! The bathroom was very large and spotless! The hotel is right off I-55. The "kickback" (Cocktails and a very nice spread of food) is awesome! 3 complimentary cocktails was perfect after a long drive! Will definitely stay here again!

The room me and my 2 kids and mother shared was very big and very clean. The pool and hot tub was clean and amazing. There 5:30 evening kick back with all you can eat food and 3 adult beverages per adult and breakfast that's all included in your stay was wonderful. The kids loved there all you want popcorn and sodas. Yes I recommend this hotel.

Nice pool breakfast was okay. Providing free popcorn and drinks and dinner was a nice touch. Not a fancy hotel but nice and clean. We stayed in a suite I asked for a box fan which was provided staff was very polite.

This hotel is the best kept secret. Location right off the interstate. The rooms were spacious and very nice. Front desk reps exemplified superior customer service. Free full breakfast is normally what we expect, but to my surprise there was also free dinner. That was the icing on the cake. The indoor pool and jacuzzi allowed us time to enjoy, since it was a rainy day off and on. I would highly recommend this hotel and will plan my next stay at a Drury Inn and Suites.

Upgraded to a king suite. Bedroom has a door. Living area queen size pullout. Nice free breakfast. Relax time has 3 free drinks and food for free. Pool was to cold for us. Staff was outstanding. Hotel and room was clean.

We are in Southaven for the World Series (9U). And we always need a 1 bedroom suite (My fiance always watches sport and the kids and I can't take it anymore). This hotel is everything we need and more. Breakfast was great. Then the evening drink and snacks were on time. The room has more space than was expected. The bed is so comfortable. We will be staying again.

We had a great time when we stayed at this Motel accommodated my wife who is in a wheelchair I dropped the bed to the floor so she can get in it. It seems right the drinks to be a little bit bigger cups. But overall everything was awesome we had a great time the week we was there. The rooms was very clean they had wildfire they have phone service they had swimming pool and spa exercise room. And everything that you read or any restaurant you like to eat at walking distance they was all in the area. They have a Great Buffet right across the street awesome Buffet.

This was my first time staying at a Drury Inn and Suites. I must say I was truly impressed. Real friendly staff. Great rooms. When I checked I missed the 5:30pm Kickback. Which is free food and drinks. But this is the 1st time I've ever heard of a hotel doing this. When I got up in the morning, the breakfast was awesome. All together this is a must stay. Plus there are a lot of restaurants in walking distance or a short uber ride.

For the price the hotel was great. Very clean and smelled pleseant which is a plus with pet friendly places. The breakfast was actually appetizing and was open later than most hotel breakfasts.

I am staying here currently. The room is clean and spacious. The food is good. My biggest annoyance is the thermostat. I have it on 66, the lowest setting, and We are all still warm. We are hot natured so I usually avoid hotels that have the wall thermostats as they're notorious for not getting cool and didn't see this in the reviews I read. My son has allergies and warm stuffy rooms equal him coughing all night, which is why I am awake currently writing this. Just on that little note, I wouldn't stay here again. It just doesn't work for us.

This hotel was great especially compared to neighboring hotels. It was clean and family/kid friendly. I love that they offered free “hot” breakfast. As well as they offered a happy hour that had “free” food/appetizers & alcoholic beverages for the adults. My family & I (5) stayed 3 nights. We enjoyed the pool, workout gym & also used the workstation for scanning. The only reason I did not give 5 stars was because we noticed ants near the window of the bedroom each day. They weren’t anywhere else in the room only near the bedroom window. Other than that, this hotel & our stay was great!

Drury Inn is always a wonderful stay. If your ever in the area I recommend this hotel. The staff was friendly and helpful. Breakfast and dinner was great.

I love this place! You can't beat the price and with a Continental breakfast and full dinner + drinks included it's a no-brainer. I've stayed here twice and every time the staff have been courteous, friendly, fun, and genuinely happy to do their jobs. The bartenders during dinner have fun and help you pick a drink (they make a mean vodka sunrise). The dinner is a delicious, real meal. Both times I was there they had taco night, but also offer salads, baked potatoes, fountain drinks, and hot dogs. If you're looking for a place to stay near Memphis, this is the hot spot to be!

We had just drove 700 miles and on a referral from a family member, we thought we would stay the night at a Drury Inn. Well, it was great, I usually don't sleep well when not in my own bed;but here was the best sleep I had in a while. Thumbs up, wish I knew what mattress that was. Awesome showers, everything was great.

I always stay here when on business or vacation. It is an older hotel but very clean and comfortable. The rooms are well appointed with extremely comfortable beds and pillows plus a desk, "office" style chair and regular living room type chair. Each room also has a full length mirror, cloths iron, mini fridge and microwave and a small coffee maker. The staff is very friendly and will help you with whatever you need. One of the best things about Drury is the "5:30 Kickback" where each guest can get up to 3 complementary drinks including mixed drinks, wine or beer. They also serve food of some type like spaghetti or tacos and it rotates each night. Popcorn, coffee and fountain drinks are free until 10. Again, this is a really great hotel that is nice, clean and welcoming. They try to make sure that each guest has a good stay.

Great stay! Good food — breakfast and the "kickback". Wonderful staff. Nina, who checked us in, is always the best. Looking forward to coming back.

I took my 13yr old daughter and 3 friends to stay at the hotel. They loved the pool. I loved they had dinner and breakfast. It was overall a great time.

Great place to stay. They recently remodeled the dining area. Breakfast is nice and hot! Rooms are quite! Staff is nice and helpful!

Great place. The kids loved the free pop and popcorn and the pool was cool because you were able to go under the wall to the outside. The young gal at the front desk was amazing. We were just passing through.

The hotel was quite crowded and elevator space was hard to come by, but the evening drinks and snacks were a nice addition to our stay. The rooms were clean, and the bed comfortable. Location next to the freeway makes the hotel convenient for access when driving long distance. Front desk staff seems overwhelmed, and the location of the front desk is poorly planned; the desk is immediately within the front door and makes it difficult to bring in bags when there's a line at the desk. The TV in our room had such poor quality of picture that we joked that it was like watching TV in the 90's. The room air was easily adjustable and the bed was comfortable, although too bouncy. Overall, I wouldn't mind staying there again.

Got there Christmas morning after a lot of traveling. Ended up being treated very well by their staff and food was very good. Pool is nice with the indoor/outdoor pool. Highly recommend it, we always stop by when we come through!

Even though there was construction work going on at the hotel, it was still the best hotel I have ever stayed at. The staff was friendly and super helpful and accommodating. The hotel served dinner which was included in the price of your stay! Wow, never had that happen before. It was really great. I can't wait to see how it is with no construction work and the pool open.

Stayed here for 3 nights, was in town for a friend's wedding. I loved everything about the room, to the free hot breakfast, & the free food at 5:30pm everyday, with free drinks. The pool was small & shallow, the one working elevator was slow, & apparently they were doing renovations during our stay. Which we were not informed about until the day of checking in. Those are the only reasons why I had to give it four stars. Also, Chance at the front desk is AMAZING! He was super helpful & knowledgeable about the hotel & It's layout! Give him a raise!

First off I travel a lot for work we try and ask for the Drury when we come to Memphis. By far hands down one of the best run hotels. The staff treat you like family. I have to disagree with many of the negative comments. I tend to people watch and see many of the situations from the outside. Yes it can be crowded but so can many others, that just means people love staying here! I've stayed here 5 nights a week for several months and never found a negative.

Very clean facility and friendly staff. Each time I'm in this area I stay here. Renovation going on but did not affect my stay here. Love it!

The management was terrible. The manager on duty name was Josh. He has the worst attitude any human being can have. This guy does not know how to correspond with customers or his staff. I checked in on Friday, Oct. 27th, the kick back was horrible. Saturday morning, I went down for breakfast, it was horrible as well. I didn't bother to go back the rest of my stay. I'm a business owner, therefore I understand customers can make or break your business. From a professional and personal view, I will advise my staff, family, friends, and business partners NEVER to patronize this location as long as Josh is a manager their.

I have been coming to Drury for over 10 years and I love this hotel. Rarely am I dissatisfied with any of their services. Always a friendly staff and the rooms are just excellent. Even in their renovation, they were very attentive and accommodating.

Got a room for prom was a great experience. Room was very clean and nice good size TV and the bed was soft ;)

I wish they would have informed us of the construction in progress when we made reservations. Parking was a nightmare. Everything was upside down. We reserved a jr suite for a local Girl Scout sleepover — total of 6 people. At check in nobody even said "Welcome" instead they saw the box of cupcakes we had and said "you can't have parties here" ummmmm ok. Then he proceeded to spout off a list of "donts". Do not get cake on carpet, no noise, keep TV turned down etc. I couldn't believe it. The reason we chose Drury over another local hotel was because they offered a hot tub. Well hot tub was ice water — apparently it's been that way for a long time. Very disappointed from beginning to end. Normally I love Drury but not this one in Southaven… it's the pits.

My absolute favorite hotel ive ever stayed at. Very clean room friendly staff reasonably priced and the snack bar was amazing. The kids enjoyed the pool and it was an overall pleasant stay. I would highly recommend this place.

Staff genuinely concerned that all is well with your stay. The 5:30 kickback and breakfast makes Drury Inn one of the best deals around. Rooms are spacious, clean and hotel is well maintained. North side of the building picks up traffic noise, but this would be an issue with any hotel.

Were there last weekend for our 11U baseball tournament and if I could give it a 6 I would. Reasonable rates, hot breakfast that had about all the staples, plus a happy hour with 3 free drinks including cocktails and more hot food. Pasta, salad, soup, chicken, hot dogs, nacho's, it changed every night. All included. The staff were incredibly nice and patient considering they a bunch of 11 year old baseball players all over the place and they catered to our every need. From the front desk, to maid service, security, everyone. If you ever stay there and are responsible for a bunch of kids ask for Erica. She kept track of everything and everyone I left behind. The best hotel I've ever stayed in.

Great rooms and very nice staff. They have a wonderful complimentary breakfast bar and the rooms are very quiet. Typically I look for a Drury Inn when I travel — they are reliably high quality and have rooms that are a step above Hampton, Hilton, or Renaissance. This Drury is very clean and smells nice. Highly recommended if you're in the area.

We have stayed in Drury hotels before and this Drury is right up there in awesomeness. Today we had a problem with our car. We headed back to the hotel and Nina and Darryl helped fix it easily. The staff here are amazing and nothing is too much trouble. Nina organised fir the dining room to sing happy birthday to another guest who was celebrating today. The staff treat you like family not clients. Thoroughly recommend staying in this hotel. When we leave Memphis we will be travelling to another place that has a Drury. These hotels have made our experience in USA so memorable and enjoyable as we explore our way around. Thank you A job well done by all Drury staff.

Free breakfast which has a great selection. They have free supper & give you free cocktails according to the number of nights you stay.
The staff members are all very pleasant & happy to be of any help. The rooms are spotless with microwaves & refrigerators if you need them. A nice sized TV if you want to watch it. Comfortable beds. Nice chair to relax in. A desk & chair in the room. They even have an area with computers you can use. Inside & outside pool with a hot tub. Stay so many nights & you get a free night. What more can you ask for.

This was not a typical Drury that we were used to. The hotel smelled, the s smelled, the food was not good and the staff was rude and unprofessional.

Michelle was very nice. Rest of the staff was not friendly and one man at front desk wore dirty clothes particularly a black vest covered in flith. Ants in the room. food and drinks were nice and again michelle, first rate. Hopefully she moves on from this place. I won't be back, would rather spend the money and go to one of the Marriott properties nearby.

While it is about a fifteen minute drive into Memphis, we enjoyed staying at this location. It's safe, free parking, and the staff were very friendly. Hot breakfast and snacks and drinks are included in price. Bonus: the coffee was actually good!

Super nice and helpful staff from the time you arrive until the time you leave. Updated modern rooms with high end finishes. Free hot breakfast kept fresh the entire time. Great Rate for the quality of service you get. I would definitely stay here again.

They didn't have enough toilet paper. Had to use towels instead. Very sorry to the room service people. My apologies, taco bell does not sit with me well. Other than that, chairs works excellent at backup beds. 5 out of 5 but — 2 cause of the toilet paper issue.

Rooms could have been a little more up to date but the staff was exceptional. Night shift front desk clerk seemed to be a little on yhe unfriendly side but the next morning a young woman with glasses and curly hair helped me without even asking if I needed it. Great staff.

Just needed quick overnight accommodations for my daughter's cheer competiton. Location was very convenient. Rooms were nice and beds very comfortable. Front desk staff was friendly and helpful. This was the second time we have stayed here for cheer competitions. We plan on coming back.

This place get 5 stars because, the rooms are clean, pool is nice an clean, lobby an breakfast an supper is good an clean an nice. The nighttime staff is AMAZING smiling, laughing, always cutting up an checking in on u, great hospitality! Daytime/morning. Not so much! they just stand behind the counter an observe. Would I stay here again? ABSOLUTLY. Great guest here friendly nice people as well. :)

I have always been satisfied with this hotel. We always stay in the hotel near the St. Louis Airport. Very good service.

I must admit I was a little nervous about staying in Memphis Tennessee. But the door yet and its employees are just tremendous! they are very friendly excellent clean rooms for a truck driver this is like staying at the Ritz Carlton.

Second Drury this week with another win. I'm really growing to like this chain. Comfortable rooms and beds, 530 kickback, drinks, friendly employees. If you get the chance talk with the manager, he is a really nice guy who gets the service industry (Chris maybe). Sitting outside by the pool relaxing with a drink. I must say this place is really nice, you won't be dissapointed. Clear, friendly and easy to use tv, with the right channels.

Great staff, very nice rooms. I wish I could be here more often to enjoy all they have to offer here. The staff are overly friendly, and the rooms are very nice. A+ air conditioner. Great breakfast. Great TV. Fast wireless internet. What else could you ask for.
