Stayed 11th-13th of July. Only complaint is front desk on schedule night of 12th was very rude and tried to over charge for candy I bought the night before for cheaper than what she told me. $8 for 4 items first night then second night the lady wanted $8 for 2 items… 2 of the same I bought night before…

Breakfast was awesome and the staff is really nice. I enjoy my stay here.

This was a very nice suite! I would recommend this to anyone that has a nice size family or wants to have a kickback. Very nice staff! I would definitely recommend this hotel. I give them 5 stars!

The front desk person was nice and the breakfast was good but our room smelled really old the furniture was old and dirty the couch and chair had holes in them, the dishwasher was rusty inside I have stay at other Staybridges before but never in Ridgeland Mississippi again.

The stay was great, the suite was perfect for our family because we had 2 families and having the connectioning living room and kitchen was perfect! My daughter loved the swimming pool and the temperature was just right.

After entering the lobby we found out that they have given our booked room away and downgraded us. Traveling to our new room we saw a lady who had her baggage thrown out into the hallway after stating she had one more night booked. In our downgraded room we found multiple disgusting stains and broken kitchen appliances. The curtains had what looked like dried blood and snot on them as well. Would not recommend.

A clean, spacious suite at a value rate makes Staybridge an easy decision for future travel. Our room had a few minor problems which gave their wonderful and helpful staff an opportunity to show how much they care. We checked in in time for a quick meal at the social. Our grand kids loved the pool and we loved the two bedrooms.

Not happy with the late checkout. I usually am granted a 1 pm late checkout being a spire elite. Best they could do was noon. Not real good when you work at night. I expected more from staybridge, but holiday inn express treats me better in this regard. Hotel is nice, staff nice, good location.

My husband and I only stayed one night. The room was very nice with a clean kitchenette and living area. The hot breakfast was also very nice with a nice atmosphere and eating area. Staff was pleasantly welcoming.

Looking at the picture you would think the quality of your room would be way better than when you actually check in. My family and I walked in the room and were very disappointed. It seems like they got the furniture from a flea market. It’s bad when you question sitting on the faded couches and when you do, you sink in. The tub had broken stopper and it was nasty. At about 5pm I asked the front desk about getting the trash taken out and getting towels and she had confidence in the cleaning staff that they didn’t get to me yet. I called back at about 8:30pm and she ended up coming to take out the trash herself and bringing us towels. My kids wanted to swim but didn’t want to because a couple poolside in regular clothes doing inappropriate stuff. Not even trying to swim. This didn’t feel like an IHG experience, but felt like a Motel 6 experience.

I will never ever again stay at Staybridge Suites in Jackson Mississippi again. I am fuming. They charged us for $150 in fees while we were there, argued that they didn't at check out (even though it was clearly on my bank account) and the lady refused to give me a business card with her manager's number on it. Then when I got Expedia to call and represent me, the lady at the hotel told Expedia that I had called front desk and told them that I was adding a pet to my room — which I never did. I them talked to the manager and she said she would only refund me the $150 they over charged me, even though when we checked out on my birthday we couldn't do anything because we had no money left in our account, AND my husband ended up missing a day of work over this, because we didn't have gas money to get home. I said fine, because we needed the money back, but instead of refunding it she CHARGED US AGAIN! Putting our account in the negative and now if it is not fixed we will get overdraft fees. I am hold with Expedia AGAIN. This has caused me such a headache, and I am demanding all our money back. So do yourself a favor, and stay away from Staybridge Suites — at least the one in Jackson, Mississippi. :/ P. S. Our room was paid in full through expedia before we got there! p. P. S. I just read about them doing this to other people.

Decent location, close to plenty of food and shopping options. Serves dinner Monday through Wednesday night. Rooms are a bit outdated, but clean and comfortable.

My room looked run down a bit and could use some upkeep. For example, my door was very hard to push/pull open. The breakfast was good. The staff was great. Check in was quick.

If you're in the Jackson area for an extended stay for the medical center, consider this place. The southern hospitality is worth the experience. The staff were accommodating. This is my second time within two years to experience a clean and comfortable room.

Very accommodating (heater issues in my room and maintenance was there asap then helped me switch room after), great staff, good breakfast every morning but sometimes dinner leaves something to be desired. Highly recommended.

The hotel room was big and nice but the dishes in the cabinets were not clean at all. They had mold growing in them. Also the fitness center was very lacking having no weights at all.

Rooms and whole hotel was clean. Staff was friendly. Large breakfast. Great place to stay, right off of a main area of commerce in Jackson/Ridgeland. I would definitely stay again, and recommended to a friend and family member.

Do not stay here. I was set up to stay here for a month. My room was dirty, the lobby was dirty, even the elevator was dirty. After two nights in my room I was sitting on the couch and realized something was on my leg. Well it turned out to be fleas. Yes the room was infested with fleas. I called my relocation company and got moved to the Homewood Suites down the street, which is a thousand times better.

Nice pool and rooms with separate living room and kitchenette. Dishwashers, breakfast is good and dinners 3 nights of the week. Our room gets cleaned later in the afternoon and we've had to ask for toilet paper a couple of times, but other than that it's been nice. The employees are friendly and helpful.

Clean but well used. Pool is nice and the gas grill station is a nice touch. Breakfast is OK nice variety. They have Beer Wine and Food on Monday Tuesday Wednesday nights 5:30 to 7:30 It's complementary, it's OK as well. STAFF is helpful and nice. Lots of other food options near by.

Nice motel… but you better keep a check on your account. They will double charge you and they will change your rate without telling you!

Absolutely TERRIBLE! Rooms were not that clean we found pills under our bed, smoke detector was low on batteries so it was constantly beeping and when we asked the first time to have it fixed we were told to fix it ourselves. The pool was nice until one of the workers invited all her family and friends and their friends to cookout and swim. We counted 23 kids in this small pool AT ONCE! We are paying guest! Those were not! When we came back to hotel at about 11:00 at night there were sketchy people ALL in the parking lot! There should be no loitering for safety purposes! And that should be forced! I would rate this hotel a zero but since I have to mark something a 1* will have to do! Very disappointing!

My wife and I are traveling cross country and have been staying in several hotels. We came across Staybridge in Ridgeland MS. They are by far the best. Friendliest staff that makes you feel right at home. Acommodations are great. Clean and comfortable. Wonderful breakfast. Pet friendly. It was a great experience staying there and we recommend it. Pros — Good service, clean, large rooms, easy to find, tasty breakfast, and large dog friendly. Cons — The water has a TON of bleach in it, to the point of feeling slimy on the skin, burning eyes, and damaging hair.

Noisy neighbors were allowed to be noisy all night. Was told by front desk that no one answered the phone or door when they tried to contact them. The elevator had grapes squished in the floor, walls and ceiling. Front desk told us they couldn't clean it up because guests expected an elevator to use. Poor management.

Nice! Very clean and updated hotel. Breakfast was yummy! The front desk lady Cameron had a great attitude which helped me choose this hotel just by how she was over the phone.

The rooms were clean and comfortable, and the accommodations includes: Computers, small store, free washing machines and driers, a pool, breakfast, dinner on select days and a workout area.

Perfect place to stay. Employees is very productive and professional. The breakfast staff Gigi and Annie is exceptional. I would definitely visit there again.

My room was just fine. Love the separate living room and bedroom concept. Staff was nice and courteous. My wife loved the breakfast. Location is good too. Near tons of restaurants and shopping venues.

It was very late and my husband and I were very tired and did not have a reservation. But they quickly found us a handicap accessible room and had us in the room within 5 minutes. The suite was clean and comfortable and plenty of space. They also had a very well stocked breakfast buffet that accommodated for his diabetes. Thank you guys for a great stay.

I've stayed here several times, but I must admit this was one of the best stays. Breakfast was much better than in the past. The staff gets a thumbs up from the breakfast attendant to housekeeping; everyone was helpful and friendly. Oh and lil Ms. Ariel at the front desk was so sweet, a real asset to your company.

Had a wonderful stay except for one wake-up call that came in over an hour early. The employees are always really nice.

To be able to eat a meal fit for royalty on a commoners income was truly an amazing experience. The environment is inviting and vibrant filled with passion of art blended with exquisite taste in food.

Nice enough. Clean rooms. Free food and drinks Tuesday through Thursday night. Won't be staying here anymore though because the internet connection is absolutely horrible, I need a fast enough connection for Skype. I was getting. 2 mbps at 1 in the morning. That's not even dial up speeds.

The rooms are nice, the food is pretty good for a hotel. The bath tubs has no lip so water would spill onto the ground. The internet was the bare minimum, as the hotel filled it got to the point of no longer being usable. The stove tops were so bad, that water would barely boil. The marble desktop doesn't work with laser mouses. All the T. V. Channels listed that they provide, aren't available.

Late me it is very comfortable, missing only dumbbells at the gym.

Went down to Jackson to see John Prine. Hit this on Priceline for a really cheap rate. No big deal, just needed a clean room to sleep the night, no hanging out. The place is meh. Clean enough that it was fine to sleep here, but the service was weak, the rooms have a lot of crap jammed in them and feel crowded. I suppose if you needed a cheap place to stay for a week or so, I would be nice having the kitchen. But, for an overnight I would never pick this place. Put my wife and youngest daughter up at the Embassy in Jackson (Ridgeland) a couple weeks ago and they loved their suite there. I rated it fair-poor. TO be fair, it was entirely fair, not poor. If it had been poor, I would have backed out the credit card and walked away. I inspected the room before we unpacked anything and it was, well, fair.

The hotel is nice. Clean. Well kepted up. It makes you feel like your home. The breakfast is hot and great.
