Clean, quiet, awesome food, and EXCELLENT customer service!

So refreshing to wake up to a complimentary made to order HOT breakfast. It was delicious and the staff were all on point! Enjoyed the evening AND morning by the fire pit. It was a nice surprise since a lot of other Hotels have cut back on their amenities.

Very friendly and professional staff.

Embassy Suites is a great place for a staycation with the family. It has spacious and quiet rooms. The bar and restaurant is a good place to relax and get some good food. I will definitely come back for another staycation!

Not quite sure where to start with the negatives. Maybe the stench of cigarette smell that was attempted to be covered up with cheap floral air freshener in room 210? Maybe the fact that when I called the desk to complain — I was told there were no clean rooms, so we could contact manager on the following Monday. Maybe I should’ve started with the bathroom sink clogged with hair extensions and a fake fingernail? Let’s not forget the crumbs on the bed, nightstand and dried food on the floor. The remote had a dried substance on it that came off when I cleaned it, despite it being labeled as sanitized. You may as well not even try to contact a human or anyone in corporate because after about 5-6 attempts — I still have yet to speak to a human. Return trip, the following week, we stayed at the Marriott a few miles away and it was EXCELLENT. Don't waste your money or risk your health at this joke of an Embassy Suites. I’ve waited over 2 weeks to write this review. That should’ve been ample time for someone to contact me. Obviously, no one cares.

The number 1 hotel in Jackson. The cocktails, food, rooms and staff are all amazing. Mrs Jackie the gm is great!

Probably the worst hotel experience we have ever had! Staff was rude, rooms had ants and bugs, room was disgusting, and when we asked to be moved to another room the next room’s air conditioning didn’t work. Asked to fix it, they came and tried but it didn’t ever get any cooler.

My daughter had over $300 stolen from her room. The hotel never returned any of my phone calls. Also, three other girls had money taken. The man at the desk was rude and insinuated that my daughter had spent the money and that they didn't have a problem with theft!

We had a wonderful experience at this establishment. Clean, friendly, accommodating to our special circumstances. We will definitely stay again and recommend to friends.

This was one of the worst Hilton property’s I have ever stayed at. Just FYI I have stayed 170 night this year at Hilton that dosnt count the days at the IHG property’s. It was the worst because the bartender tried to talk me out of ordering food because the kitchen was like 1.25 hours behind. Me — IDK keep the beers coming till I get my food. Took the bartender 15 min to take my order (so now we are at 1.5 hours before I get my food) because he was hitting on the drunk c…hick at the end of the bar that wanted a Smoke but wouldn’t smoke menthols, beggars can’t be choosers in Jackson MS! Man he was old as hell and her husband was sitting right next to her, who knows maybe he had a shot. Lol Then I wake up the next morning at 0630 all I had was a cold shower. Dam!

Always stay @ this hotel when I’m in town. The staff is great & the breakfast every morning is hard to beat. I always end up eating to much but I’m not hungry till later that evening just in time for dinner.

Good room size and layout. When first built it was likely top notch, but it appears to be in need of renovation. Our shower sprayed up and out of the shower on to the bathtoom floor from the top of the shower head. Loose fixtures, sticking doors or doors that don't latch without excess force. Restaurant was pretty good for dinner as was breakfast.

This is a nice hotel with excellent amenities. Mangers reception in the evening with an open bar, and an excellent complimentary breakfast in the mornings. Rooms are nice, and mostly updated and feel fresh. For a luxurious stay at an affordable price this is the place to go!

Late night check in staff was good but the room was a little… run down. I mean this in the since that the other embassies that I have been to were a little nicer. Old scuffed up furniture, Water stains on the "wood" floor, and a broken closet door were a few of the things I saw. I expect better for the money I spent.

Been staying at this property on a regular basis for about 5 years. Facility and service have gone down significantly in last few months. This visit I had no hot water. Was told to "let it run" and "lots of people are using it right now". Took 4 hours of run around to get another room. New room was fine, left for the day and came back tonight… room was never serviced. Told man at desk and his answer was "I'll be sure it gets cleaned and you get fresh towels in the morning". That's just great, but my stay ends tomorrow morning.

Really nice. Slept like a log and enjoyed all the options at breakfast. My only complaint was that there was a sticky puddle under the dining room table, hair on the bathroom floor and I found chapstick under the bed. I'm pretty sure the bedroom wasn't vacuumed at all. Other than that, our stay was great.

Our room was lovely. Very comfy bed & pillows. Shower was great. Little more water pressure needed though. I thought the breakfast was excellent, great variety of what you would want. Everything was nice & hot. Sandra was free spirited, polite, friendly & had a great personality. Loved the way she kept things cleared from the table & floor. Overall we had a great time at the Embassy Suites in Ridgeland.

I love this place! I got so many complimentary stuff. I came in to find a shelf full of my favorite candy! I called the front desk to ask if I had to pay. Not only did they I didn’t have to, but they also said that it was complimentary! I also got a two hours free snack at the lobby. My premium room also looks very luxurious and lovely! The staff are also very friendly and enthusiastic! Please book this hotel when you come to Jackson! You will absolutely not regret it!

Absolutely nothing to complain about. My room was perfect, breakfast was outstanding. The patio was the way it should be. My new choice for hotels. Lol they actually have great complimentary drinks.

Evening reception was excellent. Bartender was fast and friendly. Staff kept food selections stocked. Unfortunately, it seemed they had never served breakfast before… ran out of freshly brewed coffee, plates, forks. It was unbelievable. Room was warm during the night, even after turning the thermostat down to 61. Room was nice and big, bathroom too.

Pricey but all the amenities make it well worth it especially during fall, winter and spring with the spacious indoor pool. The staff go above and beyond to see that your customer service needs are met. The free breakfast is fantastic with wide selection of foods, fruits, yogurt, and custom made to order omelettes. Our 2 queens and sleeper sofa were separated by a door, and there was Jack and Jill entry to bathroom. 2 seater dining room table. Furnishings, beds, even sleeper sofa was comfortable. Hotel was close to be convenient but not so crowded immediate vicinity. Only negative were loud bathroom locks and little soundproofing there.

I was here a week ago and also a year ago. Last year I would have rated it a 4, this year there were changes, all for the worse hence the low rating. The overall look was dingy, there was food on the floor in the hallways and in the elevators. There was little attention to detail. The rooms had grunge in the corners and things like the toilet tissue holder literally falling off the wall. I suspect that these guys are 'cost saving'. I was very disappointed and doubt that I would stay there again.

Hotel is clean, friendly and we'll managed. I did not get a chance to use the gym but I did visit the area. The pool was not accessible during my stay but it is an indoor pool. Evening reception is nice but the liquor are unknown well drinks. They do have beer on tap and wine. If you want to pay for top shelf liquor you can. Food includes cheese, chips, salsa, carrots and celery with ranch. Continental breakfast is the usual but like all Embassy Suites there is an omelet station. The room are updated. Overall a very nice hotel.

We always stay at embassy suites when traveling. This particular one is Great for a single stay over for long trips but this one has no hot tub at the pool and 1 of the 2 elevators was broken. Great outside fireplace area though. Kept us warm and it's 30 something outside tonight.

Comfortable beds, good breakfast, and friendly staff. However, our room was never cleaned during our stay, which was 5 days. The lady would just hand us towels and toilet paper, then she would leave. (Ha-ha! )

Water is soft so the soap never rinsed off. Not sure if there was construction going on but I woke this morning to what sounded like an air compressor or a power generator starting at around 7am. The breakfast Buffett was good and the Hotel is very clean. Just not sure about the water and the early sounds of construction…

Extremely clean throughout. Staff was attentive and friendly. Great breakfast! Will stay again.

UPDATE 2: Received recovered items back. Very impressed with service. UPDATE: After the below incident, the manager did continue to follow up with me, and has since made efforts to replace my lost or stolen goods. The fact that he stuck with following up on this was impressive, and certainly left me more satisfied. ___ The hotel overall is quite nice. Nice rooms, good location, good breakfast and fantastic staff at the breakfast. Unfortunately on my second day, a pair of headphones went missing from my room between the morning and when I returned in the evening. I contacted the front desk, and the manager followed up the next day. However, at no point did I feel that he was wiling to accept that it was the hotel's fault this had happened, nor did he offer any form of compensation. As it turns out, the hotel had used temporary workers on the day my headphones went missing, and another guest's iPad also went missing. It seems pretty clear to me that the cleaners were stealing from some rooms, but again — no acknowledgement of this fact from management, and no form of compensation. Overall, a very disappointing experience at what is otherwise a really nice hotel.

Staff was amazing, steak at dinner was even better! Would definitely stay here again.

The rooms are nice. But we stayed last weekend and no trash can in bathroom. Weird for many reasons. Also the pipes knock waking everyone up. Someone vomited on the elevator Sunday morning after they ate breakfast. I called for an elevator and it opened with no one on it except a lot of vomit. I told front desk who was already aware. After we ate breakfast 30 I items later, the vomit was still there. That is 30 mins too long in my book. That should have been attended to immediately by any staff member and not have to wait for someone to decide who was going to clean it. Our next trip the following weekend was much better. There was a trash can in bathroom.

We really enjoyed our stay! Room was comfortable and quiet. Lots of hot water. Breakfast was great. And, most importantly, the staff — to a person — made us feel welcome and valued. Great job!

I was only there for drinks with coworkers that were staying at hotel, but the bartender was great. He's always served us very well and goes above and beyond for us. The lobby bar is nice and their alcohol selections are good for a hotel.

This hotel is located in an up and coming, quiet area. Dining options are plentiful, the area and is quiet and secure. The hotel staff is gracious and accommodating. We arrived in the midst of a family reunion that we were not part of. The front desk staff treated us as if we were honor guests. Our room was wonderful, housekeeping was efficient in bringing extra towels and a pillow. Our room was very quiet. Happy hour was wonderful. The food was constantly refreshed and above expectations, the fresh veggies made it possible for all in our party to enjoy. Breakfast was equally as impressive. The hotel was hosting a large family reunion and handles the volume perfectly. The only thing I would have liked would be plain yogurt and more fresh fruit options. Everyone in my travel group enjoyed the made to order omlettes very much. The staff was constantly refreshing food and coffee to keep pace with demand. Kudos to all for a job well done. Everyone was friendly and gracious. The manager, I wish I would have noted her name (from Springfield, IL) was professional and friendly and engaging. She was helpful to both guests and staff. It was refreshing to see a manager dive in and help where needed. What an asset! I hope she goes far, her passion is evident! When traveling in this direction we will definitely stay here again!

Just a quick overnight stay on our way to the beach. The room was great with one exception, the pull out sofa. The mattress was well used and really thin. The manager introduced herself during the evening open bar and the front desk was attentive. The only negative was the quality of the breakfast foods. Even with the cook to order option, the quality was just institutional. Overall I would highly recommend this hotel based on the room, location and Management.

This is a full service hotel with all the amenities you can possibly think of. The rooms are very modern and chic. If you want a great nights stay this is your hotel. Simply the best!

Good hotel for a business trip. A/C never reaches set point. Set to 60 but room still stays at 74. Maintenance took a look but apparently that's all I get. They do provide a fan but it's still to warm at night for me. Shower curtain could be changed, has mold on it. Internet speed is pretty good.

I love the Embassy Suite the atmosphere the condesce and willingness of all the employees that's always willing to help I have made Embassy Suite in Jackson Mississippi Ridgeland my home away from home when I'm in Jackson visiting family mr. Davis the maintenance manager has always been very kind to my family and I as well as the rest of the staff I would recommend anyone who's coming in town to stay there I love the happy hour and my 16 year old think it's the best thing since sliced bread she only wish that they serve hotdogs and pizza as well.

This is by far the best place in the metro area! It's the only place I stay when I'm in he area. The staff is awesome, and most know me by name. I've been there so much lately that I was asked, "Are you still here? " However, I wasn't "still" there, just back again! I can definitely call this my home away from home!

I was at the hotel a 2-day professional workshop. The facility and staff were very attentive and helpful. The grounds and the interior were all pristine. We had lunch prepared by the catering staff and everything was superb. Would definitely get my business again.

Rooms were nice, had a smallish but nice indoor pool, and complementary breakfast was quite good. Over all a very nice stay.

I absolutely love this Hotel. Everything is nice and clean. The staff is very helpful and friendly. Lots of groups here, but the free breakfast was first class all the way. I won't stay anywhere else. I have stayed at the Marriott and have been treated like crap, so the staff here won me over big time. Even the cleaning crew was very friendly. Rooms very clean and spacious.
