Great spot, with all the amenities!

Clean, modern, good net, ok fitness center, breakfeast sux no low carb or healthy things. Staff super cool, do anything you need. I love it except as usual at any hotel: 0 healthy food.

This hotel is awesome, stsff is friendly.

Appears to be super nice until the night and creepy, ctalwers show up. Definetely roaches. The next morning, I stopped a lid. My husband said under both beds were filthy. Disappointed to say the least. Not Hyatt quality.

Hotel follies it should have been a tip off when the first thing I noticed was complimentary disposable ear plugs on the night stand! Looking out the window, I saw (and heard) the afternoon traffic on I 55 about 200 feet away, and I thought to myself that it would surely thin out by bedtime. NOT! I sit here typing this at 11:00 p. M. Listening to the 18 Wheelers and the Hyabusas rolling by. BUT there’s more! If the air is set to 71, it comes on and it is truly the LOUDEST air conditioning unit you’ve ever heard, which has the benefit of drowning out the highway noise! However you freeze to death even when you cover up! Turning it up one notch to 72 and it goes off so that you can hear the traffic noise again, and it gets a little stuffy! If I ever see a meeting scheduled at the Hyatt Place Ridgeland again, I think I’ll be skipping that one!

I stay here often for work. The staff always greets me with a smile, and knows me by name. New updated rooms are beautiful! Will always stay here when in town.

We had a small room with no microwave and no blankets for our pull out bed. (I had to ask for one) The shower took up half the room and leaked everywhere. Breakfast was decent but they had difficulty replenishing items.

Nice newer hotel right next to lots of shopping. Room was clean and large. But if you are on the highway side you do hear the road noise. Would stay here again.

Friendly staff a great place to stay.

I usually frequent Residence Inn for most stays but o chose Hyatt place for this impromptu stay. Great hotel in a great location. Rooms were clean, beds were very comfortable, and they allow late check out. Everything was great, although the breakfast could use some improvement, but it was free so I can't complain!

Mostly clean. A bit of bleach on the shower grout lines every now and then would go a long way. Breakfast is supposed to start at 6am but its more like that is when they start preparing it so better at 6:15 — 6:30 if you want the full offerings. Overall a good experience though and comfortable beds.

The room was perfect. The bed and pillows we're sooo comfortable, I wanted to see how much it would cost for me to buy one of those pillows! Very, very clean. I love white sheets, comforters and bed spreads. You know when they are clean! I recommend this hotel to anyone who wants a great place to stay. It was worth much more than what it cost.

Decent rooms, solid breakfast. Bar and food uninspiring. Strange approach to loyalty; prove your loyalty to us and we'll give you good service, don't and we won't. It should be the other way around, excellent service encourages loyalty!

The rooms are excellent and spacious. They provide all the amenities you would need. Breakfast in the morning was varied and delicious. Everything is clean. I'm very pleased with my stay, especially with how affordable it was.

The room was lovely it was my first time staying there. Customer service was superb and they made us feel very welcoming… The only thing was the bathroom was really small and the price of their 20oz drinks was over priced. $3.00. But overall it was GREAT I will now make this my new hotel.

Super clean. Great modern rooms. Breakfast was wonderful. They had sausuage, eggs, French toast, and plenty of drinks. The bar that evening was laid back. I will stay here again.

Staff was friendly. Located in a safe feeling part of town. Rooms were clean and had a nice indoor pool. Would not hesitate to stay there again.

I attended an event at this hotel and everything was great. The staff was very polite and the Hotel is very clean and neat.

The rooms, service, and breakfast we're really top notch. The room rate was very affordable and I was surprised at how big the room was. It had two queens and a full size couch with a dividing wall between. Breakfast was way above average.

I stayed in a large fourth floor room with 2 queen beds and a couch. The room was quiet and clean. Checkin was quick and painless. We used the indoor heated pool, it was fairly clean, but there were no towels there (they did have a phone to call and ask for more). The TV in the room had all kinds of input options built in to the wall which is a really nice touch, so it is easy to connect your laptop or other device. Parking was great, even with an oversized vehicle. They had plenty of great luggage carts, we never had to wait for one. I didn't have time for breakfast, which is a shame because it looked and smelled amazing.

Had a great breakfast and dinner at the hotel. Easy access to the interstate.

With service late as night being just as pleasant as early morning this is perfect for weary travelers that want a very easy check in and check out. The complimentary breakfast is better than most you are akin to paying for and the "Intimate Bakery Cafe" serves premium coffee as well as other adult beverages and spirits. We look forward to sending more of our clients to stay here when they are touring in the area in the future!

If your idea of a vacation includes a disgustingly dirty room and threats of being kicked out because you politely ask for a clean one, then this is the place to stay. Oh and the rude customer service people is just a bonus!

Good location near Renaissance mall. Spacious room. Modern amenities.

Nice hotel but my only issue is the bathroom setup. It's so small like it was made for a child. The bathroom door almost hits the toilet when you open and close it. You have to bump up against the wall to get in and out. The sink is on the outside which I hate and it's very small. So just know that if you are thinking about staying. Other than that its, great. Nice bed. The TV spins 360 so you can watch in the bed or on the couch which is a pull out bed as well. They have a cool breakfast for a hotel.

Could use a breakfast buffet; they have different items each day except they have eggs every day. One day they had waffles, then the next day they had biscuits with sausage/white gravy. It was good, but they should add a buffet where you get to pick what you want and they should have the same stuff every day and have a variety. We got there at 9:15 the last day and they had already stopped serving breakfast even though it wasn’t 9:30, so we ended up going to IHOP instead of having breakfast at the hotel. But overall, everything else was fine except for the shower door, which was broken.

In town for the weekend. Check-in efficient. Nice corner top floor room. Missing laundry bag. No maid service to room between night's. Breakfast better than most free breakfasts, but often shortage on beverage glasses and utensils. They did keep the food service full til closing. Checkout easy.

Staff is always friendly and welcoming. Rooms are always clean. Not much else you need for good travel. I've stayed several times and would recommend it for a comfortable place to crash.

Great business trip Hyatt branded hotel. They have all your needs. Free breakfast, hot shower, good parking lot, nice customer service.

Staff was very friendly. Room was not clean. Hair on the bathroom floor and in the beds. Sink was busted and the lamps by the bed both had blown bulbs. Worst part of all was the pillows. They are square like the size of a throw pillow. I spoke with the front desk clerk and all he said was ok. No offer for a refund or I’m sorry.

No drinking water in the room at all (free or charge). So I had to drink tap water. Restroom is not clean. Sink does not drain. The room is clean. Overall very disappointed.

Clean large rooms and very friendly and helpful staff! (I heard the housekeeping supervisor even tell the staff that she appreciated them! ) The complimentary breakfast was great! I would definitely stay here again!

Checked in at Hyatt Place and the staff was very welcoming. They answered all questions and were very friendly. The room was very spacious and quiet which was nice. Had a very relaxing stay. I would definitely return!

Very nice hotel. Staff was very accommodating even when the oblige service I used booked rooms that weren't available, the staff comped one our rooms. I would definitely stay again. I didn't give 5 stars just because the bathroom with the shower we had was awkward to hey into and out of because the door, toilet and shower was just too close to each other. But that is a design flaw and not a staff issue. The staff was simply amazing!

Had a wonderful stay. The staff was very accommodating, giving us some dining suggestions for the evening. Nice location right off of the freeway.

I normally don't review anything, but my experience was so bad, I have to share. First off, the bathroom situation is just terrible. You pretty much have to get in the shower to open or close the door all of the way. The shower has a glass wall that covers about half the length of the shower with a little glass flap to cover a little more. Since there is not a full door or shower curtain, I had to point the shower head all of the way down and a little towards the solid wall to keep water from splashing out onto the bathroom floor. Water was cold both mornings of my stay. I took a cold shower the first day and refused to get in the second day. This is clearly my worst hotel bathroom experience. The bed was worn down on one side, and you constantly hear the interstate traffic outside of the window. They did have a "warm" breakfast, but it was bad. The first morning, they had biscuits with sausage/white gravy. I don't know how you mess that up, but it was bad. The next day, they had waffles with a mixed berry topping, which tasted alright, but it was cold. You would think they could keep the food warm since you serve yourself straight from the grill, but no. Food was cold to mildly warm both days. I also had some of the eggs both days, and that tasted about as good as you would expect instant eggs to taste. Those are really the only things I care about in a hotel, and it was all bad.

The room, the atmosphere, the surrounding area, and the breakfast were all phenomenal! The only complaint I have is as a mom of a 6 year old all she was excited about was going to the pool AND the pool even though indoor is NOT heated and was freezing cold water so she was not able to enjoy it. Other than that, a very awesome place to stay!
