This is my favorite place to stay and very grateful with the staff who always provide an absolute phenomenal customer service.

Stayed here on business, very comfy, clean, pool was a bit dirty, but trees were around it, so expected. Breakfast and dinner was decent, breakfast def. Better than dinner though.

The staff was great! For mom's 90th BIRTHDAY we had half of their rooms booked. We used the conference room for meeting and pizza with the family. We really felt at home. thank you homewood suites.

Awesome staff. Great stay! Enjoyed the city. Everyone was very nice!

Enjoyed more celebrations of Mother's 90th birthday. No crutches, no wheelchair and no cane! PRAISE GOD.

I would like to let you know about the worst hotel experience I have ever had in my almost 50 year life that just happened at your Homewood Suites — Ridgeland, MS. Location. I reserved my room below through my Hilton app and did online check in. Upon arrival after attendant was assisting another guest who had issues for about 15 minutes I was informed the room I was checked into was showing as dirty so the attendant went to make sure and yes it was indeed dirty. I was then told the only room available was a smoking room which we reluctantly agreed to make the best of since we are non smokers. We were given the key to the room and made our way up to the third floor with all our stuff to find out our keys wouldn’t work. Attendant came upstairs and his master key wouldn’t work either so we were then given a non smoking room on the first floor (I thought no more were available? ) We got in the room and had no towels and were hearing other guests complaining of this as well. This entire check in process took almost an hour and a half. Got up the next morning for breakfast and at 9:30 found no oatmeal, cold eggs and biscuits and warm juice. This morning I can’t find reservation details anymore on Hilton app or online and my Discover card is showing a pending charge of $209.90 when my confirmation was for $115.37. At the very least I would expect to not to have to pay for this stay. Please advise.

Friendly staff from front desk, to housekeeping and maintenance. Very accommodating. Clean and neat.

Some trash was left in the room when we arrived, but otherwise the room was fine. Staff was generous and hospitable, and there were plenty of options for breakfast.

Glad to find out after our stay that this hotel has had warnings of unsanitary conditions. Wish we would have known before. Our stay was not up to Hilton standards at all! We were given the wrong room, water was seeping out of heater closet, so room was “damp” smelling and carpet all wet. We had to go get sheets for the pull out bed since no one was there to bring them to us. They were given to me at the front desk in a wadded heap… not even folded! List of conditions too long to post. Talked to manager after our stay, and we were not charged, but sure hope conditions improve. Beware before you stay.

Me and my family choose Hilton Hotels above all because of their awesome amenities!

Great all suites hotel. Large rooms with living room and sofa bed. Great staff, friendly and courteous. Great location. Highly recommend. Would like to recognize the great guest services provided by Briana at front desk and Tonya in housekeeping. Excellent employees.

Had prepaid for for my stay but was delayed checking in about 15 — 20 minutes because they said I didn't pay for the whole room even when I pulled up my confirmation # and everything also had wrong payment method (check) but I paid by credit card had receipt from that. Finally got checked in the t. V. Didn't work so had to go downstairs to report that as well! But other than that I did enjoy myself and the room was lovely I would come back and stay though that was just frustrating and embarrassing.

Really bad experience in this Homewood. Even as a Gold member, I was not accorded or welcomed with anything. Homewood is largely our place of choice when we are on the road. Ridgeland/Jackson Homewood is terrible. Walls appear dirty and in bad repair in our guest room. Bathroom toilet holder was missing. Appliances are dated. Shower did not work right. Bedding was stained. Even food particles on the bedroom carpet. Dining area was so filthy we decided to go hungry instead of eat there. I will not recommend this place… stay elsewhere.

Our stay is going well so far, the young lady at the front desk was very accommodating on arrival which assisted with making our visit great.

The rooms and amenities are as expected. They could stock things more often like the fitness center water and towels. Other than that, the location is great and the staff is superb! The snack center ran out of popcorn and a staff member gave me a packet from her own personal stash!

Very beautiful hotel. I didn't stay there but attended a function there. The staff is so friendly and based off of the employee meeting I saw, everyone seems happy to work there.

Top worst hotel experience. Independently owned and operated and definitely give Hilton and bad name. Day 1 — walk in, floor is entirely carpeted, and sticky. Room smells like mold and smoke. (Not a smokers room). All surfaces are greasy or sticky. First 2 mugs I pull from the cabinet are visibly dirty. The outlet I plugged my phone into that night didn't work so I almost missed work the next day. I rearranged the main room because they put the desk where I would keep my laptop in immediate view of my open door, and upon moving things around I started finding that the M. O. Here is "clean around what you can, don't touch the rest. " I found toothpicks, old food, etc when I pushed the couch over 1 foot. 2 nights in a row, I come back to find my key no longer gets me into the building. I just walked out to buy water from the from desk (1pm), and came back to my room to find my key DID NOT WORK AGAIN. Front desk told me to keep it away from my cell phone. (If it worked like that, I would have no functioning credit cards either. ) I've been asked in a confused tone twice at this point, "Did you extend your stay? " NO I DID NOT CHANGE MY ORIGINAL BOOKING. Nervous they're going to think I checked out and pull my things from the room and who knows where they would end up then. The people seem nice, but this place is in desperate need of new ownership/management. It's like it's run by blind drunks with no self-esteem.

I stay in Hilton properties approx 200 nights a year. The room was expected and average, which was fine. The breakfast however, lacked variety and wasn't prepared as well as other Homewood Suites that I've stayed at.

I attended a meeting there for just an hour. The meeting room was great for a small group. There were about 10 people in the room.

Staff very friendly! Rooms were fine, tub didn't drain correctly. Otherwise a good hotel.

Clean comfortable hotel. Very nice restaurant across the street.

Unfortunately, the water was cut-off, and there was a restroom 911, and no apology from the front desk. Not even a couetesy phone call to tell us they were cutting the water off. Never again!

Great service. Overall good experience. Good internet.

Time for a remodel. Dirty switches, dirty vent covers, broken security bolt, someone else's hair in the shower, "stains" on the walls and comforter, caulk and grout missing in tub, miniature TV's and the springs in the bed dug into me really good. Just another worn out Hilton property.

We have stayed here during travel before with no issue but this time upon checkin we were informed that due to some water leaking issues in some of the rooms we would not get our nonsmoking suite but a smoking room. We were offered a room with a king bed at another hotel for the price of 2 room suite but as we had 6 in our party it wouldnt work for us. Our room reaked of smoke as woyld be expected from a smoking room. Breakfast was good. Friendly staff at breakfast. Upon checkout I mentioned the room to front desk as the night clerk said. She acted annoyed but did offer 2000 bonus points. Location of property was good to get back on interstate. Gas stations close & fast food places to eat. Pool looked nice & clean but I didn't use it this trip. Suites offer kitchenette, 2 double beds, chair & fold out couch.

I gave this hotel a one star because there was no other option. If you are a frequent traveler on business, and understands the hassles of flight delays and such — then this is not the place to stay. Management was inflexible and downright crude when it came to canceling my reservation due to a flight delay. You are better off booking a reservation at another hotel that does not have a 24 Hour Cancellation Policy. Trust me, I have stayed at better hotels without the hassle of 24 Hour Cancellation Policy.

It is a beautiful hotel. My only complaint was the lack of signs. We missed breakfast one morning because of lack of information on the time.

We always stay at Staybridge when traveling. This time we stayed at Homewood Suites. I was pleasantly surprised. The front desk and staff were very polite and friendly. I went down to the breakfast area and it was very clean and in order. The Hispanic lady down there really knows how to make sure everything is in order. I want to make sure she gets the credit for making the breakfast area so clean and in order.

I don't understand how people said the rooms are clean and comfortable. This property needs to be completely renovated. The bed is old and extremely uncomfortable. There are stains on the wall, it is just not good. We stayed at a Homewood in Louisiana recently and it was lovely so I am not anti Homewood. With that being said I will not book at Homewood again as I now know you never know what you are going to get.

Love this property it is conveniently located for my needs but off the main roads. I ate dinner and the lobby and Sean the front desk dude kept me company as we talked about the news, the weather, about health matters, and even a flying car on FB that we never saw fly. Thank you Sean and the rest of the staff. It is the little things when you travel for your job.

Super place. Arrived just as the "reception hour" was ending and desk clerk said, go eat and then we will check you in. It was good. Room as always at Homewood was fresh, clean and VERY comfortable. After an good sleep and delicious breakfast, checked out only to find car would not start. Desk clerk located the hotel engineer who located some cables and jumped the battery. Very nice hotel with a great staff. Rooms are nice, beds are perfect, not too soft or too firm. Pillows are great. Blackout curtains in the room which is nice. Located close to so. E good restaurants. Highly recommend.

The room was fantastic! The suite had two bedrooms and a kitchenette. Very clean, friendly staff and our dog was welcome. I highly recommend this hotel.

The BEST hotel I've ever been to! It's all could ask for and so much more. Its always clean, cozy, and a very nice size room. I've stayed here for almost four years, anytime I'm in the Jackson area, there's no doubt that this is where I am going to stay. How can a hotel be so freaking perfect.

The service is very good. The breakfast on the other hand rubs out of food and does not get restocked, but the rooms are very well decorated and are very homey. Overall it is very nice.

Phenominal customer service. The employees are what make this hotel.

Was very nice and the staff was very friendly. The only problem was when we went to eat breakfast there wasn't any plates or food.

Me and my wife stay here 6 weeks at a time a few times a year, we have a dog as well. There is breakfast everyday and a hot meal Mon-Thurs for supper. The staff is very professional. I have always felt welcome and look forward to calling this home during our stay. The rooms are always very clean along with the bathroom and shower. Great water pressure for a relaxing hot shower and garden style tubs if your in a bath mood. There is a grilling area on the patio by the pool with 2 stainless steel propane gas grills. You will not regret staying here 1 night or 30.

I have stayed at many extended stay hotels over the past several years. This is the first time I've stayed at a Homewood Suites. I was at this hotel for a few weeks due to lack of good extended stay hotel rooms available in the area. When we arrived the first room we were given had a gap between the door and door frame, enough so you could slip a credit card in an unlock the door. So we asked for another room and were given a non-smoking room that reeked of cigarette smoke. Since there were no more rooms available, we had to wait until morning before we were moved into another room. We soon realized the air conditioning did not work and once again we were moved to a four room. That room was OK other than the fact that the toilet wouldn't shut off when you flushed it (had to jiggle the handle to shut it off) the toilet paper holder was broken and the bed sagged in the middle. They did fixed the toilet and after several complaints about the bed, they finally took care of that as well. Other complaint I had about the place was for the size of the hotel they only had two washers and two dryers and one washer was broke down for the bulk of the time we were there. Only positive thing I have to say about this hotel, is some of the staff were very friendly and helpful.

Hotel was very nice and clean. Staff friendly. Only complaint is the breakfast was below expectation. At 7:30am most of the food was either gone or cold.

We (wife, 2 young kids, and I) stayed at this hotel last night for one night. Homewood is our favored hotel when traveling in the USA. This one is much like most of the others. It is relatively new (around 4 years old I think). It is in a somewhat newer area of town on the NE side. It seems that much of the building in that side of town is a bit cramped. It has a tiny bit of the California-type feeling in that way, like land is at a premium, which I couldn't imagine anywhere in Jackson that it would be. So, because of that the rooms are definitely smaller and more cramped than most Homewoods. The pool was a bit smaller than most, but not by too much. Breakfast and most ofther things were the same as always at Homewood — good.

When a soccer tournament was cancelled on Thursday because of bad weather, they insisted on charging us for the Friday night stay because we did not abide by the 48-hour cancellation policy, even though there was a "bad weather/act of God" clause in our contract with them. We will not be returning to Jackson or to Homewood for soccer — and last year we were there three different times! Very disappointing and short-sighted policy.
