The hotel itself is not bad; the rooms were cool but we did notice a roach or two inside which did put a damper on what we thought was a great stay based on the star of the hotel. Staff is very nice however. For breakfast, please note at 9 sharp it closes.

The bed was comfy, and they serve breakfast, which is important. We had to switch rooms because the first one had mold on the ceiling from an old water leak. The family who runs the place is nice, but overworked, and they aren't keeping up with maintenance very well. All in all, it's ok. But you should know what you are getting, and check your room well if you have mold allergies.

I’ve spent tens of thousands at this hotel with clients and myself. The manager / owner KP is one of the rudest people I’ve ever encountered. He forces people out before checkout even when the parking lot is basically empty! This hotel has gone down trmemdously. The owners before him were awesome! They’ve lost my business! Too bad!

This place was quite nice check in staff was patient and pleasant, but up stairs guests were noisy and up half the night, rooms ceilings need to b more insulated for noise control.

I was traveling alone and felt very comfortable there. Bed was comfortable amd breakfast was an added bonus.

Good location right off interstate 55. Clean rooms. Mini fridge and microwave. Free breakfast.

Very Nice and affordable! On the North side of Jackson. It's the GO to my First Choice.

If you move to Jackson in Mississippi this place is a place you have to stop if you need to rest seriously, it is located in the middle of urban area near a shopping access to all places to be able to have a restaurant of what Eat or what to refuel this hotel is a nice hotel that gives you right to a breakfast in the morning and comfortable enough.

It's not a 5 star resort, but if you are just staying the night and need a inexpensive place to stay I would recommend it. It's in a good area with lots of shopping and restaurants. Ask for a non smoking area of the hotel. There is a mall, Target and most other major stores within a mile.

The room was clean and nice. Getting into bed we found blood stains on the comforter. The staff want really friendly either.

I got towels. It was a quiet stay. Tv channels are just enough to make you enjoy the city. Bed is very comfy. Did not appreciate the 9 am maid service. 11am would have made sense. Free Wi-Fi is sketchy. Had to re-log — in every time I reentered the gotrl room. That might be purposeful. No idea… Overall friendly staff, clean floors, & comfortable rooms.

This is the far by worst hotel stay ever! The service is horrible, first the rooms smelled like ash trashes, then I noticed the light fixtures was hanging off the wall so I asked for a non smoking room then that room smelled like millduew and half the lights didnt work everything was dusty the walls, the furniture, TV etc, the phone was so disgusting I didn't want to put the receiver to my ear it was black… the bathroom… Had pubic hair on the sink and toliet the shower had millduew caked on it the toilet had urine in on the back of it, the refrigerator sound like it was a mouce behind it, I stayed on the 3rd floor and it was Harley anyone here the ice machine on my floor didn't have any ice in it, the blankets were paper thin my blacket had a huge burn hole in the middle of the blanket, last but not least the breakfast was horrible the orange juice was brown there was no milk for cereal. I hightly non recommended this hotel AT ALL!

I decided to stay here with my family for a couple of nights. I like my hotel rooms extremely clean. There was dried up urine on the side of the toilet. There were also stains on the bedding. Upon getting off of the elevator, I noticed a huge bag of trash in a corner. The trash remained there for at least 4 hours. I also witnessed a lady from housekeeping, mopping the floor with a towel instead of a mop. The lobby of the hotel smells clean, but once you move down the hall or go upstairs, it smells like dirty carpet and mildew… the telephone in the room had pieces broken off. The hotel is however very quiet. Breakfast was okay, they had a few options. The man that put the breakfast out, was NOT wearing gloves! The older man at the front desk needs to work on his customer service skills a little. I would stay here again if I absolutely had to, but I wouldn't just automatically book it again. This would be a last resort… Every other hotel in the city would have to be booked in order for us to ever stay here again.

Comfortable hotel. Decent breakfast. Only stayed one night. One of our party was locked out of their room and it took staff nearly an hour to get it fixed. Then another 20 minutes to get switched to a room with a working lock. Hopefully this was a rare and random issue. Nothing was offered by the hotel to make up for the issue.

Clean and well maintained rooms. Friendly Staff. Not much to the breakfast but was okay. Really quiet here and a good place to rest for the night.

I loved my stay and the pool was absolutely amazing and I love the free Wi-Fi.

I was very unhappy with my stay here, we had to go buy cleaning things and some blankets because the bed was to nasty to sleep in and the bathroom was very nasty… When the housekeeping came we showed how nasty the bed was it was like they took the nasy bedding off to change it to some more nasty bedding… I come to MS almost every 6 month's and I will not be staying here again. I can say the lady that checked us in was very nice but that's the only nice thing I have to say…

Typical inexpensive hotel. Carpets could use a good deep cleaning. Free breakfast was passable but the eggs and sausage tasked like they were microwaved. Would feel better if it was about 15.00 cheaper. Would stay again if I was traveling alone but not with family due to the condition of the carpets.

It was a extremely nasty/gross stay. The first room we had was just falling apart and gross. The bathroom door didn't even open all the way and was dry rotted at the bottom. The door to get in the room was extremely hard to open like the latch was sticking. The ceiling above the bed had two long yellow brownish stains from the pipes leaking and it also had two puddle stains in the ceiling as well. The refrigerator froze everything and had no temp control. And then to top off the first room the toilet broke and that's when we asked for a new room. We get a new room and walk in the bathroom wasn't even stocked, had to hold the lever down the flush the toilet. The desk in the room no joke has broken legs with them sitting underneath and the wall supporting it to stand up. The sheets on the bed have yellow stains and looks like lip stick marks all over it. The coffee maker is missing the coffee pot and the drawers on the dressers hardly work. This place is seriously just a mess and nasty. The matience is very low if any. This whole week here was a nightmare and just felt gross the whole time.

Very nice stay. All the employees were nice especially the older couple that was cleaning the rooms. I will stay again the next time in Jackson.

It was clean, breakfast was great, quiet, and MS. BETTY WAS AWESOME! Great price as well.

Always had a wonderful stay here. Great memories of me and my ex lover from New Orleans. It was his favorite hotel in the area because of the superior service from the staff.

For the price the room was a good deal. We had a small problem with the way the room was cleaned and when we mentioned it to the manager he took care of it very quickly. One of the staff at the desk was helpful if not overly energized. The breakfast was good. The location of the hotel is in a pretty good neighborhood. There were issues with the elevator. We will stay there again because of the excellent price for what you get.
