The Quality Inn was conveniently located near the interstate. Price was good. Room was clean. A continental breakfast with a variety of choices was provided in the main lobby. Staff was friendly and helpful. They asked if we were comfortable during our stay.

The Wi-Fi doesn't work, the add says they have a hot tub but they don't they have roaches and poor customer service.

Was not what I expected. Ask for sheets to be changed. Room was fairly clean. Tub /shower could be updated. Check out day earlier that afternoon. Got home, got a call from manager, asked did we check out. Do not know what that was all about. The day was paid for anyways. Manger named Steve. Had king size bed but sheets and comforter were to small. Had to go buy air freshener. It is only fair to say you want people to pay your price, then do right by your customers. Stop looking at what you can make off customers that are keeping you in business. Your ad says different discounts you offer. Then honor them. Don't knock off, two, or three-dollars, and call it ten percent. Bad business.

Service has been great. Not a real good breakfast and our air conditioning stopped working the 1st night, but they we quick to fix it.

This establishment is overpriced for the services it renders, the management is so unapologetically racist, rude & cared nothing of what my needs were until they could determine that I'm not a 'gangster' & they were in awe that we were using a credit card and treated me as though I was using a stolen one… Truthfully I believe the breakfast attendant saves the food that isn't eaten that day and puts it back out the next day. The only reason I remained the few days I did is because my commute to Jackson was closer from this point, however, I'm here in town at least 3 times a year with my wife & children and I will NEVER stay Here again. & this location is in Clinton…

This hotel was great, we came in town from Maryland, arrived late in the night we were greeted by the best person behind the desk, he was so friendly, and our room were great, clean and comfortable, the breakfast was awesome.

The staff was courteous the wrong for clean and neat and there was a real friendly atmosphere.

A ton of upgrades since we stayed here 3 years ago, but the mattresses are pretty rough. For the money, safest and cleanest stop to make in Clinton.

Smelled Very Bad, Paid for My Room a Day Before, Asked for a King Size Bed and a Down Stairs Room do Medical Issues. He said sorry, We Ran Out. Restroom wasn't clean.

The HOTAL was grate the room were clean and the hotel had been remodeled the staff was grate and friendly. The breakfast was grate. Quite and comfortable will stay again. Thank you for being a grate HOTAL.

I stay here every time im in the area not far from Jackson. Also nice quiet place 2 sleep. Good clean rooms with a really good housekeeper I think she has worked there for a while. A/c and heater worked really good.

It was a nice room. Only thing about it was it had a bad musty smell. My friend had to spray some of her perfume, before we took our luggages in. Other than that we I had a good night sleep. Quality Inn had a very nice breakfast food to choose from.

Rooms are average, staff friendly. The only reason I wont give it a higher rating ia due to cleanliness of room. Bedspread stained, garbage all along edges of carpet, toothpaste all around edges of mirror. If room was cleaner, I would give it a solid 4 stars.

Broke down and had to find a reasonable place to stay. This is it! Beautiful, clean rooms and the staff is so friendly and vigilant. So happy we found this Quality Inn and stayed here!

Nice rooms. My brother stayed here when he came to visit. He did says the Continental breakfast was disappointing, though.

The hotel looks clean and in good repair on arrival. The room was clean enough continental breakfast left a little to be desired but I've had worse. I would absolutely stay here again.

We stopped over here on our way to FL beach for family vacation. So tired when we arrived but were checked in quickly and accurately. Clean room. Fridge was welcome touch. Plenty of towels. Would recommend highly.

Ghetto hoers walking around breakfast not good rooms r terrible I came in early from work so the rooms wasn't cleaned so when she did clean to she didn't change the bed linen didn't vaccum did replace the cups oh I can go on an on.

I really liked the price rate of the room I stayed. I got what I think was a suite for the price of a regular room. My room was great.

My visit to the quality inn was amazing. Their rooms were fresh and they gave great help to our needs.

When we arrived I noticed some broken glass in the parking lot. We checked into our room and then left for dinner a few hours later and the glass had been cleaned up! Maybe not a big deal, but we were impressed that it had been taken care of. The manager on duty was also very kind. The breakfast was good — not anything to write home about — but I wasn't disappointed.

If you don't consider the dirty Q-tip in the sink and the wad of hair in the tub it's an average hotel.

This hotel is not as it seems! The room was NOT CLEAN. I pulled back the comforter and there was hair all over both bed sheets! The bathtub was filthy. EVERYTHING is outdated and the room smelled horrible! I felt dirty as soon as I walked in the lobby! I refused to stay there that night, but I had already paid for the room, so I went down the street to another nicer, newer hotel. I cancelled my reservation for the following night too! Then after 4 days, I checked my credit card balance and HE STILL CHARGED MY CARD FOR THE TWO NIGHT STAY, when in actuality I didn't even stay the first night! I called him to dispute it and he said that he clicked the wrong button! I do not recommend this place at all!

The room was clean, but it smelled so much like air freshener that it made my eyes sting and I couldn't breath. The staff let me look at all the nonsmoking rooms to find one I liked better. They all smelled like smoke or Lysol trying to cover up the smoke. We moved next door to another nonsmoking room, but it still smelled like smoke. The staff was very friendly, and breakfast was good. However, I won't stay there again because we need a hotel to take nonsmoking rooms seriously.

I didn't need anything special, but I expect to find any room in a hotel CLEAN. I was happy with the service, the price, and to find that our room was extremely clean! I am picky about that and examined things closely. I will stay there again while passing through the area. I recommend it to anyone looking for a place to rest overnight while traveling. (Of course, we did not swim or have breakfast there, so I can not comment on those things. )
