Absolutely not. I would never come back to this crappy place. Definitely not worth the amount we paid. To wash clothes you need to supply your own money. I mean coins. Which the owner has a key for the machines to retract his money. 2 dollars to wash, one dollar.

Gave us the wrong room, two beds for five people, reservation was for two adults and three children, was supposed to be a couch or roll away bed … neither, we were told to put one on the floor or get refunded and go somewhere else. Rude a holes! Will never go back, clintons can have it, no more H I E for me. We were in 204 the people who got 202 hadn’t been cleaned yet when they went in at 8:45 pm. Supposedly ready, UNACCEPTABLE.

The breakfast is really good sweet lady clean rooms friendly front desk staff.

As I was looking at your site I find it very disappointed where they company can quote something and really don’t stand by they values I say this because my mother in law tried to reserve a room at one of your locations in Clinton called Holiday Inn and Suits just off the interstate and she was basically turned down service… and when I say turn down I mean since she is from Jackson MS and her DL state’s that she had to pay extra I don’t understand why when Clinton and Jackson is both Hinds Co. No where in your website or inside say this then to make matters worst she tried to cancel her reservation and was told she had to pay and $300 cancellation fee where do that say on your website why isn’t it posted anywhere this is by far so embarrassing and disappointing on so many levels that we live this way not only from the world but from a place that say “WE’RE COMMITTED TO DELIVER TRUE HOSPITALITY TO EVERYONE. We believe in making you feel welcome and valued wherever you are in the world “

We have stayed here multiple times and the customer service is very good. The breakfast is always terrific and the hotel is immaculate as I expect from a Holiday inn Express. I definitely recommend this place!

Lovely receptionist great price for lovely spotlessly clean room cracking comfortable beds. Great location for eating out with restaurants just 2 mins walk away.

Stayed here for one night to rest and break up a long drive. Room was clean and bed was comfy, though I was very tired when I got in around 2:30am so I just showered and went to sleep, didn't inspect other aspects of the room but it was spacious. Breakfast bar was awesome, lots of stuff to choose from both hot and cold. The front desk staff was very nice and the lady keeping the breakfast bar stocked was also friendly. I was also greeted kindly by the housekeeping lady on my way out. Very friendly staff. I would stay here again.

Best hotel stay in years! Shae welcomed us like old friends or family! Morning crew, including the manager, were so sweet and over the top helpful! Under remodel… rooms were great, beds dreamy, and the whole hotel was immaculate! Would wholeheartedly recommend to all!

Room smelled like wet dog and was hot! The air conditioner didn't hardly work. The beds were stiff and we were promised a portable crib and didn't get one. My baby had to sleep on the floor because she rolls of the beds. The free breakfast was really good though.

This hotel in Clinton, MS was once very nice. I have stayed there many times over the last 10 years, because 3 of my children attended MS College. This time, we were in room 225. It was awful. One of the mattresses was completely broken down. It was terrible. It was as if all the coils were broken. The bathtub was grungy looking. It was not the same hotel it once was. Breakfast was great, as usual, which was nice, considering the very little sleep we were able to get.

Beautiful rooms, super clean. The beds we’re amazingly comfortable. Night attendant was super nice and accommodating. One of the nicest, cleanest hotels I’ve ever stayed in. Breakfast was pretty good, the fact that they had sausage gravy is a big plus.

Great Hotel. I loved it from the time I entered the door at check-in until I exited at checkout. Front desk staff were amazing and were expecting me after I called to say I'd be late. Lobby was nice and clean and smelled good, elevator was really nice and quick, when I got to my room I couldn't believe how nice and big it was probably one of the biggest rooms I've ever stayed in. Loved how it had a sink, Keurig coffeemaker, microwave, and fridge, separate sitting area of you have guest, and the bed was so roomy and comfortable. But what I loved most was the pool and hot tub, I spent majority of my time in there. Will definitely stay here again soon.

Nicer than the Hampton next door for the same price. Cleaner rooms, bigger TVs, faster Wi-Fi, better water, better upkeep, happy hour.

Good access from the interstate and close proximity to gas stations and fast food. Hotel staff was friendly. The check-in and check-out was quick and easy. The room was clean. Wi-Fi was solid. My only complaint… I have a note on my account not to be next to elevator or vending machines. Needless to say my room was next to both and the hotel wasn't full. It seems I could've been placed in a room further away. Other than that, all was good.

The staff was very personable and helpful. My students said they had a lot of personality.

I just want to say what a great experience at the Holiday Inn Express & Suites in Clinton, MS. Where to start, when we arrived on Monday night, 2/12/18, the staff was so very friendly and cheerful! What a great way to start! Our room was absolutely marvelous, clean and spacious. The breakfast food was just amazing as well. Then on check out Wednesday morning, the morning staff was so sweet and wanted to make sure everything was OK. It was so genuine and heart felt. I have to say southern hospitality is alive and well in Clinton, MS. I can’t say enough, it surely felt like we are all family. If you are traveling and weary you can’t do better than Holiday Inn Express & Suites. I just wish I had written down all the ladies who waited on me and my group! Thanks to each and every one of you. I recently stayed one week and I can tell you they understand southern hospitality. The staff was dedicated and friendly. The manager Missy was a huge help! The breakfast was hot and fresh each morning and the manager reception in the evening was great!

Ended up needing a room when my great aunt's pipes froze. The staff was amazing and went out their way to accommodate our special needs. The manager Missy was just incredible!

The young woman who checked me in (Jennifer) was so pleasant and gracious! We had a good night even after spending a big part of the evening at the local ER due to one child smashing finger in bathroom door. Room was comfortable enough and decently clean.

We use Holiday Inn Express a lot when we travel and they are nice, economical hotels for a family. Free Wi-Fi, mini-fridge in the room, nice breakfast, pool, friendly service, its an all around safe bet.

My husband stayed here for work, three nights this week, and ended up with bed bug bites. I would not recommend staying here. If you do, it's advised to check the mattresses.

The room that was rented for a baby shower was great. It provided us with a sink. The only issue was there was no access to the kitchen. Other than that we loved the space!

Clean rooms but they have to get that elevator fixed. I didn't have problems with stairs but other people did. Oh ya the AC was great. Its really hot there!

Good accomodations. Wish the breakfast would have been a little better, fresher biscuits. Wish the sleeper sofa wasn't a box spring but had an actual cushion mattress.

The Rooms were nice comfortable and neat over night front desk lady very nice and helpful excellent customer service she said she was new but I couldn't tell 1 bit. It's good to go and feel safe and comfortable. I really appreciate the hospitality. MIght even send flowers.

First of all the two young ladies that checked us in were amazing. They talked with us and found out why we were in town. They gave us suggestions on places to eat and shop. That was the ONLY good part. Our bedding had clearly NOT been changed. You could see the impression of who slept there before us and there were long brownish blonde hairs on the pillow. The bathroom floor also had hair on it. The second day that we were there they did not replace our towels and rags. Didn't notice until it was too late. The entire room was just dingy. Not line any Holiday Inn that I've stayed in before.

Old building needing renovation. Nice staff, good breakfast and good gym with with weights, but all four TV's in weight room were broken. Whirlpool and pool heater broken. No fan control in rooms to block out noises.

Don't stop here, very disappointed with the first room and more disappointed with the room we were moved to. No clorine in pool, sauna didn't work, furniture in room dated and too stained to in on overall this was a poor choice. Never again…

A good stop but unfortunately a problem with the air con reduced the room comfort. It also had a nice pool.

This was the best experience my wife ever had. My wife's great grandma was passing and she had to leave from San Angelo Tx within 12 hours and I was unable to go. When she arrived at the hotel after a 11 hour drive with a 2 year old and 7 year old, she was exhausted. Janice greeted her after my family enjoyed the pool to find a six pack of Yuengling beer waiting for her. Nailed it. We don't get to drink yuengling here in TX, so it hit the spot. The attention and care that was taken was invauluable as my wife will drive another 10 hrs to NC. Thank you Janice and the manager Kim for a great stay during a rough time. Robert Doss.

Easily accessible to the interstate. Quiet and comfortable. Service was great. The room was very clean. The decor magnificent. Huge tv, and complimentary Keurig in your room. Microwave and fridge too. Breakfast was awesome. I would highly recommend.

Nice rooms, better than I'm used too. Not a bad price either.

Gave us wrong room type. Room was 88 degrees F when we arrived. They switched our room, and everything is fine now.

The room was lovely. We especially enjoyed the manager's hour with free wine, beer, and food that night. The hotel is not far from the interstate and near all the restaurants. There's also a movie theater. There were fresh baked cookies brought to our room that night. The hot breakfast was really good too. They offered sausage gravy, biscuits, ham, sausage, pancakes, cereal, oatmeal, yogurt, pastries, hot cinnamon rolls, and a variety of drinks. This is one chain I will always want to stay at.

Room is so-so, massive water stain on ceiling, but it's very quiet. No sheets, blankets or pillows on couch bed and they seem to have run out. How's that possible? No one to bring up to room either, had to make three trips to get everything. Breakfast was not good at all either.

Very clean. Probably the best free breakfast I've ever had a hotel. 5 stars!
