Clean, quiet — even with a large group of teens staying here. Very hospitable. Good breakfast. Comfortable.

The entrance to the hotel looks like it has not been mowed all summer. They are mowing close to the hotel but not the driveway of the hotel. It has to turn people off to the hotel and makes Clinton look bad.

Superb hotel. Super clean, huge room/s. Very comfortable bed and pillows. The staff was friendly and very welcoming. We could see our vehicle from our window. Location is very quiet, yet everything you need is within a mile of this place.

I have to agree with the previous reviews. The desk clerk was very friendly, the room as well as the rest of the hotel was very clean. The only trouble we had was the GPS directions had us go a round about way to get to the hotel but it also took us by the Walmart we needed to stop at the morning we headed home. We stayed at another Fairfield Inn & Suites in Hattiesburg, MS on this same trip and they were just as nice. Highly recommend this chain of hotels!

So far, so good! I'm a two night guest and going on my second. The bed was comfortable and the breakfast was good in the morning! That's all I need!

Been coming to this hotel frequently whenever I'm tracking in this area. Hotel is very clean and in excellent shape, the breakfast is good, and the beds very comfortable. The only real downside is poor internet speeds.

This Fairfield Inn & Suites is a tale of two cities. On one hand the hotel is really new and looks marvelous. The lobby, rooms and breakfast area were clean and neat. On the other hand, the beds were unsupportive and felt cheap. The hot food on the breakfast bar was fairly limited and did not get restocked while we were there. The yogurt and granola was good but the fresh fruit selection was limited to green bananas.

Our family stayed at the Fairfield Inn in Clinton for four nights. This is the nicest staff I have ever seen at any hotel. Our luggage didn’t arrive on our flight and they had tooth brushes and toothpaste there for us. Everything we asked, they happily accommodated, and all with a smile.

I booked a room thinking I would need to stay here, but it turned out my movers finished up early so I wanted to drive farther. They were extremely flexible in refunding me. I highly recommend this hotel for being understanding!

We were traveling from South Carolina to Fort Worth TX and stopped here for the night. Damarius checked us in. He was quick, professional and very nice. I wish more hotels had people like Damarius working in them. He made the whole process a joy. The hotel was affordable, clean, and brand new in appearance. I was worried about leaving my moving truck outside, but Damarius said I shouldn't worry… this place is really safe. He was right, my car and the moving truck were just fine in the morning when I went and checked on them. Great job Damarius!

The staff was very friendly, the room was very clean, and one of my favorite things about staying in a Marriott is they don't use fragrances! All and all, I loved my stay here!

Second time staying here everything you are looking for in quick overnight stay; clean, quiet, comfortable beds, and very friendly staff.

Staff was friendly and helpful. Maintenance man, Michael, came right away to fix an electrical problem. Room was clean comfortable and quiet. Delicious breakfast.

It was a brand new hotel, amazing rooms, beautiful showers, loved the rooms. However, the housekeeping was spotty… Sometimes the sink wouldn't be cleaned, no coffee refills, no vacuuming. But I would stay again, regardless.

We stayed here on our way out of Florida fleeing Hurricane Irma. I could not have been more pleased. The staff was extremely friendly and helpful. They were very sincere and they did not mind answering my request for a ground room. The room was extremely fresh and clean and the beds were very comfortable 10/10.

We were evacuating from Hurricane Irma so this was out home for a few days. Best hotel stay ever, the entire staff was exceptional made us feel right at home. The maintenance man has now become a family friend, with a standing invitation for a stay and planned hunt hint at his own house!

Nice looking hotel with modern furniture. The staff was friendly and the room was spacious. I stayed in room 212. There is a huge LED lamp outside the window and it shines right inside the room. Super bright. The curtains couldn't block the light. Also, the pillows in the room were terrible. My neck hurt the next morning. Overall, this is a nice hotel. I would recommend you bring a pillow!

I am always amazed at the variety of experiences at a hotel. I fully agree the hotel is new and seems to be well maintained. But… 1. The pullout bed had someone's baby lotion in it. 2. There was lipstick on the pillow case. 3. Hair was found all over the bed. 4. We had a few asks when we arrived (admittedly later in the evening), but the service was very slow to arrive as it seems only 1 person works for the entire hotel after a certain time, and it just so happened that many people arrived at that time, so we were left waiting. If they can figure out the cleanliness issue, it would be a great hotel and I would probably give it a 4-5 star review.

Great hotel very clean and new. Reasonable price for how nice it is. Great breakfast lots of options. I would rate this 5 stars if it wasn't for the rocks in the rooms they call beds. Had to be the hardest bed I have ever slept on and I've stayed in a lot of hotels.

Hotel appears to be very recent construction. Both the room and the lobby were clean and well-maintained. Bed was comfortable. TV had a good selection of HD channels (although the station IDs appeared to be off). The internet was slow, but serviceable. Breakfast included both hot and continental options, and was actually pretty good (I had potatoes with peppers and sausage one morning that was great). Staff was friendly, and check-in/check-out was smooth. Did not check the fitness facilities, but they are available, as is a pool.

It was a good stop for an overnight stay on a road trip. Restaurants and a grocery store were close by. The staff was very nice. They could use a few more coffee dispensers as the one always seemed seemed empty. There were also a few small maintenance issues in the room that could have neen checked on. But overall it was just fine for the night.

Friendly staff. Really good continental breakfast. The overall state of the hotel is fair. Only one person working the front desk for check in and the evening so it made it difficult to get what we needed. The king suite was nice overall. Bathroom was beautiful. But the pull out sofa mattress pad had dried blood on it. Could never get the front desk to give us a fresh one. No bedding in room for the pull out sofa, had to ask for that. The carpet had a large sticky spot in the middle of the room. Had to put a towel over it as I got tired of stepping on it. Overall it was quiet in the room. The king bed was comfortable. Never got to try out the pool but it looked nice. Our view was of a home depot, but the view from the front of the hotel is pretty. Lots of good choices for meals in town.

Super clean. Totally non-smoking. Great breakfast. Staff teams are professional and very helpful. Wonderful customer service. Whenever I return to the Clinton/Jackson, MS area, this is where my husband and I will stay. We highly recommend this location.

Nice location not to bad at all rooms where clean and everything worked properly service was excellent very curteous and punctual.

Room was beautiful and the layout was great. The A/C was a little noisy during this stay.

Clean, friendly staff, comfortable bed, well light parking area. Good hot and free breakfast. This will definitely be on our list of a good place to stop on our several trips a year from Fl. To Dallas! I love anything Marriott, they do it right.

Staff was friendly. We arrived quite late at night. Pretty much slept and left early the next morning. Rooms where clean and it was fairly quiet in the rooms. Bonus is there is a Starbucks across the way.

When arriving promised a good stay but only as the minutes pass the illusion fades and the nightmare begins. As I entered the room it smelled clean and looked like it, also a smell like freshly painted. To start to "review" the room started the nightmare. The door a red pink blur on the bathroom door, like make-up. The bath curtain with typical black patches of mushrooms and traces of over use and little cleaning, and the outer curtain also dirty. The bathroom generally for me is very very important, and I think for many more people than me.
Breakfast is the standard in the USA, low quality food, with some protein variety (only two), many in carbohydrates or sugars, non-natural machine juices, oats of all with flavors and sugars. Canned fruit and as natural banana and apples. Nothing attractive and/or rich. The pool dirty, murky water, small.
After several days (5) The only employees who excel for their dedication, kindness, cordiality, patience and competence is the Manager and miss. Erika Belt She always always has a smile on her face, they are outstanding employees, she super super friendly, always with good face and respectful, the same with him.
Note that there is an employee who in my visit in the middle end of June 2016, is always in the morning and her attitude, not if it is by indications of the company, is always watching all the sites where there is volume of people, P. J.

Very nice but slightly small room and saltwater pool. Staff was courteous and complimentary breakfast had a good variety. Rooms had two nice hdtvs, and the shower was amazing. It was a little pricey, but I see why. Best hotel I've stayed at in Mississippi.
