Great rooms and nice people.

Very unprofessional manager and front desk employee. They call the police to put u out for only laughing and talking in your rooms.

The air conditioner went out in most rooms. I woke up at 4 am sweating. I went to check out at 7 and let the staff know I was highly disappointed in my stay. There was no manager on duty only house keeping staff. I had housekeeping call the GM and he reuses to refund my stay or tried to rectify the situation. He was rude and unprofessional. It was also brought to my attention that u had to request your room to be sanitize (COVID protocol) and that 3 workers tested positive for COVID! DO NOT stay here! It was by far my worst experience in a hotel! I have reported the sanitary concerns to Mississippi State Department of Health! Beware.

Very polite and accommodating staff. Very clean and comfortable rooms. We will use Comfort Inn and suites again.

They hold a $250 incidental charge for a 2 star dump in Clinton WITH a credit card! I will NEVER book a Comfort Inn & Suites again! Management is a joke, front desk staff uneducated and unprofessional.

My husband and Stayed in A Comfort Inn and Suites in Lovington NM and loved it. A few days later we stopped into your Clinton, MS location and again absolutely LOVED it! Rooms were clean and spacious, beds were warm and comfortable! The Staff and please forgive me if I spell your name wrong, Terrell, Laqanda and Courtney were very hospitable! Food was delicious and Check In and Check out was easy and pleasant.

Other than not being informed about lobby remodeling when I booked the room it was clean and a nice place.

I was at the clinton comfort inn when it was under remodeling and was given another room. After we left the manager refunded our stay because of the problems. Mr Lee was always courteous and tried to do all he could to help us. I would return to this motel because of the kindness shown after having a problem. I recommend Comfort Inn in Clinton to all my friends and relatives now. Thank you. Cherie Stinson.

The staff was accommodating and pleasant, the room was very clean and temperature was adjustable. In Rm 405 the hair dryer shut off / over heated in less then a minute and the commode is the size for preschoolers not adults especially seniors. Over all my overnight stay was very comfortable. I’ll be back.

Room was clean and quiet the place it just been painted. Their breakfast was on the low end. Would probably select a another place next time.

Clean, quiet, comfortable room. Not real crazy about the location… not well lit and parking is tight. Fitness center is small but nice and although I didn't go swimming, pool and hot tub looked inviting.

Great hotel-stayed for over 5 months — travel all the time and was the best staff I've ever had. Front desk did everything to help us with any problems especially Mercedes and Ashley. Front desk works very hard to keep things running smoothly, so do them a solid and grab them some lunch or dinner when you go out.

I am giving this a ☆by force, I had a 4 day reservation, Customer service was great, doors need to be hung or rehung, no one answered the phone on night shift, towels are scarce & dirty, a black bug took a shower with me.

I arrived to my reserved room at 4:00 AM. I came in from Atlanta. There was a dirty sock on the floor next to the bed that wasn’t made, showing the linens that were never changed. I went to use the bathroom and found a remnant of someone’s dinner on the inside of the toilet.

We stayed over Thanksgiving at the Comfort Inn in Clinton, MS and the staff was great. We had to get an extra room at the last minute and they were able to meet our needs at the same reduced rate as the reservation. Rooms were clean and well serviced. Very satisfied.

Clean rooms and friendly staff. We had problems with our coffee maker in the room so they quickly brought us a replacement. This location is a very convenient location.

Great location right off I-20. Staff were courteous at check in. Room was typical for a hotel of this price point. Room smelled a little stale. Breakfast was hot and ready before 6:00 am. Food was good and hostess was cheerful. Would recommend.

Nice folks. They changed our room when we asked due to the musty smell. It was a room off the elevator. We use this place every time we come to town.

The hotel was very clean. The bedding was clean. The bathroom was very clean. The staff was friendly. The breakfast was nice. The morning staff was very helpful with directions to local businesses.

Was very dissatisfied had family reunion rooms blocked off for our out of town family members. They made reservations got to the hotel only to find out the reservations were not in the system which left them without rooms and two family members had the same reservation number. The staff personnel that was working the night of worked very hard to accommodate us with the mess up. However most of our out of town guest had to find another place to stay.

By far the worst Comfort Inn I've ever stayed at. Housekeeping took all the towels from my room the morning after I checked in and claimed they had no clean towels to replace them. If you didn't have any clean towels left, why the fuck would you take the almost-clean towels that I only used once? I had to run around to my family's other rooms to see if anyone had clean towels to spare. Completely unacceptable for a hotel. At breakfast, the waffle iron was the most popular cho…ice, so the batter ran out quickly. There was an employee running back and forth to the kitchen taking care of things for the breakfast buffet, so I tried to stop her to let her know we needed more waffle batter. She wouldn't even stop walking to listen to me and just dismissed me as she passed by with an eye roll and a dry, "Okay. " She never brought more waffle batter. Finally, the TV in my room is broken. It shuts itself off every 5 minutes. It's extremely annoying. Get your shit together.

Unfortunately they came the next day and took our towels on Saturday morning mind we checked in Friday evening, why they took our towels I have no idea. What I'm upset about is they did not leave any towels so I went down to the front desk to ask for towels and I was told that they did not have any clean towels. How about you don't take any towels until you have clean towels to replace the ones that you took. The people that checked out that day wash their towels and use those to replace other towels.

Clean rooms. Had iron burn and torn material on sitting seat. Ensured staff knew at check in to make sure damage fee not assessed. Staff very friendly and helpful. Rate of 5. Even though issue Ith item. Bathroom very clean.

It is not the newest hotel in town, however, it is well kept. The staff is friendly and attentive, my room was clean and smelled clean and fresh. My experience was excellent and I will be staying here when I visit my daughter at Mississippi College. This is my choice for a second home for the next few years.

The location was perfect, right off of the expressway and near to many food options. I was pleased with the service, and daily visits from housekeeping to check on us.

Edna's Birthday Party group, Rooms nice and comfortable smell a little stale but Victoria secrets spray helped. Breakfast was wonderful. Very quiet and pleasant staff. Will remember this location when I return and need a night stay. Michigan residents thank you for your hospitality.

Stayed last minute. Staff was efficient and courteous. I believe the woman that helped us was named Stephanie. She was warm and cordial. The hotel is clean and the room was lovely. Will be staying here again for sure! Thanks!

Toilet broken, office chair about to fall apart, children's handprints all over the headboard and room air conditioning in need of repair. Plus why would you spend the time to install a ceiling fan in a room with no controls?

My kids and I always enjoy our stay @ Comfort Inn & Suites in Clinton Ms. The staff are always friendly… Especially Iesha she is always helpful and always have a welcoming smile! The rooms are very clean… The pool area is nice as well… There are restaurants in the area… Service stations also and it's right off the interstate… I highly recommend this hotel!

We had a nice time at the hotel. The indoor pool is great in the winter. Kids had fun.

This was the best hotel experience I have ever had. My son got sick & the staff gave us extra towels & bags to bring it back down in. He is 17 months old & had a tummy bug. Once the towels were thrown up on, they needed to get out of the room! The front desk clerk even asked us how he was feeling later that night and the next day at breakfast! Check in took 2 minutes max & checkout was about 30 seconds. The water pressure was fantastic, I felt safe in the parking lot, the room was clean. I should have taken a photo of the room before we "moved in". This was the friendliest hotel staff I have ever encountered. Thank you for making our trip the best it could be given our tummy bug! It was great. I will be re-posting this review wherever I can.

Comfort Inn is a blessings hotel love Comfort inn kisses Comfort Inn is the best I was on 1st floor in room 125 My sister was on the 3rd floor and she had got kicked out of the hotel and I like Comfort Inn bed.

The hotel it self is nice. The night staff is lazy and rude. I asked for some extra blankets and I was told no. I sat on a couch and titled my body and was told I have to sit straight up on the couch. The man who was working night shift talked on his cell phone while I was trying to get assistance. I'm an adult who paid to stay In this hotel I didn't need the disrespect or unsatisfactory service I will most definitely not return.
