508 needs lots of updating. Steps to front door are leaning with loose boards, many items listed on picture included. The unit was quiet with a nice view of the lake, but sitting on the deck there was a lot of smoking with cigarette smell lingering. For the price, we could have stayed many other places that would have been nicer.

1st time guests. We enjoyed our stay at this property! Pleasantly surprised to arrive earlier that the designated check in time and be able to get into our condo early! Condo was very clean, stocked with dishes and games and close to the pool and beach. Clean pools and very family friendly throughout.

Absolutely gorgeous views. Love this lake.

Great, low-cost getaway. Only about 1:45 away from Rockford.

It was very nice, comfortable beds, beautiful atmosphere, the condos felt like home, and the view of the beach was very calming and relaxing! The staff were very friendly! I Enjoyed our stay here and would love to go back again next summer! P. S. Just assigned parking on the property is needed, both nights we got stuck parking elsewhere when we returned from a night around the town!

We booked this condo last minute for Memorial Day. We got a great deal through booking. Com. After reading the reviews we didn’t have high hopes. We had unit 209. I usually have terrible luck with rentals. This unit was spacious and incredibly clean. The beach area is great. The pools are warm and clean. We are so glad we came here and can not wait to come back!

Wonderful place right on the lake! We love condo 111! Great pool, jacuzzi, and sauna. Perfect for a winter day to get away and relax!

Way too overpriced for what you get. We initially chose this place because it was by the lake and much cheaper than Kalahari, BUT when we arrived there were a lot of hidden fees and resort charges, not to mention they charge $7 for ice! And $50 if you lose a towel. There are a lot of rules and quiet hours that begin at 10pm (if you are too loud, you get charged a penalty or risk being thrown out). This wasn't an issue for us but if you are looking for a place to party with friends or family, this is not it. Also, all cleaning is completed by the guest prior to checking out and your cabin only gets cleaned by staff once every 4 days (which makes me wonder why the resort fee is so high). Don't expect cleanliness, our room had stains on the carpet, dust all over and our bed sheets had makeup stains from previous guests. By the end of it all, we ended up paying more to stay there than Kalahari and they provided way less features and amenities. If you prefer cleanliness, fun, no hidden fees, and staff that will work with you, pick a different hotel. Hopefully this is just my experience and that the resort eventually makes positive changes, because it does have the potential to be a nice spot.

Resort was decent. Carpet in bedrooms needs to be updated to hardwood flooring (maybe laminate) which is in the living room, kitchen & bathroom. Clean for most part with the exception of a stained mattress roll away bed, which we definitely left in the closet. Pool & jacuzzi tub were GREAT. Beach was small but ok. Grilling was not convenient as it was only allowed in one spot and not on the balcony or porches. Overall experience was good.

Booked back in February for a June arrival only to later find out that only one car is allowed on property, which is absolutely to do lupus for a 10 person condo. The overflow parking is a quarter mile away and only has maybe 10-12 spots. The first night we were there our main parking lot that only one of our cars was allowed to park in, had 22 spots with only five of them filled and were told we still couldn't park there. This was the most inconvenient and ridiculous set up. This could have been mentioned much in advance. Once checked in, the upstairs bedroom outlets each only had 1 working plug. Lights and electric flickered the entire time, fuse blew twice just from turning on the hair drier and nothing else, birds in the drier vent which made drying clothes take forever, not to mention where the birds were going into vent that had blueberry droppings all over the walkway right next to the door. Had six people in our party, but were only allowed to exchange 4 towels. Last time we ever stay at this poorly r in resort. The owners association has no clue how to accomadate guests. Will gladly stay at the nicer well run resort Rivers Edge down the road like we used to. UPDATE! This resort has bed bugs. About 10 days after getting home, 3 of us developed bed bug bites.

Do not stay here! it's filthy! we found an entire bottle of sun screen IN THE BED, dirty dishes, never been dusted. Gm Jeff doesn't care at all! simply blamed cleaning crew. No accountability. Charged us double at check out. Stay away.

So we rented this room yesterday. It is a big place has a full kitchen with everything needed to cook or eat the living room had the fireplace with a couch and round table. The bed room was nice had a dresser and patio door looking out by the lake here's where it all went wrong the bed is out dated hard to sleep on the hot tube went from hot water to cold in mins! So we call the front desk and no one was available because they leave so we call security so we have a record of some type that we had no hot watter! The next day we call the desk tell her we had no hot water she sent someone to look the guy thought it was a element that went out. I call the desk back she told me I could get 25 % back or a late check out so we did late check out because this room was 145 $$ we would have got 30 something back! If I was you look at the other hotel that's around the same price!

The staff were very pleasant but that was the only high note. The unit I stayed I had booked turned out to be interested with bugs (dead ones, fortunately) and there was no way to switch units as it was too late at night for anyone to be working the desk. I ended up having to find another hotel and pay the last minute booking rate but at least the employee at Caribbean Club was good about refunding me.

Beautiful getaway! Clean and very cozy! This is our third stay here.

While the rooms were very spacious, they were dusty and needed swept. Little to no kitchen supplies so make sure to bring your own. Prices were good and included passes to indoor and outdoor pool. Only one front parking space is allowed per rental so if you bring more than one car, prepare to have someone park far away.

I wish I could get negative stars as this place would rate a — 5! The picture online do not represent the condos at all. The place was filthy, and had not been cleaned in long time. Dog feces stains on the carpets, dog urine on the walls, dirty dishes in the cabinet, stains on the beds, flith every where. We left and refused to stay as it was so bad. This is a direct reflection on management or lack thereof… no one is checking to see that these units are cleaned! Management blamed owners and contact cleaning service, but no one is checking to be sure it's been cleaned! I would never stay here!

This was an okay resort to stay in. It had the most amazing view when looking off of the porch. We could see our little beach and the lake. Ducks came up often and were so cute. We got in like super late so we didn't notice right away, but the couches and carpet looked as if they had not been vacuumed out in a while. We cleaned it all up and picked up under the cushions. One of the blankets in the bed one of our group members were sleeping in had a big stain on it, and one bed was made completely wrong with one blanket tucked in so that you could sleep one way and the one under it tucked so you sleep the other way. All of the appliances worked well and the kitchen was nice. We only got one trash bag a day which didn't work well with the big group we had. The pool was nice. The outdoor pool has a lot for younger kids and the indoor one has a basketball net. Overall it was ok because we weren't in there very much, but it could have been better.

The location and the property in general were great. It has nice kids pool and has a good family atmosphere. The area by the lake was very nice. We had problems with the unit we stayed in. It had a musty, wet dog smell. Many light bulbs were burned out, one light fixture was missing a switch and some outlets were worn and loose — make sure you wiggle your charger plug till you get a good contact. You'd think the cleaning people would have noticed and reported to the office of the light issues — how can they clean well in a dimly lit room? The deck that overlooked the lake was not cleaned. We had to sweep the leaves and cobwebs and clean the tables ourselves. Otherwise, it had an excellent view of the lake. The unit was close to a dumpster which was overflowing with debris on the ground. I was a bit worried some debris might be blown into the swimming pool which was just across the driveway. The staff at the office and the maintenance person who replaced the bulbs were all very nice and friendly.

Place was great and a fantastic location. The place could use a little updating though.

We enjoyed our stay here this past week, only complaint I have is that the floors in our unit (209) were extremely dirty, to the point that we all had black feet from walking inside. Also, found the indoor pool area to be dirty with grimy floors, I know that will happen throughout the day but someone should keep up with it.

Nice location on quiet side of lake delton but 5 minutes to everything. Condotel layout of units is spacious, view of lake is terrific. A great place to stay for a day or a week.

It's right on the beach so you can sit out and enjoy a nice cold one with the boys. They have an indoor and outdoor swimming area, both are plenty fun. The indoor one even has a ping-pong table! All in all a great place to stay or buy a condo!

This place is recommended, I stayed in a one bedroom condo which is very spacious and also has a jacuzzi in the bedroom. Very nice also has the lake, pool and Weber grills onsite. I would definitely reserve here again.

I've had a blast since the time we checked in. The site showed the condo with old furniture and box tvs. When we walked in we found it had been updated drastically. Flat screens, beautiful decor, appliances. I was still sold on this place because of the tranquility and the wonderful staff! Mrs J. Is awesome! I witnessed her handle some really rude people. Like some people ask for a premium room and want to pay bare minimum prices. Go to the motel 6 if you are looking for free tickets to the water parks. If you would like a true "family" experience and somewhere people treat you better than family. This is the right place. There are All sorts of things for the children to do. From ages 17-6. We have been here for 2 days and I'm still enjoying it. I have no complaints.

Well let's just say do not take very old not updated and was dirty with hair every where. Needless to say upon checking into that room I complained and we got upgraded with no question to for same price and absolutely love it here! This one is very nice cozy home away from home!

Would have received 5 stars because the condo we stayed in was beautiful. Fully stocked kitchen and very clean. Nicely decorated also and you can see the lake from the porch. The lake is a few steps from the door. Off the main strip but the views, solitude and space outweighs all of that.

Just a great place to relax and enjoy Lake Delton.

Checked in and got to our room to sleep after a long day and there was not any extra bedding for pull out couch. Thankfully it was ten minutes before the office closed so I called, it was pouring down rain and the gal at the front desk said I had to come and get them because she was the only one on site. This is not worth the money, I would have much rather had stayed at one of the larger resorts with 24 hour service and good hospitality. For 800 we had to take out our own garbage after a weekend and make sure everything was tidy will not stay here again.

Before I came to the caribbean club resort I read the reviews and I was a bit worried. I decided I would give it the benefit of the doubt. I walked into the condo and it looked pretty nice. But within our stay we started noticing things that shouldn't be especially since this isn't a motel 6 and because it was quite expensive for 2 days. First of all we decided to use the not tub and the jets didn't work, the hot water ran out at half filled. I was pretty upset so I called the front desk and they said they would send the maintenance man over in the morning. So we waited and he never showed up. Second the TV in the bedroom did not work, and later the next night the TV in the living room didn't work. The linen and blankets and closet smelled like must. The coffee pot smelled like pee, the blankets on the bed had some sort of food stuck on it or God knows what. Most of the outlets did not work, the Wi-Fi did not work. On the side of the bed where the bed skirt rose up was what looked like blood or some sort of nasty stain. The beds up stairs in the loft felt like piercing metal from the springs im assuming because the beds being so old. The utensils where crusted with old food. I do not think my family and I where asking too much, I do not allow my house to get anywhere near this so why would I want to stay in a down grade compared to where I live. The rules here are outrageous and they can't seem to hold up their end of things. I will never stay here again.

This place to me, like other reviewers stated was a mixed bag. Pros: nice layout in room jacuzzi in the bedroom, perfect size kitchen and dining area for a family of 4, decor was nice, pools are great, the lake is calm, two tv's (one in the bedroom and one in the living room). Overall, it was nice. Cons: DO NOT SHOW UP LATE OR AFTER CHECK IN! They didn't tell us that they would be leaving the office before we got there… this isn't like a hotel where there is an attendant at the desk 24/7. I even talked to a woman in the morning before we arrived and told her we would be checking in at 5-6pm. She never said someone wouldn't be in the office. Even though there are office hours listed, apparently they come and go, open and close when they want to which is a joke. When we got there, no one was there and we had no clue how to get into our room. There is a sign at the door that says to call a number if you arrived "after business hours" and someone would answer and tell you how to get into your room. Then, the sign says "if they don't answer, leave a message and they will get back to you as soon as possible" WHAT A JOKE! So, we call the number and of course no answer. The voice mail greeting then says to call the same number that we just dialed if we want to get into our room! We waited. Trying to figure out what to do. Then we decided to call the Security office (another sign on the door) even though that sign makes you think they are there for emergencies only.

Honestly I was there 2 times the first time was ok the second time the ac did not work either of them constantly harrased by the staff for noise even at 5pm while us and the neighboors around us were having a good time together. Then we got charged $300 for a cleaning fee when we cleaned it real nice and even left a tip for them! the managment is a joke seriously I am very upset about the charge and poor quality and they dont even want to talk to me about it. I highly do not recommend this place to anyone.
