Such a wonderful place. First thing I noticed is how clean everything is. The owner is on hands on and very accommodating. The pool was crystal clear and looked like it was built and put in that day. Definitely glad chose to stay here for our anniversary.

Very clean and comfortable rooms. I love the laid back music that is playing by the pool.

The room is very clean! It’s quiet and cozy. The hot tub is super relaxing. The beds are extremely comfortable. I love it here and will absolutely stay again.

Beautiful motel! Loved the hot tub and the room and bathroom were big! We wished they had a continental breakfast and the Internet worked for phones but no other devices. The location is perfect!

Great place very welcoming staff! We have used ambers inn the last two years for automotion weekend and they always accommodate us, we bring cars and car trailers and they are great about finding spots for all of our stuff! Highly recommend, also great location on the edge of downtown so you’re right next to all the actions but enough room to move around and feel comfortable. We will be bringing them our business for anytime we plan a stay in the dells.

Absolutely love this place! Beautiful gazebo, flowers all over, outdoor pool, swing set, ping pong, fire pit, arcade, etc! The staff was also so friendly and helpful every time we had a question! Room was big enough for my family of five! It was also very well cleaned when we arrived! Thanks Ambers hideaway!

Came here 7 years ago and stumbled upon it while on a cross country move. Great place and great management, back again and will always stay here.

Great prices clean awesome passes to Noah's ark and Tom Foolery (theme park at kalahari) we can grill out there l. Great outdoor with music playing. Jamie (manger) is awesome.

So far, I'm very satisfied! The room is spacious and clean. The extra coupons, Noah's Ark tickets, and unlimited wrist bands for the indoor kalahari theme park, is an added bonus! The front desk ladies are very nice and helpful!

This was a great place to stay for the money. The staff was helpful and friendly, and the accommodations we're clean, spacious, and comfortable. We took advantage of the free passes to Noah's Ark and the Kalihari indoor dry theme park. There were many nice little options at Amber's Hideaway like charcoal grills, volleyball, kids swings and of course a pool.

We loved our stay at Amber's Hideaway. The rooms were bigger than any other double/ queen room that we've ever stayed in and we loved the extra outdoor seating area. On the second floor, there is a balcony seating area every few rooms ensuring that everyone can enjoy time outside. The pool and hot tub were great, and the management was very courteous, sincere, and professional. When we first booked the room, there was a computer glitch that caused a few issues, however, the staff was quick to correct the issue and apologized profusely for the mistake. The beds were also very comfortable and you certainly can't beat the location just a few blocks from downtown! The added bonus of having free passes to the Kalahari Theme Park and Noah's Ark made it even better. Thank you for a lovely time, Amber's Hideaway. We'll be coming back!

I worked for this guy when he owned Amber's Resort. Hard-working guy that deserves the best. Glad he got rid of the resort and kept this place.

First time here and this place is the absolute best place I ever stayed at. Amber's hideaway will be the place to stay in Wisconsin dells.

Very clean and spacious room. Great location. The Kalahari passes are just icing on the cake. TV was a bit old and clunky, but honestly everything else was so nice it didn't really matter.

Loved it! Very clean, low price, comfortable beds, enjoyed the kalahari theme park passes, and best of all EXCELLENT customer service! Definitely staying again! Way better than Mt Olympus hotel.

Pleasantly surprised. Clean and spacious. Friendly. Only problem was we didn't think there was hot water for a shower. Had to let run a really long time and then got hot water :) would stay again.

Arrived before check in, got a room. Immediately given discount/coupon book for surrounding restaurants/events. Room was very spacious compared to other high end hotels. Very clean, no crazy smells. Stayed 3 days, rm cleaned each day. Hot tub water in hotel lobby should b hotter. Received FREE INDOOR theme park tickets for Kalahari from the hotel. U get wrist band from kalahari & it expires when u check out the hotel which is great. Visited Mt Olympus ($20) water park which is cheaper than kalahari ($60) water park. Weather still chilly but hotel is walking distance to downtown area. I definitely recommend this hotel. Next time I'll come when weather is warmer.

This motel is nice as far as price and service. Our room had a lot of space for 3 people even though it was only one room. Beds were really soft and clean. We will be back here again.

Nice little motel. Woman at check in was helpful and friendly — gave us a Dells coupon book and recommendations. No breakfast and a bit noisy, but it's the Dells — there are going to be noisy kids. Beds were soft and nice pillows.

The staff are amazing people! Clean rooms, outdoor pool, and free water park passes. Would definitely stay again. Is a little too far down from main boardwalk on foot if your not used to walking much but do able if you are. By car it is just minutes away.

I stayed 3 nights at Amber's Hideaway over Labor day weekend, and I will definitely be staying again. The cost of the room included Season passes to Noah's Ark AND the indoor Kalahari theme park. What a deal! This hotel is within walking distance of downtown Dells, we made the walk everyday! The hotel has a heated outdoor pool & indoor hot tub. The hotel also has a bonfire pit & cut wood surrounded by many tables & chairs for gatherings with friends. They also have a bean bag toss game on property! The showers were amazing: strong water pressure & plenty of hot water. The bathrooms also had windows you can open! I tipped housekeeping before checking out, and they helped me carry my stuff down to my car from the second floor, as they do not have an elevator. I was very impressed overall!

Very nice and clean place to stay. The staff in the office was very nice and friendly. I will definitely be back and staying at this place. Well worth the 80.00 I pd to stay here. I also liked that we got the Noahs ark passes and the dry themed park passes with our stay that was very awesome. I hope they dont stop doing that. Well worth the money and we kept busy.

Pros: Very clean. Not a perfect motel, but very well kept with many nice features. BBQ, picnic, pool, playground, etc. Cons: We found it a little too easy to hear the neighbors. The AC unit was mounted high and hard to reach / set (step stool required, but provided by motel).

Wi-Fi is available but it's bad. The room are nice thought, they are large and clean. Also they have benches and ash trays outside all the rooms for smokers that are stylish without looking trashy.

Cozy but clean, nice staff. Happy with my choice while visiting the dells. Close enough to walk down town but quite.

Very nice for the price. Spacious rooms that appears to have been recently remodeled. You can get tickets to waterparks plus the pool is heated and you can grill if you want or eat at a good restaurant next door.

A very reasonably priced hotel in Wisconsin Dells worthy of four stars. The excellent, snarky, and professional night front desk manager, Melissa, pushes this location to five stars. Seriously, she alone is worth the visit… if she can keep the front lobby fridge stocked with bottles of water for sale. Her management and leadership skills are seen with her guidance of the hotel. The only thing this place is missing is room service.

Nice rooms, fair prices and even better service. My family and I really enjoyed our stay this past weekend. We received free tickets to Noah's Ark and for the Kalahari's ride and game room all included in our room price. We definitely have found our mainstay when in the Dells. Keep up the awesome job!

This is the second stay I've had with this hotel. It is clean and affordable. The last time I stayed here, which was about 4 years ago, I would have given it a 5 star due to the great hospitality. The reason I did not give Amber's Hideaway the 5 star is because of the comments and attitude of the management. There were comments made about us not being out of our room by 9AM when they wanted to clean (not on the day of check out), comments made to guests suggesting to people not to eat too much at the continental breakfast, and the desk clerk put my waterpark wrist band on, that had to be left on for two days to use, so tight that it was a constant discomfort for two days. Just a jaded attitude towards guests in general.

This was our second year staying at Amber's Hideaway. Amber's Hideaway has great packages deals for a fair price. It is conveniently located just minutes from all of the water parks. The kids also enjoyed the pool, hot tub, basketball, and corn hole at the motel. Clean rooms and very friendly staff. We will definitely be back!
