The place is very clean and nice. A little on the older side and the stairs were a little wobbly. The pool was really nice and very kept up. No coffee pot or phones on the room though. But otherwise very nice place.

Nice affordable family run motel. The owners and staff are so nice, will definitely be visiting here again.

We stay here, everytime we vacation to the dells. Staff is always friendly and keep the rooms very well kept.

Great hotel for the price. I would recommend it to family and friends. 2 small things that annoyed me… small bathroom towels (and I'm a small guy) and the shower heads are very low. Other than that it was great.

My wife and I and the kids just stayed there. It's family owned and operated. If you stop and talk to one of them you can have some of the most amazing conversations. They make you feel like family and at right at home. We will be heading back towards the end of July after our trip to ROCK USA. And the beds are so comfortable. I actually didn't miss my memory foam mattress at home.! And the pool is amazing. Lol.

It was so quiet, great front desk. If I go to wisconsin dells again, I wouldn't think twice to visit them.

I wish it was negative stars on here cause this place definitely deserves it for one the prices change when u get there it says 150 but got there paid 174.36… Get to the room TV isnt working had to call in for that, u can see through the blinds inside and out cant even get kinky comfortably. Stains on our mini fridge. Lets not even get on the bathroom yuck and the toilet lets just say plumbing sucks room 18 dont let them give it to u I have pics first time at the dells worst stay ever. I leaft at 5:55am today waste of time and money and no refund or some type of compensation…

The Starlite Motel is cheap and always has a room. Clean but out of date rooms. Poor to fair Wi-Fi. The pool is nice and relaxing there is little noise at night. The only problem I had is the air conditioner leaked on the floor and that lead to a musty smell. That is my only major complaint here.

Its clean. Its a good price. Great pool very clean. The only downfall is the owners watch you like a hawk. Its a bit annoying.

They are helpful and everything was clean. The don't provide food or drink so be prepared for that. They also don't have those tiny shampoo bottles, so bring your own.

It is comfortable and very quiet place perfect for a relaxing holiday.

Just stayed a week ago but not our first time… But the Owners made me and my family feel as if we were at home. Very clean rooms dated but still great. Great place to stay each summer. Free Chula vista passes!, Great location just a couple minutes away from the strip (food☕, stores, etc⚾⚽…). A great place to be. If you haven't stayed at starlight you and your family should consider it.

Very nice peaceful location. Walking distance to food and stores. Rooms and pool are clean and the staff was very nice. My grandson loved the park across the street, we will stay here again.

August 2015 (3 stars) ⭐⭐⭐ This was our 2nd visit to this Motel, we liked it so much last time that we decided to come back. The brand new beds in our room were very comfortable. The owner was also very kind & allowed us to use a power strip from the office so we could charge all our devices, I thought that was very nice of her! However, this time we noticed our room was very dusty, we just kept sneezing & that kinda sucked. I brought instant coffee from home to solve the issue with the office not opening before 8am (I'd suggest small coffee pots in all the rooms) But, overall I would say this Motel is still a nice place for the price. Summer 2014 (4 stars) ⭐⭐⭐⭐ My mother and I truly enjoyed staying here. We also really had fun at the Chula Vista Waterpark which was included with our room. Rooms were dated, but clean. The only complaint I have is that the office doesn't open until 8am, so when I woke at 6am I couldn't have my morning coffee. I'm very grumpy without coffee!

Horrible communication skills. We drove out there from Illinois and because of communication in their end they tríed charging us double than they agreed on.

The only complaint I have is that the office isn't open early, so when I woke at 6am, I couldn't have my coffee. I'm very grumpy without coffee.

The owners were incredibly rude. The woman barged into our room uninvited, screaming that visitors were not allowed and that it was stated in the rules (which was on a sheet hidden under the lamp). They also insisted we store the bikes we brought in their storage unit, which was not in the "rules" anywhere. I told them the bikes were worth almost $2k and not getting stored out of our sight. The woman continued screaming at my boyfriend and telling him his "opinion didn't matter" because he was not a registered guest. He offered his credit card to her, saying, "Swipe my card, then I will be a paying customer and you can hear me out. " She refused and wouldn't let him get a word in edgewise. Her only arguments being that he was not a registered guest, no visitors were allowed, and she "is 75 years old! ". Also accused me of purposely trying to sneak people in because I brought an extra blanket and asked for extra (which I didn't) and was told I almost always bring my own blanket because it's a hotel. Pretty sure I'm not the only one that does this. She threatened to call the police. We insisted she do so, then waited, but they never showed. We theorize she cries wolf often. She was extremely rude, even after being informed my boyfriend and his son were leaving and that I would register my friend (who was supposed to stay with me only on Sunday night. I rented the room for Sat and Sun).

Always fun visiting the Dells and staying in a classic hotel. Many updates. Could use some darkening shades, and the plastic mattress cover was uncomfortable — peeling paint in the bathroom. Otherwise. Updated mattress, sheets, carpet, minifridge. Older Tv, coffee and microwave located in the office. Clean and very quiet. Can't beat the price (under 80 dollars which included awesome Chula Vista Water Park tickets! ) We love to walk the strip and this was right at the end of it. Perfect. Nice managers.

My family and I stayed at the Starlite Motel over the 4th of July weekend. We had a great time. Service was great, the lady at the front desk was more than helpful. The room was the cleanest I'd ever stayed in. The swimming pool was perfect for my nine year old son and twelve year old daughter. We were given four wristbands to the Chula Vista Indoor and Outdoor Waterparks. We loved the waterparks at Chula Vista and enjoyed the lazy river and the outdoor wavepool for four days. The cost of the room included the free passes to the waterparks. This is an incredible deal. My kids are still talking about this vacation and we can't wait to go back next year.

We stayed here for the free passes to Chula Vista Waterpark. It was $58.00 (weekday night) for two people with two Chula Vista passes included. For the tickets its worth the price. The room was very dated but clean. I did find what appeared to be parts of a dead roach under the table in the room. Granted I am neurotic when searching for things like this. I don't think any normal person would have noticed. This did however make me sleep with the lights on. Again the free passes sucked me in and I would stay next time. One last thing that I felt was a bit odd : After checking in we opened the room door to find an un made bed, bedspread on the chair. It all looked clean, just unmade. We left for the waterpark. When we got back someone had gone in and made the bed. Now I didn't have the privacy sign up but again I found it to be bit odd. Never had housekeeping come two hours after checkin.
