I’ve never seen such a clean hotel and I’m a house keeper. Enjoyed our stay and will definitely be back.

This hotel was amazing! The rooms were quiet and clean. Their television had the option to use you personal streaming services; but, most of all the staff was amazing. I want to give a huge THANK YOU to the front desk. When I ordered delivery, only half the order was delivered. I contacted the restaurant and they told me I would have to go to the restaurant myself to get the rest of my order or even to get a refund. Even after I explained that I was traveling and didn’t have a car, they would not budge. The staff at the front desk, when told of the situation, went to the restaurant and picked up my order using their own car and delivered it to my room. They even went the extra mile to, double check the order was made correctly for my food allergic child. I am so grateful for the staff at the hotel.

Perfect stay at this property, from check-in, to check-out. Absolutely the most involved and knowledgeable General Manager in every aspect of the building, and her approach reflected off all her employees. Looking forward to my next visit!

Their pool is very small, but they do have one. No hot tub or sauna. But, the hotel is located walking distance to a lot of water parks and attractions. Their rooms have very long hallways, so chatter in the hallway isn't super disturbing. Hairdryers aren't in every room, you have to call down to the front desk to get one, but again, they do have them. Very friendly staff. The beds are comfortable. Towels were a bit scratchy. All in all a good stay.

Very clean, quiet and comfortable. A newer hotel with all the amenities you need. Great staff. They do serve breakfast which is nice. Snack bar has great options. Overall great value for your money.

It's new, therefore, clean and nice. The location is great. The staff is terrific and helpful. They also have a continental breakfast, if that's your thing. If you're looking for something to do on site, that's a tough one. There is no outdoor pool or bar. But if clean accommodation near other things to do is what you're looking for, this is a great option.

Hotel staff was the best ever to our tour group. I am the motorcoach driver for the tour and the maintenance man actually put traffic CONES in the parking lot to reserve a spot for me to park. No hotel has EVER done that for me. The rooms are meticulous and updated. I can't thank them enough for a wonderful stay.

First time in a Fairfield and very impressed! Super friendly staff at check in. Recognized my rewards membership immediately. Asked if I had plans for the evening and after a response of just getting some dinner was given a local eating guide for help with choices to go eat. Very nice room and a very comfortable bed. Would highly recommend this hotel for a stay in the Dells.

Overall a good experience. A few minor nitpicks: the "fitness center" was sparse, there was no hot tub in the pool area, and our shower had beard trimmings stuck to the wall. Other than that, it was great. Front desk was helpful, breakfast was decent, and the room was nice with a good layout and an easy to use thermostat. Location is central with only a few minutes drive from all the main attractions. Would definitely book again.

Clean, well maintained rooms. Staff was friendly and quick to respond to requests. Beds were delightfully comfortable. Decent breakfast. The pool was rather small. Lots of things to do just a short drive away. Overall a great place to stay.
