Very nice hotel. Staff is friendly and helpful. Continental breakfast is ok. Quiet a few hot items, although the taste is lacking. Only minor negatives are small freezing pool, no hot tub, and housekeeping didn't refresh our room until late afternoon/early evening.

Nice room. Could have used more coffee in the suite (1 regular, 1 decaf) and fridge could use a small freezer area. Bed was a little nest. Breakfast was nice but tough to find seats if you have more than 2 people. I'd come back here though.

Check in was informative and friendly. Amenities were great. Quiet, clean, comfortable room-what else can you ask for!

Clean rooms, and a nice breakfast. I would highly recommend this place. Our particular room had 2 queens and sofa bed. The room was spacious and the bathroom was awesome. And finally the beds were comfortable as well. Will stay here again.

Really clean hotel with fast Wi-Fi. Good service! My only complaint would be the breakfast options — not many when you compare it to places like holiday inn. Overall, I would say I had a good stay.

Just got back from the Dells. First time for our family. This hotel was awesome. Very clean and quiet. Great breakfast buffet. And the staff was very polite and kind. I highly recomend this hotel. I give it 5 stars. Oh and the location is perfect.

I've stayed in several Springhill Suites on my trip. Very consistent. Very slow internet at this property, though. Lobby is very pretty. Breakfast was very good.

The hotel was very nice. The room was a good size. The bed was firm and the pillows were uncomfortable. I would recommend bringing your own if possible. The staff was very friendly.

The room was very clean and comfortable, location was close to a lot of entertainment and food options, and the staff was very welcoming. Also breakfast was very good!

Very nice new hotel in a very convenient location, close to many WI Dells attractions. Room design is very modern and provides lots of space. Huge well lit bathroom and a great walk in closet. Staff if exceptionally friendly and well trained. I would advise staying on the top floor if you are bothered by a lot of noise. We could hear children running up and down the halls on the floor above us at all hours.

Slept great in the beds! The decor was fantastic, great use of space in the rooms. The staff were all friendly and helpful.

Location was very nice and rooms appeared to be newly remodeled. I was disappointed that the latest we could check out was noon. Breakfast was marginal.

From check-in last night to breakfast this morning, top notch service. Chatting in the Lobby after the concert last night we mentioned biscuits and gravy. The night clerk (who was pleasant, engaging, and extremely thoughtful), mentioned it to cook and this morning They had it on breakfast bar. Who does that? Room was beautiful, very clean. Kudos to entire staff, this is now our go-to hotel in the Dells. I only wish I had that night clerk's name so I could recognize her for her service.

Stayed there over night to attend show at the Crystal Grand Theatre. The room was nice and the staff very friendly.

The hotel is fabulous. The design the cleanliness the people that work there are all great and they serve a fabulous breakfast in the morning. Make sure you stay at this hotel!

Great location and great place to stay. Very modern, brand new hotel. Just what you expect with Marriott. No need to pay water park prices in The Dells area when you have this hotel. Will stay here each time we visit.

Nice hotel but the pool was ice cold I wish I could have swam more here very nice breakfast here check in took way too long when promised hope they get better at this.

One of the newest hotels in Wisconsin Dells. Everything still looks brand new. Clean and spacious rooms. Swimming pool is a nice add on. Nice lobby with talbles to use for gatherings. Reasonably priced for the season.

I have worked with this hotel for meeting needs for several years — since a bit after they opened. Mary Macina epitomizes hospitality, customer service, and thoughtfulness. I had the privilege of working with her at another property before she moved here, and she picked up the pieces from a manager who left, and accommodated us with dignity and masterful attention — and that level of detail has only enhanced with time! The hotel has one of the most swank lobbies of properties in this part of the state, a comfortable, functional meeting room with lots of natural light, and super comfortable beds. My colleagues continue to rave about their experiences here, years later — a testament that the novelty has not worn off!

Nice stay in Wisconsin Dells, good breakfast, our room had a king bed and a double bed in the couch. Microwave in the room and a small fridge, but no bath tub which would have been a pain if we'd needed to give the kids one.

First time staying here and we will definitely be back again. Extremely friendly staff; from the people working at the front desk to the people working to keep the continental breakfast full of food. The breakfasts were delicious and there was quite a variety to choose from. The beds were clean and comfortable, minus the black hair on 1 of the pillows. Thank you Springhill Suites for making our stay enjoyable!

Nice room. Pleasant staff. Very good breakfast included with stay. Hotel has indoor pool & fitness center as well as a small business area with 2 computers available. Large closets. Large bathroom.

I stayed here on a road trip with my toddler. It was very new, clean, stylish, comfortable, kid-friendly, with lots of parking, an indoor pool, free breakfast, close to lots of attractions and restaurants, and I was very pleased. They had great customer service too.

New hotel (built 2015? ) And everything was in good shape. The workout center was nice but not huge — barbells, two ellipticals and two treadmills. The room was nice and fairly modern in style. The soundproofing seemed a little less than typical at most hotels — I could hear people in the hall fairly clearly, and the rooms to either side sort of. Close the bathroom door when you're not using it — when the person above my flushed the toilet, it sounded like a waterfall in my room (the pipes were just behind the wall, little soundproofing to the bathroom, and it reverberated around. Good stay overall, and I'd go back next time.

Very modern appearance. The hotel was overall very nice and clean. The hotel was on the main road and close to many Dells attractions. Our only complaint was that our glasses in our room weren't clean. I would stay here again.

A fantastic hotel, the rooms very clean and comfortable, is cheap and offers you a good quality, free breakfast, home and gym.
