We stay at the Best Western Ambassador Inn & Suites somewhat regularly when visiting the area. It's conveniently located right off of the interstate. The rates can sometimes be better than other hotels in the area, including other Best Westerns neighboring cities… which is one of the reasons why we stay here. We've found that the staff at this location is generally pleasant to work with, even when the hotel is busy. You do occasionally run into some guests that are a little louder (especially kids running/playing/jumping), but nothing that has rose to a level where we needed to call the front desk. The breakfast area can sometimes get a little crowded as well when the hotel is really busy, but they do a decent job at keeping it stocked. We will definitely stay here again in the future.

This is not the ritz. This is not a motel 6. This is a decently priced, clean, updated mid level hotel. Good breakfast. Nice staff. Nice rooms. Pass to a water park if you want it. Only problems were related to other rude tourists drinking beer in pool areas, loud at night, etc.

Affordable yet comfortable without giving up many extras. Indoor and outdoor pools. Hot tub and exercise room. A business center and complimentary breakfast with many choices. The staf go above and beyond to make your stay perfect. Easy to see and enter from the main road with plenty of free lighted parking.

We ended up staying at this BW at the last minute after our first hotel turned out to be a disaster. Young lady named Harley at the front desk was the most helpful young woman I have met in a long time. She got us a great room and was able to make our terrible night into a great one. This is not a 5 Star Hotel but we were treated like 5 Star Guests. Excellent service, room was clean and the pool was very refreshing. Would highly recommend for anyone passing through the Wisconsin Dells area.

Right off of I-90. Indoor pool and an outdoor pool. Clean rooms. Free breakfast. Close to plenty of entertainment and restaurants. Friendly staff. The hotel is a little older, but they keep it up and it's a comfortable place to stay if you're going to the dells.

Customer service was slow and did not appear to be knowledgeable upon check-in and through out the duration of our stay. It was great that breakfast was included each morning, however it was the same every time. Not much of a variety for those with food allergies such as being gluten free. A room key cards kept failing daily. When we went to the front desk to get them recoded, we were only asked for our room number and never for identification. With security these days, scary.

Room was very clean, the air was on and at a comfortable level. Pool area is very nice. Its great to get the water park tickets with room. The only thing that could have been better was the young boy at the front desk.

The room with 2 queen beds was nice. We requested first floor and we got it. This hotel has an outdoor pool as well as in indoor pool. The breakfast was good and lots of items to choose from. We stayed 2 nights and enjoyed this hotel and the area. It is close to everything in the Dells.

Breakfast was a cluster no organization. People were cutting in a line I was waiting in for 20 min previously. Staff was not on top of it. Kids running around touching everything juice dispenser wasted lots of stuff. My opinion have more staff. Have line dividers. Have a separate food hall cause it was sooo packed It was the worst. Breakfast is 2 hrs long. I have been standing most of time and no breakfast still.

Nice hotel and well worth the value with a continental breakfast and water park tickets included in the price. No laundry facilities so be prepared for wet suits and towels after several days at the water park. Staff was friendly and room size was comfortable.

Enjoy the quick access to freeways, short trip to downtown shops, and water parks. The breakfast is expanded, the bonus of Noah's Arc admission a real boon! We enjoyed this hotel, the staff, the several pools on site, and A SAUNA, which is always a treat for me.

We arrived and our sheets were dirty and the beds looked like they were in a hurry to just make them (bed skirt hanging off) floor wasn’t vacuumed, also they took 3 hours to clean our room while they were in the hallway on their phones (specially with a toddler ready for a nap). The breakfast wasn’t that good or the service either! Overall I definitely would not recommend this place or go there again!

This is an excellent BW. Great Location for our visit to Noah's Ark. The free passes were greatly appreciated! The 3 warm water pools were fantastic! The comp breakfast had every choice you could image. Only issue was that it was packed & staff couldn't keep up with replacements for the Waffle bar. Otherwise — Fantastic staff! Thanks!

Clean rooms, good breakfast, pools inside and out, wrist bands to Noah's Ark water-park. Friendly service, in a good location, although you must drive to most places from here, I definitely stay here again. I have stayed here about 5 or 6 different times.

We love this Best Western! We have stayed many times as we are rewards members. They are very clean here and very friendly. Never had a problem other than room key doors not always working on outside doors. I really do wish they would bring back included water park passes in the offseason though. That is the main reason people travel to the Wisconsin Dells. However, great hotel and great memories!

We choose this hotel whenever we vacation in The Dells. The staff is friendly, helpful, and very polite. The rooms are spacious, clean and offer the usual amenities (nice sized fridge, microwave, hair dryer, iron and board). (The shower has WONDERFUL water pressure! ) The pool is small, but clean and very nice. This is off the beaten path, but not too far off from all the attractions. This is our choice for the two of us! We always recommend this place to stay to our friends, too.

My visit here was Wonderful. The customer service was great. We was greeted upon arrival and treated with kindness. The Employee Matthew was so nice. He answered every question and was patient with me and my daughter. I rate this hotel 10 Stars. The hotel remodel is Beautiful I am glad to be back here. The breakfast was fresh and Tasty and all the staff was nice and helpful. I will be recommend this Hotel to my family. Chicago Love 5-7-2018

A group of girlfriends took a trip to the Dells to get away for the weekend. We chose to stay at the Best Western at the same time that a wrestling tournament seemed to be occurring and the hotel was near capacity. Our initial room was located directly over the workout room and the insulation between floors was leaving a lot to be desired. We addressed our concerns with the front desk the next morning and were introduced to the General Manager. She was FANTASTIC! We were generously upgraded into a suite. Noise was an issue overall in the hotel but the amazing customer service would bring me back!

The hotel is clean and beds are comfy. Some of the guests over Easter break were a bit ghetto… parents not minding kids in the pool and allowing them to be loud until after midnight which was irritating. The breakfast was pretty good but then we got downstairs at 645 when very few guests were up. The place has good Wi-Fi and is in a location near stores and Kalahari which is why we came to the Dells. We may stay here again… the price for 2 nights was great for our budget.

We arrived found water leaking from the ceiling on one of our beds Jody the night manager was amazing she took care of us immediately. I would recommend this place looking for a good night rest. thank you Jody.

On Christmas Day we experienced vehicle trouble while on our way to Mall of America. We were fortunate enough to be passing through the Dells area and stopped at Best Western. The Receptionist was welcoming and found us a room for a low rate. We were surprised by how clean the building was and how comfortable the beds were. The next morning’s complementary breakfast exceeded our expectations. There were a variety of warm breakfast food choices and plenty of it too. However, what really stood out was the customer service. For example, we were stuck in the hotel’s lobby area while we waited for our vehicle to be repaired at a nearby auto shop. The receptionist, Krista, offered us a room to stay in for the time being. In addition, she offered half off the room if we needed to stay another night. Her hospitality was above and beyond what we expected. From now on, Best Western will be our first choice when staying in the Dells. Thanks Krista!

The rooms were very very very clean they even sanitize the remotes! The are located very close to everything you need. The breakfast was a full hot and Continental breakfast they even had a topping bar for the waffles kids thought it was great! Also much quieter than surrounding resorts.

Ski trip to Cascade. Stayed at the Best Western Ambassador Inn in the Dells. Needed a double queen and a roll away. No roll away but they gave us a free upgrade to a king and 2 queens. Fast check in, nice pool area, great free breakfast and an awesome rate. Only gripe was a faulty bathroom door handle. Notified them about it at checkout and they called maintenance immediately. Will stay here again.

Good stay — price was reasonable, pool was warm for the kids and awesome breakfast options. They had make your own waffles with all the fixings, eggs, sausage, oatmeal, yogurt, bagels, cereal etc. They kept breakfast open later on Sunday to accommodate all the extra people who were still eating. Very friendly staff.

Very clean friendly front desk and helpful. Nice breakfast and plenty to choose from. Pool was warm and hot tub nice. Only one thing could use improvement was they could use new mattresses, a bit uncomfortable. Great place highly recommend.

The Hotel was fantastic! The only problem that we have is that we had to turn up the heat to 78, was always getting cold in the suite. One of the girl's stepped on a beer bottle cap when we got to the room and she had her shoes off and we found another one stuck up on the wall register. There was mold in one of the showers. Other wise everything else was fine. Didn't report it to staff cause we dealt with it. Breakfast was great! There were 5 of us girl's that stayed there and will go back again and stay in the same suite.

Check-in was easy. Requested adjoining rooms when reservations were made, but when we arrived, they had to rearrange our reservations in order to have adjoining rooms, which wasn’t a problem. The rooms were very clean and presentable, all amenities except for the phone was working properly. Breakfast was your average complimentary. Wasn’t happy with pool area. The pool was very cold, and the hot tub and sauna wasn’t working properly. The staff was very courteous. Would stay at this hotel again.

Haven’t stayed with best western before and After my experience here I won’t ever again. I was charged 249$ on my card the night of arrival (which the manager tried to explain to me they only charge 105$ the first night even though she wouldn’t take a look at my credit card act to see I was charged 249$ on dec 30). I tried to explain to her that she was wrong and the charge is wrong cause my room is cheaper than that and I saw I got another charge on dec 31 for 11$ and she was not believing what I was saying as if I made up that charge even though I saved the statement on my card she said to me “are you going to quit talking and listen or should I not tell you anything? ” Excuse me? And she’s manager? That is NO way to talk to a customer! And she ended up being completely wrong about my charges. So maybe she should have quit talking and listen to me when I have proof on my credit card statement of charges that were cleared not pending! She ended up refunding me my 11$ after we went back and forth for 30min. Still no way to sit there and talk to a customer. Even the other front desk girl and other customers looked over when she spoke to me that way. Then to top it off we had house keeping come by and clean our room, we got into bed at night to notice the sheets didn’t even fit the king size bed! They put on queen sheets! And coming back to the hotel at 2am this is not something I want to deal with. I want to come right into bed when I’m back.

I had to stay here for a night while traveling through Wisconsin Dells. I made my reservation online, which was super easy, I had to check in late at night and they were totally fine with that. The beds were super comfortable, the rooms, bathrooms, and building it's self was really clean, didn't smell dingy or like old smoke. The breakfast was amazing and huge, they have every from sausage and eggs, waffles, and cereal, toast… everything, and it was all good. My only complaint is the fact that they had no cribs or pack and play, I had my 7 month old son with me and was up most the night trying to get him to go to sleep in bed with me after getting him used to sleeping in a crib by himself. But oth than that it was great.

This was my first time staying in a Best Western hotel. The price was good so I wasn't expecting much. I got more than I could have hoped for at the price that we paid. The beds were comfortable and the sheets were nice. The rooms were clean and updated, and breakfast was awesome. I am very picky when it comes to breakfast food but I had no trouble finding enough food to fill up. My fiance also has a gluten intolerance and was able to eat many things there. Overall would recommend.

The check in staff were very pleasant and helpful. The value was great! The breakfast was very good with a lot of choices, quality of food was good too. We would definitely stay again and recommend to our friends and family.

It was a pleasure staying at Best Western. It was nice and clean with professional staff. My daughter loved it too with the indoor and outdoor pools. Also the breakfast was so good and fresh. I highly recommend it. It's been a second time staying with them in Ohio and Wisconsin. We were very satisfied with everything and specially the comfortable beds. The room was very clean. Loved it.

Hotel was clean and the accommodations were good. Only recommendation for cleanliness is the carpets are due for a change. Breakfast offerings were very good — — good variety of food and good quality of food items. However, breakfast service varied each day according to the staff member serving. Examples: oatmeal on 2nd day was gone 45 minutes before end of breakfast time and was not replenished even after asking; 3rd day the oatmeal was stone cold. Second day, apple juice was just running water. Third day, no napkins — — all dispensers were empty. Third day, no cream cheese for bagels available. These occurrences were not at the end of service hours — — they were for the last full hour or more of service.

We had a great stay! We came as a group of 20 with adults and kids over Labor Day weekend so it was busy but we had a nice time. Clean rooms, great free breakfast and nice indoor and outdoor pool. I couldn't give it 5 stars because there were a few things that bugged me; 1. There were never enough towels at the pool and when you have a bunch of kids it gets annoying but it was Labor Day so maybe it's not always like that. 2. I had to cancel two rooms a week before. (Keep in mind I still had 3 suites that were over $1, 500) when I called to cancel them I was told there would be a $20 fee for each room. I was never warned about that when I booked and since I was still coming and paying so much I asked if I could discuss it with the manager. I left her a message and she never called me back.

This hotel worked just fine for my family as it was located in close distance to many restaurants and attractions. The room was very spacious, beds were comfortable. We really liked that the hotel had and indoor and outdoor pool. The kids loved it! This will definitely be our go to hotel when visiting the dells.

We stayed here last night and while we enjoyed our king sized bed room and free Noah's Ark passes very much, we have a couple complaints and suggestions going forward: •I love swimming and was very much looking forward to using the pools at your hotel, but it was constantly filled with people (mostly kids) until each of them closed. We think you should have an adult swim hour the last hour or stay open an extra hour for adults because I never got to swim and was very disappointed
•Breakfast this morning? Chaotic mess! People everywhere, cutting in line and running out of things left and right. Need a better system because the current one is ridiculous! The food we did have was very good though!
•Our credit card was also charged prior to us even arriving, which never happens. Usually just uses the card to reserve the room, then charges it (or a different one) upon check out.

I would definitely stay here again. Staff was all very friendly and eager to help. Overall, the hotel was clean and seemed well managed. Indoor pool area with sauna and hot tub as well as outdoor pool area with a kiddie pool, hot tub, and picnic area. Breakfasts were pretty standard, but they did a pretty good job of stocking things when they ran out. It did include a waffle bar and eggs everyday for a hot breakfast. My complaints are that the sheets had a couple of holes in them and looked like they were falling apart, but they were still clean and it would be nice if they added space for breakfast or extended the hours to help with the crowds during the weekdays.

I went to the Best Western for a quick getaway with my family. We chose the two queen suite and were pleasantly surprised at how roomy it was. Having the choice of an indoor and an outdoor pool worked out to be really good especially since the outdoor pool had a Jacuzzi. The breakfast option was great for being included with our stay. If you're going to Wisconsin Dells, consider this hotel as a clean and comfortable option for your stay.

After a horrible experience at Mt. Olympus we chose this for our last night. I walked in around 1:00 hoping they had a room and we could possibly check in early. We had a scheduled tour at 2:10. After doing some checking, the very helpful attendant said we were able to check in early. So happy we were able to get our luggage unloaded in our amazing room with a view of the pool! This came with passes to Noah's Ark (which we weren't able to experience because it was our last day), but our zip line tour guide said that was the place to go. It had a great indoor/outdoor pool area with a splash pad for the little ones. Very nice room. Clean! After a very expensive, hard lesson learned at Mt Olympus, this was honestly a breath of fresh air for this Mom! A+ to Best Western! Thank you for a moment of relaxation!

Love staying at Ambassador Best Western in Wisconsin Dells! Always have a great experience there. Breakfast is always hot and fresh. I enjoy the variety. Pool is always warm and clean. The Staff is Great! I would highly recommend staying here!

We had a really great stay at this hotel. We have traveled a ton and just recently stayed at a couple Best Westerns, but I think I may be hooked. It isn't the most "updated" hotel, but I really felt at home. It is a huge building with a ton of rooms in a super convenient location. The passes to Noah's Ark were a great bonus, since we were planning to visit there anyways. We had a great view and balcony by the outdoor pool. There were some minor issues, but you will find that at any hotel. For the price we paid (even though our Friday night was much more expensive than the other nights) I am happy with it! Also, the breakfast had a ton of choices and I didn't feel crowded by people as I got food like in so many other hotels.

I had a great experience at this hotel. I received free tickets to Noah's Arc water park, I was able to check in earlier then expected. Service was great, room was very clean. Pools are nice. Since the time I called to ask some questions about the hotel, the staff was very nice and professional. I would recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a good service and value.
