No one was at the front desk when we arrived. The room smelled bad, the refrigerator didn’t work, the coke machine didn’t work and neither did the AC in the room. The staff was friendly and helpful.

The price is good and the staff are friendly. But the rooms need some work. The first floor smells damp and the second just smells bad. The refrigerator and AC didn’t work well in our room either.

Clean room. Quiet. Great breakfast. Friendly and helpful staff. We would be happy to stay there again.

To begin, when I got there, no one was at the front desk. I waited a minute, then called. It went straight to the front desk, right in front of me. After 5 min, someone finally came. Next, there was a strip of paper across the toilet that said "sanitized for your protection". It had a pubic hair on it, no joke! The hotel smelled a bit, and the walls were a bit thin. However, the breakfast was ok and the king bed was nice. The price was reasonable too. Barely three stars.

Very nice hotel. All the staff is friendly, breakfast was good, and overall place very clean. Booked last min on a no plans road trip and decided to stay 3 nights. Worth it!

Newly renovated property in Racine, New owners took really good care of run down property. Best trained staff they have, always a great stay at this Comfort inn. Hot tub is really good, relaxing and fancy with multi color lights, brand new elevator and lobby and breakfast area are the highlights of the some one the work they have managed to re do in last few months. I have been visiting Racine for few months for EPA related work at FOXCONN site. And I will be coming to racine for next few years and I have decided to make this hotel my home away from home. Their free hot Breakfast offerings have a wide variety of items to offer everyday. I just love their regular waffle and strawberry flavored waffles.

The staff was friendly but other than that this place kinda sucked. When I walked past the lobby (newly remodeled) the super low drop ceiling made me feel like a giant. When you get off of the elevator there is no directional signs for room numbers. We eventually found the room and walked in to a humid chiller. The air was wet. The carpet and bathroom floor felt moist. And the a/c was blasting! One of the beds had a comforter with spots of something that was red and sticky. Like jelly. There was a used towel hanging behind the bathroom door. The water here is very hard. So much so that my hair felt dirtier after washing it. The freezer in the mini fridge did not work. *edit* woke up super thirsty. Didn't want to drink the hard water so went on a search for vending machines. The ones on the second floor didn't have water. Went to the ones on the first floor. TWO DOLLARS for a bottle of water. Seriously?! The fact that 2 nights cost me a little over $200 is outrages considering the condition of the room.

Very clean hotel, Friendly staff and free hot breakfast is a plus. My wife and I stayed here last month and I got to meet owner while visiting, very caring for his guests and took care of our late check out request for no extra charge. Thank you I will be back here again.

Really great place for trucker's. Gotta be confident in your backing. Lots of places to hit up for food and drink on foot. Excellent staff! Really can't say enough about the staff. 2 thumbs up.

Not a clean room. Blood stains on the sheets, comforter and pillow cases. Dirty alarm clock, sticky drawer handles and strange black stains on carpet and upholstered chair. Used shower cap was hanging in the bathroom. None of the linens smelled fresh. Everything else at the hotel was good. Good service, good breakfast, good water pressure and temperature. Cleanliness is very important to me in order to be comfortable, my room was not appropriately cleaned.

Lot of guests working at FOXCONN site staying here, must be good hotel. Location is very convinient, away from all noise of interstate and near by so many famous restaurants and shopping places. Nice walking trail behind the hotel is a plus. Well maintained hotel.

Pros: clean room, fitness room, laundry room, decent Wi-Fi, complimentary guest breakfast. Cons: no pool (hot tub only), cramped room entrance, small bathroom, very difficult to make a left turn on Washington Ave. Not having an indoor pool was a downer, however it was my own fault for not reading the website thoroughly. Staff were friendly and helpful when needed. We were in a double queen room, the bathroom was very small and cramped with the sink located outside by the room entrance. Beds were comfortable with plenty of pillows. Will most definitely stay with them again in the future despite the tiny bathroom.

I stay here almost every 3-6 months for CNH training. This time I was very impressed by the renovation they did. Breakfast area looks quite modern with lots of variety on the menu. Guestroom was quite comfortable. Love the new 50" televisions and other upgrades they have done. I always stay here and will continue to stay as long as they keep me wanting to return again and again! Their housekeeping staff was very professional and I witnessed they do follow all housekeeping QA processes to ensure my room was neat and clean per Comfort Inn standards before renting. I couldn't use the new Spa but it looked sexy. Stay here!

HIGHLY RECOMMENDED! From the moment we entered hotel until we checked out, EVERY experience we had was top-notch. All staff members including housekeeping were very helpful and friendly. Hotel is in a prime location with quick access to good restaurants and shopping places. Pet friendly hotel with dedicated, ample space to walk dogs. Very clean, comfy and newly renovated rooms. The parking lot was well lit at night. We will certainly consider staying there whenever we are in Racine / Mt Pleasant area.

This was my first visit to Racine for Fox Conn business planning and decided to stay at this hotel. I was quite impressed by their remodeled whirlpool, reception area, breakfast area and the guest room. Felt very welcoming and home away home. Had an awesome breakfast with lots of options. Their staff went beyond their duties and helped me clean the icy windshield glass on my car the next morning. The 24 by 7 guest computer with printer was a plus for me. I'll be visiting Mount Pleasant frequently this year and will definitely consider staying at this hotel.

We all stayed as a church group for two nights while attending downtown event. There was ample parking for our 2 buses and convenient access to restaurants and stores within half a mile. Bed was really comfy — great night's sleep! I used the newly renovated gym and it felt great working out in there. Upon arrival it is evident there has been a facelift going on with this property. The lobby and halls look very modern. The best part of our stay was our interactions with the staff. We were warmly greeted at check-in and efficiently processed.

Loved everything about this hotel. It was clean and nicely upgraded. The staff was very friendly and attentive. They gave us a nice, welcome bag as we are members of their rewards program. Most other places simply ignore it. The breakfast was good and we will definitely stay with them next time we are passing through Mt Pleasant / Racine area.

This place was warm, clean, wonderful breakfast, and friendly staff. The beds are very comfortable. I had an issue with the window being cracked and the manager, H. D. Gave me and discount and a different better room. He was so friendly and really made my stay better and more comfortable.

I always stay at this hotel due to plenty of truck parking. Very clean hotel. The front desk staff is very friendly and makes me feel special during each stay. Easily accessible of off I-94 highway. Breakfast was great with the hot portion being constantly rotated, which kept the offerings fresh and hot.

New ownership is definitely motivated and dedicated. It's clearly evident in all the renovation and improvements they are investing in! I always have a perfect stay with them.

The hotel is good for a quick stay. The staff are nice and helpful. The rooms are clean, but could use an update. The lobby is nice and is being re done.

The pricing for this place is very affordable, but the accommodations don’t slack. This place is as good as any regular hotel and even has a whirlpool!

Great hotel! We've stayed here twice in the past and have had a great experience each time. There's a really decent sized hot breakfast and comfy beds with lots of pillows. Quiet and relaxing overall.

Absolutely disgusting room and a real treat taking a shower with no water pressure or properly working exhaust fan, so the ceiling paint is falling on your head, lead based shampoo… awesome. Dont dare look at the filter on your AC/Heat unit! There are 5 other hotels within walking distance from this cess pool!

Happy guests! We always stay at this hotel every time we are in town or traveling through the area. Rooms are always very neat and clean with lots of complementary amenities. Our kids really enjoyed the whirlpool. The best part was the wonderful breakfast which included hot waffles, muffins, Geek and Regular yogurts, fruits, eggs, cereals, juice, 24 by 7 coffee. The staff was extremely helpful and welcoming! Lots of parking spaces for cars and trucks. Overall great location. Several fast food restaurants (including popular O & H Danish Bakery) are just within a mile! Our kids really enjoyed the stay at the hotel during our one-week vacation stay at the hotel. We will be back again!

I am extremely pleased with my stay and experience here thus far and have two more nights to go. This is a nice family friendly environment. You're greeted as soon as you enter, the rooms are clean and they are helpful and friendly at all times. My best experience here.

Best hotel in town. Staff is always smiling and ready to help you with any needs. Hot breakfast was delicious. Beds are very comfortable. At the end of your day you can just relax in whirlpool tub. So many restaurants and shopping choices close to the hotel. Definitely coming back for next business trip.

Staying for a few nights in a King suite with a couch. The bed is comfortable and the kid says the couch is great but, she's 10. The bathroom has a fan which is a plus, but is rather mediocre at removing steam. With couch in bed mode it is difficult to get at the AC unit. The fridge is cold, coffee maker works and the safe is a safe. The breakfast is on par with other Continental breakfasts. They have strawberry waffle mix too! Not super fancy but gets the job done and the sleep was good and quiet. Outlets in each nightstands and a couple extra walls. Would stay again.

. A good place to consider staying when near Racine. Good rates, clean rooms and a hot tub. Just remember to check the room before you leave, as they may neglect to give you a courtesy call, like they did for me. I left a couple items in the closet and had to make the drive from Chicago to retrieve them vs paying overnight shipping, as by the time I figured it out, I needed the particular shirt (that even has my name embroidered on it) in 2 days.

This property is the quality of an Econo Lodge, not the higher end Comfort In I'm used to. Unfriendly hotel staff, no fitness equipment, and power went out at the hotel.

Decent rooms, ok breakfast. It's all there, just not fantastic. I'm a tall guy, so small bathrooms combined with the "arc" shower curtain rod meant I hit my head the rod a couple times in our two night stay.

Hotel is located in a decent location along highway 20. Property is quite old and in need of an upgrade. Staff at the hotel was just ok. Beds we're decent. Very small bathroom. Hot items at breakfast were disgusting while other options were acceptable. Probably would not stay here again. 2.5 / 5

As a member of the Kilties, we stay here a lot during the summer. The rooms have improved quite a bit in the last few years — new TVs, better pillows and beds. The staff is also super friendly and always takes care of us. They've even gone the extra mile before and brought things we left behind over to our rehearsals!

The Racine Comfort Inn is always a decent hotel, with clean, comfortable accommodations. This time the woman working the front desk on check in seemed almost surprised to have to check us in, but that was not a major issue. Overall I find this hotel comfortable and a great place to stay.

Room was small but clean. No elevator at this location. Front desk was friendly and helpful. Awesome restaurant next door.

The supposedly ADA accessible room was so small that there wasn't room to reach either side of the bed from my wheelchair. I fell twice trying to get from the bed to my wheelchair. I couldn't reach the desk, the curtains, or the controls for the A/C. I called ahead of time to be sure they knew I used a wheelchair and arrived to find that the handheld shower didn't work and the builtin shower bench was both moldy and bent unsafely. It was also too far from the handrails and t…he shower controls. The staff promptly fixed both problems but it shouldn't have happened. The bed was rather uncomfortable, and there weren't enough outlets. The room was very far from the entrance, and the hallways have the plush carpet that is very hard to push a chair across. The staff were very friendly and helpful.

Comfort Inn is a great value. Friendly front desk staff and very clean room. Room had a fridge, microwave, and coffee pot. With Wi-Fi access and free breakfast, I would definitely recommend this establishment for a nice quiet place to stay at an excellent price.
