Great price, but building needs a LOT of attention. Breakfast all carbs. No good proteins, not even peanut butter. They are doing some remodeling. The room was fairly clean. Missing drain in bathtub. My sister's room had tools and a broken security lock when she checked in. Looking forward to seeing improvements.

The toilet seat was not clean, the room smelled musty, and the recent room repainting was sloppy with plastic still covering one of the fire sprinklers. The guy at the front desk was nice, but I was glad to leave after only a 10 hour stay.

Heavy police presence due to high criminal behavior close by. Loved the strong smell of fresh cigarette smoke. Never again.

The common area carpets are meh and the elevator is slow… but the rooms are really nice, the staff is dece and I believe there's a continental… oh and the Wi-Fi worked on the reg.

It's accurate at 3.5. Workers were pleasant. Not the cleanest place, but not seedy. It's fine.

Can't go wrong at this price point. At this spending level one can, frankly, get some scary accommodations. The Super 8 Racine was clean and comfortable. Everything worked, there was in-room coffee, great shower, comfortable bed, and pleasant desk staff. The Continental breakfast had fresh fruit, cereal, make-your-own waffles and good coffee. I'll be back for my next stay in Racine.

Room smelt like piss. Creepy vibes in the halls. Noisey kids running up and down the hall at 9pm at night. Fun for those who like crappy hotels.

It wasn't that I disliked it. It's just an average hotel. The Wi-Fi was crummy. They need to boost it.

I got a room for one night with a hot tub in the room. The room had moderate damage in various places. The Carpet was bubbled up in a lot of spots. The tile on the stairs leading up into the hot tub had tile missing with exposed wood/glue. The toilet wasn't cleaned well, and the ceiling in the bathroom had water damage and looked like it was falling apart. My experience was fine, but the room was poor quality. I also got sick the same night/morning.

Can't say too much about this place. I showed up late at night, left early next day. However it was clean and quiet. The bed I slept in had to be one of the more comfortable that I've been in for quite awhile. Slept great.

While this is not a super fancy hotel, it was clean, comfortable, and convenient, and well priced. What you would expect from a Super 8. Staff was super nice, breakfast was good (fresh waffles! ), the beds were reasonably comfortable, and the water was hot with good pressure. There was a slight "older hotel" air about it, but nothing overpowering. One evening we inadvertently left our door slightly open (It did have trouble closing all the way), and nothing was disturbed or missing. Overall, a good place to stay, and I would definitely stay here again.

This place has seen better days, and until there's a change in ownership I wouldn't expect it to improve much. The property is managed by a husband/wife team that do everything, and it's clear that all preventative maintenance and refreshing has been shelved to save money. In fact, everything here is done on the cheap, from the cable boxes just hung off the back of the TV, to the breakfast which has almost every item you'd get at other free breakfasts, but the products are each the cheapest and lowest quality options… which leads to their breakfast not being worth the price you pay. I had in-laws stay here 5-6 years ago and always remembered it as a nice, clean, simple property (as all Super 8's are), but it's clear the years of neglect have taken their toll. We were looking for a 4 night stay as we waiting on our new house to be ready for move-in, and when they attempted to charge us an extra $15/night for weekend pricing we found MUCH nicer accommodations 5 min. Away for considerably less. With a bad mix of a threadbare property that's not cheaper than other options, I can't think of much of a reason to stay here.

Honestly I visited a friend who was staying there n I didn't stay very long. But the room looked very nice and clean and I admired the beautiful artwork on the wall.

Staff were pretty good. Room was cramped and a lot of stuff was half broken or falling apart. Moderately clean, not terrible but not confidence inspiring. For a room under three figures, it's near par, but not great. Better than sleeping in your car.

Stayed One night in a non smoking room, the hall smelled like smoke as did the room and room was cleanish, door handle on the bathroom was broken, and the lighting was stetchy.

I'm originally from Racine but now live in Texas. Every time I come to visit I use this hotel. I definitely would do a little update on the Plumbing system otherwise good customer service rooms are always clean and reasonable priced.

Cheap price, some small things not what you would expect from a nicer place: our room had a broken security latch; my wife felt the sheets were a little "scritchy. ' Continental breakfast included waffle maker with syrup (no whipped cream or other toppings), raisin bran and frosted flakes options for cereal with one option for milk (I think it was 2%) Yogurt cups and bananas, coffee, black tea bags, hot chocolate packets. Also white and whole wheat bread, toaster, and butter and grape jelly packets. Breakfast every day 6-9am. Overall, serviceable with a good price.

The hotel booty asfk they got stanky ass rooms and the bath rooms are little asfk.

Bathrooms had no drain plugs for tub, staff was friendly, breakfast choices not the greatest however as stated the staff was friendly and helpful.

We stayed in room 314. The room was ok for the price.

BED BUGS! The owner offered to throw our stuff in the dryer to kill the bugs and that was nice but it ruined my shoes! No effort to reimburse for the shoes or even an offer of a free nights stay. The space between the headboard and wall was filthy! THANKS FOR NOTHING!

I've stated at several super 8's and they have always been a Co. For table stay my favorite price part overall is there Belgium waffle iron and batter available in the morning for fresh waffles.

I'd be careful here… right across the street from a known drug/prostitution area (Knights Inn), and right next to a section 8 housing complex. They haven't landscaped the place (other than minimally meeting required lawn mowing) in years, no trees have been trimmed, when a car ran over all the bushes, they just let them die and now there is just a big patch of weeds (2 years and counting). First impressions mean a lot… apparently the owners don't know that or just don't care.

I stayed in this hotel for two nights and found it to be decent for the price. It was clean. The staff seemed good.

I needed to be in Racine for over a week and wound up at the Super8 through a Travelocity package. I can think of nothing negative to say about our stay. The king sized bed was comfortable, the mini fridge ran cold and was large enough to hold a reasonable amount of food and differently sized bottled and canned beverages. There was a mini coffee pot and microwave, but I didn't use either (but other family in the motel used theirs without trouble). The room was cleaned well each day and housekeeping was very flexible on mornings when we hung out a little longer and came back when we asked. We were on the ground floor, overlooking the parking lot and near vending machines and had no problem with outside or inside noise. While we may have heard some people going to their rooms in the evenings, as soon as they entered their rooms it was silent. Hotel wi fi was strong, the table and two chairs and extra 'comfortable reading chair' were very nice to have (in our king sized bed room. I'm not sure if they're in the two queen sized bed rooms or not). The niece and neph were very happy with waffle mix and grill provided in the mornings out in the lobby (along with juice, milk and raisin bran). It's close to fast food places, if you'd rather. The motel is near a very nice walking path where we saw families, seniors and dog walkers mid morning. It very much worked for us as a clean, quiet place to stay during an extended visit. I'd stay there again under similar circumstances.
