My husband and I stayed at the hotel on December 25. Beautiful room, clean, quiet. Had a very restful sleep. We were happy campers until upon monitoring our bank account, I found an extra $50 was added to the charge for the room. I called the hotel regarding this charge and was informed that it would be credited back to my account. Now 16 days later, and after several calls to hotel staff (including the manager), I am still waiting for my money.

I do not typically write negative reviews, but this has been the worst experience. No restaurant for breakfast or lunch, even though web site states breakfast, lunch and dinner. Doesn’t open until 4 pm. $5 breakfast was packaged danish, bagels and little boxes of cereal. Changed room 3 times looking for room that a/c worked in. Was finally told that they turn air off hotel wide during cooler months. 73 is not acceptable. Hair dryer was broken into two pieces. Asked for replacement — waited 30 minutes, gave up and went to desk and waited for them to get one from empty room. No laundry facility. No fan in bathroom. Poor bath lighting. Bath products looked like they came from Dollar Tree. The shampoo and conditioner were each a different no name brand, as was the body wash and lotion. Not a huge deal, just odd. Sheets had large dry urine stain. So disappointing. We really were expecting an experience worthy of Marriot. Only bright point is the courtyard where our dog was able to exercise.

We enjoyed an indoor bluegrass festival at well at the Delta hotel in hotel in Racine Mount Pleasant. The hotel was cool, modern and classy yet homey and comfortable. I loved the configuration of the Courtyard ~ with good views from all angles. The pool & conference room made this an ideal venue. I'm sure both families and business people find this to be a hotel conducive to having a good stay.

I normally like writing nice reviews for places but this hotel stay I had last week Friday WAS THE WORST. I booked two conjoined rooms for my best friends wedding. Didn’t even get my rooms on the wedding block that I had asked for. I called a month in advance. My friends conjoined room was dirty, towels on the floor, beds were slept in and no clean sheets. There was a to go box full of old food in the bathroom. When I called the front desk, the manager came to the room and offered another room on the same floor but it wouldn’t be conjoined with us anymore, which was the whole point of booking early in the first place. Apparently their cleaning crew goes home early and no one checks to make sure if the rooms are actually clean. Waited almost an hour to get another room for my friend… & then to hear about a sexual allegations with the manager and fellow employees! Disgusting! I will never be back and I hope the review will help others by pass this hotel! Ugh!

The bed was very comfortable.
the pillows were just perfectly fluffy, slept very good. Pool was clean
2 dispoointments, no hot tub and a simple continental breakfast was $5 per person, even though $5 is not very much, you would think that something so simple would be free.

This hotel is trash, made us sleep with the window open due to A/C not working. Not only in one room. Do not recommend this place by any means.

This hotel is a breath of fresh air. They charge a pet fee which is certainly acceptable. We usually are given a dumpy first floor room near the noisy exit door where people walk outside all night to smoke just because we travel with our 18 lb 5 yr old dog. Not here — our room is clean, quiet, down the hall from a door. We are here for a funeral — my son’s flight was cancelled so couldn’t arrive and they allowed him to cancel his room at no charge. Great establishment, comfy bed.

Heat doesn’t work in our room because of how old the building is. At least that’s the story the front desk is telling me. Best they can do is “see” if someone can bring me and my son an extra blanket.

Nice clean rooms with comfortable beds. The shower heads are awesome with great water pressure! We would stay here again if passing through.

The only hotel in Racine that I will stay in. Staff is amazing ant the place is clean. Breakfast is just amazing too. Always will come back.

The Room service meal was delicious and being married to a Chef gives me some high standards to live up to.

Rooms are very clean. Rooms are big and the bed is amazing.

This place ripped off my daughter who was there with her children and husband and charged additional fees. Manager not willing to refund! I recommend that you never stay here. I personally stayed at AirBnB and would highly recommend doing this instead!

Good Business hotel and nice room.

This place is a joke. Charging us a "clean up fee" after claiming we had a party when it was literally just us and our kids in the room… was it a little messy? Yes. Kids are messy… were there dirty diapers in the trash… yes we have a two year old… did they find alcohol/drugs/cigarettes. No. Because we didn't have a freaking party… DO NOT STAY HERE unless you'd like to get charged more then what the room is worth… Called to talk to "Stephanie" the manager. Have called TWICE in the past week and she keeps dragging her feet saying "I'll get to the bottom of it and call you back". Guess what. Hasn't called back once and I've contacted her twice. I'll be getting the entire wedding block to post poor reviews because clearly Delta of Racine thinks they're entitled to steal people's money… DO NOT STAY HERE!

I was traveling for work and found myself at the Delta Hotel in Racine, WI. I am so lucky I did. This place was fantastic. You walk in to their beautiful lobby and you see that the hotel has a restaurant with a full bar. Perfect. The staff was incredibly friendly and helpful as I checked in to the hotel. They were quick and efficient getting me checked in, but still took the time to explain everything that the hotel offers. Unfortunately, I was fighting a bit of a cold while… I was there. So, I didn't not get a chance to check out all the awesome things this hotel had to offer. This time. I know I will be back. The room was perfect. Clean and spacious. Great beds and an even better bathroom. But with any great hotel room, it is the little things they offer that make it great. One thing, the television offers you to login and watch Netflix. Pretty cool. In conclusion, thanks for the great stay, Delta Hotel. I will absolutely be back the next time I am in Racine, WI.

Customer service was Absolutely the WORST EVER! Was at the Kohlman Wedding Saturday 27th and had My sons there 3 yrs ago. Hadn't been back since then and WILL NEVER go back again! I will Lead A Revolt Against You! To Late to Fix a Broken Place!

This is s wonderful hotel. Very comfortable bed, clean and quiet. Breakfast buffet was fabulous.

Room 234 has BED BUGS!. This hotel has bed bugs. My family and I checked in on 9/7/18 to attend a family wedding. I woke up at 5:00 AM the next morning to use the bathroom and noticed several red bite marks on my body. Alarmed, went to check the bed and there was a bed bug crawling across the sheet. I immediately called the front desk and Sedrick moved us to room 410 which had not been vacuumed. Later that morning I spoke to the manager, John. He said that he would investigate the bed bug issue in room 234 and he would ensure that room 410 was properly cleaned. That didn't happen. Housekeeping came while I was out, and only left clean towels, but not remove the dirty towels that were on the bathroom floor. They did not make the beds, vacuum, or clean the bathroom. I reported this to the front desk. Our room was not cleaned until Sunday 9/9/2018. This hotel looks nice on the outside, but has poor customer service, the rooms are not properly cleaned and they have BED BUGS!

Delta Hotels in Racine hosted our large family gathering event for our grandmother's birthday and it went fantastic! The event space which took up most of their event space seated more than 200 people happily. Tables, chairs, and stage/wooded floor area were provided and set up by staff in a timely fashion. Service and hospitality was fantastic with staff that was friendly and kind. Concierge was quick to ask if we needed any assistance and helped provide things, like additional carts, when we looked desperate. Staff around the hotel and event saved plenty of lost items like keys and jewelery in the venue's parking lot and notified and returned the items to us to find the owner plenty of times over the course of the evening. The specific needs and accommodations our gathering demanded were met proficiently as well. Feeding the amount of people required lots of food from professional catering services as well as some dishes provided by families. For every party, the kitchen and dining staff handled the conditions each dish required happily and even gave us some directions and access into the kitchen in the event we needed to access items ourselves. Most sound and video equipment (some large speakers and two projectors and projector screens) were supplied and set up for us. We ran into some compatible issues with laptops, but staff quickly came to help once we contacted them.

We have stay here quite a bit, this time was by far the worst. The staff at the desk should look up and say hello, unless helping someone. The restaurant staff was awful, the one gentleman working making omelettes was the only one that seem to care, kind and every friendly and remember us from the day before and poured our granddaughter her milk that he remembered. The staff should have try to keep the food area clean instead of sitting at the end of the counter on they phones. The pool area was left very untidy, the kids and parents were unconcerned about other families trying to have fun. My granddaughter and husband were confronted by a dog I in the hallway with no leash. Our room was very nice but we stay two nights and after the first night they never cleaned our room. So at 8 p. M we had to get towels and shampoo, for the next day.

Nice hotel, good workout area. Even better now that they brought in a new weight machine. They were fixing up the pool during my last stay. Rooms are kept clean and very good water pressure in the showers.

They overbooked the rooms on the first night of our stay and we almost had to go to a different hotel. They ended up giving us two rooms with kings instead of one room with two queens after an hour of waiting late at night just wanting somewhere to sleep. The rooms were really nice though, and the staff was friendly. The shampoo and conditioner was really nice quality. Unfortunately the pool was out of order during our stay but the hot tub was working.

For one, I wish they had a shuttle to MKE. Second, I used the app on Friday to request things but it came Saturday. But overall it was peaceful and the food was good. Please get a shuttle to and from MKE. Also hair found on the ceiling in the bathroom.

I was there for only one night, but I couldn't have been more impressed. The staff was super. My room was great. I would definitely recommend this hotel. Thank you for an enjoyable stay.

We had a 4 day event which we do here every year and now there are new owners. Bernita, a manager, was great! Tim and Bob the bartenders did a great job and very friendly. Juan and Alex helped out a great deal and were also very friendly. There was a lady at the front desk named Christina that made it seem like she didn't have time to help us when asked to print something. Very unfriendly. We received a lot of complaints form our patrons who attended our event that the restaurant staff was slow and the food not as good as the previous owners. Rooms were nice and beds comfortable. Our room was missed one day by housekeeping. A few tweaks and this hotel would be as good as the last owners.

The hotel is showing its age. The rooms and other public place it needs renovations.

The hotel is located a few miles off the interstate in a good location. The rooms were spacious, clean and modern. It had a flat screen tv, nice shower and indoor pool. The staff were very friendly and room service is offered. Would stay there again.

We attended a wedding reception in one of the ballrooms. Everything was very well laid out and the food was very good.

Clean hotel. Nice people. TV reception was bad on most channels. Had to fix toilet. Heater ran all the time. Hall ways had a strong "chemical" smell.

I used to love this hotel. It's no longer the gem I once counted on. The rooms are disgusting (towels stiff, walls stained, ceilings stained — in more places than one and the products left my skin dry), the lounge is out dated (darts has no tips, ) and the coffee was the worst I've ever had (I've had terrible coffee in my life). Managment hasn't even had the decency to return my calls / emails regarding my concerns on my stay. I'm pretty " go-with-the-flow" but I hated every second in this place. For the same price (less actually) I've stayed in the heart of Chicago and had a better experience, head over shoulders. Racine Marriott is not worth the money. Stay anywhere but here.

The bathroom fans are LOUD. And there's no way to turn them off. The building is old and so are the rooms but they are clean and fairly large. Room service food is about average, not bad and not great either. The overall customer service though is good from front desk to room service.

Room was broken, broken doors, broken heater, rude night staff…, did not have a good time my last visit.

The hotel is decent but definitely older. The service staff was courteous and helpful. I had dinner at the hotel restaurant. The service was great, the food just OK. It was overly seasoned and overly cooked. The portion sizes were huge which would generally be a good thing, but I try not to over eat so it just seemed like a waste of food for me. In the end it's a decent hotel that could use a few renovation to update its image and a better selection of food I. The restaurant.

Really nice rooms and service. Only improvement would to include a continental breakfast or free meal coupon per night, not wanting to spend $50 per breakfast eating there and a nice hot breakfast is always really nice in the morning.

Never come to this place if are indian and coming with family. Food options are almost not there.

Room service breakfast was very inconsistent. The first night we arrived a menu was in the room, every day after that we had to request a menu. Each morning during our weeklong stay something was "off" about the breakfast. We ordered the same meal each time… ham/eggs/hashbrowns/toast, and then a bagel/creamcheese. The ham one day was cut in half, but every other time it was a whole piece of ham. One day they forgot the juice, another day we had checked to have the coffee in a to go cup, only it was served in a regular cup, an issue every day. Just kind of annoying they couldn't get it right. One day the tray say in the hall from 7 am until 8pm.

The customer service and staff hasn't been helpful. I have had two bad experiences with staff.

I stay here whenever I am in Racine. Great hotel with a great staff.

Our event was last night. I would like to compliment the Staff first; we were treated first class. Robin Monosa had everything dialed in perfectly. The Servers and Event Coordinator made every aspect perfect. We were glad we chose the Marriott. You will be very satisfied with the service. We received many compliments from our guests. Marriott made us look good. Thanks Patrick.

Warning: they say they serve Starbucks coffee here, but they don't. Beds are comfy, nice hot tub and indoor pool.

Please try clean the pool and the hot tub thats really dirty all around pool and hot tub looks like grease on the tile. And all pool area floor need to be clean with pressure hose.
