Great place for kids and adults.

This was our first time staying in this hotel. Excellent customer service. Our Suite was very clean. Love the retro decor. Staff is so sweet. We will foresure be back again.

So this is Delta Hotels by Marriott. When we checked in the sink in our room was falling off the wall. When we asked to be moved to another room the front desk stated they did not move guests in the evenings. Their solution was to send maintenance to the room who proceeded to bring in some 2x4s to prop up the sink. Totally unacceptable. The room we had is in the 2nd floor and does not even have a working elevator so we had to carry our bags up two flights of stairs. This is apparently Marriott customer service.

Nobody keeps promises to clean room as requested MULTIPLE times during a 5 day stay. Hot water takes 10+ mins to get lukewarm. Toilet needs to be turned off from the valve on the back wall to STOP running & fill the tank back up to flush. The air conditioning unit runs for 10 — 20 secs & stops for 20+ mins or more & then restarts that cycle ALL NIGHT LONG! The dining available onsite isn’t available. Upon check in they say it’s “limited” but the fact is that the doors are open but nobody is working & no customer is being served food or beverage. On top of all that my Kate Spade bag was “never located” in housekeeping… SHOCKER! Ridiculous lipstick on a pig here, buyer beware! If you are looking for better than average don’t stay here!

Our room was not ready upon check in and we arrived at 4pm. The mini fridge didn't keep anything cold. There's no breakfast of any kind, not even pre-packaged. The pool hours are not family friendly (opens at 2pm! ). Would not have booked here had we known that. Check out is noon so the kids couldn't swim in the morning. Yes, I did look over the website, but my bad for not digging in the reviews. Up side, the staff is very nice and the beds were comfy.

Nice rooms and an amazing pool area.
But it didn’t have a microwave in any of the rooms and the refrigerator would turn off every two hours.
Plus the internet was leggy.
Not to mention they had a Starbucks in the hotel but it was never open…
If they fixed those four things I would high recommend otherwise it was a good hotel that I might give another try.

1st we go for New Years Eve, we received our key with no instructions with pool or restaurant. On our 1st night we go eat at restaurant and it has maybe 15 items to pick from and they are out of food and beer and its also a bar. Being New Years Eve it is only open 5pm-10pm. Also, was not even open for breakfast on New Years Day. Then after eating we try to go swimming and find out they do in shifts. We were not told in shifts and check in. We go talk to front desk and one of the employees threw a temper tantrum and stormed out right in front of us. Then an HR and a half later we get in pool and lifeguard is reading and not paying attention. It says 10 people capacity in the hot tub and no one under 6 years old. Well had about 20 people in hot tub, no social distancing and many kids under 6 splashing adults. We left because of that. Then we decide to go after 9-10 when kids in bed and find out pool only open 2pm-9pm, not even open in morning for people checking out for their last swim. And this was New Years Eve and day. I hope no one gets Covid since person in charge was not enforcing the rules. Also, on the slide, kids where piling up and falling on eachother after going down the slide. There was no waiting between each person. The day we checked in we saw a bug crawling on the bed and killed it. We also saw water damage and mold in our room, we took a picture of that, just in case we need proof, if we get sick. This was the worse experience ever in a hotel.

First of all they’re the only Hotel in town that pool is not open yet. Also no elevator so had to hike up 2 flights 3 times with all our luggage and my disable mother in law. The hallways had to be 90 degrees and our room wouldn’t go above 80 degrees. It was miserable. The internet didn’t work. After we finally got settled went to watch a movie and took 5 hours to watch a 2 hour movie. I woke up several times in the middle of the night sweating and actually called down to the front desk and there was no answer another time I walked down there and there was no one there. In the morning I finally got a hold of someone and told her of all my concerns and she did not offer an apology nor a discount or anything of that sort. We stay in rooms quite often and I’ve never been so dissatisfied with the service or stay. I guess The only positive thing I would say about it as it had a nice shower and the rooms were beautiful however there was no microwave. Can’t be comfortable in 80 degrees. Would absolutely not recommend this hotel to anyone.

Great place to stay, staff was helpful. The only thing that could be improved would be the Urban 80 restaurant. We took our children there for dinner and waited quite awhile for our drinks, My children were upset because it took so long for someone to come back and take our order. When we Finally were able to order, we ended up waiting a really long time for our food. We almost left! My fiance decided to see what was going on, the waitress seen him walking over there and grabbed out food and brought it out! Why wasnt it brought out if it was done, it was just sitting there?! It wasn't busy, there was only us and two other tables. After our food was there, she said she would check on us, never did. The food was good, the service sucked!

Very clean, great staff, awesome towels in the pool. Nice amenities in the room. 5 stars out of 5!

Amazing hotel. Absolutely wonderful renovation! Urban 80 Restaurant has terrific food and drinks! The most helpful and friendly staff I have ever encountered!

STAY AWAY from this place! The air condition was bad in my room and their super rude staff kept saying that a service technician would be coming soon to fix it which never happened in my five nights stay. They forced me to take the handicap room even though I booked the regular room in advance. This is the worst Marriott property in U. S.

Totally uncaring concierge. Room is nice looking but that’s about it! No hot water, the air conditioner cover was hanging by a thread and the refrigerator was so packed full with ice you couldn’t put anything in it. Would not recommend it. Hopefully we will be compensated for no hot water.

Front end manger/supervisor was so disrespectful the moment I walked in, never again will I go there. Felt very uncomfortable with my kids. Over charged card. And said we couldn’t even have pizza in our room. The only part I liked was the slide. The hot tub and kiddie pool was closed also and when I called they said everything was working but that was false. Wasn’t a good experience. Please train the front end how to talk to a guest. I would say maybe 2 stars ⭐️ ⭐️.

Horrible, awful, terrible, worst hotel stay ever, rude staff, dirty outside and inside. Don’t let the lobby fool you.

Newly renovated, formerly the Ramada. Definitely aesthetically pleasing and the staff was great.

Great hotel and mini waterpark. My Son had a blast!

Horrible experience for my birthday weekend. We booked a suite online and paid full price and were never made aware until check in that the hotel was under MAJOR CONSTRUCTION! No swimming pool, no bar, no restaurant, etc… it was literally in shambles! The elevator was frightening to use as it got stuck the first time we used it, and we we spoke to the very rude staff in regards to our concerns with the condition of the place, they responded with an attitude. Basically it was too late because they already had our money… and they even suggested that we just use the stairs — every time we needed to access our room on the 5th floor! Our room was ok, however the bathroom was cleaned poorly upon arrival and there was a big rip in the sofa … just not what I would expect for almost $200/night. I would never stay here again, even for free and I highly discourage anybody else from doing so!

After checking in the front desk asked if it was ok that the hot tub isn't working. Went on about the holiday weekend and it being hard to find someone to fix it. Online reviews say it's been broke for months now… she never mentioned that one of the slides is down as well as the kid swimming area. The whole pool area looks like a construction zone. The life guards just hung out in a group talking to eachother eating snacks and listing to music and also 2 of them changed in a small area that did t have doors to close and was open for anyone to walk into. Our room is disgusting huge white globs of stuff on the carpet. Candy wrappers behind the bed, bed skirts all ripped up. Stained furniture. Will not ever come back here or recommend to anyone else.

To start my room key didn't work, 3 different ones so I thought it was not looking real good for this hotel. But the reception staff, a young man was very nice and apologetic. He went with me to try the keys when they didn't work he upgraded my room to a suite. It was very nice and clean. Everything in the room was modern and nice. I don't know how the regular rooms are but this room was updated. The hotel is close to everything, Bay Park Square Mall, and plenty of other shopping venues. GB Packer stadium is a few miles away as well. Pool has a large water slide and is very nice. Lounge was also very nicely decorated. Plenty of parking.

I use bonus points to get the room and it was very nice. I'm not really sure how much it would have been considering it was a Packers game night otherwise, but what we got it for it was great. They also provided a free shuttle to and from the game which was nice.

Great motel all around! Go here every year for anniversary going on 11 years now and stay in a suite. Always a great stay and people who work at check in counter are always amazing, helpful, and very friendly! I don't know how they get such great employees, but Ramada plaza, you are doing something right! Your employees deserve a Pat on the back for always making us feel welcome and always keep us wanting to come back! Very reasonable rates, and also have everything you need If you don't wanna leave the motel, very children friendly also, my almost 2 year old loves the lil kiddie pool, and older kids enjoy the water slides. By far it's the best motel especially for a family with younger kids:)

Terrible. We stayed 3 days and 2 nights, the water slides were open for maybe 6 hours total during that time. When they were on, only one slide was open at a time. They shut off the slides 30 minutes before posted times. The staff shut the lights off while we were in the pool. Hot tub was not working, women's bathroom was out of order, part of the swimming area was closed off. The water gave me, my wife, and child a rash. The person we talked to about the slides being off said that it's a Wisconsin law. Terrible stay. Do not recommend.

We stayed in a Jacuzzi suite and it was great! Bed was comfortable and front desk was super friendly.

Had issues with the room but front desk was very fast in responding. Even gave me 2 free drinks coupons. Will visit again.

First off, I would have given this place a good rating since they upgraded us to a whirlpool suite since somehow they had overbooked their king rooms. But the place was not clean… needs a good vacuuming in halls/rooms. Our bathroom door was splattered with soap scum and there was toothpaste on the sink. The wall behind the whirlpool looked very "rough". Someone did a slaphappy job on the repairs/renovation and the touch up paint doesn't even match the existing wall color! In the morning my feet were really itchy and I have numerous red spots on my feet/legs that I'm convinced are bedbug bites, because I didn't have them before and haven't got any new ones since. NOT IMPRESSED! Don't waste your money and risk getting bedbug bites by staying here!

The location of this hotel is alright. The rooms are spacious, and the pool area is a big bonus. The rooms are bit dated and rough in spots, as is the hotel in general. Don't bother getting the complimentary breakfast, you're better off sleeping in.

By far one of the best experiences we've had in a long time. The staff is amazing. Everyone is super friendly. The cleanliness of the hotel is exceptional. Housekeeping is on top of their game. Corporate could give a little love to this location. A little would go a long way because the staff here obviously care and take pride in their work. Huge shout out to Holly, she worked her tail off the entire time we were there. I'm pretty sure she worked 20 hours plus on Saturday, catering a wedding and taking care of her other duties. She always had a smile on her face and was an absolute pleasure. This hotel is lucky to have her. Also big thanks to the Chris's, Katie, and Marcy. You guys rock! We'll probably never stay anywhere else when we're in town.

Pool is great for kids. Two funwater slides. Staff was great. Very helpful and friendly. Bathroom in our room had a bad repair job on the shower and was kinda gross.

It was a great experience. The room was great. The bed was super and so were the pillows. Most comfortable one we were ever in. Thank you! I give it 5 star rating.

Room was updated and was very nice. Staff was helpful and friendly. Location is very convenient and easy to get to. I stayed at this property 3 or 4 times in the past 12 months. The outside of the building seems a bit rundown, could use a refresh.

Location is easy to get to. I had a meeting in one of the conference rooms which had ample space. A little chilly, but otherwise great.

Great staff I have no complaints the water park and the food there was amazing.

Clean and comfortable room, but shower head was very weak. Had to move around just to get water to rinse off. Continental breakfast was sad! No eggs or breakfast meat that most hotels include.

I recently went to my fiance's employee appreciation banquet. It was held in the grand ballroom. Food was good, and service was great as well. Only odd thing was what I'm guessing power surges made the lights dim a bit for a second or two every few min, which was somewhat distracting.

Knowledgeable staff room was nice and clean nice pool and good breakfast.

I took pictures just in case it allowed photo comments. There was a weird brown stain on our comforter, a black curled hair on our comforter and our sheets looked like someone tried to "make babies" about a 100x on them! We were disgusted. Also — the Wi-Fi is terrible. Better plan on using your own data here.

We came during week day in January, Wife had Groupon. Kids enjoyed pool, Slides only operate friday to sunday. Kids disappointed, but still had fun. There isn't a game room as advertised. 3 games in Hallway. That was quite misleading. Friendly staff.

Alex at the bar was excellent… very accommodating. Room was very clean. Staff was very helpful.

The entryway is really nice, but the rooms were damp and dark. You can tell they are trying to make it nice, but they're a way off yet. The exercise room was three treadmills and one was broken. No weights… The continental breakfast was pretty good! Make your own waffles and someone delicious pastries. The Water park is two water slides and a tiny shallow pool. Does have a sauna and hot tub though. Older kids would enjoy it!

I thought it was cool at first but once we got to our room It smelled like smoke and was really damp /musty, same with the hallways I'm glad we were out all day enjoying our vacation so we didn't have to deal with it that much.

I enjoy my stay and will come back again. The only con the elevator did not work and there was an error with the billing. But thats all sorted out as the person that check us in was new.

Got charge $65 without my consent when I already purchase the room through groupon. Then I got the reciept ramdomly under my door when I didn't even authorize the charges. Then the elevator was broken and we stayed on the 4th floor, Will never visit again the only pros was they pool was ok and the complimentary breakfast.

Nastiest hotel iv ever stayed at or tried to any way room looked like a one hour hotel if you know what I mean I'm a truck driver and stayed at many hotels but I saw my room and demanded to be switched so they showed me a another room just as nasty so I went down the road and stayed at econo lodge instead pretty sad when a econo lodge was five star over a Ramada.

We stayed for a tournament this weekend and I just have to say the experience was horrible. First of all when I called to make the reservation and said I was with a group, he didn't put us with the group so at check in the room rate was wrong. Also was told because we weren't booked with the group we weren't going to get the breakfast tickets. We ended up getting the tickets after my husband had to argue with them. The room was dirty when we got in, tub paint was peeling off. My father in law was also booked in the same hotel and when he came back from shopping couldn't get in his room. Come to find out they gave his room to someone else while his stuff was still in there. There is a severe lack of communication with the staff in this hotel. The only good experience we had was the lady on Sunday morning who was very kind, friendly and willing to fix everyone elses mistakes. She was great! Everyone elses response to anything was its not my problem. Will definitely never stay here again.

My News crew spent two nights at this hotel. This hotel uses Ethostream Internet and do not expect to click on it and you will connect to the internet right away. I connected to it and nothing happened. I called the front desk and a man answered and he said they are sold out on the internet. I asked why and he said too many people are using the internet and there is nothing he can do. Just keep trying to see if any one will get out. WOW, what a hotel. The hair dryer look like a vacuum cleaner and the air pressure is really low. Took 20 minutes to dry my hair. If you want a decent internet service and a decent hair dryer, this hotel is not for you. Hope they will change this two things to make it a better service for every one.

We checked into the Ramada Plaza Green Bay on Saturday and to my surprise they upgraded us to a suite. We had a whirlpool suite with a separate room with a pull out sofa bed and a king size bed. On our check out day I asked the manager if I could buy the pillow I slept on. He gave the pillow to me which I thought was nice since it's so hard to find a pillow I like. The room was quite and clean. I will definitely stay with them again in the near future.

If I could give them a zero I would. I made a reservation with a group of people I was with for a certain date. I arrived to check in and they said I wasn't in the system. They said they would have to give me a different room that was on a totally different floor from my group. They said they would cancel my other reservation if they found it. The room they gave me was not much bigger then a closet. A couple days after I was home I look at my credit card statment and they charged $102.80 to the card I reserved the orginal room. It caused my card to go over because I did alot of shopping in the area. I travel with a sport team and stay in many hotels and I will never stay there again. I'm having trouble getting my money back. What a joke.

At first, the staff was pretty friendly when I was checking in. When I got into the elevator, there were shoe prints on the walls. I don't even know how they got there. The elevator and halls smell like a bar, musty and smokey. I noticed that everything just seemed so run down, especially when I got to my room. There was a chunk of wood missing along the edge of my door where the dead bolt is. Finally, we get to the type of people that stay here. I've been to Wal-Marts with classier people. The person to the room next to me had their TV up as loud as they could get it. Whoever was above me was apparently moving the furniture around all night. It literally sounded like they were doing renovations in the middle of the night. After complaining to the staff and requesting a different room, they could only put me in one that was down the hall where you could still hear the dragging of furniture. Oh, and the Wi-Fi barely works. I'd recommend the Econolodge over this place.
