Friendly front desk and staff, clean rooms and comfortable beds. Will definitely stay here again.

Pet friendly. The rooms are clean, staff is friendly and breakfast is good. Pool is kind of small, but still good. Will stay again. There is a bar crossing the hotel where you can take your dog with you… NICE!

Stayed one night for my daughters wedding. The bed was really comfortable with 3 huge pillows on each and extra pillows in the room. The room had plenty of sitting and sleeping area. Didnt get a chance to use the pool or whirlpool or exercise equipment. The next morning the breakfast was more than you can ask for. Oatmeal, sausages, scrambled eggs, sweet rolls, cereal, yogurts, make your own Belgian waffles and more. Plenty of juices and coffees. I'd very much recommend.

Clean room and comfortable bed. Staff was friendly and breakfast was good. Pool area was small but nice. Convenient location with department and grocery stores that share the same parking lot. Front desk was very helpful in mailing my child’s forgotten items back to me.

Stayed here for 5 days with my family. The staff was nice and the rooms were Clean. The breakfast changed every morning and was always fresh and tasty. Coffee was hot and there was plenty to eat. Very pleased with my stay. Walking distance from a 24 hour store and several other convenient stores. We have family that live in Green bay. This will be a place I would love to stay in again.

I had a great stay! The staff was friendly and helpful. My king suite was comfortable and clean. There are several great food options nearby, including bars, restaurants, and a grocery store. (All within walking distance)

Hotel was extremely clean. Lobby was beautiful, with fireplace, family gaming area and little library. Free cookies and lemonade upon arrival. They had toiletries available when all myen ran out of razors and shaving cream. Breakfast had excellent assortment. Indoor pool and jacuzzi was small but well maintained. Staff was welcoming and helpful. Everything was perfect.

Nice rooms and service. Quiet are conditioner. However, we were over the swimming pool and could hear the loud swimmers. The water was way too soft. The furniture appeared to have stains.

This is the desk chair that was provided for our room. All taped up with duck tape. For $119 a night I would expect better.

Great rooms great service restaurants nearby kind of awkward location but I would stay again.

On December 23, I called directly to cancel this reservation, and was first told that I couldn't get a refund because the rate I paid was so low. I was confused since I didn't reserve this at a special rate. I asked what the difference in the amount was, and was told $10. I asked if I could just pay the extra $10 then cancel, she said no. I asked that since I was calling 24 hours ahead of time couldn't they re-sell this room, and for even more since it's for Christmas Eve. She said no, and now also said that I couldn't cancel because "of the Packer game", which was December 23. I asked her what that had to do with Christmas Eve, and she repeated that there wasn't anything I could do. Around 1:30pm, my husband called back and talked to the front desk. He didn't get any new answers, so he asked to talk to a manager. He was told that he could leave a message, but that the manager wouldn't be back until Wednesday, December 27. My husband left a message for the manager with his name, phone number, and quick explanation of the situation. We never heard from them until I sent another email to the manager on January 1. Even after talking to the manager, no refund. Shame for them to lose upcoming business because of not refunding one reservation. I've stayed here multiple times and would have continued to do so, but not anymore.

Very nice room. Soft bed. Good space. Pool and hot tub open until midnight for adults.

A very nice little hotel on the north side of Green Bay. Perfect for anyone looking for a place to say for a Packers game. They offer a shuttle service to and from the game. Also in very close proximity to a full liquor store, grocery store, and a couple of sports bars. Will be back again for sure.

Great Hotel with lots of Semi Truck parking available. Great Bar next door called " Tapped Sports Bar and Grill with a bowling alley called "The Gutter". Great food and Drinks. Open till midnight.

We have stayed here several times when we come up for Packers game. Always a pleasant and comfortable stay. Friendly staff, clean rooms, good food nearby.

I was very impressed! We were at the hotel 5 days (room 310). The breakfasts were good, the beds comfortable, the staff was friendly and efficient. There were honey touches like the cookies and lemon water available all day. It was nice to have a fridge and microwave in the room and to be able to walk to a grocery store, restaurants. If this was typical of hotels in the chain, we will make sure to use the chain whenever we can.

It was a nice, friendly place, good place.
To relax I would recommend this one to everyone.

Very nice and quiet atmosphere. Front desk lady's were nice and professional. Loved that they serve fresh cookies and milk every night for a snack. They even went as far as asking my favorite kind and serving them the very next night.

Absolutely terrible. A light afghan that does not even cover the bed is the only replacement for feathers — in November in Wisconsin. When asked for reasonable accommodation for feather allergy (when making the reservation a week ahead) that is all they come up with. A choice between freezing and breathing. To make matters worse, the rude, arrogant desk woman insisted that no one had ever complained and that I should do like everyone else and bring my own blanket! With millions of people allergic to feathers, this is what they think is reasonable.

This Country Inn & Suites is located in a very quiet area. But the site also has more than a dozen other businesses that a visitor may need including a 24 hour full service grocery store, gas station, pharmacy, mini-department store, bar, bowling alley and restaurants.

“Awesome Staff / Great Location” We needed a place to stay unexpectedly at the last minute because of another hotel's mix up with our reservation. The staff reserved our room for us over the phone quickly and gave us PERFECT directions on how to get there. Very easy to find, right off the highway, easy on and off and very close to everything. Restaurants located right across the parking lot offered food discounts and even deliver to your room. The Bar restaurant (located walking distance just across the parking lot) had two AWESOME outdoor gas fire pits, where you can relax with a drink after dinner. My daughter loved the fire pits at the restaurant. We can't wait to stay there again. Thanks to everyone for being so nice and helping us out on VERY short notice.
