Absolutly love this place. Honest rates, Friendly staff, clean rooms, nice pool and hot tub AND an exercise room. Continental breakfast looked so good I HAD to eat, and I dont even eat breakfast! Not to mention the hot sauce packets they have SO good with them eggs. Thank you AmericInn.

Very nice hotel. Pool was nice but a little cold but that didn't stop the kids of course. Very friendly staff and everything was clean.

Clean room quiet. Decent coffee and standard breakfast.

Check in was fast, room was clean location was convenient. Free coffee in the lobby as well.

Been coming to this hotel for the past 6 years the ladies working are complete sweet hearts and are so helpful this is the only hotel I would stay at and feel like home at in all Wisconsin stay here because it's one of the most comfortable stay in a safe area amazing staff and rooms are beautiful and clean!

Great hotel, convenient location and nearby food. Only wish they had a lamp next to the bed but other than that it was nice and clean.

Beds we're too soft, pillows too thick. Had to sleep with a towel under my head instead of a pillow to keep an open airway.

Giving 2 stars only because the assistant manager (Francine) was able to resolve the issues that multiple other employees were not able to. The troubles started when I arrived. When I arrived I asked that my total was still the original quoted price (stayed 3 nights). Lady at the front desk confirmed, yes. About an hour later I get an email and it shows a different price (roughly $100 more). When I went to get this resolved, the person stated they can change prices if they like based on event/demand. This is not true. When you reserve a room your quoted price is a legal binding contract. That was the 2nd time I had been lied to in under 2 hours. By the end of the first evening the overcharge had been resolved. Fast forward to Sunday. I get another charge on a different card than what I used to pay for the room. They blamed me for making a reservation at their Green Bay east location, with no idea where the charge came from or how it got there. The entire time the front desk was rude and defensive insisting I made the mistake and not that they could have been at fault or the impression that wanted to resolve this issue. There was a mistake the first time I tried to reserve the room back in May, so when I called back days after not getting a confirmation email to see what the issue was, they stated I had no reservation and needed to make another one, which would not need a Credit Card on file to reserve (which is rare to be told).

I've stayed here before. Will stay again. Clean, nice amenities, adequate breakfast. Pleasant staff. Good coffee.

Staff were very helpful, and knowledgeable about area businesses. Our room had a whirpool tub. Very clean. Had a great time.

Quiet and clean. Check in was simple as always and the people were very accomodating.

Overall a good place to stay for the night. Room is a bit outdated, but comfortable. Breakfast was good. All of the staff are very friendly and helpful. My only complaint is that we requested two a joining rooms and were given rooms next to each other that were not actually connected.

The room was beautiful, the west side location was perfect, and was a nice quiet weekend getaway can't wait to go back.

Clean. Jets in whirlpool king suite were VERY loud. Was afraid to use, in fear of possibly waking another guest. Could hear it out in the hall.

Reserved a suite one week in advanced for an anniversary. I payed cash the day I checked in and still charged my card… twice. I just a got a " sorry. " There was a spider with a web in the shower. Also found some white frosting like material on the curtains. Overall I believe I say overpaid for my room.

We loved staying here for our time in Green Bay. The place was very clean and comfortable, and the breakfast was fantastic. The staff was helpful and very friendly, will come back again if were in Green Bay. :)
