Located right on Ashland ave is superb as you have access to the highway & local streets to move across town. You are also very close to downtown Green Bay & Lambeau Field. But don't expect to have anybody visit you whilst you stay there as they have a very strict no visitor policy & will tow any vehicle that is not registered with management. The rooms & service are on average par in tune with the name, economy.

Nice convenience for perfect price Clean room Staff is awesome.

Good rooms for a good price!

The owners are nice. Great value for the price. It's not a palace, but I've stayed in comfort suites and Sheratons and the like and experienced gross things and loud neighbors for double the price. Clean, quiet rooms with Wi-Fi and cable. Perfect for just a night to yourself.

If you aren't picky it's a pot to piss in and a bed to sleep on.

We stayed here because the pictures looked decent and it was super close to the field. Once we got inside we realized we had made a mistake. The hallways smelled like smoke, the door keys are actual keys not cards. There were small white pieces of something in our beds under the “comforter”. The shower water was always cold not even warm, if you have kids they can’t take a bath because there’s a sign that says shower only because the bath will overflow into another room. Walls are super thin, and the whole room just looks like a jail cell. Only good thing was the location, the hair dryer, and the tv. Outlets are terrible and we heard that this is a place for the jail overflow which makes sense because we seen 2 men in the building with orange jackets and inmate numbers on the back of their jacket. Super creepy and didn’t feel safe at all. Didn’t even have a pop or snack machine. Oh yeah and towels feel like sand paper. If you have to stay here bring blankets pillows and towels. Can’t believe we paid $280 a night to stay here.

Do not recommend! Room was descusting, smells horrible, mattress had huge stains and cigarette burns and when we asked for a refund they refused and threatened to call the cops.

Smells super funky, hardly has anything to the rooms. Beds and bathroom were disgusting. Tried to get a refund but they threatened us with calling the cops!

It's not the Hilton, Four Seasons, Marriott… etc… It's Economy Inn! A cheap place to stay. It's outdated, it has concrete walls BUT IT'S CLEAN with a fridge. Only complaint is they could get better bath/shower towels. Very small and thin. Besides that? Once again it's called ECONOMY Inn. Would stay again.

My daughter and I stayed at this place for one night and that was enough! It was chilly when we got in there so I tried to turn up the heat, no sense in that cause it didn’t work! We plugged in our cell phones, and our cords kept falling out of the outlets! All of them! Also bumped their plugs while plugging in ours and theirs also fell out of the outlets! Has a regular key for all of the doors! Anyone could have had a key made for them! Not a very secure place! Bathroom is just terrible, very outdated! And if all of that wasn’t enough, we couldn’t shower in the morning before taking her to a doctors appointment because the dam water was all but hot! We do not recommend this hotel to anyone staying in Green Bay! Price was that of a better place to stay and maybe a bit higher than others! Make sure you check other places before you think about staying here! Sorry to the owners but it’s your own fault! Besides that, I should t be sorry cause we didn’t get an apology from you! Well I had to edit this because I just had a couple come into my work place so I asked them, where is a good place to stay in Green Bay, I said the economy inn … and the man stopped me and said, noooo you don’t wanna stay there, it’s the place for the prison overflow! Something you readers would have never known!

Rented a room for the budget price so we didn't expect much. Just needed a place to sleep. However there was dirty laundry from a previous guest in the room, the towels were paper thin and felt wet already even though they were folded neatly, the sheets kept coming off the bed and were already wrinkled as though someone had slept in it and they just tucked it all back in. I would not recommend.

Reminds me of old dorm rooms… Cheap door locks, but stay a nice/safe place to stay. Walking distance from the stadium!

Arrived earlier than planned and my room was ready, so they let me check in. Room was spacious and had a refrigerator. Needed a key to get into the building itself, which I liked.

The staff here is vary friendly and accommodating… they help us out when we where in a financial bind.

Perfect stay after last minute booking during a heavy rain storm. Most affordable option for last minute booking. Room/ bathroom were clean, beds were clean and AC worked well. Staff was friendly and helpful even during stressful night of storms. Wifi/ TV worked. Exceeded expectations for the price!

The other guests in the hotel were so loud that they kept me and my 67 year old mother up all night. We didn't get to sleep until after 3 am and the other guests started stomping around and yelling and woke us both up before 8 am. And the rooms are in poor condition.

We stayed here two nights for a Packer Game. We did not have high expectations when we booked it. We chose this place so we could just walk to the game. The room was clean, but it is nothing special. There is a mini fridge which is nice. The main downfall is the hallways reek of smoke. I would probably…

Very old place but affordable. Even though it's smoke free, everywhere there is smoke smell.

Place is old, beds are very bouncy, all rooms don't have microwave but there is a common microwave near office. Have old equipments like ac coffee machine TV bed etc. Room was clean, but had this smell of cigarette even though it's a non smoking hotel. They have free Wi-Fi, place is near packers stadium. Have vending machine and laundry too. Normal place if you are just looking for an overnight stay. Don't have any good view from here, situated near to train tracks and main road, but didn't heard any road or train noise. Its the only cheap motel during season. Reasonable cheap rate for the type of stay it provides.

It was horrible the outlets in the room barely work and the TV wanted to work sometimes and the microwave didn't have a plate in it and the people who own it tried to kick us out the morning when we paid for two nights waking me up at seven in the morning knowing that check out is not until eleven even when we had another night… This hotel is overall horrible I recommend that it needs improvement ASAP.

Changed my hotel last minute because the owner ms patel was charging an obscene amount for this gutter property.

Rates were good and competitive. Great location near surrounding activities.

The experience has so far been okay, however the first day at least one of our towels seemed to never have been cleaned.

I was surprised by this place and how friendly the staff was. The reviews are bad and the outside looks run-down, but it's actually not a bad place! The showers are big and the beds are soft/comfortable. The rooms are spacious and there's a fridge in them, compared to the Motel 6 where you get no fridge OR microwave. The rooms are key-operated and there's no bolt on them, but staying at the Village Inn made me more afraid than this place did. There are some stains on the furniture, which might bother some more than most, but it didn't make an impact on me. It's a cheap place and I would stay here again. The only thing I didn't like was the $25 deposit that you have to pony up to keep you from smoking in the rooms, but you get it back if there's no smoke damage (the lady who checked me in was nice enough not to charge me at all).

Called and tried to see availability for a night. They told me " I " had to go online and check to see if they had any rooms… WHAT? You're a motel and you can't tell me if you have any rooms available for a certain night what a crock…

If you ever wonder for $75 if this is just a hole in the wall, then you guessed right. We had the worst experience ever. Went up with my family to Packers Family Night and afterwards headed to the motel. When we got there our friends room was never cleaned. While waiting we all waited in our room. Other friends that were with us were double booked. While waiting in our room with friends I decided to sit on the bed and removed the comforter to find that the sheets had big yellow stains. We wanted a refund right then and there. The owners said that the sheets were clean and the stains just must be stains. What a joke. We argued that we wanted a full refund and they only wanted to give us half the money back. We weren't even in Motel Hell for 10 min. After an hour of arguing they FINALLY gave us a full refund. After driving around and calling numerous hotels, they were all booked for the night. We found ourselves driving all the way back to Milwaukee at 1am. You really do get what you pay for.
