Very noisey guest screaming and shouting by the pool and ppl sitting and talking in the hallway outside their rooms til midnight. Then once it’s quiet inside, the bar next door the music is very loud.

We stayed here on a whim and the pool area was a joke. The temps inside by the pool were 60 degrees tops! We sat around the pool in jackets. The kids swam but didn’t want to get out of the water due to the lack of heat around the pool. The floors need a good cleaning and the bathroom was gross.

The chemicals in the pool are not maintained appropriately. My daughter’s hair was severely damaged after one time swimming. The pool was actually closed during a portion of our visit to flush with water. My kid’s skin was red and irritated. Our room’s bathtub was broken and unable to be used. Staff did nothing when I went to the front desk. When I called management due to my concerns for others, they acted like they understood, but did nothing to fix the situation and denied their was any issue. Just posting this out of obligation to advise others.

Next door to Packers Stadium and local restaurants — exceptional staff and amenities.

The owners of this amazing place are great. Very accommodating and very friendly and they really want their guests to feel welcome. Very clean place and very close to Lambeau and walking distance to a lot of places. Rooms are great. 5 stars.

Staff doesn’t seem to care about customers. Wouldn’t fully listen to me and just over talked when I tried to explain something. Noisy room, not enough blankets, remote didn’t fully work, no elevator, not a great breakfast and they ask for tips.

Our favorite hotel to stay at with our family of 6! Such amazing staff, very clean rooms, and awesome pool area.

Worst hotel service, by the front desk staff, the maintenance and cook where more helpful. Other guests were in the pool area, drunk and loud, until after 2 in the morning, Staff at the desk said we have rules but we don't enforce them, obviously. We ended up leaving a day early because of all the noise. Smell of smoke throughout. I could go on.

Horrible, horrible experience. Terrible stay, horrible unfriendly and rude staff. There is a risk of electrocution in the pool area by the other guests crockpots, pizza ovens and cotton candy machines. No chairs in the pool area — large groups of extremely loud and inconsiderate guests, which do not have to obey any of the rules posted. The staff admitted to not monitoring the pool area, which is next to the rooms — so you cannot get away from the chaos. If you don't mind standing pool side watching dogs lick nacho cheese off of paper plates, then this is the perfect place for you.

Worst hotel I have ever been to! Staff is rude and unhelpful. Guests stay and scream all night at the pool area. Unless you have no kids and plan on staying up all night drinking do not ever come here! 11pm quiet time is a lie.

My husband and I were in Green Bay for a concert at the Resch Center and choose this hotel for its proximity to the Center. We were very happy that the center was only steps away from the hotel! The hotel itself had several lounges with good food and music and we were able to have dinner and drinks before the concert, then walk right over in just a few minutes. Excellent location, customer service, and friendly atmosphere! Would definitely stay here again!

For the price… The room you are getting is what you pay for. However the hospitality is what made this stay horrible. After being checked into the room and leaving my items there I went out only to return to find my key card didn't work. I asked the front desk to reactivate it, which they did but it wasn't for the same room! I let them know of the mistake and was confronted by "Flo" who told me my name was under the room she gave me the card for and she couldn't let me into the room where my items were. I explained to her that my medication and other important items were in that room and we needed to find a way to gain access to it. Her response "get this through your head, it's against policy for me to give you access to a room your name isn't under. " After 30 minutes of me pleading with her to help me find a solution to this rather than just telling me no… she finally made a single phone call and got the premission she needed to let me in. No apology was given even after I proved to her she did the right thing by showing her paper slip I was provided at check in.

Our stay was nice. We stayed two nights to beat the heat as temps were 100+ temps. The pool is very nice. Hotel is clean. The included breakfast is awesome.

We we're in a group of 6 with 3 rooms. Layout is quirky. Almost seems like it was a motel at some point. They put a roof on and a pool in the middle, so a large portion of the rooms are facing the pool. All 3 rooms seemed to be under construction. Very clearly patches were on the walls covering holes, but weren't painted. Updates seemed to be rushed by the lowest bidder. One of the rooms still had licorice on the floor from the previous tenant. And we still paid over $100 for this in the off-season. On the other hand, service was fantastic. Speedy and extremely nice. The best part of the hotel is the bar. The food was awesome and the bartender made us feel at home. I would suggest going there to eat, but not staying in the hotel.

Friendly staff, billing was accurate. Room was exactly as described, clean, and loved the picture of the old football cleats bringing the true nostalgia of where the game came from. The lower floor hallways are hot and humid only because of the enclosed pool area which is also a football theme. Parking is very tight and disabled parking is limited so get there as early as possible. Only one issue in the room, the secondary privacy emergency type lock appeared to have been forced open probably by someone being difficult and not respectful to a room mate since there were 2 beds however the repair was improperly performed. Door trim should have been replaced and anchor screws need to be drilled through the trim to prevent cracking and screws should attach into the door frame stud to prevent breakage. Reported it to the staff so we would not be billed but told them the repair was not necessary due to the time required for proper repair would take over an hour. Great proximity to Lambeau field really wish I could have booked a room for the preseason game against the Titans sold out 2 months in advance.

Was extremely disappointed in our stay! Took 2 full days to get someone to help with a refund on one of the rooms we prepaid for. The appearance of the room was OK but then you notice no blankets, no coffee for the coffee maker, the water went from scolding hot to ice cold if you were in there longer than 3 minutes. The restaurant staff and service was great and the food was great but as far as the hotel I don't recommend.

Food was just ok. Room was clean, but all the rooms should have Queen beds or larger. We had double beds, so we each slept in our own bed that night. No elevator. For us old people, we needed one. No bathroom in the pool area? What is up with that? Would I stay again or recommend it to a friend? NO! Oh and I stayed in much nicer hotels for a lot less.

The rooms are very spacious and very clean. The hotel is very well located where there are several options of restaurants and bars in its surroundings. Highly recommended for all who want to enjoy a good stay.

Other than the gross stain on the wall behind the door, the room was clean. Staff were friendly and the breakfast was well above average. The continental breakfast had hot food rather than the usual cereal and muffins. Unfortunately when we were there a conference was occurring too so there was not enough parking on the grounds. Pool was clean and warm. I would visit again for sure.

Room was very clean. Service was very nice. Bar didn't have drafted beer but that was ok. Water pressure was great. Can't get a much better location to the stadium. Great place.

Paid for two nights in the only hot tub room they have. The tub didn't hold water so couldn't use it. They sent maintenance up to fix it, still didn't work. Ask for the manager and was told he was unavailable and would be given a discount. I got $20 off a $400 two night stay. The staff was lazy, unfriendly and not helpful. I have pictures but can't upload them.

We got stranded here during a snowstorm and the staff was just the best. They made what could have been a rough situation very pleasant and we really appreciated. Love hanging out in the great pool area. My morning omelet was awesome!

Was stranded here thanks to the lovely blizzard but the wonderful staff made it feel like a vacation. They were so accommodating to our group and made us feel like family. Can't say enough about the staff, thank you so much for making our impromptu vacation a pleasant one.

I was there yesterday for the Beth Moore conference (which was cancelled because of the blizzard) ALL the staff were EXCEPTIONAL! Maria, was the only kitchen staff who made it to work, and proceeded to serve everyone herself. All the food was refilled quickly & we were greeted with smiles.
The maintenance staff helped shovel many ladies out and we were offered a later check out and a reduced rate if we decided not to brave the snow to head home. Front desk staff was extremely patient dealing with all us frantic women! Will be recommending this hotel to everyone!

Pool is way too damn cold for small kids and there is no elevator for the elderly and your things to bring to the room. Otherwise rooms are nice size and pool area is big. Food at the wedding was awesome! Front desk staff was awesome tho!

Very nice motel for the money. Staff is friendly and accommodating and they made check-in and out very easy. D2 Bar and Grill is a great addition to the motel. They have good food specials and 2 for 1 Happy Hour. It is not a fancy motel, but for the money it was an enjoyable stay. Will stay there again.

Great rooms and great value.

Spent 3 nights and it was great! Our room was clean and comfortable. The staff were nice and helpful. The complimentary breakfast is excellent. Must try the omelets. Hot tub and pool area were clean. I definitely recommend this hotel to anybody.

Great place for a large group. Pool area is open and has lots of sitting room, not enclosed so it is enjoyable for those in your group who are not swimming.

Good rooms that are cheap. It's quiet, has a big pool and hot tub and billiards table that are lots of fun. Has a nice bar / restaurant with great food and service and good snacks, hot snacks too! Provides an awesome continental hot breakfast with omeletes to order, allows some pets, has good parking. And it's fun because it's close to the stadium and concert areas any has a shuttle to the casino.

Staff was friendly, rooms were nice and clean. Pool an hot tub were great. It was also conveniently located next to the Resch Center for the Concert we attended.

Very Rude Staff. I called for a convention I'm going to in a few months. The woman on the phone didn't even say hello. Just very rudely answered and said "If you are calling about the convention, we are completely booked! " And then she hung up on me! What if I wasn't calling about that and you just lost your hotel business because you're too crabby to even ask?! Im happy I'm not staying there if this is how they treat their customers.

The pool area is awesome and the rooms were very clean. Very enjoyable stay!

It would be nice is you could cancel a reservation. Nope now I'm stuck with the room that's the last time I'm booking with best western. Plans change the reservation is for January not like it's for tomorrow.

Staff was helpful, but it feels dated and the rooms are laid out awkwardly. All rooms are pool facing and built backwards compared to the usual layout. Parking was also terrible, with all spaces by the desk entrance filled by the time we arrived at 6. We had to walk around the entire hotel to get in.

Are you looking to be told you are a liar? Are you looking to get a contact high? Are you looking to have an unmade bed and noisy neighbors?! Then stay here. Or. If you’d like to not experience the worst customer service I’ve ever experienced in my life, you can go literally anywhere but here. The back of your car is preferable to this place. I checked in at around 11pm on Black Friday. Not twenty minutes later I went to the front desk and was treated to nasty looks from a loitering employee who I dared to interrupt half way through her harrowing tale of what she did last night. The “manager” asked what she could do for me while looking disinterested. I informed her that the hallway outside my room and my room itself smelled of pot. She replied that no one else was in my hallway so I must be smelling something else. When I pointed out there was a barking dog across the hall and my adjoining room neighbors were having noisy and descriptive sex, she shrugged and said nothing else. She said nothing! She was done with me so she stopped talking to me. Customer service? It seems it’s more like Customer disservice. My resolution to my problem was to book a room at the Hyatt Regency. My hope is that someone from the Best Western call and explain themselves, my expectations are that they don’t care enough about customers to make the effort. If I’m wrong I will update my review. Update: this review went from one star to two.

Love that it is in the shadow of Lambeau Field and there are a ton of parties to be had in the very walkable proximity. The room we had was really damp and right next to the stairs so every stupid asshat and inconsiderate teenager that came in and stomped up the stairs was kind of annoying. The "heat" in the room smelled like someone was charbroiling a troll doll with a propane torch so that was a no go. Cool pool area with a hot tub. Staff is either ignoring you as a guest or totally ignorant to anything as their job. For what they charge for a game weekend night there should be a little more attention to some guest services. Next time in Green Bay we will definitely be staying somewhere else.

This is the second time we stayed at this Best Western Very good experience except for the noise from the pool area. It wasn't that noisy the first time we stayed. Next time we come there we will ask for a room away from the pool. Everything else was very good. It was in the perfect location for what we wanted to do.

This is the only hotel near Lambeau that I would ever pick as my first choice. Staff is friendly and very quick to respond to concerns and requests. The rooms and hotel itself are clean. The pool is great. Breakfast is amazing… build your own omlette for free?!?!?! They are great with kids and I never once felt like I was bothering the nice ladies at the front desk. The rates are reasonable especially when considering the location. We have stayed here 5+ times and will continue to pick them as our prefered place to stay. Thank you so much to the front desk and maintenance team.

I can't give this place a 5 due because people where drinking alcohol and eating food by the pool was very unpleasant for our family's vacation. Also people where so rude to the gentleman who was cooking the omelets. My wife gave him a 10.00 tip. His name is Oscar by the way not boy, customers who treat employees/people like that shouldn't be here but that's my opinion. Everyone who was cleaning were very nice and helpful. They are mexicans they should be respected by all and be recognized by there hard work plan and simple. So with that said I/we feel they deserve a tip for housekeeping and cooking our food. Tell them thank you and you're welcome. Oscar thank you for being so amazing I hope you go places and this place will give you a huge pay raise and a promotion for thanking everyone you serve which you still and put a smile on your face even people are rude. Also parents should watch there children, there where children ages between 8 threw 10 swimming in the hot tub with parents drinking alcohol on the other side of the hotel. Thank you Oscar you're amazing!

AMAZING stay here! Staff was friendly & helpful. Great location. Breakfast was wonderful. Our stay was during the first few days of Packers training camp so the staff was very busy taking care of guests & were always smiling & helpful. Will definitely stay here next time we are in Green Bay.

Nice place with indoor pool. Room was clean and for the most part, comfortable. Pillows weren't the greatest. Kind of hard. Plenty of parking and easily accessible. Plenty of access doors for close parking for loading/unloading car. Everyone was pleasant. Complimentary breakfast was excellent. The staff kept food hot and full!

Good hotel. Breakfast is good and convenient. Swimming pool and hot tub in the center area is a big plus. Since we have lot of stuff littering in the room. We put the "don't disturb" sign on the door handle. The service person did not clean the room, but they put a big bag of clean towels on our bed — — which is of big help for our last day.

Nice DEEP pool and Jacuzzi. The location is perfect. Right next (walking distance) to the legendary Lambeau field. The rooms however need updating and not the cleanest. The breakfast was decent and the room service was good too. Lost a star due to the room cleanliness.

Great location for Packer fans. Nice pool & hot tub. Great breakfast. Room is dated. Needs new mattresses, felt like sleeping on marshmallows. Towels very rough. Shower curtain had horrible funk that smelled awful. Good maid service.

This place is great. There are a few reasons for not give it 5 stars though. We brought our kids along so the indoor pool was wonderful! That being said it seems it was a family place but there was no way to fill the bath without having the shower on. The water would go to scolding hot very randomly throughout your entire shower so we couldn't just give the kids a shower. So I took a cold shower everyday (6days) and it was impossible to get the kids bath at a good temperature. The breakfast had alot to choose from but the same stuff everyday (which again we stayed 6 days) so it got old. The staff was very friendly on a positive note. Pool was always clean. Walking distance to alot of restaurants and of course Lambeau.

Absolutely fine for what I paid. I got a deal on Priceline and the room was huge, a/c is ice cold in the middle of summer, and it's in a great location. Free parking/internet/breakfast, mini-fridge and cable in the room are all fine by me. Front desk employee was super nice. I don't care if there are scuffs on the wall or the furnishings aren't updated; it's a room for a night. Get over it, snobby reviewers! Update, 2 hours later: I am now that snob. Left for some food, then realized I was locked out of the parking lot door when my room key should have unlocked it. I easily shimmed my way in w/said key within 10 seconds. That room key didn't work on my actual room door anymore, so I got another 2 from the front desk with minimal effort. One of those also didn't work. Then I saw it… FOUR DECAFS. Four decaf coffee pods in my room; no regular. Kind of torturous. Minus 2 stars for lack of security (door locks & open Wi-Fi) & real coffee. I'm traveling for work with a lot of expensive equipment; I know Green Bay is pretty safe, but it's still a bit concerning. I could care less if the place has a few physical flaws or if there are annoying guests since those things are harder to control. However, guest security should be of higher priority.

Check in was suppose to be at 3 I requested early check in which was granted hit there no can't until 3. So upset but understood came back and they tell us 5 was check in. Lucky for us at 330 we could get in since we needed to be somewhere at 5. Of course I checked and our conformation said check in at 3. No where did it say 5 if it had I wouldn't have chosen that location. Rude front desk act like I'm stood and it was like 80 degrees in lobby while we waited on rude people.

Nice hotel. However, if there is a Gamblers game or another event at the Resch Center beware there maybe no parking what so ever. We stayed for 2 nights and both nights the hotel parking lot was completely filled. When we arrived after a long day there were absolutely no parking spots left at the hotel. We had to park in a loading zone until cars left. Absolutely unacceptable. Paid for a hotel room, but couldn't park the car until after 10pm. Front desk recommended us to go park across the street.

The breakfast was delicious. Maria makes an excellent omelet. The indoor pool was nice too, and surprisingly deep, and somehow they kept the chlorine smell relatively contained whereas in some hotels it can stink up the entire place, but this best western's layout kept the smell away from our room. The beds were springy and a little firm, but somehow incredibly comfortable for my taste. The attached bar to the conference center was a great place to hang out as well. HOWEVER, I'm not sure if they were short staffed or what, but we had very inattentive service from the restaurant, and the next day we were trying to order room service and they would not answer the phone even after repeated attempts at calling. Regardless, I still enjoyed my stay and would come back.

So I had a wedding that I went to last night and I needed to pump because I am a breastfeeding mother. I went to the front desk to ask for a room that I could pump in didn't have to be fancy just something other than the bathroom. The front desk clerk said the bathroom is all they had and I said that they are a conference center can't I use either a office or a meeting room or just an extra room. She said no that I could go into the bathroom in the fitness center. I ask what happens when an employee needs to pump and she said they don't have that issue none of their employees needed to pump and that they were full and had no extra rooms. I refuse to go into the bathroom to pump especially at some rundown hotel that looked like they had vomit all over the bathroom. I told her my rights and she didn't care. Yeah I was a little angry.

Awesome! From the service, to the rooms, to the breakfast, to the location to Lambeau you can't beat this hotel! My son and I met for a game in December and we can't wait to come back! If we do, it's a no brainer where we're staying! Thank you to the staff who were professional and courteous from check in to check out!

The fronst desk female was very uninformed, didnt know her job or prices. I called she wouldnt lower the price at all, or give me a military discount I had to sit in the lobby and make the reservations online. It was a bunch of BS. Never again will I deal with Best Western again ended up not even staying the night and left to go else were. The room smelled and was unclean.
